I was very excited to purchase through this location. Dylan was amazing and made an incredible impression on me. I was not quite ready at the time of my visit.I was then passed to an individual who at first was informative and knowledgeable, until things got weird. I forwarded my personal client to this person that was a cash buyer and they knew exactly what they wanted to buy. The salesman had the deal in his hand and future servicing as well. This meant two cars to his income stream.The buyer wanted to negotiate pricing on delivery for they did not have the car at that lot.He became verbal and unprofessional to my client. The customer skills from my perspective were not of a resolve and solve mindset.By his own words to my ears, l should lower my commission because she is shopping a dealHe suggested I could do that in my own practice of what I do for a profession.We shall see if management will call me to ask.

TD;DR: Get a test drive with Dia and ask about every button in the carIm helping a friend select his new car and we already test drove 12 vehicles. For the sake of comparison, I wanted us to experience how a 911 would differentiate from normal cars.We scheduled a test drive and Dia Sedigh welcomed us. He introduced us to the features and capacities of a 911, and discussed options for the future. Dia took us to a back road where we could test the impressive lateral grip and stability of the car. Everything felt composed, and there were no downsides during our visit - other than the sad factor (for buyers) that the sport Porsches do not depreciate enough to allow more people to experience them.Throughout our time there, we did not feel pushed nor undervalued regardless of the diminished budget (given the car the friend is seeking is about half of the price). We left the store with a remarkable impression of the cars craftsmanship and professional demeanor that Dia presented. Should an opportunity arise for one of us to get a Porsche, wed definitely seek his assistance.

The experience with the service provided at Porsche by Rocklin Service Dealer was inadequate and unsatisfying. After a thorough investigation, it was concluded that Porsche of Rocklin was responsible for the damages caused by their failure to clamp the coolant hose properly. This resulted in significant damage and premature aging due to overheating that persisted for 45 minutes.. Unfortunately, this caused a lot of inconvenience to me when I was returning from my daughters show in San Francisco, and I had no antifreeze in my car at 1 a.m. I had to drive from San Francisco to Oakland, and my vehicle was running rough and sweltering due to the lack of antifreeze. However, I had to keep driving as it was not safe for a single female to wait for a tow at that time. Since then, my car has been leaking antifreeze, and I had to replace the water pump, which cost $7,000.The reason I chose this particular dealer was that my mother was in hospice, and I needed to buy a new headlight for $6,000 from Rocklin Porsche. However, this turned out to be an issue as the headlight didnt work. Which brought me in to the Rockin dealer to get a major tune-up, which ended up being a inconvenience and cost me $800. To make matters worse, the $6,000 headlight came with no light bulbs, and they exchanged my old lights for the new headlamp for free. However, Rocklin Porsche never called me to address the problem they caused by not properly hooking up the hose to my car. The Porsche in Walnut Creek- Fabulous staff there confirms everything that happened.I believe it would be helpful if Rocklin Porsche took accountability for the damages they caused. This would benefit all parties involved, and I am willing to work with them to resolve this issue amicably. However, when I reached out to them, they only offered me a return and an oil change, which was not an adequate solution to the problems I faced due to their negligence. I found that we could not find a mutually beneficial solution to this problem. I reached out to American Express which had reversed all my charges.I hope to you all good being to avoid such incidents in the future with Rockin Porsche. Never use their services.

I am so impressed with the level of service and amazing attitude of the managers and staff at this location I just had to leave a review. I cannot afford the vehicles sold here, but I came in for appraisal to sell my vehicle through KBB. Zach, Alan, and Mark made the process extremely positive and they are very fair and very competitive with other players in town. Attention to detail and extremely positive stand up folks here.

I’ve been fortunate enough to buy a few CPO Porsches and my experience with Porsche Rocklin was second to none. I was an out of town buyer and was worried that being out of state, any dealership would not treat me the same as my local dealer, as had been the case for my prior out of state purchases (including other Porsche dealerships). However, Porsche Rocklin exceeded my expectations.In particular, ask for James Reemts, who is the most attentive, responsive, and fair rep I have ever worked with. James truly went above and beyond to make sure that my purchase experience was excellent, and I could not recommend him more. My high praise of Porsche Rocklin is in a large part due to his efforts and willingness to go above and beyond.

Hi everyone, I cant thank Porsche Rocklin enough. Porsche Rocklin is my Disneyland! The customer service is unmatched, its a very premium experience. I live nearly three hours away, and stay relatively busy with Real Estate. My dream car is a Porsche Cayenne E-Hybrid in Quartzite Grey Metallic with Black/Bordeaux Red interior. We were in the area and wanted to stop by to see if there were any Porsche Carreras on hand. James was invited us to stop by. Upon arrival we were greeted and shown a nice used Carrera with low mileage. We eventually found that there was 1 unfilled allocation remaining for a 2024 Carrera. James called us the next when we returned home. He also had us speak with one of the Managers, Andrey. Referred a friend here who lives out of state and was looking for a 911, but having a tough time with his local dealers.The Sales Manager Kyle Cristian truly went above and beyond, not only with getting him financed, but also engaging the lender to get a more competitive rate. He said Kyle was very patient every step of the way as they negotiated the details of the deal and he even made the offer to pick him up at the airport when he flew in!After hearing how my friend was treated, Id have no reservations about referring someone to them and would definitely encourage you to visit their store if youre in the market for a Porsche. I feel compelled to share my recent experience with the Niello Porsche Rocklin dealership, as it was one of the most disheartening encounters Ive ever had when attempting to purchase a car. The level of rudeness and unprofessionalism displayed by this dealership is completely unacceptable and left me in shock.After researching extensively and finding a car that met our families’ requirements, my family and I eagerly visited Niello Porsche, with the intention of finalizing a purchase. However, what should have been a straightforward transaction turned into a nightmare due to the managers behavior and actions.From the moment we stepped onto the lot, it was evident that customer service was not a priority for Niello. The sales staff appeared disinterested and treated us with a dismissive attitude. We drove two hours to this dealership to buy the car and the salesmen texted us saying it was going into detail about an hour before we arrived.We inquired about the car whereabouts after our long car ride that we intended to buy. The dealership informed us that it had been sold, despite our previous discussions and the assurance that it would be available for purchase. The utter lack of transparency and accountability was astounding. We were left feeling deceived and manipulated, as if our time and interest in the vehicle were inconsequential to them. Instead of apologizing for the miscommunication or attempting to rectify the situation, the staff members displayed an astonishing level of rudeness. They were dismissive, unsympathetic, and even had the audacity to insinuate that it was our fault for not acting quickly enough. This kind of treatment is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful to potential customers. Not to mention my husband and I have bought three Porches and four range rovers from Niello in the past and have always been treated with kindness – unlike this horrible encounter.We don’t even care about the car anymore, it’s the fact that someone can treat potential customers like such trash. The overall experience at was a clear indicator that customer satisfaction is of no importance to them. The service manager (A.J. Vidlund) won’t return my calls and continues to show customer service doesn’t matter to this dealership.I strongly urge anyone considering doing business with this dealership to proceed with extreme caution. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by seeking a dealership that values their customers and upholds the principles of excellent customer service.

This review is for the service department. People are lovely and treat you very well, but …. First time it took 2 days to complete a regular check up. Second time it was ready same day, but, I received a call at 2pm saying the car would be ready at 3pm, I arrived at 4pm and had to wait until 5pm. When the car came back, it had two new scratches on the rear left door. This is a lease and I was inclined to buy a new one at the end of the contract later this year. But, knowing that this is the service I’ll receive, and this the closest Porsche to my house, I’ll likely buy something else.

Brought it in today so I could leave it for an extended time and they could not give me a ride home.I drove myself home in my car. NOTHING DONE!!!An update... They sent someone to pickup my car. Really excellent service. I’d taken it to two other porscge “specialists” who failed to diagnose the very common and very obvious transfer case issue. Porsche Rocklin- booked it in, diagnosed it within an hour, Had to order part but completed job within time on specified day. Replacement Covered by my extended warranty no issues at all. Louie was great as was everyone. Decent waiting room with internet whilst you wait if required, overall really pleased and impressed. Correspondence about the repairs was excellent. I also noticed that there was a much needed increase in staffing in the service area. We got all set up for a loaner car and was called a few hours later saying the recall work had been completed and we could return and pick up a car. Our car had been washed and was ready to go! I had to beg him that was the first issue, next Even tho I had my own financing and everything was verified they still made me fill out a credit app saying it’s for the dmv so they know my info, I specifically asked if they’re going to run my credit and he said no it doesn’t run your credit unless the finance guy sends it in. so I fill one out and what do you know I get a hard inquiry on my credit report. I will just never be buying a car from California ever in my life. this dealer ship made it such a process that I’m just over it. Again the sales man has nothing to do with it he was great if you want to purchase a car locally I recommend him 10/10 but if you out of state I suggest buying in a better state or find a easier dealership to deal with. Also the finance guy john Le had a very bad attitude about everything and was super unhelpful, ignoring all my emails after I got the car . He also called my loan guy trying to get him to convince me to do financing with them. It’s no way to deal with customers. I understand you’re a Porsche dealership and better than everyone else but I just didn’t feel welcome or appreciate as a customer.

I had their 100 k mile service on my cayenne and somehow I got 60k mile service. My prior experience with their oil change service took longer than my recent service. My prior oil change inspection wasn’t done 100% because they were running late. My recent service it was done fast. And my check engine light came on shortly after I drove it and it was running rougher than before. I called Tyler who thought it was a gas cap issuer. If it did not fix it then we should bring it in today to see what’s wrong. That did not correct it. I called them back today at 9 am and Tyler who said he had to talk to his service manager but he didn’t think they could check the car today but he would call me to see what they could do. I worked with a salesman named Dia who assured vehicle availability multiple times and we agreed on a deposit amount and that he would email me a deposit form to sign within thirty minutes. Six hours and many unanswered messages later he finally requested to transfer me to sales manager as soon as the couple that just walked in finished test driving the same vehicle. So dont take this dealership at their word. Personally I prefer to trade with companies who honor agreements and perform. You would be better served to go with another dealership.

Perhaps my expectations were too high, but I was a little surprised to get a Lyft ride in a pretty run down Nissan Versa while my custom Porsche Cayenne was getting serviced. I was really shocked by the amount of care and attentiveness to detail showed by the service department. We live about 3 hours from Sacramento. The dealership (with special accolades to David Welling) made sure everything worked, where the diagnosis could be done from a distance, the parts acquired and coordinated with the tow truck driver’s arrival and the mechanic schedule. This place is amazing, called on a Sunday about 1p as they close at 5, to check out a Mercedes that they had in stock as I am nearly 2 hours away, they did everything they could from the phone call all the way to leaving the lot. Bought a used Audi 2018 A6 on Feb 4th……. well driving home in the rain on HWY 49 I heard this noise. The undercarriages/splash cover pop off. Have always had great service from Neillo until my last visit. Was told parts needed to be ordered from Germany ok I get that. Was told it would be approx 2 months. Asked to be put on the list for a loaner car. Communication was hit or miss. After 2 months without my car took an Uber to pick it up. Didn’t make it home without it giving me a low coolant warning. Temp gauge went to redline. Stopped immediately and called service. Was told to just add water but not until it cooled off for a few hours. I did and the temp gauge kept going to redline and then back to normal. Called again and was told it’s fine to drive it’s just being “temperamental “. This was the first service (oil change) for our Macan S. We were sent a txt the day before reminding us of the details of our appointment. When we arrived we were greeted by Jose who took care of us. It was great not having to park in a long line of cars and wait while everyone else a head of you to be checked in like you do at most other service centers. There was no waiting and we were offered coffee, water and other beverages while being checked in! How cool is that?Jose checked us in and we opted to just leave the car and went on our way. Bought Hydro-ramic protective coating for $1800, because they offered it as a plan so they would apply each year for seven yearsat least as I was told at time of purchase my new Porsche (otherwise I would not buy it)After a year when time has come for recoating they said that it applied only once and for seven years and it is a warranty thing, when they guarantee it for seven years. It.this point I think they are somehow avoiding me for no good reason.I am disappointed that there is no other Porsche dealers in the Greater Sacramento region. I have to now take my business to the Bay Area dealers, who are very responsive but does require a trip.that I would normally avoid.I have a few.doc friends who were looking into Porsche based on my rave review of the cars but I must say I wont advice then to go with the Rocklin outfit bases on my experience. Half truths and poor service.Purchased used Boxster S and were promised extra key, only to find out that extra key meant uncuut-key and without car+key programming to be done for extra $300+. I dont know about you, but an extra key to me means an extra key that works on the car, not an extra key that does nothing. I have teenagers - I dont need more word games from salespeople. Needless to say, we declined the extra key.As part of the purchase we requested to have car delivered to Chicago about 6 weeks after purchase, to avoid snow and have someone complete hospice in our house in Chicago (who passed away peacefully a week after the car came in). After the funeral we started to drive the car and immediately found several issues.We brought the Boxster to our local Porsche dealership who confirmed our initial concerns. At this point we were told that the repairs would be covered - not partially covered - but covered. Our local Chicago Porsche dealer can confirm the obvious poor communication and service from Niello.As the bills got higher the story from Niello changed - Within 45 days of receiving car we had over $6000 in repair bills - and were now told that it was not covered under 45 day warranty since 45 days had passed from the time of purchase - even though they had it in storage for about 6 weeks, and we only had it 3 weeks. This is in spite of being told that we would have 45 days to get any repairs needed. We are planning on filing a complaint with Porsche USA at this time.Fwiw, Im from the Sacramento/Granite Bay area. Ive had poor service but this is a new low. My Porsche owning friends in Folsom and Sacto are also dismayed by the poor service.The service people at Niello have been very wishy washy over the last few weeks - unanswered calls and misleading conversations. Both my wife and I have noticed this. Our BS meter has been going off since the start. At this time our Boxster has been at our local Chicago Porsche dealership for over a week, who say that Niello didnt return their calls. We finally pushed though communication to hear that the 45 day window has expired since the clock started at the time of purchase and not delivery. Do I need to remind you Niello that we asked to delay delivery, and that you said we would have 45 days to drive the car under warranty? What is going on there salespeople Alan and Kyle? Is $6000 the price of integrity?To anyone thinking about purchasing here, please consider buying your used Porsche elsewhere!As far as Im concerned - Niello Porsche gives you the minimum of service you pay for!Sincerely,E. She called when she said she would and was upfront about everything which was INCREDIBLE since we bought our car sight unseen.We were very picky in what we wanted (exact year, color combo and package). We found our dream car from an online site only to return it once we inspected it in person and found both rust and undisclosed cosmetic damage. We were then lucky enough to find another one with even more features at CarMax (exact year and colors too!). Once we took the second one home we discovered over spray and returned it (accident cover up and they are only liable to disclose if they spray more than two panels). We couldnt believe they knew about it when we returned it and brushed it off. We felt defeated.Third times a charm. A few weeks later, we found another match hundreds of miles away that had all the bells and whistles the previous one had. Knowing how hard our color combo was to find we reached out to Niello. Angela quickly responded and not only sent me very long and detailed videos of the car both inside and out but called me on FaceTime so I could see it. The entire process was painless and almost enjoyable which I have NEVER said about buying a car. There was zero pressure or sales tactics used.This dealership and everyone I worked with had integrity and I highly recommend them. Candy Beck is a truly Porsche Professional Internet Sales Manager: Knowledgeable, efficient, organized and super responsive. We reviewed the car through pictures and confirmed the options we have requested. We dont need to test drive the car. We know the car very well, we want to make sure the car is truly perfect. We got their BEST PRICE UP-FRONT with NO HASSLE OR HAGGLE, who would have time and painful experience to go over that? It should be an enjoyable experience to buy the car we want.We bought 2014 Porsche Cayenne over the phone from Candy @ Niello Porsche !!! DONE !!!Candy worked tirelessly to guide us through the process with email/text and phone. She UPS the paper work to us overnight from Sac. The next day we sign the paper, and UPS overnight back to her for the next day. Saturday, I took a train up to Sac to get my 2014 Cayenne. She arranged a driver to pick me up at the train station right in the front of station, she sent a text message providing a drivers contact while I was on the train. 1st CLASS/VIP all the way.The car is ready and spotless as she said. She included new all-weather floor mats, and full tank of gas to drive home, and Gift Basket. Update: Upgrading my rating from 1 to 4 stars. Niello stepped up after a slow start and after engaging their service manager. They got my car into the service bay within a couple days after elevating the issue and turned around repairs in less than a week. Ive had no issues with overheating since then, so Im hopefully optimistic that this repair will hold.Ill also add that my cars issue apparently was a first of its kind and resulted in a Technical Services Bulletin for Porsche, so at least theres a story behind missing it during the first 2 repairs.____________________________________________________My recent experiences with Niello Porsche service department have been terrible. I own a 2018 911 GTS with < 15k miles that I cant drive more than 5 miles without overheating. Niello has made 2 failed attempts to correct the problem during the past 3 months. Now their service advisor doesnt return my calls, making my manufacturers warranty irrelevant.Unfortunately this is the only Porsche dealer in the area, so Im stuck with a $150k paperweight collecting dust in my garage until/unless Niello decides to step up. Im engaging corporate separately to hopefully put some pressure on the local dealer.

Brought in my 2010 Carrera for PDK service. A Bay Area Porsche dealer wanted to replace everything and keep car for 2 days at cost of $1700+. Car only has 29k miles. Niello service said no need to replace pan and filter. Just a flush and fill. Parts dept did not have drain plug so they over night shipped it. I had to have have car back in one day. I came on a Sunday and Zach Mongston was my salesman. It was the best buying experience ever.We did a 10 miles test drive in the middle of the country side where you can really feel the handling of the car, Zach explain me everything about the car while I was driving. After we came back, I decide to trade in my car and Zach offer to clean my car, that s right they clean my car for free while I was waiting to get the estimate. While we were waiting Zach decide to take me for lunch at chipotle, he paid for my lunch and we took a taycan and he let me test drive the taycan.
