If you are trying to find a really good Car Insurance with nice costumer service, this is the right place . Ask for Maria, She gave me a relly good service with great deals . She was so Polite and very patient with all my questions . If you are trying to get an Estimate for yur Car Insurance this will be yur best option. My wife and I recently switched to State Farm. Maria Olivo was the agent who helped us make the transition for our auto insurance. She managed to give us a lower rate compared to what we were paying with our prior insurance company. She also took the time and was very thorough in explaining life insurance policies to us. Convinced us into getting life insurance too. She was very professional and provided excellent customer service. Maria met our needs with the policies that best worked for us. If you want the best service, go with Maria.

I was interested in opening a life insurance policy and Maria Olivo provided excellent service. She was exceedingly professional and kind. She took her time to patiently explain the different types of policies and their benefits. I was extremely satisfied with her service, that I am looking forward to opening auto and renters insurance soon. Marissa was an absolute doll to work with. I never thought hard about insurance and didn’t realize how underinsured i was.She explained why she recommended certain coverages, and made sure I understood everything.I also worked with James and he was very helpful answering the questions i had before speaking with Marissa.I’m no longer afraid to think about insurance, and feel extra safe now after working with this office.Definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a new agent.

I have been with Statefarm for ~6 years and Preeti has been my agent for ~2 years. Things were a little chaotic at the onset of their new office, but I think Preeti has put together a fantastic team over the last couple years. Preeti patiently walked me through putting together the home and earthquake insurance package for my first home. Her team member Marissa was also fantastic in answering all my questions/concerns about insuring my salvage title vehicles. I am a happy client and look forward to many more years of working with Preeti, Marissa, and the rest of their team in managing my insurance needs. I cannot recommend them enough!

Jennifer answered my call and helped me out with all the questions I had. she took the time to explain every single detail inside and out .. she has great customer service . I think every insurance office would be delighted to have some one like her. Any one out there that has any questions or problems regarding insurance I’d recomend you call and ask for Jennifer I’m 100% sure she’ll have a solution and answer for all your questions ! I had been having issues with my insurance policy for a few months. Somewhere wires got crossed when I moved and I ended up paying the price of two renters policies on my one apartment and losing my earthquake coverage. After months of trying to figure it out, I was so frustrated that I was considering changing insurance companies entirely. Marissa was nothing short of exceptional in sussing out the cause and fixing the problem efficiently and politely. She worked tirelessly all while shouldering the burden of the entire office while everyone else was on vacation over the holiday week. She did such a good job that I stayed on with the State Farm and added auto insurance for my new car to my policy (I was commuting by bike before which is a totally unnecessary detail to this review but I did not want you to think that I was some kind of weirdo for spontaneously buying auto insurance). I cannot recommend her service enough!
