Had an amazing experience buying my new car !! I had messaged early on about availability on a car they had online, once I arrived I asked for Kareem who I had messaged with prior to coming in. After the test drive I was pretty much sold. Kareem was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the entire process from start to finish. The customer service here really goes above and beyond, they even made sure my phone and car were synced up before I even left the lot. I am glad I bought my brand new car from here to have this wonderful experience!

The absolute best car purchase experience I’ve ever had out of my 10 cars over the years. Every salesperson I encountered was happy and friendly. As I was walking around while my paperwork was in process, they all came up to me to ask if I was being helped. Including the general manager, who shook my hand. No gimmicks here, I got a great deal. Andrew A. responded quickly to my online inquiry and we negotiated before I got there. Tegan in finance was a pleasure. I’ve been talking about my experience with others for 2 days now. The low rating is the result of my experience with a 2016Porsche 911 GTS with 50k miles purchased from this dealership in 2022.The fault may be the dealership and/or a lemon car and/or Porschedeclining quality. It is my third Porsche and the previous carswere excellent and I had been a Porsche enthusiast for 23 years.No more. Although still consider them beautiful have lost confidence inPorsche quality.Negotiated to trade in a 2011 911 over the phone and had adeal, I thought. The buying experience was somewhat disappointingas the sales manager was haggling over a couple a bucks here andthere after I thought we had a deal. Not the Porsche experience I wasused to. However, closed the deal and drove off in a CPO 911.First disappointment: the windshield was so pitted thatdriving into the sun was a safety issue because of significantReduced visibility. Should have been no problem. But not coveredby CPO and salesman insisted I pay the two grand to have it replaced.After some discussion the dealership grudgingly agreed to pay.Second: It rained. Multiple fault warnings popped up. Scheduledservice appointment. Service found leaking roof drain damagedModule, they replaced it.Third: More faults popping up. Back to service. They saw therehad been fault codes but none appeared while they had the car.Nothing done except verify it wasn’t roof drain.Fourth: Multiple fault codes again. Service found drivers siderocker panel plugged causing modules to get wet. Replaced modules.Fifth: Spring housing in rear spoiler broke, spoiler replaced.Sixth: Dashboard split behind instrument cluster. The split was ~1inch wide and 8 inches long. Not covered under CPO so had to payalmost $8,000 to get the dashboard replaced.All this occurred within 18 months.I have always accepted the high price of entry and the highcost of scheduled maintenance. Other than that, have found personallyand from other owners I know that their cars are high quality and don’tfail continuously like this one did.

Stopped in here to charge up my Taycan, which is normally a complimentary perk with Porsche, on the way up the coast from San Diego. The charger on the main floor isnt complimentary according to the receptionist who offered to drive my car to an upper floor to charge. The problem is she said I couldnt stay with the car, and I explained I have high end photography equipment with me that I wont leave unattended. I offered to pay to change at the non-complimentary charger but she said the only person with the access card was inaccessible. I travel a lot and charge at many Porsche dealers without a glitch. Most have multiple chargers that are convenient and easily accessible. Not sure what the deal is here? Very disappointing :/

Purchase 2023 TaycanThe salesman Dylan was great, but I had a major issue with Tegan Lewis the finance manager. She tried to bait and switch me on the contract and I almost stopped the deal.She was doing an illegal form of financing to benefit herself monetarily for a small commission. Doing illegal activity for a $200 commission shows she was not looking out for the customer.The sales manager did call me and he saved the deal for the dealership.Always remember that there are many options when purchasing a car, so do yourself a favor and make the finance people explain the deal clearly and maybe bring someone who understands the numbers if you don’t.Tegan Lewis is a perfect example of taking advantage of the customer and the “blurred” numbers to benefit herself. Which is illegal.

This is the second Porsche that I have purchased from this dealership. The first purchase was wonderful. The experience was smooth and professional and the vehicle was flawless.The second purchase was much less than satisfactory. After suffering though a typical (not for Porsche) high-pressure sales experience that included long waiting times, ridiculous financing offers and an antagonistic sales manager, I purchased the car only to discover that it required a new transmission and torque converter. Rusnak happily agreed to repair the car for a sum of $11,600.25.I am currently considering my legal options, but one thing is certain - I will never do business with Porsche Rusnak Westlake again. This is a shame, because a once reputable dealership has seemingly turned into nothing more than a cheap strip-mall used car lot. Take your business to Woodland Hills Porsche. They will provide a proper Porsche buying experience.

Worse purchasing experience. I won’t go into detail with the weeks of frustration with my purchase but I’ll list the issues. Out of the 5-6 staff members I spoke to only one was polite the whole time and answered all my questions. The car was shipped to me and I was forced to use their carrier. That would have been fine if the carrier they used was actually legitimate. The car arrived with damage to the hood which caused another few weeks of headaches and depreciation of the value of my car which I wasn’t compensated for. The belly pan fell off on the highway on my very first drive. The cars steering broke 1400 miles after I received the car which took a week to diagnose and repair. There was numerous other problems including the start stop feature the ride quality, HVAC system performance and the car always smelled like coolant. After fighting with Porsche of North America I got rid of the car loosing a massive amount of money. Shame on you and on the cars produced by the “leading manufacturer” Porsche. There was much more that I won’t go into!

My service experience could not have been better. Kristin Kelley explained thoroughly what my car was due for and what campaigns needed to be fulfilled. Kristen reviewed my past work orders and discussed what my options were for work that needed to be done, and work that could be waited on. I recently bought a used Tesla from Rusnak and the whole experience was so so smooth and absolutely awesome. I worked with Kareem and he was super efficient, kept me informed every step of the way and made the whole buying process effortless. He not only sent me all the possible history and reports of the car but took time to take and send a complete 360 video of the car. The dealership was neat, everyone was friendly and Kareem also arranged transportation for the car to be send to NorCal. The General Manager Keith was such a responsive guy and made sure all my needs are met and was highly professional.When I was about to take delivery of the car, Kareem noticed a small chip on the windshield which I didnt, immediately wrote a due bill and worked tirelessly with Tesla and other vendors for the next few weeks to have it fixed. Because it was a Tesla the whole repair process was messy but Kareem and his manager took it upon themselves in making sure its done the right way. After 3 weeks I had the whole windshield (Model X) replaced from Tesla. I cant remember when I had an excellent after sales service like this ever. Updated Review: Please bring back the personalized service!!I wrote the review below 3 years ago, I purchased my vehicle here and have had all of my service performed and up until yesterday have only had great experiences. However, yesterday when I arrived at 730 am and dropped my vehicle off for a routine service, I was very disappointed in my experience and there was a palpable difference in the personalized service they typically offer. The only communication I received at was a text 3:33 pm as I was driving back from LA. Since I hadnt received a call (I typically would get a call from my advisor to let me know any recommendations by the middle of the day), I rearranged my plans to pick up my vehicle and return my loaner before they closed. To my surprise, when I arrived around 4:30, I was told there were recommendations and the vehicle was not ready. I was told the recommendations were in the text (not even embedded, I would have had to click a link). Needless to say, I was on a tight timeline and had to keep the loaner until the following morning. My vehicle was ready when I arrived and I did share with my advisor my disappointment in the communication and what I have come to expect. I was told they send out automated text messages and the expect us to open the text review and call them back WTH. Why would I do that? I dont have time to call, wait on hold for someone to answer the phone, connect me to an advisor. The text is a convenient tool to augment the experience, it should not be the experience or the expectation. Very impersonal and I felt dismissed. Disappointing....Review 3 years ago -I always have a great experience when I get my vehicle serviced. Every thing was ready as promised and my day was never interrupted. I’ve been taking my cars to Beverly Hills Porsche and South Bay Porsche for years, but decided to try Rusnak Thousand Oaks since they had a discount for 4 year scheduled maintenance. What a mistake.Skip Corvo was the first rude service person I’ve ever worked with at Porsche, even yelling at me at some point. I think he was just having a really bad day, but why yell at a customer?I also worked with Alex (or Steve, not sure his name) who was one of the lead mechanics there, and working with him made me deeply regret taking my car to Rusnak. Nothing against Rusank as a whole, I am sure they are good, but my issue was with these two employees. I had specifically ordered a specific service for my car (I will spare you the details), and was assured it would be done. When I came to pick up the car, Alex (Steve?) made every excuse in the book for why he didn’t do the service, and talked down to me as if I didn’t know better. This service I had done at Beverly Hills and South Bay previously, but Rusnak tried to convince me it couldn’t be done instead of being straight with me that they just forgot or some other straight reason. And in the end, they still charged me for it!Please think about going elsewhere for service, there are plenty great Porsche service shops in LA.

I was recently in the market for finding a very specific Porsche which had to be special ordered. Everything from booking the appointment to getting the car back was a seem less effort. I was able to make an appointment on Sunday through their call center for an appointment the next day on Monday. They accommodated me by getting me a loaner since my car would be there a while. They sent me text and video updates of my car them entire time they had it. When the car was ready, they let me know and I picked it up. The car was washed and cleaned for me.

When I inspected the car I found the left rear mud flap was damaged. I took the car and Rusnak sent me a new flap in a couple of days. No problem. My drive home to the central coast was amazing. I was beyond disappointed by my experience with Reed Galloway at the Audi Dealership in Westlake Village, CA. I waited in a parking lot for Reed to call me back to provide options of what to do. My husband finally drove from home and followed my to the dealership less than 2 miles away. When asked why he didn’t call me after hearing me crying on the phone, he said he was very busy. An apology would have been an appropriate response. His lack of knowledge of my Audi A3 was surprising! When I called for an update (since I heard nothing from him) Reed first told me my car was taken apart and they were trying to figure out why my convertible top on my little over one year old car wasn’t working. When I asked Reed if they had actually taken the top completely off, after stumbling over his words he admitted that it wasn’t actually “taken apart”, but that they were checking the censors. Once I received the car, the back seats were down and items I left in the car were laying on the back seat in disarray. When I asked how to put the seats back, he didn’t know and just stood there. I had to ASK HIM to go and find someone who did. Another lack of of the “Truly Exceptional” service they promise: Every car I’ve owned and taken to a dealership for service ( Ford, Chrysler & Nissan) have always returned my car clean & vacuumed at minimum. This was not the case at this Audi Dealership. Considering I paid more than 3 times that of past cars I was a little shocked. Reed stood there and watched me take out mats to dust off as well as use my fiber cloths I keep in my car to remove sap etc. Not once offering to help. My girlfriend, who chose an Audi based on my recommendation, said she was very pleased with Adam in the service department. So I will give the service department another chance, WITH ADAM, for my future needs. I enjoy going out of my way to praise excellent service. I do not enjoy writing this negative experience, but feel it’s important for the Dealership, as well as consumers, to be informed of this unprofessional customer service I was given.

We left two messages for Steve Ellis about scheduling repair of my Porsche Cayman clock and map before he called back saying he would be on vacation. When the car was turned in there were no loaner cars available until the following week. The car was in for two days with the problems still remaining yet with a new battery that was not needed. It was conveyed to us that they did not check the clock or map after two days of being in service there. Initially we were told it was fixed so we kept getting mixed answers. We also were told that the manager is aware of the problems but nothing seems to happen. We were told to bring the car back next week when a loaner car was available or we could keep it there for over the weekend +2 days more until a loaner would be available. Needless to say we will go elsewhere.
