I initially spoke on the phone with Print, who explained honestly with me the details of the 2024 Red Hyundai Sonata in which I was interested. He sent me a contingent offer (upon appraisal of my trade-in) and invited me to come drive the car. I planned to go the next day, which was his day off. He said Nicholas would be seeing me. The experience with Nicholas was very pleasant, as he was helpful and patient with me. (I forgot my proof of insurance) The appraisal on my trade-in was very fair and I agreed to the offer. There was no high pressure or bait and switch. The Finance manager, Antoine, was equally helpful. I am now driving my beautiful new 2024 RED Hyundai Sonata. I highly recommend Premier Hyundai of Moreno Valley!

We enjoyed the sale process with Branden. Since we drove from LA, we wanted to make sure that the sale would be completed upon arrival. In fact, it was relatively faster and more pleasant than in other dealerships, where we test driven the Santa Fe. In one dealership, we nearly purchased the car, but after a few hours it became apparent that the computing system was down to make a sale. At Premier Hyundai, we coordinated with Branden on the price, specific VIN and all sales details, fees, extras and the trade-in before arrival. We sent in the description, lots of photos and a video for the trade-in for it to be properly evaluated once. Branden introduced us to the others at the dealership and gave us a small tour. Thanks for the complimentary meal and coffee. Jesus helped us in the financial transaction and explained any confusion along the way. Went in expecting to only be able to afford a beater car, and walked out with a used Tesla in mint condition. Antoine worked wonders with my credit to get me financed, Tristen picked out the best looking ride on the lot, and everyone was super friendly and accommodating. All I can say is wow! I initially came in with the assistance of print on a used santa fe. When I arrived I had Isaac assist me since print was out for the day, but he was filled in on the situation. The car ended up getting sold as we were taking a look (it happens, no big deal) . Isaac started talking to us about their great memorial sales on new cars and if he could work out a deal if Id be interested. I had been to a dealer or 2 the last 2 weeks and the pricing looked way over my budget, so I thought I guess theres no hurt in looking, but not getting my hopes up. He was able to get me in budget with a fair value on my trade in, and worked his magic with his team! I can honestly say I am so happy! The car is way more than I expected i could get with great features and the whole process was so enjoyable and seamless.I work in the dealership industry, and these guys are honestly hear to help, and thats so amazing to see 👏👏👏 thank you Isaac and the Premier team !

Bought a used car here about a week ago my Salesmans name was Tristen. He was super helpful and knowledgeable about the car and has followed up a couple times just to make sure everything is going well. Getting our new 2024 Tucson Hybrid SEL yesterday was a BREEZE! We were in the market to replace our old car and had it narrowed down to four different car manufacturers.This place went above and beyond. Everyone hates car dealerships (including us) because of all the hidden fees and dealer-installed items that you dont want/didnt ask for. Not here! It was just the cost+taxes. Even the Finance Manager skipped all the GAP/Extended Warranty, etc., because we had already signed a paper saying we didnt want those things to our sales guy.Shout out to Matthew, Isaac, and Jesus! They all made the process as painless as can be.

I leased a Hyundai Iconic 5 from Hyundai Moreno Valley and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had! The salesman, Print was completely transparent and made the deal a pleasure. We were on our way home from Disneyland and we decided to drop by just to TEST DRIVE the new 2024 Santa Fe. We were met by a young man named Matthew. He was AMAZING. He sat in the back while I drove and my husband was in the passenger seat. He explained all the functions, bells and whistles. Very very personable as well. Long story short, EVERY person we were in contact with in that building were very friendly, especially George the GM. I understand a dealer is there to sell you a vehicle and move on. However to schedule a appointment with someone and get tossed around to other sales people was a mistake I had experienced twice there. I came in with everything needed to make a deal and got told we will call you in two days. Never heard anything. I called and never had a call back. Then I asked to speak to a sales manager and got no answer so I asked for a finance manager and nothing either. For a customer to contact the general manager to get some answers is beyond me. Was the general manager helpful? Slightly. There were no notations of the deal or whom I was working with, what the bank said nothing. So after a few months I gave the benefit of the doubt and went back again. I spoke to DD and scheduled an appointment with him only to be told Im being placed with someone else. In the end I asked for the sales manager whom seemed to not know what the hell was going on. I spoke toTristan, DD, the sales manager who never introduced himself and the General manager who didnt pull no strings. I had a much better and faster experience with puente hills Hyundai

I walked in and was greeted by Matthew Ochoa and was asked what car I wanted. I let him know I wanted the Tesla model 3. We went on test drive where he explained the car features and showed me how to work certain things. We can back to the office and went over numbers I was comfortable with. Matthew said he would do all he could to help and he did that. Jesus Salazar came and helped with financing the car as well and with being a first time buyer with out the best credit had me worried but they weren’t and I was so happy they were able to work with me to get the car I wanted and the numbers. Their customer service is above and beyond and I never felt pressured or uncomfortable or uneasy about my purchase. I would definitely come back and buy another car and tell my family and friends. I would recommend just going down there and give it a try if you’re lucky ask for these two men you will be smiling and enjoying the car buying process the whole time.

The employees there amazing I can definitely appreciate good customer service. Edgar was great made me feel welcomed. Almost not even worth writing this entry since the problem with this dealership is at the top. 1st was with a finance manager, Jesus. I had questions about the numbers on the lease contract that I didnt agree with and he couldnt explain clearly enough. After asking, several times, to show me how he came up with a particular number so that I can accept the reasoning for his higher monthly payment than the 1 I calculated on my own, and I quoted his obligation according to truth in lending act which requires lenders to disclose information about all charges and fees associated with a loan, he said no and got up and left. Another man (didnt catch his name) came out and nicely began explaining some things to me when another finance manager, Jorge (George) Clue, came out not even 3 to 5 minutes after and dismissed him from the table where we were talking like he was nobody important. My 25 year old son even told George that this man was nicely talking to us and giving us information and George sternly said in that type of dismissive voice that the guy had work to finish up, looked at me, and said you got 5 minutes. I asked, 5 minutes? George replied with youre insinuating that were lying to you, then said we dont need to do business with you. He was saying all this in that type of disrespectful, dont need you, dont care about you type of voice. Keep in mind, I have a credit score of 800+ and can go anywhere to get a car,but the only reason I stayed was because the service manager (Steve) who evaluated the trade that my son brought in gave him a good offer that I thought my son was ecstatic about. Later at home, I found out he wasnt happy to give up his car and wanted to keep it. With that in mind, I knew I wasnt going to continue working with Premier Hyundai of Moreno Valley and would now definitely take my money elsewhere. The next morning I called to ask my salesman Miguel, who was really awesome, for the name of the owner because I believed George was so unprofessional and i wanted to let him know but quickly was informed that he was in fact the top guy; patner/owner/ manager. Guess thats the end of that. Good luck to you all who chose to shop there.

Daniels was a perfect professional. They didnt add anything I didnt ask for, didnt do any kind of bait & switch nonsense, provided me an informal otd cost that carried all the way through to fully signed and financed contract. I was told that my car would be done at 4:30pm, however, I receieved a call 1-hour earlier informing me that my car was ready for pick up. I purchased an EV from a different dealership, and the motor was making noises I didn’t hear on my prior EV. The technician ended up replacing the EV motor under warranty. I was provided a loaner vehicle during this period, a Santa Fe which was great. Allie was my service provider and kept me informed during this replacement. I walked in needing an oil change. I was greeted with a warm smile by Allie. She assisted me with what my car needed, and explained it throughly and professionally. Very nice at the beginning, rude, arrogant, and uncooperative, at the end. Even after i accepted every service recommended upon initial inspection, with a $1,200 bill, they have the nerve to tell you at check-out they would add 3% service charge for credit card transaction. Auto was towed in and out, how are you supposed to pay, send an elf with a pocketful of cash? After service and upon receipt of Invoice via email, and upon my very simple request, account (intake) person refused to correct misinformation which she reported in initial documentation. Also, poor organization, much wait time on the phone. i could go on. To end, I would not recommend. I have not driven the auto enough to evaluate the actual service performed on the vehicle.

I went in because of a recall on my sunroof. The recall is the sunroof wind deflecter comes unglued, and needs to be re-glued. I made an appointment for 8am. When I got there at 740am they said they didnt have my appointment, and asked if I wanted to reschedule? Huh? Why make an appointment, if you cant uphold the appointment?? After talking to the lady that made the appointment she finally remembered my appointment but forgot to input it into the system? Wth? So after about 3 hours waiting they finally took my car in.They said for some reason my car didnt qualify (I checked my vin and it DID qualify for the recall) they tried to tell me to glue the deflector back down it would cost me $575! To glue a part down!! Using Loctite glue! Customer service was horrible, taking over 4 hours(after the 3 hour wait) to tell me I had to pay, for a free service. No thanks! I spoke with the manager who tried to convince me to pay for the free service, to which I told him if take my business elsewhere. What a joke this place is! Never going back, Id advise you to take your vehicle someplace else unless youre trying to get ripped off and trying to waste your time! Dont recommend coming here! Took vehicle to Riverside and they took care of all my problems, FREE OF CHARGE! STAY AWAY FROM MORENO VALLEY HYUNDAI!Called the customer service number provided...all they did was try to defend their deplorable tactics! No thanks!!

The car needed work done because of a recall notice. I was asked do I want an oil change. I did not ask the price but I was not told the price nor my options. It was over $100. Which is average for synthetic but I would not have gotten synthetic. They also advised a new tire sensor was needed and my tires were “bald” and have nails (plural) in them $1600+ for that work if I wanted it. American tire re-assessed, 2 new tires, new rim, adjusting the sensor = $300 . So yeah not happy . However the driver was kind and they were quick to get me in, in general all the staff was kind.

I had a horrible experience with this dealership. I took my car to get serviced back and fourth about 3 times in total. My primary issue with my car was not met and I dropped over 3k on unnecessary repairs that could’ve been made afterwards. I even provided video footage of evidence showing how my vehicle was being and the mechanic stated that he couldn’t find the issue. Meanwhile I’m still having the same issue that I Initially had to begin with when I first brought it in for service with my car turning off while driving. I showed up with my husband and son on a rainy Saturday night interested in checking out the new Hyundai offerings.I was greeted by the nice Internet Sales associate, Daniel. I asked if they had the car we were looking for in our preferred color. He found the car and then opened up the side staging garage and allowed us to view the car there so that we would not get soaked by the rain. Next, he then introduced us to the energetic and enthusiastic Branden. Even though he was one of the newer sales associates at the dealership he truly educated himself on all the bells and whistles of the car we were interested in. He helped us get the car seat in the car so my toddler could accompany my husband and I on our test drive in the rain. He was very friendly and patient through the whole test drive. Even though it was time for Branden to end his shift he still assisted us with all our questions. He also allowed both my husband and I to complete separate test drives in the rain. We had some hesitations about the vehicle regarding storage for our strollers and some of the advanced technology. We wanted to find out the price of the vehicle and if there were any dealer incentives or holiday specials.This part of the visit was frustrating since it took over an hour for me to find out the price of the vehicle as my toddler was having a tantrum throughout the dealership lobby. Then when the paperwork was presented the finance liaison provided the incorrect numbers. At this point, we were very discouraged and felt like we were not taken seriously and decided to take our business to a competing dealership.The next day, Branden did follow up which I did appreciate his professionalism and follow through. He also followed up again for a few more days via phone and text. In the meantime, we did find the car we were looking for at a competing dealership and they were able to honor the Costco Member-Only pricing. This dealership was forthcoming on their pricing on the front end. However, we decided to give Premier Hyundai another chance specifically for Branden since we wanted to give him the sale. A couple days later, we ended up showing up again late in the evening and ended up completing the transaction through the original liaison, Daniel who is Costco Certified. This time he was extremely transparent on pricing except for some of the buy-up items. The price matched what we were looking for and we decided to proceed.Branden was wonderful through the whole process. He babysat my 2-year-old so I could complete the paperwork with Finance. He also stayed late to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. The next day Branden stayed after his shift ended to accommodate my husband and I’s work schedule and he provided full service. He ensured the vehicle was inspected for any defects through service, washed, and any extras purchased were installed. He spent an additional 3 hours going over all the features of the car as well as assisting with Tech Support for some of the technological features. He also wrote a very sweet, personal handwritten note thanking us for our business. I would highly recommend Branden as your sales associate if you ever need to purchase a new vehicle. He is very motivated and has a great future ahead of him in this business.

The first time I brought my car in I had zero issues. My husband brought it in yesterday for the second service and he did not have the same experience. First he was told the car would be done by 11am (for an 8:30am appt) but he didn’t get the car back till 11:30. My car is having transmission issues (it lags when changing gears) and they said they drove it for 5 miles and found no issue but the odometer was .5 miles higher than when dropping it off. We both feel the transmission lag when we drive it so there is an issues, but it clearly wasn’t taken seriously. My car is 1 year old and has had the transmission lag for at least 6 months.Tires were not rotated as stated. They didn’t wash my car as promised - no big deal but would have been nice. Lastly, the service required and oil change required notices were not reset and still go off everytime I start my car. My husband called the service manager and left a message for a call back but 24 hours later has not been contacted.

I must say my experience with this dealership and their business, service, and environment was absolutely the best Ive ever had. First of all, I had been in the market for a new vehicle for months. My husband and I were looking specifically for an electric vehicle for about 7 months now, and weve been struggling for various reasons. Weve basically gotten to the point where we are a couple checks short of our goal amount saved, so we decided to test drive some vehicles in our free time. Immediately upon exiting our car, my husband and I were greeted by Nick - a well-dressed and well-spoken gentleman who was very patient and attentive to our needs at all times. A few questions and a couple of test drives later and Nick was able to sit us down and find out what our options were for what we could expect by the time we reached our goal amount of savings. Needless to say, Nick was able to save us money and inform us about the special rebate for certain qualifiable EV vehicles that fell under a certain price range. That rebate was able to help us get a Tesla Model 3 when we originally just wanted a simple Nissan Leaf or Hyundai Ioniq. The Tesla was an amazing car, Nick got it for us at an amazing price, and he showed us some awesome features that are sure to entertain us during those tedious recharge times. I dont think we could have had a better experience.After he passed our details over to the financial associate Jesus, all of the finer details of the contract were explained in extensive detail. The service takes nearly 3 hours for an oil change and new wind shield wipers. Was told 2 hrs. The paperwork said 2hr and 12 mins it would be ready. It was 2 hrs and 55 mins. I had to ask 3 times about the service notification on my dash. I asked when I checked in. Again when I signed the paperwork. And then when I got in my car to leave it still was not corrected. So I had to go back inside and tell them for the 3rd time. It’s very frustrating.

I bought a 2024 Hyundai Sonata at Premier Hyundai in Moreno Valley, I live in Indio, CA which is about an hour away the reason I traveled from my local dealers was because of how Print Anes (the internet sales manager) contacted me, also sent me 3 personalized videos of the different color cars I was interested in when we got to the dealership we were warmly greeted by a very nice sales person (Brandon) who took us to a waiting room to wait for Print, gave us some water and coffee super friendly when we met Print he was extremely friendly and super knowledgeable he showed us the vehicles we were interested in answered what ever questions we had, I was very happy with Print not only as a Sales person but as a great young man, we than went to see Jesus in Finance to sign all paperwork in a state of the art large looking iPad (no paperwork to carry around got it sent to my email). The first time I took my car there it was in the shop for 2 months and I didn’t receive a loaner vehicle. That was okay except for the fact that I had to keep calling to get an update on when they expected it to be done. We were greeted by Isabelle when we first walked in who was nice and attentive. She wasn’t super pushy on just getting us to buy and listened to everything we wanted in a car. After seeing everything we needed, she contacted Riad to help us find our dream car. They thoroughly explained all the functions and upgrades that would benefit us and helped us find the best car for us and were happy to take home a new Sonata. Before we left, Riad noticed there were a few scratches on the hood and water and dirt spots that were missed during the original cleaning. He advised us to come back sometime during the week when we could so we could get it re-detailed and we stopped by two days later without knowing that we needed an appointment. Thankfully the service center was more than happy to help us as we were on a strict time frame. Luis Gaitan was our detailer and went above and beyond with the timing and cleanliness, even said if we found any more spots that he would start over and still get us home at the time we needed. He definitely deserves to be made employee of the month for his hospitality and humility. 5 stars all around, especially to the service center and Luis for fitting us in so last minute!
