This is my “One-Stop Shop” for all my cellular necessities and more..!! The owner is very professional, friendly, and efficient along with his staff. Their customer service surpasses my expectations and meets all my needs!! I have referred several individuals and they’ve all been extremely satisfied!! I highly recommend Pre-Paid Plus 2 to anyone that is experiencing any computer or cellular complications or need an affordable plan. They also have a UPS Delivery & Drop-Off Service. My go to fir any phone repair issues.I cracked the screen on my new iPhone and Sergio had it fixed in a flash.The service was good and the rates were very reasonable.

I took my OnePlus 7pro for a speaker cleanup, which required the phones back glass panel to be taken off. When i got my phone back the flashlight and side mute button stopped working, as well as the pop up camera on top. I went back and the top camera was semi fixed, while the other problems remained. They offered to fix the damage for free but after their initial tries, I couldnt trust them. First and last time I go there.

Just stopped in to pick up a UPS package and overheard Arsin helping a customer. He seemed very patient and welcoming. I needed a few things and, since I appreciated the service I witnessed, I decided to look around. I ended up purchasing a couple items which he gave me a deal on. If I have to spend money on things I don’t necessarily want, but need, it’s places like this I like to do so, with merchants that appreciate your business, instead of expect it. Thank you, Sir. I recommend this place 100%.

My iPhone had an issue that Apple said could not be repaired. I was told to buy another phone, but a friend referred me here and these guys were able to fix my iPhone! They saved me money I didnt have for a new phone.

Thanks for all your help! Bought a pop socket and he installed a great screen protector for me. He recommended a new kind of protector that I hadn’t seen before and it has been life changing 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 He gave me a great price as well 🙏🏻

Very good customer service. The gentleman knows the job and doesnt try to rip off customers. Fixed my iPhone in no time at a very reasonable price. Love this place.

I talk to a representative over a week ago asking them how much it would cost to replace my screen cuz I did not have the screen I show up on the day that they tell me to show up in their closed. Ill give you guys a four-star review but I dont feel you deserve it if your hours lie about when you are open

These guys are great I went there with a cell phone 5 years old an S7 Galaxy my memory was full I couldnt download a new app to it and these guys were amazing they took him no time to bring my cell phone back as if you was new with all my gigabytes fresh and put everything on the cloud for me something I couldnt do.
