Premier Garage did an incredible job helping us get organized in our new home! The owner Chris was easy to work with and very professional. They installed a beautiful primary closet system, garage cabinets and a ‘California mud room’, and even did a new epoxy floor in the garage. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out! Jake Y, Jake C, Henry and Christian did an awesome job with the installations. Recommend these guys 10/10! Thank you!

OMG! I have hired this company several times and each time they have exceeded expectations! I am in love with our completely custom designed space! The entire room has been organized and elevated with this install. Working on design with Sam (for the 3rd time) was incredibly easy with so many options to choose from and based on budget. Our installers, Christian, Fili, and Fabian worked quickly, are true perfectionists, and were a pleasure to have at our home. Highly recommend as you will not be disappointed!

From the first day of meeting with the designer, to being informed of all different options and materials, and to the installation, everything went very smoothly for us.I thank Katelyn, the designer, for her thorough walkthroughs for all the steps, and her patience while my family and I were picking the materials and colors and choosing the right design.I also thank Jake and Henry for their amazing installation work. We got garage flooring and bedroom closets done recently with Tailored Living.Debbie was our designer and did a fantastic job of listening to us and coming up with designs that fit our needs. She was prompt, extremely patient and worked with us to incorporate all the changes we requested.Teresa coordinated the installs and communicated clearly about the times and what we can expect regarding the installation. Martin & Walter installed our epoxy floors and did a n awesome job. Kory, Patrick & another team member worked on our closets and shelves. They were efficient and detail oriented and made sure we got exactly what we wanted.They have an excellent team at Tailored Living - Orange County who are responsible for making every step of the whole process as smooth and efficient as possible. We are extremely happy with our experience and we highly recommend them.

Very professional from the start, easy to communicate, quick and efficient measuring and ordering. Full measuring was done on the day of the consult and a design was immediately presented to us and altered to our preferences. He even offered recommendations based on his expertise. Love this efficiency! Considering everything was custom size to our garage and the supply chain issues, it was not a long wait at all. The men that came to install, Nick and Jacob, were incredible! Very nice, professional, and did a great job. There were some on site adjustments that we requested and they were made with no annoyance but eagerness to give a product we were very happy with, even though it meant a bit of extra unplanned work. We had a mud room type area created in our garage and one item had to be cut once we saw it to accommodate a taller person. Nick offered a solution immediately, removed a piece, cut it, and fixed it exactly to our liking. Oftentimes in these situations, the installer would get annoyed having to adjust something already discussed/planned. Would recommend and use again!

We have found the employees of Tailored Living to be very professional, friendly and also very punctual in their service. They did a wonderful job on our garage floor and will be installing our cabinets today. I just completed an entire garage remodel with Tailored Living. I have been thru other remodel projects over the years, and I can say from direct experience that Tailored Living provides top quality material and products, exceptional customer support and outstanding installation experts who take pride in their work. My designer, Sam Corona, was extremely responsive and accommodated all of my requests. Communication with the customer before, during and after the install is outstanding. The crew (Nick, Jairo and Jacob) also met all of my requests during installation. They went above and beyond to complete the project with the utmost respect for my property and time. I would highly recommend Tailored Living. The easiest experience by far for a process that can normally be a very stressful event. They made sure that it ran smoothly and was completed quickly and to my total satisfaction.

So after 5 years of procrastination we finally had tailored living out to remodel all the closets in our house. We really should’ve just done it 5 years ago cause boy did they turn out great. Every person we came in contact with was friendly, professional and great at what they did. From the initial setup with Karla, to the in home estimate with Sam, Jairo coming out to fix a hole from the demo, and the actual install with Christian, Fabian, and Jacob we couldn’t have been happier with the results. Even the owner Chris got involved to resolve an issue and was great. Couldn’t recommend these guys more and once the back account recovers we will have them out to do the garage too. On time with installation and work. Planning was easy and the final product was absolutely great. There was one glitch that was quickly resolved by the manager and owner who admitted mistake and owned it… this goes a long way in my book. Got a recommendation from a neighbor who had Tailored Living install his Premier Garage floor. Called and met with Debbie to get a quote that I felt was a very fair price. Walter and Javier arrived on time to begin and covered and taped up all exposed areas. Watched the entire process and the care and professional attitude were second to none. On day two the clear coat was applied and our floor looks great. I would recommend this company and these two great workers any day of the week. Thank you for a job well done!

Wonderful experience with Tailored Living! From start to finish they were professional, timely knowledgeable. They provided us with excellent customer service, expert craftsmanship and in the end a beautiful result. We had them install a master closet and build shelving in a utility closet and install garage cabinets. Everything turned out beautifully! Their products are top notch! We called them again for new closets in 2 other bedrooms as were so pleased with the results.

We just had our garage epoxy flooring completed last week by our installer Martin. He was so professional, knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. I explained to him that our two girls (toddlers) would be using the garage sometimes as their 2nd play area. He insured me that he would make sure that the floor was smooth enough for them to play in. He took the extra care to make it perfect! We would recommend this company to anyone! The quality of the floor truly makes the garage another part of the home! Now we just have to get them out here for our garage cabinets!!! Thank you Premier Garage!

To say I’m disappointed with this company is an understatement. I hired Tailored Living to put custom closets in a clients home. To start, incorrect measurements were taken and at the 11th hour a decision had to be made to accommodate for the 9” disparity in which they then tried to push the cost off on my client saying that the material would have been needed regardless and they would have had to pay for it anyway. I don’t disagree but had we known about the 9” extra material needed we could have reconfigured the design and not have 9” or unusable space.During the installation the work was sloppy. They took every opportunity to pass the responsibility on someone else. There’s a reason their systems are guaranteed for life- that’s because you will need them to be coming out for life to fix something that was never properly put in to begin with.We ordered specific drawer sizes, we didn’t get that. We ordered specific depth and shelf height, didn’t get that. The owner, Chris’s excuse is that “no one does it that way” with regard to size or style - I don’t care what anyone else is doing- my client wanted something a certain way and paid for it to be that way but that doesn’t matter to him.My client has had to have them come out 4 times since the system was put in in april of 2022 and it’s august of 22 now and that’s because the pieces haven’t been put in properly. They go to set something in the closet and the floorboard collapses.I would be writing a novel if I listed the amount of issues -As a business owner i know how important reviews are and wouldn’t post something like this unless I wholeheartedly believed this company to Be one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made in hiring an outside vendor. Do yourself w favor and really think twice before you hire them

Can’t say enough great things about tailored living. I twisted in the wind for some time about whether to try to DIY my closet, but ultimately realized it needed the touch of professionals. I read reviews for a bunch of closet installers and was most impressed by tailored living. One day I just walked into their store. Their staff spent time sketching out a plan that day and then when they came out to measure spent about two more hours adjusting the plans so that they were exactly right, right down to the quarter inch. They were prompt on installation and just overall friendly people to work with. The craftsmanship is great, prices were fair, and I’m really pleased with the outcome. Highly recommend!

Searching the internet for a reliable, good quality garage cabinets company I discovered Premier Garage Of Orange County, located in Lake Forest. Every posted review praised this company: now I now why! Upon calling this company, we scheduled an appointment with Chris to get an estimate and my husband and I were very impressed with his low key professional presentation and ordered the cabinets that were installed yesterday. The two very likable young men, Sam and Pat, did a terrific job installing the very good quality cabinets. We are 100% satisfied with product and labor, and yes, we know now why this company was so highly praised and recommended. I just had my closets installed by Closet Tailors of Orange, and needless to say, I am overjoyed!!! :) I could not be happier. I am a very discerning customer and hard to please, and the experience was extremely positive.I obtained three quotes from well-known, reputable closet companies. I will not name names, but they are all very... well-known in the industry and well-recognized. I emailed and called about 8 companies all together at the beginning, and based on the call backs I received (whether or not they were prompt, curteous, friendly, efficient), and my initial phone coversation, I selected three vendors from which I proceeded to get quotes. I will also say that Scott from Closet Tailors was the first one to return my call in a timely fashion and he was very professional...I loved that!When I got quotes, Scott was not the least expensive, nor was he the most expensive. He was ALMOST the least expensive, but I am one of those people that I go with my gut instinct on this type of decision, and I want QUALITY over cost, and after looking at other reviews on Closet Tailors, and seeing his work in photos, I decided my comfort level far outweighed the price differential.During the quoting process, Scott was also very patient with me. We re-worked collaboratively over email and in person, the design 8-9 times (didnt I say I was picky?!?) :) before I felt it was perfect. He took the time to come back to my house and meet again in person, before finalizing everything. I felt good about that. I also liked the fact that he was able to modify the design dramatically for me to meet my needs, with the click of a button on his computer screen. We played with many different scenarios, before deciding on the final one.During Installation, Scott was professional and timely. He arrived on time, he worked hard, got the job done, he was pleasant, and extremely easy on the eyes, too! :)My closets are gorgeous and beautiful and roomy now....I am so pleased...it has CHANGED MY LIFE!!Thank you Scott! Sales process was very convenient, the owner Chris ended up coming out to our residence twice, he was able to adjust and create a diagram and 3D projections of our project.Our project was a 3 car garage and side storage room; 892 square feet of floor, 3 walls of upper and lower cabinets, counter tops, slat walls, grid walls and 1 section of upper cabinetsIn addition to the flooring and cabinets Premier Garage sub contracted an electrician and painter to do additional work we requested. In hind sight this is one area where we went wrong. I will not go into details about the sub-contractors, this review is not about them, but I should have hired my own electrician and painters.Prior to all of the work scheduled I would receive calls and emails from Deanne, the office manager confirming work that was going to take place. Deanne was great and always pleasant to talk to.The floor went in in two days and we waited 72 hours (more than what was required) before we walked on it to ensure it cured.The day we had the counters installed was the first day we walked on the floor, just prior to the cabinet stallers arriving. I noticed an area of about 6’ x 8” that did not get the clear coat epoxy on it, it was very rough (do what they call a “sock test”, walk on floor with socks and see if your socks catch).Also noticed markings on the newly painted window sills.I called Chris and he said not to worry, they will be able to re-coat that patch today and do paint touch after the cabinets go in.The cabinet and counters installers were good, very professional and worked hard all day without taking a lunch break. It was an all-day project for 4 workers, 9:00am – 7:00pm.At the end of the day they did re-coat the missed floor and did touch up the window sills. However the floor was not properly cleaned or vacuumed, they placed clear epoxy over saw dust and dirt and used the wrong finish of paint on the window sills, egg shell rather than semi-gloss.So the floor still has a 6’ x 8” streak which was even more noticeable and we had become frustrated. After reaching out to Chris the owner of Premier Garage about this he responded that he was on a business trip out of town for a week and said he would look at it when he gets back. Not happy with that response I called the office and spoke with Jairo, the Operations Manager. I am glad I did, Jairo was accommodating and made an appointment to come out immediately.Under the lifetime guarantee the floor would be repaired. It was suggested that they sand the 6’ x 8”area and re-do it. That suggestion did not sit well, I had lost all trust and we ended up having the entire floor in the 3 car garage re-done, another two days of work and 72 hours to let the floor cure.The onsite installers of Premier Garage were good, one comment made from an installer was that our project of cabinets and counters should have been a 2 day process, but it was decided by someone at Premier Garage that it be a 1 day project. Makes me wonder if the floor would have been cleaned properly to repair on that second day, so much could have been avoided. Never heard from Chris, the owner of Premier Garage – not a thank you for our $20k+ business or a follow up from him to problems that occurred.All in all we are happy with the end product, however the process in getting there was stressful and frustrating. I would cautiously recommend Premier Garage for flooring and cabinets. If you have prep work to be done, do it yourself or hire someone on your own.

Be cautious with this company. Although the cabinets and floor came out okay, we had to call them back on two different occasions to clean up the mess they left. They installed the cabinets and covered up our 3 ventillation outlets in the garage and refused to come back and install new vents.We contacted them 3 times regarding the vents, and eventually we had to hire somone to cut into the drywall and install the ventsWe havent heard back at all! Good luck!

Beware! They don’t have professional designers! The “designer” made a huge mistake with the measurements, not considering the hanging light. We cannot open the closet door freely, because the door with break the glass on the light. Their response; “you signed for it.” They are also very rude if it doesn’t go smoothly for them! Please shop around, they are not worth it!!!
