I work for two companies that both use Praxis for our IT Support. Our relationship goes back at least 20 years and they have been GREAT to work with. I have no complaints and no plans of ever switching! All of the Praxis staff is always responsive, helpful and patient with all of my questions.

Excellent customer service! The Praxis team is always very responsive, respectful and a pleasure to work with. The office manager, Staci, has a great handle on the teams workflow and is on top of everything. The owner, Jeff, goes above and beyond to make sure all concerns/issues are treated as if they are the most important, no matter how small the issue/concern.

I work for a company that Praxis has provided IT support & services to for a number of years. Not only do they make sure our firm is up-and-running on a day-to-day basis, but they are an integral part of our on-boarding process and Id be lost without their support, understanding and most importantly - patience! They also make sure the firm is benefiting from the most current cutting-edge technology.
