2023-09-07 23:55:02Josh is AWESOME! I realized on Labor Day that I lost the battery cover for my 4iiii power meter - with just over 72 hours until l left town for a race! I found these guys on-line and ordered a new one asking for express shipping. Josh emailed me back within MINUTES and we got it set up - and it arrived today in plenty of time :) FABULOUS customer service!! THANK YOU, JOSH!!!

2019-02-12 20:40:16I ordered a Pioneer left leg powermeter installation kit from PowerMeterCity earlier this year, as they had the best prices I could find online. The customer service at PowerMeterCity from start to finish was awesome. They responded to my questions very quickly through email and through their online chat portal. Josh even called me to advise me of some technical information for the PM I ordered! This is obviously a company that strives to provide the best possible pre- and post-sale service and advice to their customers. I dont post a lot of online reviews, but based on my experience I felt that this company deserved some good feedback. Would recommend 110%.
