2023-06-15 19:03:01These people are absolutely unorganized. First they had a ton of delays for my order since they have trouble finding equipment all the time. It probably due to the fact that everything is unorganized. Next there’s a lack of communication. Nobody tells each other anything about updates on an order. They just send out the order and hope it comes up. Most of all the workers are miserable and look miserable. They appear very over worked and are grumpy when speaking to them. I would not recommend PRG to anyone who is having an event. Thanks for nothing PRG!

2020-02-13 23:44:13I have been working with VER (now PRG) for over a decade and the staff and equipment are unparalleled in North America.They are not commodity brokers, they know their equipment and the business and offer the best technical support from level 1-3 anytime of day and day of the week. Their people have saved us more times than I can count and without VER my entire business model would look different in a much worse way.
