When I say PRI is the best in the business I truly mean it. Id been dealing with leaks from my parapet wall since new years of 2023. I thought I could get away with a silicone repair since Id been told by previous contractors that I did not need a full re-roof. Not even 8months into the repaired roof and the materials started to crack letting in rain water through the parapet wall into my house coming through the windows. At that point I knew I needed to get the entire roof re-done just to make sure nothing like this would happen again. When I reached out to Aggy, it was a Saturday, that following Monday he came to check out my roof. He didnt hesitate to get on a ladder and see for himself what was going on. He was able to let me know how old my roof was and gave me a proper estimate for redoing the entire thing. From replacing the tar shingles, parapet wall, and even safely removing the Spanish tiles and applying waterproofing to then put back my same tiles afterward. He stayed true to the estimate even throughout the entire process and there was no surprises along the way. My roof is pretty complicated, there are so many different types of materials that intersect with one another and they all needed to be water tight. Aggy has a strong attention to detail and craftsmanship that is seriously unmatched. When he would talk me through solutions he would sketch them out on paper, give me knowledge about materials, and make sure I understood his recommendations before moving forward. He didnt undermine me b/c Im a young female homeowner, and always made me feel like if there was anything that needed rework PRI is only an email or phone call away. And, he stayed true to that promise. When the work was done I noticed an issue with how the last column of Spanish tiles were set where they meet my parapet wall in the front, one tile was tilted inwards which made the last 3 columns of the tiles misaligned. I emailed PRI with marked up photos and notes on what I noticed, instead of any back-and-forth Aggy showed up a week or so later with his super talented crew and workshopped some quick ideas on how to fix it. Before re-setting the mortar they would call me outside to take a look at the alignment before finalizing just to make sure it addressed my feedback exactly. He didnt make me feel like a pest for calling out such details either. I love PRI and I would definitely use them again. We researched to determine 3 of the best rated local roofing companies, got estimates from all of them, and ultimately chose Premiere Roofing because of their superlative, timely, clear andhonest communication. The owner, Aggy, visited with us and took all the time needed to cover our questions. This was our first re-roofing, and we had a lot of questions! He was honest, reassuring, and patient. Aggys philosophy lined up with ours: you get what you pay for, if youre going to do something, do it right, and use top quality (balancing with best value) materials. His crew was terrific; experienced, friendly, and tidy. Aggy was on site several times during the job, and always responded promptly to emails and calls. We always felt like we were in good hands, that our business was appreciated, and that they were committed to making sure we were happy customers. Like many homeowners, weve dealt with many businesses over the decades, from plumbers to electricians to painters. I can honestly say that Premiere Roofing was the most pleasant experience weve had with any of them. Aggy also has a painting company which we contracted to continue the work on our wooden house, which had not been painted in 18 years. There was a lot of work to do, all of which was done with the same attention to detail as the roof. And, new gutters! All big jobs handled with one superb company, at one time, phew! We could not be happier with the results. And with Aggy taking excellent aerial pictures with his drone, we have the pictures to prove it!

I was a bit apprehensive during my initial search for a roofing contractor to replace my 33-year-old tile roof and gutters since it is one of the more expensive home improvement projects. I went through the usual route of internet review search, Diamond Certified directory, BBB ratings and CertainTeed certified installer list to select 6 companies for a price quote. 2 of them I got absolutely no reply, 1 was 6 to 8 weeks to come out for a quote and the other 3 provided quotes within 2 weeks. Aggy, the owner of PRI Premiere, provided a very detailed roofing report and pricing estimate to me in 3 days. When comparing all the quotes, they all came within 5% of each other. However, PRI’s quote stood out as the most comprehensive which listed out all the material, scope of the job, possible dry rot repair cost, liability & worker’s comp insurance information, etc.At my final selection process, Aggy came to my house for a site inspection, we discussed some of the additional work I wanted to do including roofing over an open rafter entrance area and adding a huge 4’ x 6’ sky light for illumination. When compared to the other companies, this is when Aggy won me over for the job. With his pleasant demeanor, Aggy patiently listened to all my needs and concerns, gave me professional and honest answers without any hard sell. As a matter of fact, I was so impressed with Aggy, I contracted him to also paint my house after the roofing is completed. As we negotiated on the final cost, he was able help me keep the project within budget and made recommendations that helped beautify my home and gave me the most value.After I signed the contract, PRI got the permit from the city and started the job in 4 weeks. The PRI roofing crew and the foreman, Jairo, were fantastic. Every day they started the work on time, worked efficiently, kept the noise to a minimum, and cleaned up around the house at the end of the day. Throughout the whole project, we had excellent communication and they kept me informed of the project status. Periodically, I would go up on the roof to check on the progress and I can tell they did a very high-quality job without any short cuts. The thing that impressed me the most is that the roofing crew called a stop to the project after the supplier delivered the roofing shingle material. They were able to tell by the packaging that the shingle delivered were old stock even though they were the correct Certain Teed Presidential TL Solaris. Jairo explained and apologized for the delay as they insisted the supplier to take back the old and re-deliver the new stock. As a homeowner, I would never be able to tell the difference between the two, but PRI acted in my best interest and got me the best material possible. To me that is a testament to the integrity and quality of the company.After the roofing was completed, PRI painting crew came in to do part 2 of the project. Once again the crew led by Ceasar continued the same timely, efficient, and professional job. From pressure washing the house, surface repair, priming, windows covering to painting and clean up, everything was top notch. A lot of people from my neighborhood, including my contractor neighbors, complemented what a good job PRI have done and the prep that went into the job is the best they have seen. The final step of gutter and gutter guard installation also went very smoothly and added the final touch to the whole project.After the job completion, the city came back for a final inspection and signed off on the project without any issues. Shortly after, Aggy came back and did a walk through with me to confirm everything was completed to my expectation.For anyone looking for an honest, professional and reputable roofing and painting company, I will highly recommend PRI as your next contractor.

They are professional, reasonable and did a fantastic job with our roof. Happy with the outcome. we didn’t get the black Moire TL Solaris roof that we had initially opted for due to order date mix up. They could have planned that better. Nevertheless, the output turned out fine.

After my research and quotes from many contractors, I hired PRI Roofing for my roof replacement and skylight installation. The quote was competitive, the price was right, the responsiveness was top notch along with their 20 years warranty of both materials and workmanship. And the work started within a week - because they would do contract only when they know materials are available - which is good thing with no wait time.Aggy was awesome and kept us well-informed throughout the process. In fact he also suggested how the overall look of the house may improve by few changes in fascia which actually would cost lesser than replacing some rotten wood blocks on the roof. The folks who were working knew what they were doing, had the right equipments - the overall process of installation was very professional yet friendly. The roof inspector from city did inspection at various stages and had no complaints or thoughts about work not done properly - that is so good!I trust PRI Roofing as a company, respect their values and their responsiveness to any questions we had. After a very taxing experience with a solar installation gone wrong, we hired Aggy & team to help us re-roof our entire roof. Throughout the entire experience we were impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, and quality of work. Highly recommend.Aggy came to me as one of three contractors recommended by the tile industry association in our area. We bid the work to all three (+two other high yelp reviewed contractors) to develop a proposal to help fix our roof after extensive damage + leaks caused by poor solar installation. All of them agreed that a full re-roof was required but Aggy stood above the rest with his competitive bid but more-so as the only contractor that was willing to propose a process for him to warranty the work after the solar panels were re-installed. He was flexible with timing as we worked through insurance and was able to prioritize completion of the work prior to the rain. We really appreciated his ability to squeeze us in after months of postponing the fix.The installation looks great, all concerns were addressed as the install progressed and the crew was professional and ensured our yard was picked up every day without issue. Aggy himself came by to review progress every 2 days or so, and went above and beyond to ensure we knew what was happening and any decisions he required. They were proactive in recommending improvements, diligent in ensuring the highest quality underlayment and materials were used to allow the 10 year workmanship warranty. The team was great about follow-up, painted all the hardware on the roof to match, helped work with our interior contractors to set new skylights, and upgrade a couple problematic gutters. The crew was also good to re-inspect the roof prior to the first rain to ensure no issues as the seasons changed. Final photos coming soon.

After 4 vastly different estimates, I choose P.R.I. to do the roof repair I needed done. They used a drone to photograph the areas that I needed repaired thereby not walking all over my tile roof, and sent me the photos.The workmen arrived on time and accomplished the repairs in record time. I received photos of the areas that had been repaired and the work was done completely satisfactorily. I can strongly recommend this roofing company.

Found them through the Diamond Certified directory. Aggy and Jairo have been exceptional to work with. Our church in San Lorenzo, CA had a bad leak in the kitchen of our 50+year old building. Their crew came out the same week to fix the issue. Everything seemed to be very well done however there was a very small leak that still persisted. We contacted them and the crew literally arrived the next day to address our concerns and re-repair the area. It rained a few days later and no leak at all!We are very pleased with both of the cost of the repairs, their professionalism and the fact that they stood by their warranty and held themselves accountable for ensuring their work was perfect.Our church plans on using them again for several improvement projects this year and next.

We highly recommend P.R.I. Premiere Roofing. From bid through completion Aggy and his team did a great job. We got three bids and P.R.I. Premieres was very competitive We had the added complexity of replacing a very large skylight. We tried to work directly with skylight companies, and their bids for strictly the fabrication of the skylight were extremely high. Aggy took on the job and not only do we have a new roof, but the skylight is beautiful. Throughout the process the company was responsive, clear in its scope of work, and billing. The crew that did the work was excellent and cleaned up each day.

Aggy, the owner of Premiere Roofing is very professional and personally meets with his clients to provide a detailed account of the work to be completed. We contracted with Premiere for a new roof and gutters after experiencing a leak in one bedroom. The roof/gutters were completed with a professional team of roofers within a few days. They took care to clean around our property after work each day and attended to all county permits and inspections. Roofers were very courteous and on time each day. When I called P.R.I Premiere and spoke to Leslie she was very professional and responsive. She set an appointment with Aggy, who met with me at the scheduled time. He looked at the exterior of the house and took his time to explain the entire process and his expectations and the scope of their work. From the beginning he was very honest and knowledgeable. He presented me with 3 options of paint and explained each of them. We chose the highest level of paint and scheduled a start date. Cesar and his helper showed up on the scheduled day at the appointed time to get to work. These two gentlemen did an awesome job and paid very close attention to detail; Cesar also helped us choose the best color for our home. They went above and beyond our expectations. Jairo, their project manager was here to see every step of the job and when we needed to have a portion of the roof repaired (previous companys work), he brought the PRI roofing team out and they repaired the problem. They did not leave until everything was completed to our satisfaction. When we are ready to begin painting the interior of our house, we will definitely be calling Aggy and his PRI Premiere team to do the job! We are very pleased to have found Aggy and the P.R.I. We found PRI roofing through the Diamond Certified directory. Aggy came for in-person consultation and patiently listened to our needs and concerns. We have recently done several home improvement projects, but I must say I have not met a contractor like Aggy yet. His professionalism and pleasant demeanor was evident from our first meeting. He would stop by everyday to check on the work status throughout the course of the project, a reflection of someone who loves and cares about the work. Permits and inspections were taken care off without any issues. After the job was complete, Aggy came for the final walk through. There were few minor details that needed attention, which were addressed quickly. A combination of quality work, professionalism, and good manner is hard to find these days, which the PRI team represents. I can’t say enough good things about PRI-Premiere Roofing Inc. From beginning to end, from customer service to construction services, they were efficient, professional, and considerate. Leslie, in customer service, was always pleasant and super accommodating, even to the point of calling me back if she noticed she missed my call. She was always patient in answering my many concerns, and if she couldn’t answer my questions, she made sure Jairo got back to me. Jairo was pleasant, superbly competent, and very trustworthy. He was at the job site daily to let me know what was happening and what the next step was to be. He provided me with pictures at every step of the process, and he was always responsive to my many questions, always reassuring my apprehensions: he reinforced the portal through my roof for the attic vents with extra wire because of my fears of squirrels gaining entry to my attic through the vents; he had the crew lay down a cover over my roof after the first day’s tear-off because of my fears over the remote possibility of overnight rain. Before the project began, Abby made two trips to my house to explain the process, explain the O’Hagen attic vents, and even looked into my attic to get a feel of the dry rot damage because of my concerns over the state of damage to my roof. At each visit he stayed until all my questions were answered: never did I feel hurried. Finally, the crew was clean and careful, and made me feel they were conscientious with my house, taking time to do the job right, rather than good enough.At every step of the project, I truly felt that the PRI team was never harried, were respectful of my concerns, completely competent and professional in all phases of the project, and genuinely wanted me to be happy with the result. PRI-Premiere Roofing replaced our roof and we are very happy with the process and outcome. The roof looks really good and has several improvements over the original.After the major storms in January, our 24-year old roof started leaking. The roof had leaked a few years earlier and been repaired but was leaking again.We initially planned to get bids from three roofers, but ended up getting bids from seven. All had months delays before any start dates. We decided to go with CertainTeed shingles and a ridge vent so that eliminated a couple of the roofers. Of the five remaining, one quote was much higher than the others while another quote was much lower. So that left three quotes. We selected PRI-Premiere.As part of their quote, PRI provided a report showing aerial photographs of our roof along with drawings giving a detailed breakdown of the segment areas of the roof, as well as lengths of eaves, ridges, flashing etc. The PRI representative (Aggy) came to our house, answered all of our questions and provided useful suggestions. PRI was agreeable to small jobs like putting in additional undereave vents which some roofers were not willing to do.* PRI removed the old shingles and installed new shingles and a ridge vent.* PRI installed new fascia boards and placed flashing over the ends to protect them. The old rafters did not have flashing on the tips and had rotted.* PRI replaced rotted plywood decking around the edges of the roof and chimney. PRI provided pictures of the old decking.* PRI installed new flashing around the chimney and where a roof line met a wall. This involved removing stucco, installing flashing, wrap, screen and then applying new stucco. This is a solid repair for stucco chimney leaks.* PRI installed additional under eave vents to provide inlet air to balance the outlet airflow provided by the ridge vent.The entire job took a little over a week. Every day, before starting work, a manager checked in with us to let us know what was going to be done. At the end of each day PRI did a thorough job of picking up any debris around the house. The workers did an amazing job and were always very polite to us.Given our positive experience, we highly recommend PRI-Premiere Roofing.

When we signed on with P.R.I. to replace our very old, very leaky roof and skylights, we were already looking at a couple of oncoming storms, so the first thing they did was to protect us with a tarp -- Thank God! When the weather cleared, they set about replacing our sieve with a brand new, beautiful roof, repairing the damaged wood beneath as they went. Given the problematic pitch of the roof over our kitchen -- previously leak central -- Aggy (the owner) took care to use a different roofing material over our kitchen, to better accommodate and minimize standing water. When it was all done, we loved it so much that when Aggy said they also painted houses, we immediately followed the new roof with a new paint job.As the painting progressed, we were pleasantly surprised when they took care of things we hadnt expected, like priming and painting our garage and front & back doors to match (we really thought we were going to have to replace the garage door completely). And, just like the roof, they either replaced or repaired rotted wood. To finish it off, they installed brand new gutters, complete with leaf guards, all around.While they were working, the crews were very respectful and careful about our property, cleaning up every day before they left, often leaving areas cleaner than they found them. Everything was so well protected that neither of us have seen a spec of paint anywhere it shouldnt be.We feel like were living in a brand new home. We no longer have to be afraid of the rain, or ashamed of our drab and dilapidated exterior. And, while our neighbors have been very complimentary, some are a bit grumpy, saying that they now feel pressured to update their own exteriors.Our experience with Aggy and P.R.I. - Premiere Roofing could not have been better. Wed recommend them to anyone looking for a capable and trustworthy roofing/painting contractor.

I did a lot of research before deciding on a roofing company. There were only about 4 diamond certified roofing companys in the Bay Area so I already knew I was going to pick one of those 4 because they are already highly vetted and trusted. I decided on Premiere Roofing Inc. after doing further research because they seemed like the most professional from what I gathered online. We did get 3 estimates from different roofing companies but P.R.I had the most comprehensive roofing plan and went above and beyond the others while at similar pricing. The owner (Aggy) came to our house for a consultation and was very friendly and informative about every part of the roofing process. In my opinion when spending so much money you have to be able to trust the person or company you are working with and after our meeting I had faith that P.R.I. would be able to get the job done. They did a great job on my roof and I never had to worry about anything while it was being done. Their workers were all kind and professional and they showed up on time and cleaned up after everyday of work. I was surprised on how clean it was after each day. I really appreciated everything P.R.I. did for me and they are one of the best roofers in the Bay Area no doubt in my mind.

Premier Roofing Inc was an excellent company to work with. Agapito Chavez-Reyes came out and provided me with an reasonable estimate. He also gave me some recommendations on how to personally address some leak issues I was having as a stopgap measure. I contracted with Premier to replace my roof just before the rainy season started. Once the contract was in place they quickly addressed the leak area, at no cost, to hold me over until the roof replacement could be executed. The work crew was very professional and always on time. Their attention to detail is excellent, especially in tough areas like the flashing around the fireplace. They completed the work within the time frame agreed to. The post work cleanup was complete…no roofing nails were left no the ground. I highly recommend using Premier Roofing to complete any roofing issues you have.

I chose to hire PRI Premiere Roofinf after examining eight bids to re-roof my home and bring it up to Code. The multiple reasons for my selection included PRIs solid reputation, referrals from neighbors in my HOA, reasonable pricing, and the excellent Customer Service that Agapito Chavez-Reyes, PRI principal, extends to his customers, from day one to job completion.Agapito was not only thorough in explaining our re-roofing project, but also helpful and flexible when listening to my requests. Martin and his very well trained crew operated like clockwork. They were courteous, friendly and organized. The work site was kept clean and any materials neatly stored.My new concrete tile roof is not only beautiful but particularly energy efficient thanks to the new high-reflectivity tiles, underlayment, eave risers and attic vents. The house interior is now more illuminated thanks to three sun tunnels and a skylight.I only have words of high praise for PRI Premiere Roofing, Inc.

I needed a new roof and received 5 proposals before I settled with PRI. They were not the cheapest or the most expensive one, but they were the one with the most information on their proposal. The proposal had the brand and specification of everything they put on my roof, including shingles, underlayment, starter, vents, and more. They use quality stuff. Workmanship and roof-leak warranty also beat others. Thanks to the team, especially Aggy who was like a program manager, I was well informed and updated during the whole process. I asked a lot of questions, and Aggy answered them all with details and respect. They have a team of 5-6 people to work on my roof. It took them 5 straight days to complete the re-roofing (the last day was mainly city inspection and taking drone pictures). Every day they cleaned up my yard well and provided me updates. They also fixed my wrong position gutters. After the re-roofing was done, they sent me pictures of my new roof taken by a drone. My husband went up to the roof with a city inspector, who said they did a really good job. PRI is truly professional and easy to work with. Very satisfied!

I’ve only purchase one roof in my lifetime. I can’t say one company is better than another. What I can say is PRI Premiere Roofing did an outstanding job for me. Coming home from work or wherever, I come around the corner to pull into my garage and I see that new roof – I’m fill with pride. My house looks good.They were easy to work with. Communicating problems before presenting a surprise final bill. They showed me the problems with the decking and rafter tails (which I knew existed) before they started repairs. All I can really say is, when putting out that kind of money, PRI is a good company to work with. In my opinion it’s because they take pride in their craftsmanship and their customers satisfaction.One other thing, talking with Jairo and crew put me at ease with their ability to do the job right. Which is the most likely reason I went with PRI. I’m glad I did.

After interviewing several representatives from other roofing companies, I chose Premiere Roofing. Mr. Chavez-Reyes, the owner, explained the entire process of removing my old roof and installing a new one. I was able to see numerous samples of roofing materials with colors and thicknesses. He explained all the certifications he had, that he was Diamond Certified and went over every page of the contract to my satisfaction after which I decided to have his company install a new roof for me. The price was reasonable, the work was completed beautifully by an excellent work team, and they did a wonderful clean-up afterward. One other thing- -prior to signing the contract, Mr. Chavez-Reyes took me to see a roof his company had installed in my neighborhood. I was able to speak to the owner of the house who told me he had researched many roofers and that this one was the very best!

I cannot say enough nice things about the owner, Aggy, and his crew that worked on my roof.Aggy had told me that he strongly believes in providing a high level of service and he demonstrated it from coming to my home with a couple of his guys at 7:45 pm on a Sunday night to double check that my roof was covered correctly because there was a chance of rain that evening to painting some metal on my roof so that it matched my roof. I wasnt expecting the later. Furthermore, his crew did such a great job cleaning up each evening that it was hard to believe someone was working on my roof. Aggy said he likes to turn the house back to the owner each evening.When they were removing my roof, they had found some dry rot that required new ply wood and Aggy readjusted what he was going to do with my roof to keep me within my budget and still provide me with an great roof that will last for decades.I could go on and on with my comments, but just want to say THANK YOU to Aggy, the guys that worked on my roof and those individuals in the P.R.I. office. I found out during one of my conversations with Aggy that they also do painting and other general contracting work and I told Aggy that I will be using his company in the years to come. In order to give a fair review, I would like to start from the beginning. Before selecting Premiere Roofing Inc. (PRI) to replace our roof, we vetted three roofing contractors as recommended by Home Advisor. PRI was selected for the following reasons: 1). Aggy the CEO/owner came out personally to meet with us and explain the re-roofing process; 2) quickly sent out a bid proposal/contract with measurements of the roof, detailing out the scope of services and corresponding fees – the contract was very transparent and very much appreciated (other contractors sent out bids but no contract – hence a full package in one day for us to review); 3) before signing the contract, we had many questions over the course of the week regarding the materials, expertise of his crew (no subs), installation of the decking and application of the asphalt shingles -- Aggy was always quick to respond); 4) During the contract process, Aggy did not pressure or try to upsell his services or materials; 5) We finally selected PRI based on professional expertise, credentials and very fair and reasonable bid proposal.During the 10 day project of the replacement of our roof, we were able to meet daily with Aggy or Jairo (COO). We collaborated and if something was not right, Aggy would discuss this with his foreman Pedro and come up with a solution and final resolution. Pedro’s crew worked very hard each day and made sure things were cleaned up daily. The attention to detail was right on point to the number of nails Aggy said would be used to install the asphalt shingles (e.g. manufacturer recommended 4 nails are required and Aggy said PRI will use 5 nails).Lastly, the Certain Tweed Title 24 solaris charcoal black asphalt shingles look fantastic on our roof while enhancing the safety and value of our home The workmanship was precise and everything PRI promised contractually and verbally were fully executed upon. If we had to replace our roof again, we would have PRI do the work without hesitation. The aerial photos taken by the drone were sent to my insurance company to confirm installation and renewal of our home policy.

Recently, I had my houses roof replaced by PRI. They spent time to explain what I need, their quote is reasonable with high quality materials. Their team did a great job for every details. They cleaned the ground around the house every day before they leave. Also, they use satellite images to provide accurate quote. PRI was very responsive coming over to give us a quote. Jairo told us what was going to be done, explained the difference between all the shingles available. Jairo explained how they do the installation step by step. Once the date was set and we had chosen the shingle type and color and the gutter color the crew that was to perform the work were very prompt when the day was done they cleaned up. This repeated each day until the roof was finished. The crew was very professional and were courteous. Once the job was done they cleaned up any debris laying around And it was like they were never here except there was a new roof. We have had many complements on our new roof. Jairo is a pleasure to work with. I bought a house with a roof that is about 15 years old. PRI replaced several 2nd story rotted fascia boards that had to be taken care of before a painter repainted the house. Jairo recommended a painter, and that painter did an excellent job. The following winter, when unusually strong winds knocked a couple of old shingles off the roof, Jairo arranged to get it fixed quickly, before the winter rain storm arrived. When my gutters had problems, Jairo fixed them perfectly. Three years from now, I plan to completely replace the roof, and I have confidence in P.R.I. for the job. Big or small, they do it all.Update in 2021 - 15 months later: I emailed Jairo a photo of a thin crack along part of one of the 2nd story fascia boards. He sent Octavio to apply some caulk on the crack, then re-paint the entire fascia board. It looks brand new and is ready for any kind of summer or winter weather. P.R.I. stands by it work and deserves its excellent reputation.
