We have been Porsche owners for over 25 years dealing various Porsche dealerships. We found Palm Springs Porsche (far from where we live 3 hours one way) when we sold our car GT2RS. Through that transaction, David (Mgmt) and his team was amazing through the process, inspections, transparency and customer service. In that process, we met Robert Harrell where I was looking to purchasing my new 911S. He helped build the specs of my new car paid attention to details, gave me the car I have always wanted. Though it took months to build out of Germany, he kept me updated of the stage of my car and expected ETA. Finally, my car arrived we drove to Palm Springs, and when we arrived he presented the car covered, with a bow in a glass private show room. He stayed with us for the entire process, even fed my hungry husband (LOL), and walked me through getting familiarize with the car and customized the settings. Gave us perks to select some really nice items at the Porsche shop. In our years of dealing with various Porsche dealership, this was truly an EXCEPTIONAL experience over the top dealership with GREAT people and not in your face to sell you a car but more on building a great relationship and listens to what the customer wants. Robert is a GEM and would not have this beautiful car if it was not for him. I am so lucky and happy to have met him. Thank you Robert you are the BEST!!!

We picked up our new 911S 2 weeks ago after seeing that Palm Springs had one arrive very close to our ideal configuration. I worked to Tony Blua online, over the phone, and in person to work out the deal. He was the nicest and easiest person Ive ever worked with buying a car. He answered all our questions, made sure we had enough to eat/drink while the paperwork was going through and has been excellent about reaching out to us to make sure we were satisfied post-purchase. Palm Springs is a 2.5 hour drive from us but well worth it for the customer service. Everyone we spoke with including Nick Alexander were super helpful and excellent to work with. When were in the market for our next Porsche Ill definitely be reaching out to Palm Springs first.

Great experience buying, out of state on Feb 22.Today is March 11, 19 days later. No communication no call not even an E-mail of promised paperwork. Nothing I’ve left multiple messages.I can’t drive my car. I don’t have any paperwork not even a receipt for the car. Can’t get it licensed not even a temporary because I can’t prove I own it.Planned on buying a second car from but now I can see their service or lack of it.

I had one of the most positive car purchases I have ever had at Porsche Palm Springs. I live in northern Calif, I wanted to purchase locally and support my community. The local dealer had a car I wanted but was so arrogant and condescending.So I started looking online at other dealers. I wanted a 2023 Cayenne. I found one online at Palm Springs Porsche that was comparable to the one at my local dealer. I called them and Nick Alexander assisted me. He could not have been nicer and was so accommodating. He answered all my questions even send videos and pictures. I was uncomfortable about purchasing a car that I had not seen in person. This transaction started ona high note when a vehicle was ordered. Just a day before the delivery things went totally wrong. I was advised the quote was not mistakenly and a huge price adjustment was made. I rejected asking for my deposit back. Update - I heard from management. I am upgrading the number of stars because they took responsibility and fixed the issue.I am extremely disappointed with Porsche of Palm Springs. I paid for my vehicle more than two weeks ago but I have not received the title.I purchased a used vehicle sight unseen, trusting the candor of their company. I paid for the vehicle in full and had it transported to Florida. However, they failed to send me the title. I cannot register the vehicle nor obtain a temporary tag. I have repeatedly contacted them for the status. Nobody has given me a reasonable explanation or timeline as to when this will be resolved.The only silver lining has been Flora (sales associate). She was great. She is the only reason this is not a one star review.If you are considering buying from Porsche of Palm Springs, then I suggest verifying they can deliver title upon payment.Buyer beware of Porsche of Palm Springs.

My 2nd porsche - Taycan. I purchased online. Found the car on CarGurus and that led me to the Porsche Palm Springs staff. From the beginning Robert Harrell - was a professional. He answered my questions - took his time to send pictures, and detailed car information. He also provided timely text messages about the shipment . Infact he send a picture when car was being uploaded to the covered shipping truck. Very professional experience. Will highly recommend this company. On two seperate accounts this dealership presented wrong information and even falsified a Carfax vehicle report. Please do your homework before buying a CPO used Porsche from this dealership. I signed confirmation of receiving a very clean Carfax report for a Porsche Macan Turbo that I purchased from them and only to find when im tryinhg to resell that they hid an accident from the report and therefore a false statement. Make sure you ask for dealer service records when buying a CPO. They will make the bare minimum repairs if not checked and will not disclose problems if they are covered under warranty. Bought a 2021 Cayman S that had numerous issues that had to be serviced for over 3 months on delivery at another dealership.

Rushed through comprehensive paperwork. Was not given all options unless buyer inquired about further options for packages. Pressured to purchase packages even though I refused three (3) times. The packages themselves were added and dealer did not disclose how it affected loan agreement. Dealer did not offer buyer to pay cash so that said package was not financed into loan. Not offered a test drive. Was not informed of how much more life tires and breaks had. And finally, the PCM system in Porsche was not updated to the latest software. When called Porsche back next day after purchase, they refused to take concern and remedy the situation.

This was a cross country purchase in the middle of Wisconsin winter. Everything was good until it arrived, I saw it had a had damaged wheel. This was photographically delineated on the enclosed carrier transport bill of lading prior to them loading and transporting the vehicle. Contacted Porsche Palm Springs, they blew me off when I told him all the damage to the wheel and other chips and scratches. Three months later, when I started driving the car, it developed a shimmy in the front, I thought the tire might’ve lost a wheel weight and gotten out of balance. As it turned out, the damage to the rim had actually created a subtle crack in the rim, evident on the delivery photos, that then extended completely through the rim and the wheel failed The other front rim had similar cracks in it. When I brought it to Porsche Palm Springs attention, they simply told me I’ve had the car for four months, that I could’ve damaged it anywhere/ anytime during that time and I should’ve told them sooner. I had.I told them I didn’t drive it in the dead of winter with the salty roads, especially with the new summer tires they put on it. The used car manager came straight out and told me he could “guarantee they would do nothing about it but would pass it by the owner and keep me posted.” Never heard from him again. I had to purchase an entire set of rims for the car since there is nothing to match what was on it. So I gave them a score of one. Addendum: I was contacted by the dealership manager after he read this review, he was unaware of this, very apologetic, and resolved issue this week, I would give him a five, I’ve changed my overall experience stars to 4

I have nothing but positive things to say about them. My sales rep ( Robert Harrell) helped me register to Porsche website that showed every part of the build and where it was. It showed when it was built and where it was, when it loaded onto the ship from Germany and when it arrived in San Diego . And again when it cleared customs and a transport was sent. He totally kept me informed. I was totally in the loop. I also had Greg Roberts (loan guy) keeping me informed of any add ons I wanted or not. Including a price list of everything. The list was easy to follow and if I called he either answered, or called me back. I had no trouble talking to this dealer. No problems whatsoever.

I really need their help as I found several small issues which also indicated their technicians pre-check before sending the car to customers needs improvements:1) One plastic lid fall apart when opening the trunk(luckily this was found before leaving Palm Spring and they installed it back)2) The car has no windshield washing liquid at all3) Hear liquid dropping sound under the car every time I parked, maybe related to cooling system or some clogged drains4) Low tire pressure on one of the tire(warning pop up after 2 weeks since I got it)5) My Porsche Connect service(supporting Navigation, CarPlay and so on features) is only valid thru 2025(about 2 year from my purchase)

Had a great experience purchasing a Taycan GTS at Porsche Palm Springs. Nick greeted me as I walked into the main entrance, asked what I was interested in driving, and 5 minutes later I was cruising around Palm Springs in Taycan GTS. Didnt purchase that day, though. Negotiated a decent discount with Nick and management and made the purchase the following weekend. During negotiations, Nick was respectful, flexible, and answered all questions. When picking-up the car the following weekend, Bill in finance set me up with a decent discount on a wheel and tire package and Romely did a great job of helping me to get all needed Porsche accounts setup and was super patient when giving me an introduction to all of the cars features. We’d been thinking about trading our truck in for a Macan S for a while. Then a lady T-boned us and it accelerated the search. Neither of the dealers in AZ had the one we wanted, so I called Porsche Palms Springs and we were able to buy the car we wanted. The best part is, they were able to setup home delivery. The whole process from first finding the car on their website to having it delivered to our home out of state was only 4 days. NEGATIVE -5 STAR REVIEWI recently purchased a CPO Porsche vehicle from this dealership and was completely misled and was provided with false information about the vehicle on two occasions. I was unable to visit the dealership and had asked for numerous detailed photos and videos outlining any and all wear and tear that might be evident on any part of the vehicle with only 17K miles. On three separate accounts I was assured (in writing) that the CPO Macan Turbo was in almost new condition and no flaws were significant enough wear and tear to speak of or show in the three videos sent to me. I fully trusted in the Ambassador and GM at the dealership and knowing I was purchasing a Porsche CPO vehicle. My mistake. I should have never trusted this dealership for the purchase of a CPO Porsche and am completely dissatisfied by their misrepresentation and lack of detailed documentation of vehicle condition. My “new to me” car now needs major paint correction past what is acceptable with Porsche CPO criteria. I don’t recommend this dealership and will never buy another Porsche from them in the future.My advice… STEER CLEAR of Palm Springs Porsche

Great building. The enclosed service bay areas are well thought out and all the people Ive met are friendly, knowledgeable and ready to assist. A very good atmosphere. Special thanks to the service rep, Mr. Stan Sterling for working the problems on my 928.On the other hand, the service time to replace a starter motor was 4 weeks and $ 1700. Way out of line and not typical. The service tech, John, found a loose bolt, did he tighten it or leave it for me. The gas gauge worked when it was delivered but now doesnt. I think I can have my Macan serviced with you but the 928 seems not your forte. I also noticed that the core charge for the replaced starter motor was not credited in my invoice. Small things add up.Nice staff, a better place than any other Porsche store Ive been in. Clean, well done.

They took a week to change a flat tire. Other tire shops in the area would have been able to get the tire the next day, Since the car had already been on the truck once, I decided to just wait and let them fix it instead of towing it again. I assumed the dealer would be the best equipped to take care of my car, but this was a mistake. I drive a current model(which does not come with a spare) and they dont stock any tires and take longer than anyone else to order. The service rep didnt seem to think this was unreasonable. If you have a tire issue, i would recommend going somewhere else.

I took my Panamera in for a major service and transmission fluid change. Everything was done as expected, on time and st the quoted amount. They were also able to improve the performance of the transmission from a stop in the sport modes, an issue that has plagueged the 2010 model. I am very pleased. The car was washed and spotless. Also, the new Palm Springs facility has a great waiting area and a nice attendant to provide refreshments. The service department is great-the sales department is terrible. My last attempt to buy a car there the salesperson was more interested in selling a black 911 he had on the lot rather than finding the 911 I wanted. I had to buy in from Beverly Hills Porsche, which was a great transaction. The delivered the car to my home and picked up the old one-no fuss at all. Walters in Riverside also has a great sales department and I have purchased there as well. On another attempt to buy a car I asked about ordering a Jaguar F-type-again no response. It seems to me that there is a desire to sell on the lot inventory only, not perform customer service in finding the car you want which is fine for a Toyota Prius or pick up truck, but not fine sports cars.The last straw was ordering a Taycan. The only time I was given any solid feedback was after I demanded a refund of my deposit. It seems like the sale department is a disorganized mess.Again, service department is excellent. Sales, you can do much better elsewhere.

Was on a 10 day road trip bound and determined to make the trek from San Antonio Texas to the California coast and Highway 1..something I always wanted to do. After about 1600 miles, my 911 developed a bad vibration in the last 60 miles while near Palm Springs. Danielle was not only able to get me in that day but the techs got it up on the lift and quickly inspected the entire car and discovered a tire that was internally separating and causing the entire car to shake. There were also recommend items that I could do later. She quickly found and expedited two new rear tires and in about a day had them installed and road tested and got me back on the road! Danielle Brian was particularly helpful. The car ran beautifully up and down the California coast and Highway 1 and the remainder of the 1,700 miles back to San Antonio with zero issues. Sounds cheesy but I have already sung Porsche of Palm Springs praises in my Porsche Facebook group of over 151,000 members world wide. You literally saved my drive and 10 day California vacation pass please it on...thanks again!

Went in to just look at a Boxter. I wanted to upgrade my BMW 335i. Nate Campbell was my salesman and I promise you I would have never bought a car today if he wasnt my sales guy. His amazing pure enthusiasm for these cars is what sold me. He knew everything there was to know about the car, and ended up upselling me to the 718S instead of the 718 I went in to look at. He was awesome! So fun, and so professional, and most of all so knowledgeable. The entire process was the fastest buying experience Ive ever had. Ive been driving Porsche (928S4,911-993;996;997) for more 20 years and I am in the market for a 911/992. So, I stopped in to do my usual check-in to the local Porsche dealership whenever I travel to a city around the world (I wish Porsche would let the dealers put the Porsche name and city on hats and t-shirts like they do in Hawaii [Porsche Hawaii]. It would be nice to show on a t-shirt or cap where I have visited dealerships everywhere around the world). Anyway, I met Lesley McCurley in the Porsche Palm Springs dealership store and she was simply amazing and represents the Porsche brand so well. Arrived in Palm Springs with a detached inside rear view mirror. It had fallen off while driving on the 10 from LA. Very scary.This Porsche dealer could not have been more helpful. They told us the license plate is going to be done in two month after we received our car delivered by them 2 months ago. But the third party they were using sent out the applications to our local dmv only 10 days before the 2 month deadline. And dmv told us that it takes at least another week to process the applications. And they probably will have to send the license plate back to third party company then have them send it back to us. Now I don’t have a car to drive cuz my previous leased car needs to be returned. Absolutely no responsibility and no detailed service there.

I got through the McClarens, Bentleys and turbocharged 911s and got out of this place for $0.00!A tire place in Vegas lost the key for the locking lug nuts on my 911 (I had a flat in the desert and needed a new tire). Ever since then I’ve been dreading another flat in the desert, but this time without a hope of getting the donut wheel on. These idiotic locking nuts had to go, and a search of YouTube convinced me I was not going to get them off with a cold chisel or a drill or anything else.Porsche makes 20+ variations of their lock, so I had no choice but to enter into the hushed world of $300 branded polo shirts and keychains. I dreaded it.But guess what? They were *super* nice. Took care of me, got those albatrosses off my wheels and couldn’t have been more pleasant (or quick).Thank you excellent staff!As a bonus, I met for the first time, in the parking lots, the completely absurd Bentley Bentayga, surely up there with the Pacer in pantheon of automobile ugliness. I took a photo and all my friends and I had a good laugh.

I had Diesel Settlement service and oil change done in early May which included the replacement of a defective AdBlue heater. Just before driving back to Northern California a week later the “Refill AdBlue” diagnostic appeared on the display. I purchased AdBlue at Porsche dealership and topped off with one 1/2 gal. AdBlue. “Refill AdBlue” diagnostic still showing on display. Took car to Porsche Walnut Creek service facility. They performed PT3 DME AdBlue routine reset as needed. Problem resolved; time consuming and frustrating experience.

Worse car buying experience ever !!’ I’m from Chicago and I purchased the car and it took the dealership 45 days to send the registration . I could not legally drive my car !!!I refinanced the car and it took the dealership 5 months to refund my Gap insurance and tire /wheel package money . I had to make a claim with Porsche Customers Relations US . The car was purchased in October 2019 and it’ is May 2020 and I am just now doing my review because I was threatened by the dealership .
