Excellent customer service! From the first phone call the the end of the repair. I was extremely satisfied with the Precision Garage door company. I called to have the repair to the garage door on a Monday they were able to come out on that Friday. The day before the appointment I was sent a reminder notification about my appointment. The day of the appointment our technician Raymond Foster was very customer service oriented. I received a courtesy call from Ray letting me know he would arrive at my address in approximately 45 minutes. When Ray arrived he was very friendly and ready to get to work. He assessed the situation and provided me a reasonable quote right on the spot. I authorized the work and he went straight to it. I was in the garage and Ray was explaining exactly what he was doing and why. The springs were repaired quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone.

Prompt, professional, and courteous. It was easy to schedule an appointment for same day service. The technician, Raymond, kept me informed and did an excellent job with the installation of a modern garage door opener with all of the accessories and its working flawlessly. I should have called them years ago.

Our garage door sounded awful so I called and got a same day appointment. Our technician, Ray, was on time and expeditious! Clearly knows what he’s doing! Jumped right in lubing all the critical joints, tightening the screws and inspecting the hinges. Pointed out several things I would never have noticed. The door is so quiet now it wouldn’t wake a baby :)

Raymond Foster came out to install the Xcluder to help me prevent rodents from getting in. I’m glad to have had him as my tech.He was very efficient, friendly and flexible. He showed his passion for the craft and showed that he cared about the quality of his work. The finished product was clean, very well made and was very professionaly completed.When an issue came up with the door after he left, he made the proper adjustments to make it work perfectly again. Please give him a raise, he is a very good tech!!

Raymond was on time. He was courteous and friendly.He was quick and thorough. He removed an old garage door. Collecting all the old parts and removed them. He took about an hour to do the job. He left it clean and in order.I would hire Precision again for any garage door project.

We were very impressed with the professionalism, respect and honest service we received from Precision. The office staff is very friendly and we were able to get someone out to our house the next day. The technicians went above and beyond on the weekend to get my grandfathers garage door motor up and running again. We highly recommend Precision and will be happy to do business with them again in the future!

Great service technician explained the repair and warranty and was not only knowledgeable but nice! Repair was done under the estimated time. I will definitely call them again for ANY garage door issues. They were local in Sonoma too, and i like to use local businesses.
