Great experience! Excellent service! Friendly staff. Awesome public relations! They really care about their clients, they work with you, they handle your insurance paperwork for you, they provide and make all the arrangements for a rental car if you have the need to rent a car, they keep you posted on the progress of your car in detail, they’re quick in responding messages, they take time and explain everything thoroughly at the time of returning your vehicle. You can fully rely and trust them, you know your vehicle is in good hands.

I recently had an encounter with Premium Collision Center that initially left me disappointed, but thanks to the proactive and genuine efforts of the owner, Jack, the situation was completely turned around, earning them a five-star rating from me.My journey began on January 10, 2024, when I took my car in for minor fender repair, a service costing $2,222, which was covered by the other party involved in the incident. However, upon picking up my car on January 17, I noticed a new crack in the headlight that wasnt there before. Despite presenting pre-repair photos to show the headlight was previously intact, I faced challenges with the staff, particularly Andy, who attributed the damage to the initial accident and overlooked documenting it.The situation took a more concerning turn when I realized the alignment of the top of the fender with the bottom was poorly done. This discrepancy was quite surprising, considering the many positive reviews I had seen about the shop.However, this story has a positive outcome. Jack, the owner of Premium Collision Center, took the initiative to address these issues. He reached out personally and showed a remarkable level of care and professionalism. Jack not only acknowledged the oversight but also ensured that the headlight and fender were repaired to the highest standard, at no additional cost to me.This experience showcased the commitment of Premium Collision Center to customer satisfaction and their willingness to go the extra mile to rectify any mistakes. Jon and the folks at Premium Collison Center are a pleasure to deal with in a scenario that could be anxiety producing. No one wants to have their car taken out of service for any length of time. However, Premium made this experience so easy for me. They ordered the parts, then asked for the car and kept me posted all the way through on the progress and estimated date of completion. And lo and behold, they kept to their word on timing and my car was ready in a very reasonable amount of time.The interface with insurance and Premium Collison was without issue which was much appreciated on my end.In short, I would highly recommend this body shop to anyone without any reservation at all. They washed, vacuumed and cleaned the inside except the trunk. There are small things that has to be done when I picked up the car before going home but was fixed at once. I recently had an unfortunate run in with some flying debris on the freeway which hit the bumper scratching and cracking it in several spots and based on a stong recommendation from a friend with a similar black Porsche 911 who was recently there, I connected with Jon and team to help me out.From the first interaction throughout the whole process Jon and the PCC Team were very helpful, professional and upfront about the whole process, timing and cost. The only surprise was everything actually went according to plan. No tricks. No delays No surprise on the bill. Best Auto Body shop in the Valley!! I had an amazing experience at *Premium Collision Center*. I was in an accident. My car looks amazing and I can not even tell it was in an accident. Premium Collision managed all contact with my insurance company and had the damages to be inspected a day after i dropped off my car at the body shop. My car is a black color ... they blended the color in so well that I can not tell at all. Customer service was outstanding! I was kept updated on my car repair. They set up all rental car details for me. They also cleaned my car on the inside and outside. It felt like I was getting into a brand new vehicle. I will highly refer them to everyone I know. Premium collision center kept their word, timeliness, in fixing the car. The repair is excellent! My door which was significantly damaged, looked brand new by the time they were finished. Brought my car in to repair the drivers door who someone bumped. Everything was relatively easy. I brought my car in for an estimate, which was fair and competitive, and scheduled a repair. Honestly the wait time for the repair appointment was long, but waiting for the parts cannot be placed on Premiums shoulders. After the drop-off they kept me informed and even finished 3 days early from their estimate. Pick-up was easy and attentive.

I brought the car for a body repair after someone hit me. I got the car back before it was promised, which was really nice! But the car has a very strong unpleasant smell in it now, there are very noticeable new scratches on the door (that did not exist on a brand new car!), the front seat was completely moved and even the driver side mirror was completely out of wack, when the issue was a scratch around the rear bumper area. Sadly, this is the place my insurance recommended. NOT going back there ever!

When our Honda CR-V was sideswiped and substantially damaged a couple months ago, a close friend of ours who has restored high-end vehicles for decades told us that the only body shop we should consider having the repairs done was Premium. The entire team there went above and beyond even our highest expectations with fabulous communication and attention to every detail, all the while keeping us in the loop on the status of the work.We picked it up a day ahead of the original target date, and in showroom condition. They even noticed that an air-bag recall had been issued for our model, and told us to take it to a dealer before the expiration of the mandated fix. Just terrific these folks.

My experience with Premium was OKAY. The drop off was easy and the staff was very friendly and pleasant to work with. I dropped off on a Tuesday and they quoted me a pickup for the following Friday. Pretty standard I would think. The car was finished on time (according to the body shop, but unfortunately there were issues with the insurance company that held up the process. They end up holding my car over the weekend because they hadnt received payment from insurance. I get it, things happen. It gets sorted and I pick up Monday morning. I look at the spot they were supposed to have repainted, and there is a scuff in the exact spot that was supposed to be repaired. The guy buffed it out and I left because I was just excited to have my car back and already dropped the rental, but now Im wondering if they actually repainted the vehicle at all, or just held it for a week+ and buffed out the damage. The vehicle was also covered in a thick layer of heavy dust. Very poor.Edit: It was confirmed that they did not do the work they claimed they had done. 3 stars down to 1.

This company is amazing. From the beginnong to end! When I called on a Saturday the owner answered my call through an answering service who connected him to me. He made me feel confident and at ease about taking care of my car. That being said... when the other company called me back, I didnt bother to talk with them on Monday when they returned my call from Saturday. The customer service there is phenomenal from everyone I spoke to and there were four people. When I showed up to bring my car in for repair I asked for the owner, Jack. He came out and we had a nice discussion and he was very personable. He gets how to treat people well and he cares more than just about how much money hes going to make on your repair but mostly about you. Customer service at its best. My car is a 2015 Toyota Corolla and it looks brand new. It was only a fender repair and some other things but everythings new and the whole car was shining and beautiful with a buffing out that I havent seen since I bought the car. I feel grateful and blessed that I chose the right company that AAA sent with a list of others.

After my accident I was recommended to Premium Colission center. When I went in for an estimate I was greeted by a team of professionals they were courteous and did not treat me like I was invisible. They said they will work with my insurance company. Once they got the ok from my insurance they called gave me an appointment to drop off my car. Asked if I needed a rental car which I did and worked with insurance company to get approval. When I dropped off the car they had a new e300 Mercedes there. Please do yourself a favor and NEVER take your car here. My car was taken in to repair the fender and electric trunk door. They had my car for a little over a month and when I got it back the first time I opened my trunk I heard a noise and knew right away something was wrong. I thought maybe since it’s new it’s making the noise but a week later it was still just as bad so I went ahead and called and spoke to the owner. I was asked to take my car in however being that I live at least 20 miles away and have such a hectic schedule I had no time to. As the days passed my problem got worse and it got to the point where I had to force open my trunk door which I had never had to do prior to them “fixing” my car. In addition, my brake lights and rear signal lights were no longer working when I got the car back and I had no idea until I was told by someone driving behind me. Bulbs aren’t out so clearly there was an error there. I called the owner who offered to check out the car and provide a rental if the problem was due to their error which obviously is if my trunk hadn’t been touched or hit again since they fixed it. I don’t have time to be dealing with these irresponsible people who let their cars leave without being fixed correctly especially after an entire month of having the car. Parts were delayed but they failed to communicate that tmy car was not going to be ready on time TWICE! When I finally picked up my car, my gas was left on empty when I dropped it at the shop with half a tank! They need to do better. NEVER bringing my car here or referring this company to anyone!

Just picked up my car from premium collision and they helped to make this repair process as smooth as possible. The rental car was there for me when I dropped off my car for repair and they kept me updated with an eta during the whole process. Would recommend :)
