I can’t say enough good things about Luke and Postured Ergonomics! I sit infront of a computer screen for 50+ hours a week and have been experiencing neck and shoulder pain for as long as I can remember. I am now one week into the new work station setup that Luke advised on and created for me and it has been life changing! He not only helped identify the right equipment for my needs but also showed me what I needed to change from a habit perspective (how I stand/sit at my work station, the way I position my mouse, etc.). Much to my surprise Luke also kept the esthetic of my office in mind and found me a teal colored ergo chair - talk about exceeding expectations!

If youre reading this, please dont do what I did and sit and wait for another month before deciding to call.I finally called Luke and it just so happened he was in my area. That call made it very clear to me he knew what he was talking about. A short time later, he was at my place. I REALLY appreciated his approach and methods he used to analyze my work from home setup. He was so professional but also very real and honest.Ive taken his advice to heart and just a few weeks later, have noticed a difference in how I feel.Warning to all of you though. Meeting with Luke means he will live rent free in your head for the rest of your life. I even think about him at the grocery store, while driving, and just walking around. Hes constantly on my shoulder now telling me to check my body positioning. Im constantly correcting myself thanks to him.I not only changed my WFH setup but my driving position and seat angles, my texting and phone habits, and overall posture throughout the day. Hes constantly reminding me to lose my back arch, stand straight (and I was already a puffed out chest kind of stance), and check in with my body to help it perform its best. I had no idea how much I was stressing my own body out just by living how I was.His teachings definitely take practice but with practice comes not even thinking about it.I will forever appreciate what Luke did for me. Highly, highly recommended.

When I started my acrylic painting/fluid art hobby a few months ago, two things quickly became clear: I had much to learn and the makeshift studio I’d set up was less than ideal. Working on a horizontal canvas on a card table was difficult, required a lot of hunching over and was not helping produce good results. (My early efforts were to art what cow pies are to pies.)Having used a sit/stand desk that Luke had supplied me while I was still working, I turned to him to recommend a reasonably priced one I could assemble myself. Luke took the time to review some alternatives I’d found online and together we chose a workstation that would provide better ergonomics. After it arrived, Luke was diligent in following up to ensure that the assembly had gone well and the table was working for me. It’s definitely helped me produce works I’m proud to show friends.I think his commitment to making sure a former colleague was well positioned to pursue his hobby with optimal ergonomics speaks volumes about his commitment to the field. Not many people would have taken the time to do so and I am beyond appreciative.As for my art, there’s always more to learn. Ill spare you a before example, but I’m now able to produce works like this without any back-breaking struggle:

Luke and staff took time to evaluate all concerns and provided immediate solutions to prevent further damage by adjusting, correcting and teaching with correct ergonomic mechanics in a work station. Meant a lot to me as I have had a shoulder dislocation and bicep tear. I was over extending and causing further discomfort. No more discomfort.

I’ve noticed my increasingly bad posture from sitting at the computer all day and the associated aches and pains for years, but have been putting off investing in a stand up desk because I wasn’t really sure what to get. I finally turned to Postured Ergonomics, and I’m so glad I did. I ended up completely transforming my desk setup to include the stand up desk, ergonomic keyboard, upright mouse, and properly aligned my two screens to the ideal eye level. I’ve noticed a HUGE difference in what I jokingly referred to as my “old guy” pains. I’m 38, so…. Clearly these were not because of my age. Since I had Postured Ergonomics set me up, I feel great. Excellent customer service, Luke is the best at assessing and finding individual solutions to alleviate workspace strain. Responsive and resourceful, I am very grateful for his support so far. A+ Service! Luke goes above and beyond. Ive worked from home for over 7+ years and never once considered an ergo assessment. I contacted Luke after experiencing wrist pain that appeared due to my current desk setup. Luke was extremely easy to work with, attentive, and responsive. He helped me make modifications to my desk, chair, computer, posture etc. that has ultimately helped me feel better and improved how I work.
