Jose Gutierrez gives me the impression that he is very experienced. He installed my garbage disposal quickly, with no problems and it works beautifully. Additionally he went even further to give me choices to fix the uninvolved pipes should they start leaking in the future. I would highly recommend him.

Power Pro Plumbing Heating & Air was a pleasure to work with. They had plenty of options for the free estimate, and was great with communication regarding reminders for it. Eddie was also a fantastic plumber! He explained everything that was going on and made it easy to understand. He came on time and did not leave a mess! Would recommend them to anyone.

Niko was super helpful. He fixed the AC, which would only blow air at room temperature which is not what you need during our hot summers. He found some rodent droppings. But, luckily, the cables were not chewed through. He unhooked and reconnected the cables and tightened the connections. It works now. Great! Then he absolutely went beyond his duty. I asked if I could use his ladder to climb up on the roof to rinse off my solar panels. Instead of allowing me to do it, he climbed up and did it for me. Thanks Niko!!!

Juan was punctual. He used his slippers when entering my home. He was professional, cordial, and polite. He reviewed what he planned to do before beginning and reviewed his findings afterwards. He was knowledgeable about the products. He presented and prioritized his recommendations. I didnt feel pressured to buy something. He was truthful. If he didnt think I needed something, he was honest about it. That is very important to me. This was a good experience.

Rickey Bates from Power Pro came out to advise on some plumbing that I needed replaced along with replacing my water heater. He broke down everything so it was easy to understand and explained everything that needed to be done item by item. Definitely a great experience and will absolutely recommend calling if you have any plumbing needs.

Eduardo (Eddie) was excellent. Very knowledgable and did a great job with my garbage disposal install. He also graciously showed me where my water main turn off was (Im a dumb renter and have been recklessly living without this knowledge for years). Always a pleasure to encounter a true professional. Efrain came by to help us out with a clogged drain. Although he was unable to help out (due to the oldness and history of the pipe) he was extremely helpful. But did offer more options. Stayed and didnt give up. Was very professional and even gave me a tip to care for my porcelain sink. Would definitely recommend and use him again for future services. Thanks!
