This strip mall shopping center is massive. With lots of dining options, tons of shopping, including big box stores, and quite a few service oriented businesses. Its quite an expansive shopping zone.The shopping center is huge with tons of parking available. Unfortunately, the parking around popular stores is almost always congested. And, the available parking is far from any stores. This is not the type of place you park and browse around. In most cases, if you visit more than one store. Youre probably going to have to repark. Its in a very nice location, and is popular with local residents.

Went for a light lunch and had a salad and pot stickers. There were only three pot stickers so I was bit disappointed as I had hoped they would give at least 5. But I am full and satisfied and the waitress was very kind. Only thing was the heater was NOT on and its pouring rain and cold outside and when we came in we were wet so had to ask the lady to tell the manager to put the heat on. Never did and so we were cold the whole time.

Really nice area. Really nice food. Needs more better security to let rude workers and rude customers know its not nice being angy. Its sometimes better to you know not ask customers to work for the workers. Das very rude to ask customers to work like i dont even work there. Haha maybe next time that worker will know to not ask any customers to work for the workers of a nice safe place. You know ❤❤

If you love hordes of unaware people in parking lots walking in front of your car as youre trying to navigate to find a parking spot, then youll feel right at home.Also, if you love crazy drivers, then you will fit right in.The ONLY reason this place is worth frequenting is for Ralphs & Cava.Bye bye 👋

Decent shopping center. Lots of parking, but I am surprised that more accidents dont occur here. More spots should have stop signs while others shouldnt. Just be more mindful when driving around. This has my favorite Ralphs. Good selection and I always find the brands that Im looking for.

Very nice shopping center with AMC, restaurants, and Nordstrom rack. However, the parking lot is usually SUPER FULL even in weekdays and its a pretty big parking lot. During busy weekends, you will spend a lot of time chasing down people for their spots. They need either an underground parking lot or build a parking lot structure.

They have some decent shopping and eateries, but I find their parking lot very aggravating when crowded nobody ever follows the posted signs, and the indirect routes to get out of the lot can be very frustrating, causing you to drive into a dead end or in circles I spend most of my time driving, so it is these little things that can make or break me going to a location maybe I’m too picky? Lol.

It has everything you need, from banks to Walmart, restaurants, pet supplies, and everything in between! If you cant find it at this one stop shopping center, its very near by. We went to Islands restaurant and it was a wonderful beach-themed setting and menu. A little pricey, but it was worth it!

I made my weekly trip to Walmart. It looks like they’re just about done with the remodeling. Things have moved all over the store so it will take a few trips to learn where everything is. That being said, the store is brighter, many aisles wider and a much more open space feeling. Walmart is still dealing with long lines for a cashier with only a couple aisles open at times. It seems that they are pushing us all to use self checkout which isn’t always possible if you’re buying alcohol.

Great little shopping center with a best buy and, five below as well as many other places including a soup plantation yummy!! And a few other restaurants which makes it a great little shopping center! Traffic can be busy at times but thats due to the church and construction of I think another addition to the shopping center across the street which is making quick progress actually so dont expect that backed up traffic for long because soon its just gonna get better!

This place is evolving and starting to have a variety of restaurants and new architecture. It feels clean, fresh and nice busy environment to enjoy shopping and eating. Its relatively clean but there are some sketchy characters sometimes; here and there beggers and solicitors come around but still nice areas that are family friendly to have a good time. Would recommend to explore on your own, chill with friends or even have nice dates.

Honestly, this location somehow ran out of ranch. How does that happen? The manager did her best to make up for it when we ordered our food. Staff was friendly but the food wasnt that appealing.Parking lot is huge. Handicapped parking is easy to use near the entrance but usually every spot is taken up.

This In N Out has got their flow down pat and never has issues with a long wait. The food is VERY fresh, that includes the buns, the potatoes, and the fries are off the charts now!! This place is good and it has a fair amount of stores and ample parking a good variety of restaurants but the customer traffic for Walmart makes it a bad experience due to the fact that even if you park at a good distance and I mean over where Sports Chalet was some moron still managed to ding the door on my wifes car and I thought it would only happen when you park closer, This bad experience cost me $500 dollars for the repair in bodywork and all because some people just have no respect for other peoples property. Will avoid shopping here when at all possible.

The parking lot is terribly designed, the entrances along Rinaldi are 3-way stops, but most drivers dont seem to know this (no matter how frequently they come to this shopping center) so people are constantly jamming up traffic. The patrons are just as bad since most of them ignore basic driving etiquette, blow by stop signs, double park, take up multiple parking spots, etc.Its just terrible, but every now and then you will spot a super car, so thats cool.

This shopping center is amazing. It offers several retail stores like Walmart and Best Buy. Grocery stores and several restaurants like In and Out, Fridays and Islands. This Walmart is huge and it has the best selection of any Walmart Ive been to in Southern California. Theres plenty of free parking for everyone. Its possible to access this location by bus, Ive done it. However, the buses quit early. It is much more convenient to drive there.

This complex is very clean and nice in the Porter Ranch area. They have a very large selection of restaurants including Islands, In-N-Out and Soup Plantation. They also have Party City, Walmart, Best Buy, Babies/Toys R Us, a food store, bagel store and many more. I would recommend this one stop shop to satisfy your shopping desire.

Visited TGIF. I like this shopping center. It has quite a few stores I like shopoing, Wal-Mart and others. It has plenty of parking space and very clean. The 118 is close by which helps bc you can come from different directions and you avoid traffic. The views around here are nice as well. In general its a nice place to either shop or eat.

The biggest issue with shopping here is the potential for heat stroke. All the stores face south, blocking any breeze and magnifying the heat. The whole place should be redone, adding shade trees, water stations and emergency call boxes. I wonder how many people have been stricken before they even get to Walmart or Bestbuy.

Even though theres a Walmart in this Plaza they do not allow overnight parking. At 3:50 a.m. the security guard told me I had to leave and that the parking lot was closed. The Walmart opens at 6 a.m. and I was going to go shopping after having a small nap after a long drive from Indiana. That didnt happen. So now Im just going to go to the Northridge Mall by the Dennys. This Plaza has just lost a customer

The Walmart in Porter Ranch is huge and I can always find what I am looking for. The parking lot is always full and the lines are usually long, self check out is the way to go. Starbucks and Chase are also in the same shopping center but they have no drive thru. TGI Fridays is always full and so is the parking lot. Its a clean and nice shopping center.

This mall has the potential to be great but somewhere along the line things just crashed. Not sure if it was ownership/management/marketing(lack of)/being an outdoor lifestyle center, Or a combo of all of it. Its a beautiful layout but just nothing has really made it and other then the first 2-3 years it opened it has consistently declined with stores closing and less foot traffic. Its a shame because the people of Simi deserve a good mall with good stores. Or maybe they didnt want that, I dont know but you can hear a pin drop during times other centers would be packed. The theatre seems to be doing well but hasnt helped the mall much. They do have a few decent restaurants though! I think enclosing it and protection fromnthe winds that come off the foothills and rain in the winters would help it a lot.

Nice Town Center however it is plagued with poorly designed streets and parking. Many of the streets are one-way, forcing you to go around the whole plaza just to make a left turn. Other than that, the area is very nice

Miss the Toys R Us but glad they got a Burlington Coat factory. Nice center, its a hellavu walk from one end to the other. Great Mediterranean place on one end and a half decent Walmart in the middle (its not 24 hour). The grocery store (Ralphs) has the highest prices Ive ever seen, but luckily theres walmart. Decent parking when the church across the street is not on session. Dont they have their own?

I have been here many times but this time I discovered a new store up here that I have fallen in love with and is 5 below. It sells from 1$ to 5$ and I tell you they have a wide range of items that will suit your fancy, one example is a 12 pair pack of womens footie socks only 5$. Thats only one of many bargins youll find there. Awesome discovery!

Porter Ranch Town Center is a very large shopping center with a generally nice variety of stores and restaurants and a couple banks. There is an Islands at one end along with smaller places scattered throughout. There are large anchor type stores like Walmart and Best Buy. There is a Petco, though truthfully it isnt the best in terms of stock and cleanliness. On the other hand, the Starbucks here is likely the best in this part of the San Fernando Valley. The parking lot is huge with several entrances.

I love shopping in the Porter Ranch Town Center. First of all, there is not just 1 Starbucks, but there are 2!!!! 1 near the corner, and 1 inside of the Ralphs. Not to mention, they are both excellent!!!!!! Second of all there are quite a few yummy spots to eat, other than Starbucks I mean, lol. The Mediterranean place is phenomenal. Amazing family that owns the restaurant and the food and service match the amazingness of the owners. The falafel is my fave. There is a Sleep Number Store, and as I might be biased, but it is THE BEST!!!! The ice cream spot there is super yummy, and the Baja Fresh is on point. There are a bunch of other great spots in the Porter Ranch Town Center. It is also very clean, has a lot of parking, and security all the time. I would recommend this Shopping Center to anyone. You know what, I was impressed. The town center has shops that does not compete with other shops. 1 market Ralphs. Not any Ralphs but Ralphs - ? Fare. This is a higher end store in that the guality, quantityy and varieties are larger than just Ralphs. They have a salad, olives, mushroom bar, their deli is outstanding. I dont understand why their pre-made food taste so much better and they put more everything on their sandwiches.You need to find these Ralphs.Got off track.This place has the best Islands, TGIF (Fridays), Misushi (they were in Northridge near the Northridge mall). Very few great-real sushi restaurant. They even have in the dinning area those chefs who cut in front of a party. I love everything raw, no rice, sushi bar only.In and out Burgers (This is the only In-and-out burger that is absolutely horrible. Lots of employees but takes almost an hour to get your order inside, the food has no taste and barely warm - never here again. Will always eat them somewhere else.I did not care for Soup plantation. Was very disappointed. In 2003 I went to a soup plantation in Marina del Ret, ca. This place amazed me.Okay, there is a party store, Walmart, Lillys, best Verizon store. They are top-notched - they have a service department, a technical support department, a Pay-My-Bill and can assist you with everything.This mall has the best of stores with guality product and restaurant food. I barely touched the stores that are their. The cashiers are very helpful. If they dont have what you need, they will recommend another store. How cool is that.OH, best 4th of July fireworks. The Town Center shoot some of the best fireworks over the 118 Freeway. Dont pull to the shoulder to watch the fireworks. As soon as everyone starts pulling over to the shoulder on the freeway a swarm of highway patrols will give everyone a ticket.I love Porter Ranch Town Center. Great employees and people. This is a great shopping center. Convenient to everyone that lives in Porter Ranch, some areas of Northridge and Chatsworth as well. You have plenty of places to eat (order in or take out), shop and get premium coffee for that early morning or late afterboon jolt (dont drink coffee to late or you might nit be able to sleep, lol) to keep you going.Restaurants I really like in the Porter Ranch Town Center are Islands, Musashis, Pickup Stix, Subway and Ralphs actually have great food and some of the best looking supermarket bought sushi Ive ever seen. By the way, SUSHI KO restaurant (located down the street) is awesome for all Sushi eats.You have Shepherd of the Hills Church (Awesome, Amen!) accross the street that has a coffee shop as well. If you like keeping healthy like me, the YMCA is located behind the shopping center on Corbin Ave. You can also park for hiking on Corbin, right below the YMCA (Park right on Corbin and check street signs so you dont park where youre not supposed to. This is a nice location with ample parking. You can shop till you drop at the Super Walmart or any of the other great stores... 5*below, Tilly’s, Petco and Ralphs just to name a few. Also, after you’re all done with your shopping why not grab a quick bite at In & Out or a pie at Pieology. Maybe you’d rather sit down and enjoy a casual dining experience? This is also the spot. I love Porter Ranch Mall its convenient its clean it has almost everything you need I think they should add a few more new stores in there they could use a specialty shop one that works with fine gifts but also inexpensive gifts give said go for under $100. They have a Petco there but what they really need is a PetSmart complete with medical grooming a really good selection of both dog and cat foods and something thats also got horse supplies livestock supplies a little bit of a combination since many people around their own livestock either horses pigs goats chickens they need a more condensed intense animal store Petco just doesnt do it. Another thing they could really use as a kid Center a place where parents can take their kids just to play maybe while one parent monitors the kids playing the other parent can shop the kids Central would be really cool. There could be some games in there that they can buy tokens and play, I believe it would work.

I like the products at this Walmart, seems to have more things than Walmart closer to my city. The reason for 3 stars and not 5,is the customer service. Well the only area I had an issue with was in the electronic area. That area has incredibly poor customer service.
