This office is great and the whole operation is well managed!I had some urgent documents to be delivered from Germany and to be signed and shipped back to Germany.The owner Chris and the team were very supportive and the docs have been treated confidentially. I also received an immediate message once they arrived in San Bruno.A clear recommendation!

If you need to ship something, just go here. The service is simply perfect. They are kind and efficient, and will get you the best shipping method for any package. Their packing is also great. It comes down to good old fashioned customer service, really, and you will walk out feeling great and having accomplished what you need to.

This is my go to place for all of my mailing needs. Chris and Christina are so helpful, friendly and help get my packages securely to their destinations. I bring in multiple types of items and Christina does a wonderful job in packing everything securely, ensuring my packages get to the correct place and that I get to choose what’s the most cost efficient way to ship (USPS, UPS, FedEx). All w/ a friendly smile on her face! I was especially grateful to Chris for staying open for me when I brought multiple items to ship out for Christmas! Thank you Chris & Christina for going over and beyond great customer service!Another great thing is that they have everything you need to package big or small items. Just bring in and no need to do it yourself like the post office! So helpful when you don’t have boxes and packaging material at home. I also appreciate you get an email w/ your tracking information and detailed receipt of your transaction. Great record keeping for tax records! I highly recommend the Postal Annex at the San Bruno Towne Center!

I highly recommend shipping here. This is my go to place for shipping anything and everything! I use Depop to sell clothes so I come in often and Chris and his staff are always super helpful! Every time I come I’m in and out within 5 minutes and me and Chris always have great conversation! Shipping is super fast and all my buyers have been very pleased with how fast they receive their items! I cannot recommend this place enough:)

Chris is the best! Highly recommend this shipping center. I do not live in the area, but needed to ship an important overnight package for work. When UPS not only failed to deliver the package the following day, they returned it to Postal Annex for some unexplained reason (still trying to get an answer). Although Chris had already had all pick ups for the day, he arranged for Fed Ex to return and pick up the package. He had them ship overnight and it was delivered by 10:30am at his expense! That is true customer service and going above and beyond! Thank you Chris. Wish there were more business operators like you!

Chris and his team are amazing. I recently found myself in a jam. I had shipped a valuable package to one of my customers and it was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted Chris to see if he could retrieve the package before it disappeared. Without hesitating, he arranged to have a member of his team (Jacob) and pick up the item the next day. While it is not a service he normally offers, his willingness to go above and beyond is appreciated. All I can say is THANK YOU!!!

Chris at Postal Annex is amazing! I can’t believe how much he went out of his way to help me out. Our company was shipping a package to a conference, I went into the store and had them pack it for me, but had already printed the label. After I left we found out that we’re had the wrong shipping address and need to put a new label on the package. FedEx had already picked up the package, but Chris was able to track him down, have him come back and attach the correct label to our package. This took up more than 2 hours of his time! I am forever grateful. This want his problem but he cared enough to make it better!

The packages are always ready for pick up and always with a friendly message/smile. They are so helpful with Amazon returns and just about anything else we need. Chris is an Outstanding person to work with. He will go above and beyond to help. This place is a one stop shop. But on one day I Paid $148.00 to ship 5 SM sized boxes for Standard Mail (Paid for box and weight of items inside) Boxes sold separately.Went to the Post Office (USPS) 3 days later, shipped 5 more of the same items via Med sized box, boxes were free and one FLAT rate depending on size you chose. Its cost $13.95 per box for a MED size at USPS. Boxes were Priority Mail shipping with Tracking and Insurance. Packages will get to the destination within 3 days.You live and you learn. I cant run a business shipping items for $21 to $26 a pop, especially with standard 6 to 7 day mail. SM boxes were 9 bucks apiece. So that 45 bucks just in boxes. I can understand if that price was next day shipping. I knew something wasnt right.

Also, I was eagerly awaiting a package and due to circumstances I wasnt able to come back in 3 weeks, so the manager helped me call fedex, get there and pick it up from the actual fedex facility. Chris and his staff are great. I was going to drop off a package at the UPS store but I was running errands at Towne Center and decided to drop in. I was ready to pay the fee for taping my box and there was no fee! Last time I went to the UPS store, they charged me $1.00. I had to go back later in the day because my printer ran out of ink. I was able to email the document straight to their computer and fax it for a deal. No more waiting at Kinko’s, purchasing a time card, being charged minutes looking for the email or document you want to print. Unless you plan on doing homework, I suggest Postal Annex for all your office needs.

I needed to notarize documents last minute for an out-of-state house sale. I came in very frazzled and clueless as to what needed to be done. I was promptly helped by the owner Chris, who was incredibly patient and helpful. He explained the notary process and helped me navigate the seemingly endless stack of papers we had to get through.When we were done with the notary process, Chris helped me mail the documents and explained the different pricing and timing options with UPS and FedEx. He packaged the documents for me and took care of everything. I instantly felt at ease and relieved. The whole process was incredibly fast and painless!Chris clearly cares about his customers and knew most of the people who came in my name.
