After meeting with several contractors, we decided to go with Precise Remodeling and Design for our home renovation in Beverly Hills. Michael, the owner, really stood out with his fresh ideas and deep knowledge. He suggested splitting our master bathroom into two separate spaces—a master bath and a powder room—solving our guest bathroom dilemma in a clever way.We were sold on Michaels approach, especially when he showed us a 3D rendering of his ideas. It made everything so much easier to understand.The project involved some fancy upgrades like full wainscoting in the powder room, cool ambient lighting, and turning an old office into a dream closet for my wife. Plus, Michael was on the ball about safety, recommending an asbestos test upfront, which was a relief with our kids at home.Throughout the whole process, Michael was super responsive and kept us in the loop. The project took about 3.5 months, and we couldnt be happier with how it turned out. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and the crew was always respectful.Big thanks to Michael and the whole Precise team! Were already planning to work with them again on our ADU project.

I worked with Michael Tal and Precise Remodeling & Design to renovated my kitchen, and I couldnt be happier with the results. I interviewed several contractors but felt the most comfortable with Michael. He was great to work with - professional, friendly, and easy going.Michael has excellent design sense and high standards. I appreciated his attention to detail, the high level of workmanship on the project and that he was able to help me make decisions if I was unsure of how something would look or work.The renovation included a new electrical panel, demolition of the old kitchen, adding insulation, drywall, plumbing, electrical work, lighting, flooring, custom cabinets, tile backsplash, exterior stucco repair, and window and sliding door replacement.Communication on the project was super clear, which I really appreciated. Michael was on site each day and he always answered my texts or calls right away if I had any questions. Each evening, Michael would text to let me know what was happening the next day and what time the crew would be arriving. The crew was polite, always showed up on time and did a great job.I look forward to working with Michael and his crew again when I am ready to renovate additional areas of my home. I love my new kitchen - thank you, Michael!

I hired Precise Remodeling and Design for a complete custom kitchen remodel, stripping everything down to the studs and starting from scratch. This included framing a new window and relocating a structural beam. They also made a custom media cabinet for me. Some before and after pics are attached.Ultimately, the highest and most telling praise that I can give Michael and his team is that I will not hesitate to hire them again to do my bathroom and laundry room when the time comes. If Id hire the same contractor twice, then Ive found a good contractor.This is especially true considering that Im a perfectionist. I obsess over design, symmetry, color, light, craftsmanship, and detail. I tend to notice little things no one else would notice, and care about little things no one else would care about.So... did things go perfectly? No. Of course not. There were some delays, mistakes, and headaches along the way, as there will be with ANY major home renovation project. Whats important is to find a contractor you can trust to quickly and effectively address your concerns as they pop up. You can trust Michael to do exactly that. He was wonderful about text and phone communication, and any time that I needed him on site to check something out, he was there.The bottom line is that Im very happy with my new kitchen, and thats really the most important thing. If Precise Remodeling and Design can make an obsessive perfectionist like me happy, Im sure they can make you happy as well.

Lately all of our work has becomework-from-home and we realized how much our environment can uplift the mood.So we decided to renovate some areas of the house.We began with our master bathroom and the laundry room. Michael was so kind and knowledgeable with great ideas on saving space and the latest trends in design.We were so happy with the results that we decided to finish our kitchen with the same company.Its never comfortable when people are working inside your home but Michael made sure to communicate and figure out the best times that will work with our schedule.The crew was respectful and cleaned everything very well at the end.We are in-love with our new home! We moved from Oregon to Cali and bought a home that was built in 2004, and appeared to be in good shape. We knew there were some cosmetic changes we wanted done so we googled for contractors and came across reviews for Precise Remodeling and design, as well as a few other contractors. We left messages with a few contractors and Talia from Precise was the only one that called us back in a short time. She booked our appointment with Michael and he came by for the estimate. Mike walked the property with us and gave us input and ideas. He is very straight forward and to the point, which we appreciated. Initially, we hired them to demo a built-in cabinets in the kitchen and a vanity built in with a little island that we found useless and took a lot of space in the master closet. The job was quick, clean and they hauled away the debris. Since everything went well on the first project, we decided to hire Michael’s crew to do the rest of the remodeling. They installed new floors in the kitchen, living room and bathrooms, new counter tops in the kitchen, back splash, lights and a beautiful farm style sink. Fortunately during the floor installation process, the team found a leak in the kitchen and were able to take care of the issue. We highly recommend Michael and his team. The tile work is stunning and our floors are beautiful. Precise Remodeling were very responsive, timely and honest.

We recently finished a complete kitchen remodel that was quite a large undertaking as it involved a number of unknowns regarding plumbing, electric, as well as layout and construction. To add to this, we were on a tight timeline. This definitely added pressure to the project.Michael really did an outstanding job! From beginning to end, he was in constant communication (very important!)with us as to what was happening and offer his expertise with regard to design, construction and timeline goals. Any concerns and obstacles that arose were promptly dealt with, which made us feel a lot more at ease.Michael definitely has the qualities that one would hope to find in all contractors-integrity, reliability and a hard work ethic. We really appreciated the time he spent with us, so as to fully understand what we wanted from our Kitchen. His valuable design experience really helped make this the Kitchen that we had hoped for.It turned out Beautifully!!

I contacted Precise Remodeling and Design thru a friend of mine that just finished his house upgrades. I’ve always being so skeptical about any company these days, so I was so glad I was able to see the results for my friend’s before I hired them.Michael at Precise responded right away, scheduled his visit within two days, he came over, we talked about my goals and he gave me some excellent design ideas along with a free estimate and proposal; they began working the following week.The crew worked effectively and went above and beyond. The price was fair and I appreciated that immensely (it was a big job in multiple areas of the house) Highly recommend Michael and everyone at Precise Remodeling!

Michael and his team did a great job remodeling our guest bathroom. Michael was very patient with us when going through our options. He was more than happy to consider a wide variety of materials and finishes. He was very knowledgeable in the pros and cons of different materials. The workers were very professional, and the work was completed on time. Though they were not the cheapest quote I received, I always choose quality over price. Michael was able to provide us with high quality products, high quality service, and always responded to my calls. I found I could trust Michael, because he consistently stood by his word, and the final product did not disappoint. They were clean, professional, and on time. In the event where I could not reach Michael, I was able to get in touch with Talia, who made sure Michael called us back right away. I would use them again and would recommend them to our friends and family.

I’ll start by saying that Precise Remodeling and Design did an awesome job remodeling our house! I was really impressed with the way that Michael handles himself – from small things such as always arriving on time and calling when he said he would, to the big and important things, such as creating an amazing 3D design of our spaces for us, pulling permits and helping us purchasing the materials. Also, Michael always tried to help us stay within budget, rather than trying to have us overspend with him. I think that the best example of how they work would be to say that while working with other contractors before, I always had to make sure they are arriving to work and finish on time, while with Precise Michael was the one making sure that I’m buying all the materials on time, so I won’t hold the project back. Best of all, they even finished the project sooner than we anticipated. They are easy to work with & can always be reached to discuss questions. Got to mention that Talia, the office lady, is very nice and helpful. We are not always easy to please and Precise Remodeling did just that! If you need a remodeling contractor, look no further!!

The entire team at PRECIE REMODELING AND DESIGN was a dream to work with.All phases of the scope of the job was planned to perfection, budgeted and executed with a level of professionalism that took away all my anxiety about remodeling our homeThe first person we met was Michael, he listened and was enthusiastic to out out of the box ideas. Michael and Andrea at Precise are superb! Im blown away to the attention to detail and professionalism from the get-go.They created a lovely walk-In closet with recessed lights, beautiful shelving, new paint, custom cabinets etc.. Mike was great every step of the way! He helped me out with the design and completely transformed my bathroom and most importantly,he was able to work within my budget. Michaels foreman, Mano, was a true professional as well and was also very respectful. They were very careful tokeep my home clean and dust free during and after every visit. I have been getting complements non-stop on the bathroom and Ive been recommending Michael and his company to all my friends and family.

They are great to work with!!! I COULDNT BE HAPPIER WITH THEIR SERVICE!! They truly care about their clients and it shows through their actions. We had precise convert our garage to a living space for my mother who lives with us. We had them do everything from creating the plans and get them approved with the city, to the actual work. Even though the city gave us a really hard time, they were able to pull it off! Their workmanship is great and we are very grateful for everything Michael and his team did for us. Precise workers arrived to work every day, and always made sure to keep the area was clean when the work day was done. They set a very high standard of how a service oriented company should handle their affairs and we were lucky to have them on our side, first with the city and later with the actual work. Great job by Precise Remodeling & Design. My Roof needed replacement, so they got the job quickly and finished the job on time. We will call Precise Remodeling & Design whenever we need any type of construction and renovation work done. Joseph was our project manager and he was able to manage everything perfectly. we were updated about the progress on the task on daily basis. They completed the work on the date promised. Precise Remodeling and Design was recommended by our friend who just completed their kitchen and came out wonderful!. Michael remodeled our master bathroom shower (tile up the walls, fresh paint and fixtures) and also turned it in to a walk-n shower and separated the tub (massage tub, pretty big and comfortable for my wife to take those long bubble baths, lol). He came to take a look at the job on a weekend (at our convenience), made some measurements and recommendations and came up with the scope/estimate a few days later. We have changed the scope a bit prior to construction and even during the construction he was very flexible with it. He made his recommendations on materials and gave us the best ideas to also stay under budget. We are happy with the outcome, timing and costs. Our master bath looks great like if he just pulled out from a magazine. Michael and team are great to work with, professional and very knowledgeable. We will have them do the work on our next construction project (kitchen & guest bathrooms) and of course Ill recommend them to other people.

Having had some horrible nightmares working with contractors in the past, I braced for the worst again this time; but I was surprised.I Had some remodeling work with Precise. Everything about them was so professional: Arriving when promised, clean, organized etc… Returning phone calls the same day, appearing when promised, and most importantly getting a proposal/estimate in short order which is surprising in this business.Excellent service, the work was done really well, and exactly how I imagined it. No surprises, no unexpected changes. So happy with the outcome…. 6 stars, if I ever need work again done in my home, I will not hesitate to call them. Thank you Michael!

I meant to write this review long time ago and finally here it is :))! !Michael showed up on time and provided a fair estimate, I had also other companies, but he was more personable and explained the plan very well.When they did the work on my house they were again timely (which is super important for me) and completed the job quickly.I constantly fly and move around the world for my job, so it was very important that they finished on or before the date that was given.They run their business professionally and do a great job.I appreciate the open line of communication throughout the job, changes were made, and he made sure I felt comfortable with the price and alterations; could not be happier I will use them again.

After looking at reviews in other websites and doing my thorough research I decided to contact Precise. I needed a new ADU Garage conversion or figure out what to do with that space whether to expand or do the best with the existing space. I have had nightmares with hiring contractors in the past and people not showing up, so I needed someone very responsible, reliable and that I could trust.I schedule my meeting with Michael, and I was overly impressed with how knowledgeable, the recommendations, how easy it was to talk to him and a great listener with all the ideas I had in mind. Besides a free estimate he gave me some great ideas with design and colors, I really wanted a neutral pastel green to go with some furniture, but he advised on going with swiss coffee as it would make the space flow and expand the reflection from the windows; I loved that we decided to do that!We didn’t encounter any problems, his crew always arrived at the times scheduled, not like before as I mentioned people cancelling and wasting my time, this was not the case with Precise. The project was done in about two months and I am beyond happy with the outstanding job they performed and now I can enjoy this place so that friends and family can visit after the pandemic.Thank you so much Michael and everyone there that helped along the way!

Michael and his team really came through for me during what was essentially a remodeling nightmare.I had hired another contractor (licensed, recommended, lots of pretty pictures of previous work) to update my bathroom and kitchen. Unfortunately, the contractor was either incompetent or unfamiliar with the building codes for Santa Monica. He rushed work and tried to skip inspections; ultimately, the whole bathroom (the only bathroom) had to be completely undone and left me homeless with a list of building code violations from the city I did not know how to address. Imagine, after 2 months of construction, essentially everything had to be removed and uncovered, to be redone again! Obviously, I wasnt going to continue working with the same contractor crew who did not value my time.Michael and his team were gracious enough to help me out when I was almost at my breaking point. His communication was great and I felt treated as a friend and family. I felt his recommendations were made genuinely with my interests in mind as well as tailored for my lifestyle and the value of my property. Even though Micheal knew I had almost no design in mind and a very poor eye for such things, he was insistent on going through every single design detail with me and made sure I was happy. Honestly, I dont think there was a single recommendation Micheal made that I didnt go with, and Im seriously glad I did! I cannot be more appreciative of his dedication and time and effort toward my renovation.As lots of work had to be uncovered for proper inspections, we found out that the previous contractor did improper and dangerous electrical work that he tried to cover up to pass inspection. Micheal and his team took pictures of the poor work and gave me recommendations on how to seek retributions.I really cant thank Micheal and his company enough. They pulled me out of one of the most traumatic situations of my life and left me with a beautiful property that truly is beyond all my expectations. Now I feel extremely safe and comfortable going home, love having guests over, and feel confident that I dont have to do any more remodeling on my place for hopefully decades to come.

They are really nice crew and great to work with. We had them work on our bathrooms electric board. They drilled holes, put the outlets in, speckled, painted, and cleaned up. They putted a new electric board and everything just look amazing. They offered us the best price we could find. They helped us out in every step of our bathroom remodel. We needed to change the bathroom layout and make it handicap accessible, as we have a disable family member.
