Purchased virtual office services through Premier Workspaces in Panorama City on Van Nuys Blvd. Inquired about adding a company to my service and after leaving numerous messages with the front desk over several days no one cared to return my call. Decided to move elsewhere and once again after several emails attempting to cancel my service I finally received a response about a week later. Was informed since my request came in on May 4th and not the 1st Id be forced to pay for an additional month and wont be able to cancel until June 30th while threatening to keep my deposit. Only good experience I had was with Napoleon at their front desk. He from the very beginning would greet me by first name and is clearly under challenged. If I had an opportunity worth while Id offer him a position without thinking twice.

It’s a great location for an office rental space, but administrators and security play too much favoritism amongs tenants. If you don’t kiss butt or be chatty with them your NOT there favorite. Premier..!! Maybe some of us like to keep our business and our personal life’s private 😉

This place houses illegal companies who will do the following:Robocalls on do not call list via FCC.Unauthorized payments on your credit card.Please avoid this place. I have proof of everything

I have a good friend who hold a chair on Neighborhood council for Panorama City, that showed me around. Nice:-) I will ask and see if I can post a small pic.
