Rented U-Haul here and they sneaked in the insurance charge which I declined when making the reservation. Fortunately when I called U-Haul they were able to confirm this and gave me a refund. Shady business practice. They rely on the fact that most people don’t pay attention to the final invoice. Super rude as well.

Was in Santa Clara for business and found a vintage motorcycle gas tank on OfferUp that I bought and needed to ship home. Very quick transaction and just received the package today and you can tell the guy packed it with care, lots of extra reinforcement. Very impressed!

Chuck is the best. He is so friendly and helpful. I always go there when I have to send packages to my son and daughter. If I have any questions he always answers them. I definitely recommend going there.

I came in to the store on Monday, 10/30, around 1pm. The store clerk was rude, threw my fragile shipping box into the outgoing crate, and dismissed my questions. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

Slimy business tactic. Boxes everything up, then asks for address, then tells pricing. I asked for pricing upfront before everything got boxed up and I didn’t have the guts to shut him off. Oh wells, lesson learned not to visit poorly rated stores. Customers be warned of owner’s selling tactics.

Im a curent client and use their services in a weekly basis. Do off all my packages UPS and FedEx there and get all needed supplies.Always with a smile and courteous, these people will work hard for your business! I highly recommend.

Holy moly. This owner is national treasure. He was so attentive and accommodating of our needs!! He even helped my husband carry our boxes into our tiny car!We were just looking for some moving boxes for a sudden out-of-state move. The owner was so ready to answer questions about what types of moving supplies we really needed [or didnt need.]Hes so cheerful, and honest, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend you some here instead of UHaul for moving supplies!

Rented a uhaul van and picked up from here. One clerk was very pleasant and helpful. I had requested uhaul to switch to a specific Ford van on the lot which they agreed to. The elder gentleman onsite refused this change and was not helpful and talked negatively about uhaul/help service for agreeing to this change. I did not get the van I requested.I get it plans were made and dont want to do more work but refuse to be flexible. But this guy was clearly annoyed by my request and not professional about the approach. Not happy with the service from him. The younger fellow tried to accommodate.

Beware if you are planning to pick up a uHaul truck here. They will ask you $20 damage waiver as insurance which is optional in uHaul store. Plus the elder gentleman asked me to sweep the truck floor even though I cleaned it. It was just a tiny piece of small dust. very micro level. For that he literally given me the broom to sweep it. Not a good experience here for me.

I rented a U-Haul van from here and Chuck was very friendly, efficient and caring. I was scheduled to drop off the van on a day when they were closed and I accidentally dropped my car keys in the overnight lock box! As you can imagine this caused a major problem for me. I called their number on a Sunday and left a message they were willing to come out and help me. Most places would NEVER check their message on a Sunday. I recommend this store to everyone!

Ive been coming to this location for 10+ years for packaging supplies, notarizations, and shipping domestically & internationally. The owner, Chuck, is experienced and knowledgeable on all these topics and easy to work with. He has also been insightful in providing advice for my open-ended e-commerce packaging & shipping questions. I highly recommend this particular PostalAnnex+ location.

First time here they took my passport photos and they were rejected by passport office due to being too dark. They did end up giving a refund so hopefully they fixed their process. Second time we dropped off a USPS flat rate envelope that was bulging a bit but thought it should be ok since it still sealed with the fold (we added some tape to the seams for structure, which USPS says is ok). The manager said it could not be shipped without paying extra. We asked if it would be cheaper to put into a flat rate box ($8-$14) and he discouraged us from doing so saying it would likely be more expensive. They ended up charging $21 for the envelope as given. This seemed like a lot of money but it wasnt until doing more research after that we realized this did not follow the USPS policy and that it would indeed fit in a box that was cheaper. This is completely unacceptable and takes advantage of customers who dont know all the options or rules. We trusted the clerk to help us but instead they did what benefited them. I hope this review changes their attitude toward helping others rather than taking advantage of customers. If you use this place, make sure to do your research ahead.

The guy who runs this place is incredibly nice, cheerful, and helpful. He always has a big beaming smile and greets customers by name. He always explains all of the shipping options to customers to help them find the best rates and the options that best fit their needs. Beats going to the regular post office any day. 6 out of 5 stars.

The owner’s attitude is extremely disrespectful and rude to the customers. Every time I come here I leave with such a bad feeling. The owner finds every ridiculous ways to refuse services (package is too big/ too late/ can’t provide tracking) and even rudely tell me to go somewhere else. I can’t believe this place is still open and people are still willing to come.Please don’t come to this place!

Always excellent service, very polite has always helped me with final wrapping of packages and offers choices on shipping.This is the only place I take my items to mail. You can keep your regular ship to address on file so drop off goes really fast. I get excellent service at a reasonable price.

Extremely poor customer service.Could not even indicate the cost of notarising a document requiring a single signature, on the phone. instead said i have a customer waiting and i do not have time for any conversation.By far the most horrible customer experience i have had in recent history.I will just take my business to a nearby UPS store, who promptly indicated the cost.($10 per signature per document).

The guys at Postal Annex have earned my trust and business! I just had a bad experience with a grumpy UPS driver who was complaining about picking up my packages. David from Postal Annex immediately addressed the situation with a focus on providing excellent customer service. He had a talk with the UPS driver and then assured me that I was a valued customer and that they wanted me to continue to bring my packages there. They really went above and beyond to make sure to keep my business and it really worked! Thanks a lot guys, I really appreciate it.

When I entered the shop, a employee was talking with another person (no work related) and she just ignored me. Another employee came to me few minutes later, asking me if he could help me, but quickly. I asked for International stamp sheets. Their price is ridiculous. The post office charhes $11.50/sheet. They charge $19/sheet! Will definitely not come back again to this place! Crazy prices and bad customer service!

Don’t come to this shop. I try to drop off my UPS package and the staff said they cannot give me receipt and won’t scan my package.What a joke? They don’t want to waste money for a receipt. If you drop off your box, you may not have any proof at all. Good luck!

After dropping off a package with them, I learned that someone opened my package and stole its contents. The package arrived, but it was empty. I dropped package off on a Friday and was told it would ship out the next Monday. They wouldn’t give me a receipt (red flag) and turns out they stole my packages contents.

Hidden/non-displayed prices and price gouging.Expect $1 per photocopy and $2.50 To use a piece of tape to close a shipping box. Ridiculous!Suggestion: the postal annex on el Camino (next to Target) is 80% cheaper, and their staff is much friendlier.Alternatively fedex on el Camino. Still poor service but 85-90% cheaper pricing.

I give them 0 stars if i could!!! Theres on charge a rud guy at the front door...! A nice delivery guy try to leave a package for me.. and he the guy who is at front door didnt receive my package!! Just cause he wonttt do it! We pay for the service!! And this is what we get back! I just dont recomend this place to no one! Worstttt costumer service!!! This guy looks like korean..chinise or wherever he es..as soon as you see him dont even bother to get in...cause he doesnt know how to treat people!!! Very disappointed! Excellent service . I need to send laptop to my daughter in college, the owner helped me find a right box and packaging material. after the box was all sealed, I realized I had more stuff, he reopen the box and helped to put more in. Excellent!

DO NOT GO TO THIS POSTAL ANNEX. I wanted 4 passport size photographs. They charged me 14.99$ for first 2 passport sized photos, and another 14.99$ for the next 2. I called other postal annex offices and they charge 10.99$ for first 2 photos and another 5$ for the next 2 photos.The guy in charge of this postal annex blatantly refused to refund me any amount. When I said that you are forcing me to write a bad review, he said its your opinion, Thank you. In case you go there and find this guy (who is korean, I think), just GET OUT and go to another postal annex.Horrible customer service, and inflated prices is what this POSTAL ANNEX is.
