My father in law went here for his ingrown... people that works here are very helpful and always smiles... DR cook is very nice and shows her expertise. my dad love her because she makes sure that her pts are comfortable and explained all the procedure and results of all the test... will definitely give more than 5 stars for this clinic if i can...

Delighted. The receptionist, medical assistants were all engaging and excellent, a direct reflection on the doctor they work with. Dr. Gavin Ripp was wonderful and reaffirmed my faith in health care at least in this office

I went in for a cortisone shot in both my knees that were in constant pain. I saw Dr Bhandal and he was extremely friendly and very caring. I was a bit scared of the shots thinking they would hurt but his gentle touch made me have no pain..He is a wonderful doctor and I am so happy I got to see him for my care.

I recently had a total hip replacement with Dr. Fujii. He has also done a total knee replacement last year. I could not have asked for a better doctor. My recovery has been totally amazing with my knee I expect my hip will be just as awesome. Best doctor ever!!! Thank you so much Dr.Fujii

I took my mother to see Dr. Nuvpreet Bhandal for her shoulder injury. However, he did not examine her hand and just stood by the door. He asked us to get another X-ray and come back after a month. Why not order an X-ray before the first visit so there is something he can look at?When he gave us the order for an X-ray, he ordered it for the right hand, but my mother had broken her left hand. This meant we had to go back again to correct the mistake and get another order, but he forgot to sign the second order! They don’t answer phone calls!Furthermore, Dr. Bhandal promised to prescribe painkillers for my mother but he didnt. I wouldnt recommend him based on my experience.

I have been dealing with tears and pain in my foot for over a year. I came into the office for the first time yesterday. I came here for a second opinion. The staff are very nice and compassionate as well as Dr. Galli. Dr. Galli was very patient and listened to all of my concerns. He was very thorough with my treatment plan and what to expect next. I would highly recommend this Dr.

My star rating is only for the unprofessional organization of the office. I would have given them five stars for scheduling the initial visit. And for the surgery performed by Dr. Lauren Eller. But due to some communication issues, I would rather give them ZERO stars. I understand there are things out of control with fire in their Carmichael office. So the post appointment was rescheduled. In the rescheduled appointment, it was moved to their Roseville location. They did not have the courtesy to call ahead of the appointment to notify that the appointment had moved locations. Instead they waited to call and provide directions that lead nowhere. A waste of time and a waste of resources. Truely disappointed.

It was my first podiatry appt. Dr Galli was good at explaining why my callous and corn may have occurred. He removed them & it truly amazes me that it has made walkingpain free.

Office staff is friendly and appointment was on time. My appointment was pretty cut and dry and Dr. Ripp answered all my questions.
