With so many mail thefts these days I decided to get a box at Post and Ship. They have not disappointed. My bf has used them since they opened and I have used them for the last year. Randy is a true professional. Always super friendly, text us when we get packages and a bright light anytime we go in. I know that my packages will be sent out correctly and dont have to worry about missing packages or letters. Thanks Randy and team!

Hello, I ship to my customer at this location often. Every interaction I have with your employee Randys is rude and unprofessional. If this person worked in customer service for mere would be fired today! This is not my first interaction with this horrid person. Please take action!; he is rude and ruening your business!

Great customer service. Had to print a handful of pre-paid labels and send a few return parcels via multiple carriers. Very handy to be able to do it in one place.

We’re from out of town and had to send some time-sensitive documents by overnight courier. I was quite stressed out about the tight timeline but Randy and his co-worker handled everything so smoothly and professionally. The documents arrived on time, as promised. I’ll definitely bring my business here again when I’m in town. They’re accurate, dependable and very friendly!

I send mail to my sister here and they are very rude. The counter person Randy will yell at you and should not be a customer service person terrible!

We have been customers of Post & Ship Plus since 2016 and we give this business five stars all the way. Factored into our review is the understanding that they gentlemen that operate this location have lives outside of their business and we dont sweat it if they are closed for any reason. If you want convenience and dont mind the additional money youll actually save by getting so many things done in one stop, youll love this business. And if you dont mind being called by your first name and not a random number, this is definitely the store to shop. MNN would be spending a lot more monthly on office space than we do by utilizing Post & Ship Plus services and store space.

We highly recommend this business as dependable and trustworthy. Youll pay a bit more for services here, but its worth the priceless, personalised service you wont get at other, cheaper alternatives. Tom provides each customer with detail-oriented service even to the few extremely impatient, difficult people that weve seen there. He really is an exemplary customer service provider. The owners offer a wide variety of services and lovely product lines throughout the store. This business is amazing, conveniently located and your source for one-stop shipping other and services.

DO NOT use this place for FedEx shipments. Although they have signs and advertise that they are a FedEx shipping place they DO NOT have a contract with FedEx and only give your packages to them as a courtesy when they do come in. I had a package that I paid $50 for to be shipped overnight and had to go pick up the next day to take it elsewhere after realizing that the package never got shipped out. Note to the manager: train your employees to let the customers know as common courtesy, more so when they see a shipment label stating overnight.

I would advise against using this place to ship your Fedex items. Staff were friendly and helpful but I dropped an urgent package here for overnight delivery on a Monday, Fedex didnt receive the item until Wednesday (today) so an item that should have been delivered in one day is going to arrive 3 days late. I called the store and was told that Fedex hadnt collected the packages. Surely if the store was accepting Fedex packages they should be responsible for making sure they are picked up. Very poor customer service.

For safety and security purposes, our news station utilizes PNS+ regularly as our off-site mailroom. For almost four years now, weve received and sent hundreds of pieces of mail and small packages on a monthly basis through this business with absolutely no problems whatsoever. We look forward to continuing on as customers with them and recommend their mailing and mailbox rental services to business and individual customers alike.
