2024-05-11 01:02:16I have been a tenant here for about 6 months and this is the best office space I have ever leased. Ross is the manager and Lynette mans the desk up front. Both have been amazing and helped me with every little thing I needed...and they do it with a smile. I can be a PITA once in a while, but they always roll with it. I needed to move from one office to another, but I was unable to get to the office to move my stuff....they did it for me without complaint.Aside from the excellent staff, the location is great and the offices are clean with fast internet. Perfect for me!Thanks Ross & Lynette.

2024-04-21 02:07:38The customer service really is top notch here in RSM. Ross and the receptionists are professional, helpful, and dressed for success.Id like to single out Ross for praise. I walked into his office at another location looking for office space. He stopped what he was doing and drove 15-20 mins to give me a personal tour of an available office at another location. He made moving-in easy and convenient.Ever since I moved-in, he has been very responsive to my requests. When I locked myself out of my office after hours on a Friday night, I called him on his cell phone. He picked up my call and was willing to drive to the facility to let me back in my office.Highly recommended

He was very pleasant and professional to work with and we highly recommend reaching out to him if you are looking for office and workspace. He walked us through the entire process in a very detailed manner and was very accommodating. His professionalism, efficiency, and expertise are top-notch.
