Outstanding care from an outstanding caregiver. Thank you Riz for choosing Carol for taking care of my mother. She was so sweet and kind toward my mother and very professional. Prompt, efficient and loving.Riz was so understanding in being flexible to arrange a caretaker for my mother who is 90 year old so that the best care can be given.I highly recommend this agency for your family members.

Working with Sheri from Preferred Care has been such a great experience. Her genuine heart for serving others, high standard of care, and professionalism are all truly evident. The caregivers she sent to our home have been great to work with and have taken such good care of my aunt. Preferred Care at Home is an outstanding family owned business that provides compassionate, highly skilled professionals to care for your loved ones. Robin, Sheri and their staff are of the highest caliber, operate with integrity, efficiency and are a pleasure to deal with. They helped me last year when my mom needed last minute (same day care) and now this year with my father. My dad’s “companion”, Vanessa, is now part of our family! We are thrilled with the level of attention and genuine, overall caring she has for my father (and our dogs)!Preferred Care at Home is a cut above and I am very grateful to have found them.

We used Preferred Care at home last year when my grandmother came home from the hospital. She needed some extra assistance for a few weeks while she recovered and I could not be happier about their services. Not only were the caregivers that were assigned to my grandma so amazing to her but Sheri, the owner of the company and the one who took care of getting everything set up was fantastic. She went above and beyond to make it happen for us last minute. She really took care of my grandma and our family in a time of need. I would highly recommend their service!!

I contacted Robin at Preferred Care at Home when it came time for mom to need assistance to stay in her home. He provided her with two outstanding, caring and trustworthy caregivers, who enabled mom to stay in her home until her recent move into assisted-living. She loved her ladies, and one of them has continued to provide her care in her new home.Robin and Sheri have been wonderful to deal with. They keep themselves accessible and responsive to our needs. I feel very grateful to have found them!

I needed help for my mother after a long illness and hospital stay. We called Preferred Care and they arranged for a caregiver to come immediately. She was very weak and afraid of falling so she did not want to be at home alone. Both caregivers that they sent were extremely kind, professional, and most important attentive to her needs. They did exercises with her every day that the physical therapist had given her and made sure she was always safe when she walked around her apartment. She felt comfortable with them there and I felt very secure knowing she was getting such great care. I have had experience with other companies with my husbands family members and they havent come close to the exceptional care from Preferred Care. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. My mom loved them as well and passing her test is not easy!!!

As a Certified Caregiver, I applied for work at Preferred Care in Thousand Oaks. Sheri was so kind and helpful. She helped me get registered and advised me on everything I needed to do to start work. I had applied at other agencies, but did not hear back from them for work. Sheri was the only one who reached out to me and worked hard to find me at least part time work in my area, Ventura. I will always be grateful to her and her staff. If she worked this hard for me, Im sure the families that employ Preferred Care are even happier!

Having worked for this company for over 2 years now, I must say that I am very happy to be an employee here. Sheri is awesome and always makes an effort to make the work experience here optimal. The clients love her as she responds promptly to their concerns and needs for staffing. The other caregivers I have met that work for this company are also top notch. If I needed a loved one to have care, this is the agency I would choose.
