We bought a Ford Expedition Max and LOVE it!!!! James (the dealership owner) is a guy with the highest character and surrounds himself with honest, great people that go above and beyond to get you in the perfect vehicle. Josh is the General Sales Manager and is honest, direct, clear, and committed to creating a comfortable experience when buying a vehicle (which my wife greatly appreciated). Their pricing is fair and transparent and their communication is excellent. I really can’t say enough good things but my family has purchased over 10 vehicles from them and every time they have figured out a way to improve the process even more. As an aside, I don’t work for them and have no family that works for them. But I do trust them and appreciate high quality service and want their dealership to thrive so it is always in Turlock! Their service experience is great too and they make it very convenient!!! If you’re looking for a vehicle, I’d start at Price Ford, you won’t be disappointed!

Reasonable wait times and excellent customer support. Its best to schedule an appointment via their website even if its for a basic service. Mechanics are honest about the work needed and -unlike the Heritage Ford people in Modesto- will not use underhanded tactics to overcharge you or upsell you on things you dont need.Good people work here; definitely coming back. Terrible place. My son bought the extended warranty to fix dents and other covered warranty items. Just got the cat back and they filled the dent in with PAINT!!!!, didnt even try and take the dent out. Another item he was trying to get fixed was the roof rack. Part of it completely came off, that sounds like a factory defect to me. Not covered. Come on Price take care of your customers when they buy a vehicle from you especially when you buy the top of the line vehicle. So sad.

Sometimes I get thinking I need to move out of California for obvious reasons, then I think of what I would miss if I did. Price Ford of Turlock is one of Californias shining stars.I am a senior lady and could easily worry about being taken advantage of with car repair. At Price Ford it seems I get preferential treatment just because I am a senior lady. While sitting in their customer waiting area I can overhear the courteous treatment extended to all.Thank you Price Ford!

Were thrilled with this dealership. Purchased a Ford Maverick XL with no markup, unlike most dealers in the Bay Area who add a hefty 4-5k market adjustment. They also avoided pushing unwanted add-ons. Paid MSRP and had a pleasant, hassle-free experience. Despite the drive, highly recommend them.

Sales personnel and office personnel were very friendly. We received a fair offer on the vehicle that was less than the MSRP. I had researched our vehicle and had values from both Edmonds and Kelly Blue Book for the trade. The best offer for the trade was less than rough condition. We probably should have waited and/ or possibly tried to sell ourselves, but the Maverick has been in short supply. We like the vehicle, but I would advise you to negotiate harder. Was also disappointed with follow up from dealer to our insurance agent. In the past the agent had been contacted by the dealer and in fact while we were signing the paperwork the comment was made that the individual knew our agent. I found out 3 weeks later that no contact had been made and we had been driving without insurance. Will insure we follow up ourselves in the future when purchasing.

My review is solely based on the service / maintenance department.I took my car in for a standard oil change and tire rotation (they call The Works). I was quoted at $156 when adding 2 filter changes to the job. I agreed and left my car there.2 hours later I get a call informing me my tires need replacing and we end with me getting a quote and agreeing to look at it at a further time, not today. Never was I told my car was ready or the service was completed. I show up at the end of the day to pick up my car and was added $15 more dollars for a oild drain plug. That should be $171 by now, but I was charged $194.When I got home I noticed it says my tires got aired to factory specs (35psi) but driving home my tires are not aired.This was a extremely bad experience with upcharges that shouldnt of been there and work that was not performed. Yes its small things, but can lead to bigger problems and breaks customers confidence.

On 12/15 I purchased a 2023 Ford F-150 Tremor at Price Ford in Turlock. This dealer had the best selection of trucks with very competitive pricing that made it well worth traveling to give my business to. I want to thank Dylan Johnson, Paul Binford and the rest of the team for making it such a pleasurable car buying experience. They were accommodating, informative and most importantly honest throughout the entire process. They worked with me to not only find the exact truck with the specifications I wanted but then laid out very clearly what I would be looking at finance wise. Second update: unfortunately refund never received.Update… jerry called me and apologized for the work not completed and say he would refund that portion. I am grateful for the communication.I have been a ford owner before. I purchased a great used truck and took it in to have some maintenance done that I didn’t want to do myself though I am capable. SPECIFICALLY I wanted the intake clean bc it’s a known issue with the 3.5 and carbon build up. I specifically asked and confirmed that this would be a manual clean, not just a spray clean (which I could just do myself through air intake). I was ASSURED that they “take their brushes and clean it”. So I did it. I also had the transmission filter and fluid drain and fill. I came home and was cleaning the MAF sensors and continuing with my maintenance and guess what…. They DID NOT clean it manually. They charged me for the service and a 9.99 can of intake cleaner. How do I know they didn’t manually clean it? Because it is still noticeably dirty where they would have taken the throttle body and intake cover off. No finger prints anywhere, no screw or bold had been touched, no sign of anyone actually working under the hood. This is why many people feel like dealers rip us off. This is my first experience with price and I can say I am disappointed. I specifically asked if they do a manual clean and I was told yes. Either a tech didn’t finish the job ticket or I was misled. I am very disappointed. It makes me second guess my transmission work. It definitely looks worked on at the pan… but did they do a drain and fill like i asked? Ugh.

I bought my 6th car in the past 2 years and I can honestly say that this was the best experience Ive had at any dealer! Daniel H (talk to him if you are considering ordering purchasing!) was my salesman and he helped me through the order process back in late January and made sure that my pricing was kept the same from when we placed the order, even though Ford had raises prices. Communication has been consistent, so I was never left in the dark about anything. Pictures were sent to me as the car arrived as well as after the delivery inspection was done, so it was really painless. I didnt get pressured into anything I didnt want and it was overall a good experience. Im looking forward to my next order with them! I actually drove an hour and a half from my home to this dealership because they treated me really well throughout the process and were upfront with everything (unlike a lot of dealers these days). I got scammed few years ago by Ford receiving a letter in the mail saying I have won a prize and to go and pick it up. It turned out the prize was $2 while I had to deal with a creepy guy telling me to smile. There were lots of other people there who had received the same letter and got scammed of their time.

Ford Price Service Department was excellent. They went above and beyond customer service. My F-150 had an unexpected battery problem, and the Service Department was able to check it without an appointment. It was a busy day in the dealership, but they were able to check and fix it. The Service Department even offered me a loaner car so I could have my Saturday errands done while my truck was at service.Thank you so much Price Service Department!

I’d avoid this place if possible. The buying process was easy however all the issues came after the sale. The Mustang I bought already has major issues after owning it for less than a month. Hard to get in contact with anyone for help, wish I knew beforehand to avoid purchasing this vehicle and saving myself all the trouble.

This rating comes with a mixed bag of experience. But at the end of the day, regardless of the situation, Price ford will make things right for the customer. I wish I didnt have to have some the experiences I did, but the pleasant demeanor of the service department and the team on the floor does make a difference in the quality of customer experience. Ford dealerships are the face of the brand. The Ford company itself has too many issues and Ive considered not continuing buying ford vehicles. If this dealership was not willing to make things right I wouldnt keep buying Ford. Price Ford has a number of ways they assist customers with bringing in cars and transportation for customers, that other ford dealerships do not have. They are busy in the service department. But I am willing to wait longer for quality services and quality inspections. Understand that you will pay retail prices for parts but the exchange for higher cost is the guarantee that Ford Service will be done with Brand standards and integrity.

I brought my Ford raptor in to have the sunroof adjusted or repaired due to it leaking water. After making arrangements and not having a vehicle for the day I got my truck back in the same condition. It still leaks. I was told by the service advisorThat he would look into it further with a specialist in this area. He has not contacted me since I spoke with him. I’m sure your dealership charged the time to Ford for the warranty work. I would be happy to speak with anyone in management in regard to the repair of my vehicle.10/28/2019 - I took my Ford Raptor back to the dealership to have a specialist again attempt to fix the problem. The service department went above and beyond to remedy the problem. 5 Stars!

I bought my F150 at Hillier Ford in Escalon, in 2013. I have always had it serviced at Hillier. Owner David Hillier always treated me with respect and cordially asked how things were when I would see him. The service they gave me was always outstanding. When HillierFord closed, I was truly concerned, that I would never find a dealership with the level of service I got at Hillier.I called a few Ford dealerships to inquire about brake service and oil change service. I spoke with Chad at Price Ford in Turlock. I told him of my concerns. He got me in the following morning 8:30am. I was treated with the same level of respect and care I received at Hillier Ford.They performed a brake job and oil change and had me back on the road by lunch time. My Wife and I recently purchased a used Ford Explorer through them and the entire experience was kind of off. The first Explorer they showed us had a nail in the tire, was smoked in and had a chip in the windshield. When I talked to the salesman about the nail in the tire he explained that they would just patch it and not replace the entire tire. They eventually decided to replace the tire but we decided to go with another Explorer that they had on the lot. This explorer had a large scratch on the rear hatch/trunk door, they gave us a due bill to fix the scratch on their dime and we would just have to bring the car back at a later date. We agreed to this, we were told it would only take a day or two to get this work done and it ended up taking a week. Upon purchase of the vehicle we also added on a protection package for the paint and interior seats. They were supposed to apply this package after the car came back from paint, but they told us that the person they have doing this work had called out for the day and the car would have to be there for additional time. I explained my frustration about the time it had taken to get all this work done and explained I would just like a refund for the package. Joel explained he would get in contact with his boss to see if we could get a refund and that was the last I heard from Price. Zero contact since and no reaching out to make things right. They arent concerned with their customers time and we were dismissed easily. Only reason they are getting 2 stars is because my Wife loves the car. Take your business elsewhere and deal with people who want your business.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I walked in to ford and I did not even get a hello, not even a smile. It was as if I were a ghost. There were at least 7/8 sales reps on oct 2, 2023 and not a single one acknowledged my presence. They all just stared at me when I walked inside to see the mustang on display. They acted like I was walking into ferrari haha. I went and bought a lexus that same day. Loved the mustang 24, but will never step my foot into a ford again. Horrible employees. No customer service.

My wife and I decided that we were in the market for a new truck. Price Ford had a large selection of new and used trucks for us to choose from. The sales staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. There was no pressure on us during our shopping experience. When we found the truck that was right for us, the sales team made the process simple and fast. Went in for an oil change/tireRotation. I had suspicion from a previous visit that my tires were not rotated but could not prove it, so this time I marked my tires before I dropped off. Pick up truck employee went over paperwork told me everything was done. I inspected truck in lot and was correct they did NOT rotate my tires. Told the guy helping me about it and how I wasn’t too thrilled about the service and what else did they say got done that didn’t. I would not recommend service at this place when they charge you for services that are not getting done when they straight lie to your face and say work was completed. I’m guessing they lie to customers who done pay much attention.

This is my story and reason why Price is the best place for cats and service. I bought my used car a Heritage Ford. They offered free oil change for life of ownership of the car. Great deal right? Wrong. Getting an appointment to get an oil change or any work done is a joke. Recall work even worse. Also you need to take a day off work to do it as they don’t work Saturday’s. Here at price I was able to get in next day appointment and they have six people at the service counter when you get there and even if there’s 8 people in front of you, it’s like a 2 minute wait. Also they are there on Saturday’s because they know people have jobs during the week days. They are here for the customer. There’s no attitudes here, just helping service. I will buy all my future vehicles here as it’s important to keep good customer friendly dealerships like Price Ford around for a long time .

Seek service elsewhere. I had an 8am appointment and let my service advisor know that I was going to wait for my vehicle. At 9:30am I went to make a phone call outside to find my truck sitting parked outside. I asked what was going on and was told the tech was working on the wrong vehicle. My truck was finally brought back around 10am. I asked for an update on timing. My service advisor Ched was silent but had time to check out coffee mugs and key chains in the service store. Finally a nice service advisor offered me water and I asked for an update. Ched comes over to say he ordered me a shuttle. That is not what I asked. He finally said he just found out it would be another 3hr wait. Did he actually think I wanted to sit around all day? Finally at 4pm I received a call from Ched saying that my truck is ready and he would be driving it to my home. Once again telling me what was going to happen to me and not asking. I told him not to drive my vehicle and please pick me up. Zero apologies when I picked up my truck just standing behind the counter with my key fob and asking me to sign the paperwork. Never servicing my vehicle here again. By the way I had to wait a month and a half for the part that was keeping my new truck with less that 5000 miles stuck in my driveway at home. Poor communication and customer service. I believe that I drew the short straw but not going to risk it ever again.

So far everything has gone great !But we are not done .All in all it went very well, but I was misinformed on the durationof the time the vehicle was on the lot.Before I went to the dealer I was told that the vehicle had just come in the prior day, but it had 500 miles on it when I got there.Then I was told that it was a customer order and the guy picked it updrove it for 500 miles and brought it back because he didn’t want it.Then I was told that the dealer ordered it for the store and ordered every available option.Five of the dealer installed items on the sticker were removed from or never installed. I asked if I was buying a used car or new and they said new.I asked for a discount because of the 500 miles that someone put on my “new” car and they said absolutely not. Other than that they were greatAnd I love the car. No hard feelings, but it could have been done differently.If I get the 5 missing items ($500) I will give them 5 Stars.They did a good Job

I’ve been taking my 2013 Ford Explorer to Price’s Service Department after a bad experience at a well known local oil change business (Balswicks) and I am really happy I made the change! Jeff Louis has been our service advisor for a little over a year now and he is great to work with. I can really tell the difference in the performance of my Explorer and the customer service alone gives me peace of mind my car is being taken care of by professionals. Dealerships often have a poor reputation for being overpriced but Price Ford is worth every penny and they have gained a lifelong customer in me!

Best experience I’ve had. I haven’t purchased a vehicle from a dealership in over 14 yrs, for the crazy prices and also for the fact that I don’t like dealing with vultures just trying to close a sale. My last truck was from Patchett’s Ford (now Price Ford). I’ve gotten to know the service manager as we worked through the old 6.0 diesel issues I had, and we all know about, and we’ve continued to watch Ford’s progressions in the 6.7 design from then on. I was finally in a place to make the leap and purchase a replacement truck for my now breaching 300k mile work horse. Reached out to them and was connected with the salesman Paul, who’s a nice guy and a straight shooter. He found exactly what I needed, approached the sale with real transparency. He offered me a very competitive price, didn’t pressure it, and even took extra steps to make sure I was well taken care of with some things I added on. As my wife and I met with the sales manager Matt to complete the transaction, we were once again very happy with the entire experience. We walked out of his office almost as though we’d known him for 15 yrs! I never thought I’d leave a dealership with a new truck, happy about what I just paid for!! They were very fair, professional, and friendly.To sum it up, I’d highly recommend making Price Ford your first stop (or your last). These guys I worked with can make your purchase experience a pleasant one, and IF you need any service work in the future, Mark and his team will take care of you in the service department.

I would have rated Price 5 stars except for the fact that the car, which was new, was down to 51% on the oil life. While the service phone call and appointment time were handled professionally I did not appreciate having to use my Ford Pass Points for the oil change. It is my feeling that the new car should have been at 100% when we purchased it. Other than this, I would highly recommend Price Ford as a great place to buy a car. Ask for Juan. Hes a good guy.

In my near impossible search for a Ford F150 Lightning I came across Price Ford in Turlock. I had called several other dealerships, and each one showed the F150 Lightning online for sale, but each truck advertised was already spoken for, as 98% of these trucks are pre-ordered from well over a year ago. When I contacted Price Ford my salesperson was Hugh. He was straightforward, and sent an actual photo of the window sticker to confirm my wife and I were interested in all of the features included with the vehicle. We communicated through texts and he sent multiple photos of the actual vehicle for our review. We applied for financing through the Ford Motor co website, and was pre-approved online for the truck. Hugh our salesperson, and Josh from the finance department, secured everything before we even stepped on the lot. As I was very concerned about the car being sold before we could get there to test drive, Hugh worked with Matt the sales manager to put a (fully refundable) deposit on the truck, as we couldnt make it to the dealership for a few days. We coordinated our visit, met with Hugh (the absolute best salesperson I have EVER dealt with) he made my wife and I feel vey comfortable during the entire process. In every car purchase we have made up until now, I felt like I should be on my guard. Not so with the folks at Price Ford., for the first time ever I actually felt like these people are here to help me and my wife with this large decision, not coerce us into making it. Hugh knew all of the features of this cutting edge truck, and walked us through it all, from setting up the truck on my phone so I can control it with an app, to the multitude of super cool features that even my wife was geeking out on. I very much appreciate his approachable attitude, and ability to convey a great deal of information in a digestible way. When we were finishing up the sales transaction with Josh from Finance, he knew I had done my research on the extended warranties, and really helped me to fine tune my choices. Curtis managed my service for my vehicle. I dropped off prior to work and he handled my paperwork and handed me off to their shuttle service and got me to work on time. Curtis called when the service was complete and they sent the shuttle to pick me up at lunch time and I got my car back with everything done as requested and never missed a minute of work. From the greeter to the shuttle driver, everyone was friendly and positive. But the whole point is the quality of workmanship in the service and they did not disappoint. I called the service department to get information about my vehicle history on a certain repair so I could pass it along to the buyer that was having trouble with the sunroof ( i sold my car 3 days prior) and i wanted to give him this information so he knew what was replaced/repaired, the gentlemen was helpful which i appreciate very much- but was very nosey and opinionated once i had mentioned it was a buyer from San Jose, Ca and it was just a man i didnt know... meaning he stated and i quote I dont know why you would-if you sold it, its his now... right? and laughed. I left my car at Price Ford, for an oil change, at 9am. I was told it would be done in 90 minutes. I took their shuttle home. At 12:30pm When I had heard nothing from them I called. They said that “Oh yea, my car was done. They have been busy and forgot to call. They said they would give the shuttle driver a call and he would then call me to let me know he was coming to pick me up. I waited another half hour with no call. I finally got a ride back to Price Ford. When I complained about this horrible service they just shrugged and said sorry. This is the second time this has happened to me. The servicing of my car was excellent. My one problem was getting to the dealership to pick up the car. I was called just before 4:00 p.m that the car was ready. I asked if he could send the car to pick me up. He said yes, so I waited for about 20 minutes before going to the place I told the driver I would be at when he came to pick my up. I waited until 5:00, and then called to see if the driver was on the way. I turned out that he had gone to pick someone else up, and he wasnt even headed my way. Finally about 10 minutes later I received a call from the driver that he was on the way. I went to my waiting place, and he came within ten minutes. There should be better communication between the dealership and the customer about when the curtesy car would arrive.On the whole Im completely satisfied with the service I get at Price Ford.

Let me start by saying this was a very good experience. We took our 2014 Fusion because the Sync system went blank on a Friday. Made an appointment to take in the following Monday. We dropped it off and Jeff, the service advisor gave me a call. I emailed the error message that popped up on the screen since everything was working fine. He called me back either that day or the next and told me the Sync system was old and needed updating. The car has 63000 miles so it is still under warranty. They worked on it the remainder of the week. Using all their mechanics and resourses. Unfortunately the servers at Ford would not cooperate. Finally while dealing with Technical support it was determined the Sync control module was defective. They brought in in and changed it out, however it too was defective. They received another and tested it completely and resolved the issue. During this whole time I began to deal with Mark, the Service Manager and he got us a loaner car to drive. A great way to satisfy your customers in a bad situation. GREAT JOB PRICE FORD.

That was not the case. Instead, he charged his own car. That is really hard to find when it comes to car dealerships. On top of that, they worked really hard for me to put me in the car I really wanted and get me the best deal and terms for my trade and new car. My last review was not approved for some reason.. 🤔I have been going to Price Ford for about 5 years. I’ve had great service until the last year.When you receive a recall letter in the mail and you call your local Ford service Dept to make an appointment about your recall letter, get a courtesy call the day before, then take it in and then they say “we don’t have the parts in” you have WASTED your time because of their careless irresponsible actions of their so called “customer service.”I took my Escape into the service dept in March 2020 because it was overheating. They replaced the sensor. And it stopped overheating. Hahaha. I bought a new car and my Escape was not being driven very much.In July, the check engine light came on and it started to shake badly when driven. They charged me $140 to diagnose it and estimated $8,000 for a new engine. I called Mark about this because wouldn’t you except a service Dept to find the issues about your car overheating BEFORE it begins to leak and ruin your engine? Apparently the “multi-point inspection” does not include engine, not does replacing the sensor have anything to do with the engine leaking. Mark said it wasn’t their fault. Do your job.Also, looked at my service report from July and it says they removed the wiper blades and cowl to get to coils and spark plugs and I noticed they didn’t put it back on. Called Mark about this a week ago, no call back. I’m not usually one to complain, but I’m really tired of getting taken advantage of, so if you learn anything from this review, it’s that you should do your research and really communicate with them about the work they have done/will do. If it’s under warranty, I’d still take it somewhere else to get a second opinion/review. I should NOT have to be replacing my engine when I took my Escape to the service dept for the engine overheating back in March. It gives the auto service industry a worse reputation than it already had, unfortunately.

This was a horrible experience. I have been a loyal customer with all three of my vehicles at Ford. Three weeks ago my oil change appointment was at 10 a.m. mind you I always bring my younger children with me because theyve always been pretty fast. Well it was was not the day. I left there after 1:30 p.m. when I finally got some answers, I was told that they did not have the oil filter that they needed so they had to drive all the way to modesto, without even telling me, I was the last person waiting. The place is a complete nightmare mess. It didnt even look sanitary. Flies were everywhere, it was absolutely disgusting. The lady with the blonde hair wasnt there that day. She kind of runs the show (from what I have witnessed) and Im sure she would have been on top of things have been seeing me and my son there waiting hours. We will not be going back. I watch how they all treat customers and theyre super unprofessional. Theyve definitely gone downhill with customer service and cleanliness.

This review reflects the admirable efforts of Jeff Luis, Service Advisor. We brought in my daughters 2015 Focus for an oil & lube service on a Saturday morning. Upon completing the initial paperwork, Jeff informed us that the vehicle was due for a bit more extensive 30,000 mile service. Within an hour of the service, Jeff called us and diplomatically informed us that there was a slight oil leak in an area which most likely would require replacing the head gasket. Jeff indicated the repair could be completed by the end of the day and we gave the go-ahead for the repair.A bit of time had passed when we again received a phone call from Jeff. The oil leak repair required a part that the dealership did not have in stock. Jeff then told us the part would be ordered and the vehicle could be picked up on Tuesday. Unfortunately the suggested repair time frame would not work for us. My daughter was on break from University in Los Angeles and needed the Focus to return the next day, Sunday. Undeterred by the time frame, Jeff was able to secure the part from someplace near by and the vehicle was repaired an ready-to-go Saturday afternoon.Jeff is to be commended for his professionalism throughout this process, his outstanding customer service in keeping us informed, and his diligence in resolving the unforeseen issues. We appreciate Jeff and he can best be described as admirable.

The sales team was good for my 2020 F-250, but then the nightmare began. I had my truck for about 3 or 4 days when I noticed that my passenger side mirror appeared to be bubbling like it had been heated up to the point of beginning to melt. I called the dealer and was assured that it would be taken care of. My brand new truck was towed to a closer dealer to look at it to make sure it wasnt electrical heating up causing the problem. When it wasnt electrical, it went back to Price Ford because they would take care of it. Apparently, by take care of it they meant turn it into my insurance. They would not warranty the mirror and would not help me by fixing it. Now with this vehicle being so new, it had not really left my sight and no one would have been able to take a lighter and burn my mirror. This is what the dealer told me probably happened. They never actually sent it to Ford to file a warranty claim or anything, just jumped to my insurance. The dealer does do some type of acid wash on new vehicles, so I think they left chemical on the mirror and it started to burn it. The dealer denies this and didnt stand by any type of warranty. I will never go here again.UPDATE: I want everyone to know that I have never received any follow up phone calls or apologies from the dealership, not has the owner replied to this review. I am sure this is because he is hiding knowing that he did wrong and refused to fix it.

Price Ford has been my go-to vehicle dealer for over 20 years. I have patronized other dealers in the area because I now live 30+ miles away from Price, but keep coming back because of the selection, attentive staff, and overall feeling of being a valued customer.Even after Patchett’s sold to Price a few years ago they kept most of their same long-term service staff, so that continuity of customer focused service remained and has strengthened.The only downside is they have eliminated their ‘free oil changes for life’ policy a few years ago, but then to be fair this is pretty much in keeping with the rest of the industry.

Usually they are very smooth and efficient. This time was different. I was told that my part would have to be ordered. (They were very accommodating and gave me a ride home all the way to Modesto. He then apologized and explained that the part actually hadnt arrived until the prior Friday (the day I called) and that he had been out of the office for two days.I dont fault him at all, but I do fault the lack of communication and follow-up. When employees are out, others are supposed to cover for them and keep abreast of customers situations so things run smoothly.Thankfully, when I brought the car back, they gave me a ride to the dealer, the part was installed within an hour and I was on my way.I think this was just a one-off blip in Price Fords normal excellent service (hence the four stars instead of five) and I look forward to doing business with them again.

Stay away from this service department unless you have an emergency or you have enough knowledge to double check the work you have done. Price Ford changed my oil quite a ways back. We have an extra vehicle and hardly ever use it (500 mi/year). No oil leaks, not burning oil, etc…I went to change the oil today and found it was 3 quarts of oil down and that’s with adding a quart for filter storage. Thank god we don’t drive it very much or the motor definitely would’ve blown.

Normally I take my car there and its of great service. This last time, the car needed the regular The Works service plus extra cleaning of air ducts and a small recall. I had appointment at 12pm, first they take my car but tell me that there is nobody working because its lunch time, so why they allow to give me an appointment at that hour. OK, then they say that the car will not be ready until 4pm, I said OK, they gave me a ride home. 12/27/19I dont understand why this location has to receive a negative review before having reasonable customer service. We took the car in for an airbag recall, oil change, & some other things. The car was supposed to be ready the same day. They called and said it would actually be ready the following day for pickup, which was fine. We called the following day and they said that they didnt know anything about the car and that department was closed for the day. Finally, 2 days later, we get a call from an extremely defensive and rude lady that the car has been ready and she left that information at the front. Clearly their lines of communication in house have some holes. Instead of blaming the customers try being professionals and work on improving your location. Its these experiences we only go to this location when absolutely necessary, and even then I send my husband because I cant handle the incompetence and lack of service.UPDATE (7/2017): My husband has taken the car in a couple of times for an oil change and there hasnt been any issues.UPDATE: One of the parts replaced went out a month later. They guarantee their work so it was hassle free to get it fixed. I also had the oil changed during this visit. I was very reluctant to go in after the last experience, but this time was great (bump up from 2 stars to 4). A BIG thank you to the gentleman who worked with us!This was my second time taking my vehicle to this location as my brother who is a trained Ford Tech recommended it to me over the other local Fords. My first experience was great (which is why I gave 2 stars instead on 1), although I only needed an oil change. This most recent experience was horrible. I called to make an appointment and asked about shuttle services since I have a 3 month old. The gentleman on the phone acted like it was a ridiculous request and such an inconvenience to him. Upon arrival to my appointment I was not acknowledged, not a big deal overall. Once the lady started working with me we went out to my car. I informed her that we have a warranty, but have never used it, so I asked if she needed the information now or later. She told me she didnt need it because she could look it up on their computer. Later through this ordeal I learned that she actually can not look up my warranty since it is an aftermarket, but she did not ask me about the type of warranty. I was shuttled home by a very polite gentleman. Later I received a call from the same woman stating that the work would be over $700 and the warranty didnt cover any of the work. I asked again just to clarify because it seemed odd to me. And yes, according to her, not covered. I got off the phone with her and double checked my warranty and called my brother to make sure the price was reasonable. The warranty contract I had specifically stated that one item was in fact covered and through my brother I learned that she couldnt look up my warranty. That means she LIED! She did not find out that it wasnt covered under warranty; she didnt even find a warranty and instead of asking me about it she just charged me the full price. At this point my brother took over as he speaks the same language and was mad that she was doing her job so poorly. After he handled the situation by working with the service manager everything was fine. We paid about $250 less thanks to the warranty and my brothers extra efforts. Such a pain for something that could have been easy if my paper work was even looked at or some simple questions asked. I hope this experience was a one off and not the norm.

I purchased a vehicle here in 2016. Ever since I have taken my car there 7-8 times for the same exact problem that it was having. Every time I took it there they “fixed” it and returned my vehicle. Every time I complained that this is strange and it’s not right that the same problem was occurring despite them “fixing” it and no one seemed to be taking my complaints into consideration. This year alone I took it 2 or 3 times and one of those times I demanded to speak to a manager. I ended up speaking to the highest 2 of them and guess what? They could care less. They told me they would research my problem and get back to me and solve this once in for all. I’m still waiting to be contacted by these managers 8 months later. I ended up finding a customer satisfaction number for Ford customers and called and did a lemon law claim and got it all resolved once in for all. The day I took my car to surrender it which was on 10-26-2020 during a COVID outbreak, I walk into a building where none of the cdc guidelines were being followed. No one wore a mask or seemed to care about customer perception. Anyways. This entire establishment always seem to advertise how much they care but I have not felt that care in 5 years of me going there 2-3 times a year and complaining about the same issue I was having. I always felt I got discriminated against because I’m a young woman. I’m 110% sure that is one of the biggest reasons no one ever took me seriously. I took the time to write this review honest and unbiased. I have nothing against Ford itself. It’s just this location that they don’t seem care fairly about all their customers.

Simply a great experience. I would recommend it to anyone. I purchased a 2019 Subaru yesterday from this dealership. Car shopping is generally stressful and unenjoyable experience for me but not here!I live about an hour away, so I called first and spoke to Navi, the salesperson. He gladly went out and took some additional pictures and ran the Carfax information for me. I would not have been able to get there until 7pm that night, so he offered to put a hold on the car overnight so that I could come see the next day when it was light and not be rushed (and without stressing that someone was going to snatch it up before I could). He was informative but not pushy. He even dealt with my chattiness during my test drive like a champ!Sam, the manager, took care of most of the deal. He, too, was very friendly - Professional but not cold. He made sure we had all the keys, or assured me he could get them if they were not there. There was a discrepancy on the the price of the vehicle on the lot and what was posted online. He honored the online price without question. After purchasing the vehicle, I was about to drive away. Sam noticed that I was looking at scuff or something on the vehicle. (It is a used car, so it is to be expected.) Not here! He ran out and would not let me leave until his team did their magic on it. I left with that imperfection looking like new!I was in and out in less than two hours. They even had my car detailed while the paperwork was being done. He did come back and let me know that they only had one rack working. He said that they were putting the oil in now and it would be out soon. Not sure if this is common practice as this is my first interaction with the price ford service department. My mother in law bought a new ranger. At delivery, we noticed that the windshield had what looked like a bad factory tint job. Our salesperson, Hugh, who was fantastic by the way, said to bring it to service as it should be a warranty issue. I brought the truck in, as my MIL doesnt get around as well as she used to, on thursday the 28th of June. I spoke with Brian in service. He told me that he would give me a call on mon or tues the next week. It is now 11 days later, I have left 3 messages on his VM and have yet to receive a call back. I have talked to other service advisors and apparently brian is the only one that can help me. I am at a loss at what to do. I guess i can take it to modesto. Just very disappointed in my first dealings with price ford, not good.Update****Well, the day after my original post, I received a response from the owner and a phone call regarding my concerns. I got an apology and an assurance that my windshield would arrive within days. That was 3 weeks ago. I have left 2 vm and, again, have yet to receive any response from anybody. No call to say there is a delay. I realize there may be a slight delay with the pandemic, but the time issue is not my problem. The complete and utter lack of communication is. We have been driving a 2001 Ford F250 Extended Cab, then modified with the 4.30 rear end and added air bags, towing numerous 5th wheel trailers all over the Western United States. We decided that the truck, which had over 75,000 miles, was due for retirement and were interested in the same type of truck.When we first arrived at Price Ford in Turlock and mentioned this to the sales person who met us, they took us to see Dylan Johnson. We explained what we were interested in and gave him the Build Your Truck features that I took off the web. We went through the features and made a few changes, put $500 down, and it took Ford roughly 9 weeks to complete the truck to what we wanted and make delivery.During the process I called and spoke with Dylan several times. He is very honest and his work ethics are superb. His integrity seems to be his foundation as he seems to like the job he does and makes you feel part of the process, something other dealerships fail to recognize.Even though we live 25 miles from the dealership and have an option of another dealership close by, the trips are well worth it as it seems like these people really do care about their customers and try very hard to satisfy their buying needs.So, if in the market for a truley great truck, Price Ford is the one to go to!

Only when I was ready to buy the car did they say “oops, we made a mistake, the price is actually a couple thousand dollars higher”. My Ford f150 was having problems, it was throwing white smoke from exhaust and loosing coolant, so I took it to Price Ford of Turlock for a diagnostic. They performed all kinds of test; coolant pressure test, inspection for coolant leaks, removed coils and spark plugs, inspected top of pistons, plugs for signs of coolant, NOTHING ABNORMAL FOUND. inspected turbos found internal coolant leak on passenger side. I was told that the problem was with the turbo and that it had to be replaced. I declined the repairs, but purchased the turbo part for $738 and decided to have another mechanic to replace the turbo for $300. Unfortunately, that did not work, and the problem persisted, so i took it back for another diagnostics i got charged again $140 and supposedly now they found coolant on cylinder 3 on top of piston and valve. Im really annoyed because the first time i took it everything came out normal with the engine, just the turbo needed replacement. However, based upon Price Ford of Turlock representations, I needlessly purchased the turbo. The aforementioned facts clearly demonstrate that Price Ford of Turlock negligently diagnosed the problem with my vehicle and as a result at my own incurred expenses. I went for a refund, but the people there were really races they wouldnt help me and ignore me, until finally i talked to the manager and he said he couldnt give me a refund. I lost over $1,000 for a bad diagnostic i dont think is fair especially when they got all the equipment and computers to get a precise diagnostic. I went and sued them and i still lost the case, waste of time when your trying to do things right!!!!!

We purchased a Ford Fusion Energi this weekend and it was the best car buying experience weve had : From the internet sales manager Jasons response to our online inquiry, to our sales person Manuel who was awesome in helping us through the looking / driving / buying process, and ultimately to Judy(?) who helped us through the financials. All were fantastic!I have to admit that I was a bit hesitant at firstbecause our experience (many years ago) with the previous Ford dealership in turlock was not quite as pleasant. We were not very familiar with the Fusion Energi but staff was wonderful in helping us understand the car and feel good about our decision. I would also like to note that the teamwork among the staff was evident and very positive. I felt that they all truly worked together AND liked/cared for each other creating a comfortable environment for the customers. My experience with the Price Ford of Turlock management team has been excruciatingly painful. Between the false promises of the service work being completed when they said it would to the half hearted workmanship they try to pass off as Ford Factory Specifications. The staff is unprofessional and does not show a keen interest in the service situation your in. It was when the parts arrived and were installed that is when I seen the workmanship. Fingerprints everywhere, electronics not functioning, New damaged parts! I uploaded some pictures of the workmanship and the 4th try detail job that Price Ford Stands behind as the Manager Mark in the Service department said that this is acceptable to him. I believe it because he inspected the Super duty himself. Then again it wasnt his $60,000 he spent...I wish I could give a negative star rating for the carelessness.

I went on Saturday and was offered 5500 and to think about it. It evens says in my ad I will not accept half. I even made it clear on Saturday and Monday. But hey come one in alone can offer you a super low half price.Oh and a reply back from this company is not worth anything. Howeve, I am sure they will not read this through to be able to respond correctly.Therefore, the lesson is through all of this that I saw coming, a Dealership is going to low ball the f*&k out of you. I came by today to take a look at the 2006 Ford f-250 (stock # 20226-1) that was advertised on their website and perhaps take a test drive. When I arrived I asked for Paul (Paul sent me an email) but I was told he was with another customer on a test drive. I told the sales person that I came to look at the 2006 silver F-250 that was advertised . The website pictures showed the truck to have leather interior, heated heats and silver in color. The sales person told me that the truck was in the service area and he would bring it to the front and said the clear coat isnt quite dry yet. That right off the bat was a concern! When the truck arrived it didnt look anything like the truck was advertised! The truck had dirty cloth seats, no heated seats and a dark bronze color. I drove from Merced to hopefully make a deal but was very disappointed! It was a wasted trip. Price for service was normal for dealer. Staff was not very personable and a bit stiff.Took my 2018 Mustang GT in for the “works”Staff left greasy hand and finger prints on the hood and front end. Spilled oil on radiator cover under the hood. Oil left on the drain plug didn’t even have the courtesy to wipe down plug and area where oil splashed. Also on the interior no courtesy mats were put down over my floor mats, staff tracked in “kitty litter” or floor sweep what ever it was was a pain to vacuum out off carpet. I had an oil leak about a year ago and I had it fixed, I also already knew I had a coolant leak. Since Ive gotten the car back I now have a pretty decent oil leak. Theres drops all over my driveway and now it seems I have a new problem to address. These guys are quality service techs and mechanics, im iot really sure why this has happened but I will take back in and then review what happens. Hopefully it doesnt cost me an arm and a leg!

That goes away next month, January 2018 when we are supposed to have our free one. The service department at Price Ford are at the top of my list for #1 service. I have never met a group of people that were truly concerned and helpful in turning a break down into a pleasant experience.I had just bought a used F 450 from a private party to haul my 40 trailer with. I was on my way to Las Vegas for a race when my truck started loosing power. I pulled off the freeway and tried to find the problem, could not find anything. As we were heading back to the freeway we noticed Price Ford and so we stoped. I was amazed when in a few minutes they had someone out to check it out. I unhooked my trailer and the tested it..There was a injector bad and my fuel cooler pump going out. I was thinking we will never make Vegas in time..This is where it gets good. There was over 10 hours of work to be done. I was allowed to unhook my trailer there over night they provided us with a loaner car and they agreed to try and get the repairs done the next day. The key word there was TRY. That next morning the mechanic showed up early and got right on it..I was going to wait till 4:30 before I started bugging them. When with a great surprise. Thirty minute before I was heading over there my truck rolls up all done. We hooked back up to our trailer and hit the freeway it ran so great and strong. We made Vegas in time for the race then put over 4000 miles on it that month.Between the caring service staff and service we received from Price Ford and the great work that they did in making my truck run like new the hole experience was a good one.Thank you Price Ford and special thanks to Mike, Albert and Manuel .

November 16th I took my Ford F150 to the dealership due to my turbo leaking an excessive amount of oil. My husband being a Diesel Mechanic, instantly knew the issue as soon as he seen it. Since my truck was purchased New back in February of 2019 we took it back to the dealership to have them look at it first thing Monday morning. I also put a call in to Ford Customer Relations. Ive been notified by both the dealership and Ford Customer Relations stating the Turbo was leaking and that the parts would be replaced - just not the motor. However, I have not even owned the vehicle a year and now my motor has been compromised. The dealership and the specialist made a report stating that the oil was NOT internal. I have photos that show the oil IS internal and will create everlasting issues. Im supposed to pay on a vehicle I purchased NEW with a motor thats been compromised and has not even reached 20K miles?? Price Fords Tech. did not chart oil leakage internally therefore the Specialist who based his report off of the technicians did not find a reason for the motor to be replaced. How can photos lie?? How come a specialist who is overlooking the case does not physically have to overlook the truck and can base a report off of another techs work?? That like a health doctor doing surgery without even meeting you and then not even taking care of the issue you went in for. I personally spent over $60,000 to be lied to. I forgot to mention the same Sunday I took my truck in - I referred my friend to Price Ford. She ended up purchasing a vehicle on that Monday. I sure hope she does not experience the same treatment from Ford. I cant imagine someone who does not have the knowledge of a mechanic going through this and putting their trust into Ford. Its a SHAME!!!!!!!!!!!—Second Update:My vehicle has since had parts replaced due to the oil leak as well as the turbo no longer working properly. My transmission was also “fixed” due to it not shifting properly. I’ve since had to do a ride along to show the mechanic the reoccurring issue. I’m supposed to take it back in to be evaluated for repair. However, my vehicle was in the autobody shop getting a repair on the tailgate and I was notified that there is some concerning issues with the frame that they needed to document on their end to cover liability of their company. The photos show the vehicle frame being compromised. The frame is twisted in the photos and rusted. I again, purchased this vehicle NEW so that way I wouldn’t have to deal with problems of a used vehicle! This trucks that I purchased NEW almost a year ago is a liability to FORD and is unsafe for me and others on the road. This cannot be “repaired” as it needs to be REPLACED. This vehicle has been tempered with and I purchased it under the impression that it was NEW WITHOUT ANY MECHANICAL OR STRUCTURAL DAMAGE. I do not recommend this dealership as I was told this is how the frame is supposed to be and that my lawyer can contact them. Patchetts Ford was in business at this site for over 100 years. They came recommended by USAA. I live in Merced, so I had my choice of places to buy from, up and down the valley. I chose Patchetts. Their service and treatment of customers was great.Then, Price Ford happened without warning. My lifetime of free oil changes from Patchetts that I got when I bought my brand new top of the line Explorer Sport disappeared, and Price tried to placate all of us Patchetts customers with 5 free oil changes as a substitute. Not even close to good, Price Ford.Furthermore, when I had problems with my new SUV, they were addressed, albeit incompletely. I have a continuing engine noise that Price lacks the technical acumen to resolve, even to this day.On another note; when I made the appointment to have my older (2010) Mustang GT in for a recall service, I was informed that they dont do shuttle service to Merced, even though both they and Patchetts had done so in the past. When I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that they didnt have the parts in to do the recall repair. Youd have thought they would have phoned me and canceled the appointment. Another service tech took my order aside and after a while said that they did indeed have the parts. It left me shaking my head, and thinking, after all this... that I would take my business elsewhere when buying my next vehicle.I dont feel like the personnel there care about their customers, which in the auto business, is a fatal mistake. Its clearly a top down issue. I dont know how long Price will be there, but Ill wager it wont be over 100 years...

During my last service at Price Ford they tried to up sell me on a back up camera that I did not need for $900. My back up camera was intermittently working, like a connection or programming problem. When I asked them to look into it they said I needed the new camera because the lens was sun-bleached, which wasn’t the cause for its intermittency. Later I found out that there was a recall on part of the camera connection to the main screen that no one at Price Ford ever told me about. Unfortunately as of this point that recall has expired and Ford will not help me out. So my camera still glitches to this day.

Went in with full intentions to buy/order a brand new mustang. Had worked out deals with the salesmen and specd out the mustang to what I wanted, settled on a price, and placed a deposit for the car. After 2 weeks, they call saying that my order had been pushed off due to Ford not talking any 2018 orders and that I should come in and work out a deal.Decided to go in and see what I could find through the dealer, but the sales manager was extremely rude and was acting as if we were just wasting his time. Price Ford of Turlock is simply the best. I live in Las Vegas and found the lowest priced Fusion Hybrid SE anywhere within a five hundred mile radius at this dealership. I found the car online in January priced $6,000 lower than anywhere else and the process to get the vehicle couldnt have been easier. I was preapproved online at an ultra low interest rate and the dealer agreed to hold the vehicle for several days until I could make arrangements to get there to make sure I still wanted the vehicle. I made arrangements to fly into Fresno Airport with the plan to rent a vehicle there to get to Price Ford, which is approximately 100 miles from the airport. To my amazement, the salesman agreed to pick me up at the airport with the full understanding that there was no commitment to purchase the vehicle. When I got to the dealership the car looked even nicer than it did online. I completed the purchase process at the terms previously specified with no issues or surprises, and Ive drove the vehicle home to Las Vegas. The customer service displayed by the sales team was outstanding and second to none. Thank you Price Ford!

Id like to take the time and write this review on the service department. I had my girlfriend take her chevy cruze into the service department about a month and a half ago (because we bought the ford warranty for it when buying the car used at a ford dealer). the car was brought in two hours before the appointment and dropped off. the car was not even looked at for 2 days. the car needed a water pump replaced and I told them it was leaking oil from around the crankshaft seal. I was so pissed dealing with them I just wanted the damn car back and did not fight them on fixing the oil leak after it took them 4 days for the water pump to be fixed. which they ended up taking it to another shop to be fixed anyways. I was told the technicians looked for an oil leak and didnt find one, what your seeing is from the water pump leaking well first of all there is no oil in the water pump...and second off how can you miss this oil leak. I have taken my company work truck here several times for recalls, and services and I will make sure it never returns. I will NEVER be back to this dealership and I will make sure anyone that I know who is thinking of coming here to think twice. here is a picture so you can see the oil leak they did not see

My wife purchased her “New” F150 in February of 2019. She had to purchase a new vehicle after her Chevy was totaled in an accident.. At the time, Ford did everything they could to help make sure we got into another vehicle. However, not even a year later she has oil leaking from her turbo into her inter cooler passing into the motor. 8 Months old an she is experiencing one of the worst issues that could happen. Yes, you can replace the parts but what about the motor that has already experienced oil being passed through? Ford should have to deal with this and she should be refunded her money to get a “new” vehicle without everlasting issues.

Purchased a Ford Taurus police interceptor used. Was told by 2 sales people how nice it is and when it arrives by auto transport the car has deep scratches on both sides and trunk lid. 2 softball size dents on the side of the car above the window. Now it will NOT pass emissions in my state. I did a wire transfer paid in full. My wife and I had the best possible experience EVER with Ernie @ Patchetts Ford.We wanted a very particular vehicle, and while they had something similar, they didnt have what we wanted. However, they allowed us to test drive the similar vehicle multiple times and we ended up custom ordering the vehicle the way we wanted. Ernie went out of his way at every turn to help us out.We got the car, and everything was awesome. We didnt get pressured to do add-ons in the financing department, just made aware that they were available, and a kind no was enough for them to move onto the next item.Lastly, we got our car in January. It is now May, and my wife managed to lock herself out of the car. She called Ernie who, since the sale has been made, has NO reason to help us, except that he is awesome guy. And he did. I entered into communications over a vehicle located at Price Ford in Turlock, CA. I am located in Colorado. After multiple verbal phone calls regarding condition of vehicle with Dylan (sales rep), I gave him my credit card information for a deposit/hold on the vehicle while it was sent to a mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection paid for by myself at the cost of $199.99. He assured me the vehicle would be pulled from the lot and would not be sold until taken for inspection and communications after. Communications fell away following the cars return to the dealership after inspection. There were several safety concerns that had to be addressed prior to me deciding to purchase the vehicle that Dylan and his assistant, Joe, agreed to - battery replacement and exterior bulbs that were causing additional dash warnings. Communications again ceased as I repeatedly tried to find out what was being done with this vehicle since I was still interested. I received a phone call a week later from Joe informing me of the bad news that the vehicle had been sold despite my deposit. I phoned Chuck, the dealership sales manager, and left him a message, which he did not return. I phoned again 2 days later and left another message. He then returned my call and after I asked for reimbursement for the $199.99 pre-purchase inspection since I had a hold on the vehicle, he adamantly refused stating it was my prerogative to have this completed. This is despite the only reason I went forward with the inspection, at my cost, was due to the hold on the vehicle, and being reassured it would NOT be sold. They went against a verbal agreement entered into with myself and Dylan, the sales rep. In no way do I recommend this dealership who is unable to keep their word. They give new meaning to typical sleazy car sales people and it starts from the very top down with Chuck. Run away and find a reputable group that will actually be on your side. I invite the owners to reach out to me. This is just the first of many social media sites that these actions will be shared. All for a measly $200 they are too cheap to reimburse because they could not keep their word.

The saleman we worked with there was wonderful, when we bought our escape! Its was just switching from patchetts ford to price. (Wed bought a different vehicle there before so we came back)! Now its a whole different story. I had an issue with the button on my steering wheel, it constantly gets stuck (mind you this happen 2 months after having the new car) I asked them to order a new part. Ive called three times in the past couple months and its been 6 months since my last oil change when they were supposed to order the part! I keep get transferred to a different person then that person never picks up! Its really frustrating that they are giving me the run around. Had you asked me 2 months ago about this dealership I may not have been so overly excited. But with some time and patients on both parts they really came through. My Ford Flex had a persistent noise and was really not something that was so easy to detect. After they finally took the car and kept for about 4 weeks they finally found the problem. At first it was a bit of a struggle as to a rental car and who was paying but after they had the car for a week and still had no answers they really came to bat. They absorbed not only all the fees over the nearly 4 weeks but also kept me informed pretty much daily. In the end I must tip my hat to a well handled experience. Went in for a warranty repair on a part, was promised the part would be in the following day by noon. My air conditioner quit working. They got me in on the same day. Curtis kept me up to date with their findings then brought out pictures of the problem. A fury critter had got up in the casing and got caught by the air conditioning belt . As a result the critter got injured leaving behind a lot of fur and blood on the belt. The belt quit working. I took my old 1997 Ford F150 in for the brake pads to be changed, they didnt know they had a $100 service, they had to literally bring up their own website to check on it. They had great customer service, even the lady who was still training. After they did my brakes, they did a multi-point inspection, which they gave me a print out of what was good and was ok and all that..They did service on 4/23/16, as of today which is 4/30/16, a week later. My serpentine belt is all chewed up and needs to be replaced, not even 300 miles later. on the multi point inspection list, it says my driving belts are good. im very upset and they will be recieving a phone call..

I took my car in to price ford and Curtiss Beagle was the service writer. It was the 2nd visit to them. Curtiss told me that I would be receiving a survey and that I should fill it out with all the best grades for him. This I did, trying to establish a good relationship with this dealership. This was a mistake of monumental proportions, After my last visit I took my car down just before it turned 36K miles as the motor that runs the wiper fluid was no longer working. However it did when I took it to them for service, I used them as I pulled in because it was getting hard to see out the windshield,. Since they were going to drive it, I wanted to make sure they could see. 2 days earlier, after the maintenance my car would not shut off one night, it was stuck with the backup camera on, it would not lock even though I had vacated the vehicle, I was in a place that this car needed to shut off and lock, . This did not happen. I finally said hell with it and went in the store and bought my usual nightly coke zero. When I came out the car was in health check mode with the blue download line nearing the 90% mark. I did not connect these 2 incidents until I had the conversation with Curtiss Beagle and another service writer names Garnet Turner. The problem is the abs brakes are at least once a day and sometimes twice a day barely touch them and then they slam on and then release and slam on again going through a cycle of 3 or 4 slams before returning to normal. couple all of this and the fact that this car has gone into health check mode by itself 3 times since the oil change, Now for the conversation that enlightened me. I went in and told Curtiss about the the wiper fluid motor not coming on at all. It was closing time so I asked him to document the mileage which he refused to do, because I was nearing the 36K mark and that was end of warranty. He then told me that Lincoln had a 40K warranty, I responded I do not believe so. He again reaffirmed that lincoln had a 40K warranty period and again I said no, I do not believe as that is not what they said upon purchase. He again reaffirmed the 40K warranty period, I saw no use in continuing that conversation for I knew better. So I moved the conversation onto fixing the wipers and told him I thought they probably had knocked something loose, while performing maintenance. He then told me drop the car off and they would give me a ride home. I said no I will wait, Curtiss then insisted that I drop it off as they would need it all day. I said you need it all day for a wiper fluid issue, No I will wait. He again insisted I drop it off, and they take me home. I again refused that offer and then offered the one thing I was told upon purchase, That anytime any where in the USA that lincoln had my car for a lengthy period of time that I would be given a lincoln to drive for that period, My actual statement was okay Lincoln for lincoln. Immediately Garnet Turners mouth fell open the look of surprise upon her face and her face turned white as though all the blood had left it. Curtiss had one word NO. I said okay I will bring it in tomorrow that being saturday the 10th of september 2016. He talked me out of that saying to busy, bring it in on Monday and I will not be here but she will. meaning Garnet Turner. So I call on Monday and Garnet immediately says you were supposed to bring it in on Sat. Another attempt at avoidance.So these people not knowing me and I not knowing them, this brings to light many questions. 1. Does price ford of turlock CA. have competent enough mechanics to perform routine mainenance as per maintenance contracts. 2. Are all the additional issues an accident, if so it strongly suggests that question 1 be further investigated. If not, then was there intent. 3. If intent these people do not know me and I do not know them, what possibly could be their motive. Does not matter, Price Ford is not trustworthy & will no longer be working on my car. I could not give them less than 1 star for a rating, that is why their rating is so high,

Scheduled a service for my Ford Ranger and when I arrived, it took over and hour before it went into the service bay. Why did I have to select a time if It took 1 hr but had to wait for 2hrs? Kinda frustrating!

Bought my second truck at price formally Patchets. The new price ford only cares when you are buying vehicle. After they dont answer one calls or return messages. Bad experience. Feel like they can care less only about numbers. Not many dealerships that care anymore

2016 Mustang v6The car exceeds my expectations. I had reservations about the color combination and seats but have found wherever I go people are constantly admiring the car. The seats hold me in around corners even at speed. Had reservations about the V6 but I found that it actually gets better gas mileage than the 4cyl turbo which I was also granted the courtesy of borrowing. I am averaging anywhere from 25mpg down to 20mpg from Turlock Ca to Reno Nv.Since I was loaned the car initially before my purchase the steering has not been out of sport mode. It is very responsive and precise in its handling. The ride is more similar to a Morgan+4 or a British Sports car of that era, it adheres to the road even around corners at speed. What I do find Enjoyable also is the fact that it will automatically downshift to a lower gear when firmly using the accelerator. If that isnt sufficient down shifting using the left paddle provide more torque and therefore more acceleration. You can upshift with the paddle on the right which comes very natural as well.I must say this is one car you would not want to ride in if you have a migraine or a hangover, you can feel all the bumps on the road. I have also found that when I pulled into my Bank in Reno the staff did not know what type of car it was it is that distinctive a car.Handling is phenominal, I found that I can do a 180 (u-turn) quite easily by accelerating turning the wheel and letting off almost simultaneously. Recovery is very easy from such a turn as long as you dont overcorrect. I have yet to find another Mustang similar to mine with that color scheme. The one disadvantage to this car is you can put 2 adults in the front and 2 midgets in the back, or any combination thereof.Im glad it has such a fantastic stereo system. I use it at speed to drown out the exhaust report, the exhaust is that loud and distinctive. I finally have been able to remotely start the car using a lot of fancy verbage. I have been constantly practicing for the last 3 weeks.Price has exceeded my expectation of what they have promised. They have not disappointed in the attentiveness of any of my concerns. Starting from upper management through the sales department finding the right vehicle and through finance to offer the proper warranty and maintenance coverages for my vehicle and the service department and extensive parts department helping get what I need.

What started out as a great experience with Jared turned into a 6 hour pain staking process.I would recommend working with Jared to anyone, unfortunately the finance guys dont have their act together.Im very disappointed that we had to return to the dealership 3 timtes to sign or reproduce paperwork that was overlooked the first 6 hours we were there.We had high hopes for the Ford Fusion Energi but those are diminishing after two trips to the service department. The second trip required the car to be worked on for a week. The dealership did not provide a loaner car while keeping our car. This left us with one car and we still had a car payment.Not sure what the remedy is

Took my truck in for service on a Saturday morning. Service dept. was pretty busy at 8 am, didnt know they open at 7:30 am. Was greeted by Service Advisor Curtiss Beagle. He asked me a few questions about the service I wanted and after about 1 1/2 hr I was out the door. Thanks Curtiss for the great service and the hitch cover.

Dropped off our Expedition for servicing on the fan for the airconditioner, and the service advisors were attenative and got me back home fast with a shuttle ride and a hot cup of coffee ! they will call me at 2:00 to come pick it up .Thanks, Curtis and Jeff .
