I have had my MacanS serviced at Westlake Porsche. I was treated very well by people who really like working together and go beyond the usual check in and hand you the keys to the loaner. Everyone is friendly and very professional. The team keeps me up to date with the servicing via text and phone calls. I love my mechanic. His name is Michael. He really knows these cars and is super professional and so friendly. He’s a bright man with the sparkle for passion in his eyes in this automotive industry. My car runs beautifully always when he works on my car. I will always ask for Mike. Top notch!!

Service advisor Steve Ellis patiently listened to my concerns regarding an upcoming major service for my 2008 911S cabriolet with 80,000 miles on the odometer. The car was serviced in the promised timeframe and the cost actually came in below the initial estimate. Oh, and I thoroughly enjoyed driving the Cayenne courtesy vehicle I was given. All in all a satisfactory experience.

Check engine light came on stopped by the service department early in the morning. I’m sure there was a little wobble in the front end since I had that set of tires replaced they said no problem by 4 PM. The car was finished. Returned the rental car and I was on my way.

Incredible dealership. The service drop off is clean and well managed and the consierge met me immediately. Steve Ellis was the agent that set everything up and got me an Uber home since my ride wasn’t available. He got me a great price on a set of rear tires and handled my Porsche Loyalty certificates with no issue. There was even enough left for a red Porsche backpack and shirt. The wash and detail was better than ones I had paid for. Experience was so good I brought my Cayenne in for service and it was just as good.

I call them because of a yellow light, next day service: the light is gone and my car service is on video. And the car is washed! So Rusnak Porsche ordered me two new rear tires for my 911 Turbo. Great service and pricing. Got me a complimentary ride home and back. April 18, 2023Charged for Incomplete Work - Poor Customer Resolution and ServiceService Manger Sam and Service Advisor BrycePorsche Rusnak Westlake Service DepartmentUnfortunately I have had multiple issues with this dealership and I generally take all my Business to Beverly Hills but this last few times due to convenience I took one of my Porsches up there. This time for two lights on my dash. One of the lights that came on was a service I just had them complete less than 800 miles ago was my oil change and a multi point inspection. Again this was just done less than 800 miles ago so I didnt need to pay for it again and I needed to have the light cleared since I had the work already done by this dealership and they have a record. I rarely drive this car and the light came on again less than 6 months later for the same issue that I had it serviced for.I took it up to Porsche Westlake again and had to deal with a new service guy Bryce since it looks like my regular service manager Skip quit. I told Bryce that I had two lights coming on in my dash and he told me that they will make sure to take care of the car and make sure all the lights are resolved and call me with any updates or approvals needed. They called me with a quote and I approved the work after appropriate discounts and accommodations were made. For a simple issue it took them about 5 days and finally they told me it was ready. I went to pick the car up and paid the Bill. I also noticed the 30% off discounts off service and labor were not applied and the guy said he could honor the discounts anymore so that was an immediate redflag. I paid it to not argue and move on with my day and leave to GET OUT TO MY CAR AND THE LIGHT IS STILL ON! I immediately went back in and said what was going on and they told me they needed another hour of labor $700 +++ plus for another not needed oil change to turn the light off. This is an up-sale scam and this should have been addressed before I came to pick the car up. It looks like the advisor cowardly did not want to go back on his word to my face so he waited until I got back into my car to realize the work was never done. I am disputing the bill for incomplete service. I will never return. Horrible scam and it was another reminder why I do not go there. Porsche Rusnak needs to refund my Amex for incomplete service. The charge is being disputed for bait and switch tactics.

The integrity of going to battle with a warranty issue that was approved and then rescinded by same warranty company was disheartening. But my service advisor took a special interest in doing what was right and contacted Porsche HQ and was able to get the issue taken care of. Had standard annual motor oil change as well as the PDK clutch oil. Also had an interior cosmetic issue resolved and a sticking center console button fixed. I intentionally wait to have the service advisor (Skip Crovo) coordinate all of my 991.1 GT3 service needs while in-between NorCal & SoCal locations as I trust no other dealership to work on my Porsche other than Rusnak. My 10 year old Cayenne was in for a recall service. Skip took great care of me upon check in. He treated me as if I just bought a brand new Turbo S. If that wasn’t enough to remind me why I bought my car at Rusnak Westlake, the new building will keep me a Porsche owner for life. The showroom is spectacular, the service bay looks like a museum, the lounge/work area is something you could spend all day in, the creature comforts make this space more like your favorite coffee shop then another car dealership. I will be bringing my wife in to just experience the space even though we aren’t in the market for a new car.

Called in and was able to easily schedule service and ensure that a loaner would be available. My service advisor Steve Ellis was great. Kept me up to date as to what needed to be done and provided a timeframe in how long it would take, which helped me schedule my time. Obtaining the loaner was equally pleasant as it took very little time and I appreciated the option to choose what car it would be. Dropping off the loaner and picking up my car was also a positive experience as the attendant quickly went through the loaner to make sure I didnt leave anything and quickly brought my car to the entrance freshly washed. This type of service all around is deserving of 5 stars. Only minor issue was mainly due to my own negligence in that I noticed a Special on the website that if a service was over a set amount I would get a Boutique Gift Certificate; unfortunately, I forgot to bring this up so I did miss out on this.

I have recently moved to this area and needed work on my car. Was so happy 1) that I could make the appt when I wanted and was able to get a loaner at the same time. Eric my service technician was great. He kept me informed as to what the car needed and explained everything in a way I could understand and repeat it. Also they found out the solution to a longstanding issue with the coolant warning light. Everyone I came into contact with there was kind and professional.

It was supposed to be a short appointment, however Kristin realized that they were running behind on the service department, and already had a loaner ready for me. I had my 7 month old son with me, and her and they other lady in the front were so friendly and helped me with the loaner, and transferring the baby’s car seat. So kind!!! The service program Rusnak BMW has in place is second to none and went above and beyond my expectations in all aspects. From the greeting at the front door until I was handed the keys to my car, the attention to detail was exceptional. Ive never had a video recording of the inspection the service tech did while he was doing it and with the details of the problems explained as well. Zach took great care to accommodate my schedule, my budget, and my transportation needs, and was in constant communication with me during the entire process with quick and accurate responses. I have been driving from Bakersfield now for the last few years to have my vehicle taken care of for just these reasons. Kristin new my name the second I walked in the door. She double checked to make sure all parts were stocked before my appointment. She had all paperwork ready fir signing. Loaner car was provided in minutes. She went over and above to top off DEF fluid and clean some spots my child had made on the back of the seat without hesitation all were included with the recall fix. The check engine light with the new update for Diesel was no longer on. Problems resolved with a smile. Beautiful snack bar with water and coffee available. Someone checked on me to make sure the coffee machine was treating me good. Easiest auto appointment at a dealership I have ever had, absolutely no time of mine was wasted. They hit the jackpot with this delegator/customer service representative.

I’m supposed to see my assigned service advisor Eric but he’s not in that day and Skip Crovo immediately entertained me and he’s very courteous and professional. He even offered to have my car washed. I waited for my car to get serviced and he constantly checks with me for updates. I was so happy with his attitude and he deserves to be recognized. Overall from service department to sales and reception Rusnak is the place to go. I noticed the picture on the wall where your staff went to train with Disney and I can really see the great outcome. I took my Porsche Boxster S to my local Porsche dealership in Santa Barbara because my convertible top had an annoying rattle and they did nothing to fix it. They returned the car to me in the same condition. Then I took it to Rusnak Porsche (where I originally purchased the car) and they fixed the rattle and washed the car before I picked it up.
