I had to come in for two new tires after getting a nail in both of my rear tires. When I made my appointment Danielle was able to get my tire size and order both tires so that I wouldn’t have to be without my car once I brought it in. Quick service and they got me on the road in no time. I also like being able to see my car from the waiting area.

I can never say enough good things about the service department at Porsche Palm Springs. Bryce and Robert treat me so well. It feels like friends helping take care of my car, rather than a business. I appreciate getting a full explanation of what’s going on and why. Everything is always efficient, and their attention to detail is superb. I live in Los Angeles but it’s worth driving out here to Palm Springs just to get this service experience.

The service manager was excellent and set my expectations early on regarding the job, cost and delivery time. I especially liked the video provided to me following the service which outlined exactly what had been done to the car and gave a high level summary of its overall health. Having a loaner auto for the duration of the service made the day all the easier!

It would have been nice to hear from my service advisor about the expensive service my car received. I did not get one call … not even to let me know it was ready. I found out what was done, the cost and who my advisor was when I received the invoice through an automated text when it was dropped off. The pick up and drop off option was great.

My local Porsche dealership is less than 8 miles away from me but I haven’t been happy with their customer service. I was referred to Porsche of Palm Springs by a family member and spoke volumes of his advisor, Bryce Walter. Porsche of Palm Springs delivers great customer service. I was surprised how friendly everyone was from the moment I walked in to be introduced by Bryce to the moment I returned my loaner car. Did I mention I drive all the way from Riverside? I’ve already made my future appointment for my intermediate service with Bryce whom offered 5⭐️ service to me. He informed me what to expect to happen at the intermediate appointment and what to expect at my yearly service. I can keep going on and on. And this is only my first visit! Shoutout to Brenda who was kind to make my capuccino.In conclusion, yes driving 70+ miles is worth the drive for great customer service!

Text was sent with a service video of 4 seconds long of someone’s desktop. Since then I replied to the text 3 times requesting the correct video. No one has sent the correct service videos. And only once didn’t some reply and apologize and said they’d send. Such a disappointing experience for my first 911 service.UPDATE: Ive called the service managers phone (per the dealers reply notes in this review), left a message, but no call back 5 days later. I tried calling the same number again today, and it says the mailbox is full. So, problem has not been resolved as of today, 5/7/2024.

Porsche Palm Springs services my Panamera. The service was performed same day, any I was provided a loaner for the day so I didn’t have to wait. My service rep, Bryce, was absolutely professional, knowledgeable, helpful and considerate, addressing all of my issues and concerns and even pushing to get the car washed and ready for me sooner than I had been told. I recommend PPS and Bryce very highly!

Danielle was very nice and very helpful and worked with me from beginning to end. I will stop going to the Jeep deal. I’m sorry I’ll stop going to the Porsche dealership in Westlake California and just use you guys for now on. I just spent a lot of money and I’m fine with most of it. The only thing I have a hard time with it is being charged $450 for an oil change.

While very expensive for an oil change, this dealership does a nice job with the work, the follow up and diagnostics. I got a video with the technician going over tires, brakes and any structural issues. Best of all, the cleaning they did of the car rivaled that done by retailers. So while it’s hard to give 5 stars for a $400 oil change, overall I was quite happy with the experience.

I recently had my ‘99 Boxster in for minor service, and the service team at Porsche of Palm Springs far exceeded my expectations. My service lead is Bryce Walters, who is excellent at communicating the results of their diagnostic tests and my repair options based upon those results. Bryce sent me the invoice before I left home, giving me the opportunity to ask questions before picking up my Boxster. Also, paying for the service took no more than 5-10 minutes once I arrived at the dealership. My vehicle was clean, repaired and waiting for me up front. I spent a total of only 10-15 minutes at the dealership which is a new experience for me.Thank you Bryce!

2019 911 4S: Rather not have to get service here. Felt as though they didnt have time to answer my maintenance questions. Always made to wait and told they had other customers, even though I had an appointment for both the drop off and pick up. Maintenance supervisor did not seem to be truthful, nor have reasonable technical knowledge of simple battery types (i.e. Flooded VS AGM). Not kept in the loop as to maintenance progress. Gouging, outrageous prices for service. I dont have these problems with my Tesla.

I drove 804 miles to buy my Porsche and then again 804 miles to have Service performed.Probably the BEST service I have ever had at any New Car Dealership. Aaron, Danielle and Brice were 100% on the job. The video the Tech sent explaining the repair was awesome. I’m in La Quinta and love that the dealership will send people to pickup and drop back off my car. My service technician was very good. I would have given them five stars but they didn’t check my tires, though the paperwork says they did. The morning after the car was brought back I needed to do some errands and was alerted I needed air. The car had been sitting almost 3 months while we were traveling. Thank goodness for American Tire, they fixed me right up.

I had an experience bad enough that it made regret having spent so much money in a Carrera. I was ignored more than enough times, the rep Danielle made me feel like I was a joke to her. Data and facts were presented in a deceptive way and did not care about my safety and / or my right to warranty. There was a unique effort placed by them to get money out of my pocket that was not required / necessary. At the end I escalated to senior management and they took care of the problem and everything was done like it was supposed to be done from the beginning, but I should not have had this bad horrific experience

I was disappointed when I picked up the car that after two requests to have someone show me the trickle charger and it’s functionalities but no one volunteered to go and show me. On September 4, 2023 I texted her and let her know that my Cayman that I just purchased on September 29th the passenger window has started to catch on rear side window when I raise the window up. Good: my service rep is great. However, getting appointments seems to be a problem. Plus parts to fix things are frequently unavailable. Example, my passenger seat belt warning stayed on for 5-10’minutes even though it was plugged in. It took WEEKS to fix. Then I noticed the heater doesn’t work and nights get cold where I live. I was told the repair part will take a very long time to get because the particular part has failed in so many cars. So this means more waiting and additional loss of time with my car.My guess is that Porsche, as a Company, has gotten to the point where it believes people will buy its cars regardless so doing it properly isnt a high priority any more.After more than 50 uninterrupted Porsche ownership, I’m finally considering another manufacturer.

When I met with my service advisor at 13:30 AM he explained the services, cost, etc and asked if I needed the car back that day. Because it wasn’t a problem I said the next day would work. Around 4:00PM I called to ask him when it would be available he said mid morning the the next day. To leave some room I waited til afternoon to pick it up. I was told it wasn’t ready and that it would be in 2 hours or so. It was essentially an oil change so I thought a couple of hours was a long time. More questions I learned the car was no even in a bay. Nothing had been done. I asked for and got my car and left. After that, why would I come back to the dealership for service. Charlie Maxwell

I really appreciate the transparency using the digital estimates with links texted to my phone for approval. The estimates are always spot on or even below at times for each part of the service. It’s almost like the service department is measured against the estimate provided for customers, which I don’t find with many service providers. Buying a 2022 Panamera- was looking at any Porsche dealer within 500 miles and all had very little inventory of the Panamera. Porsche Palm Springs had a great inventory and had a color I didn’t see anywhere in the US. I responded on the website for the car and their Brand Ambassador- Flora Lopez - responded quickly. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in walking me through the process of purchasing the car from a distance by providing the build sheets, out the door pricing sheet and arranging for delivery. Made this a very enjoyable experience. Greg Roberts the finance director was also very helpful and understanding that I had my own financing and explaining the value of some of the options available to me for car servicing, etc. Greg was not pushy and understood my needs and interests. They had my car for a week. Did nothing until I arrived. It was an issue with the battery cable. The car had 66 miles in charge so it appears they did nothing until I arrived and complained. The service manager handled it right away but not until I brought to his attention. The service employees lied to me about fixing the car. If it wasnt for the service manager who was extremely helpful my electric battery problem would persisted and would have required me to bring it back. The amount of effort to realize the problem and fix it was 1 hour. They had the car for a week while I was out of town. The service department needs a shakeup. This is not the first bad experience I had here. I dont like to complain but its a 140k vehicle. You should expect more. Thank God for the service manager he saved me days
