Ive been going there SINCE, a little after my first born. And midwives delivered my second and third born; so for me, it has been about 10yrs of experience. Staffs are very nice and friendly and very professional at their works. Dr. Geiling, midwife Cassandra and midwife Laura are very sweet and caring and understanding, and very knowledgeable❤

The office manager is a joke first of all. Didnt resolve any issue I had with her staff. The staff doesnt relay proper information. I had to stand outside in the rain because I wasnt told they close from 12-1 because Im the type of person who wants to arrive 15 mins early to their appt and my appt was at 1. then they terminated my care because I asked them why wasnt I told this information? what if I was dropped off? doesn’t matter. They still t terminated my care because they’re unprofessional.

I went in for a first time visit, nice & kind staff. They got me an appointment to remove my IUD (birth control) the very next week. The women that I ended up seeing was Laura Wiese, she was very sweet and made me feel comfortable during my visit. She was talkative and communicated everything before she did it. It was a great experience & I would recommend her to others.

Dr. Geiling is very professional, informative, and knowledgeable. He has an excellent reputation, and Ive only ever heard good things about him and Cass.He and Cass will take the time to go over every option, and makes sure you understand whats going on. Hes been kind to my wife and I, and has delivered both of our children. Couldnt be happier with this doctor!

Great experience!! medical staff is patient and so pleasant (secretaries included) Had a lot of complications during my pregnancy, but staff was always supportive and encouraging! It was a comfortable experience, and I loved both midwives Cass and Laura!!

Very friendly staff. Dr. Geiling is great. He explains things very clearly. He actually tries to help figure out solutions to my medical problems that would be best for me and not just hurry me out of the office. He looks at you and not just down at his computer. You can tell he wants to help people and not just collect a paycheck.

Never used their services.They seem nice, office looks good. I tried to establish service for my home birth plan, but they do not offer any services like labs or ultrasounds for outside certified nurse midwife referrals, unless you will be under total care of their midwives in the clinic only.

2 stars solely for their amazing doctors and nurses. The billing department is beyond the worst. They tried to charge a deductible for an iud. And as per the ACA that is incorrect. My insurance company said they told the billing department it was deductible free, yet I was still being billed the deductible. Basically don’t pay them any money until you speak to your insurance company.

My issue is with the office staff! I had no problem with this Dr or his care. However, this office staff was unprofessional, rude and did not offer to help or assist me in replacing my records. They destroyed a CD record as part of a policy they couldn’t show was a policy and then did not offer to help me get another. Final straw, they never called me to schedule the dr suggested surgery/procedure after I complained to the office manager about the issue.

Extremely efficient staff. You will be seen by the provider at the actual appointment time. Even for procedures, I was told it would be approximately 30 minutes and I was done and out of the office way before 30 minutes. Very thorough doctor who explained the plan and timeline of what to expect. They even text reminders for upcoming appointments.

This is the worst office to go to if you have private ins. They make you sign a consent to treat before seeing you and will bill for what ever they want with you being responsible for any charges. Even if you go in to the office for something they told you was preventive covered at %100. They will not work with you and refuse to accept thier own errors. This office is out to make money giving no regards to their patients.

I absolutely LOVE PWMA...I’ve been going here for 16 years and have grown to love every one of the staff there! The girls are soooo sweet and always get me in when I need to be seen! Dr. Geiling is so caring and pays attention to your needs. Cas is absolutely amazing she has delivered 3 of my children. I love PWMA

Rude people on front its always packed and it take forever for them to help you get an appointment. To see a doctor the people that work there dont wear uniform .Even the lady that calls in the patience to go to the room dont wear uniform I dont feel safe if they are not using there uniform it can be just a regular customer calling my name they are on there regular clothes

I LOVE it here honestly.Usually im so insecure about showing anything of my private parts but drs made me comfortable and talked to me while they were doing thier thing. So it wasnt awkward at all.
