We spent a splendid 4 nights (22-26 July) in this fantastic treasure. Everything about the place exceeded our expectations. We had a slight concern about the pool pump, contacted the management company, and, magically, they remedied the issue remotely! The kitchen had everything we needed. The spacious living area was a delight to chill in (it was 112F one day). If I had one thing to ask the owners to consider, it would be darker shades on the bedroom windows. The sun rises quite early in the summer. 😉 Thanks so much for a great stay!

Poolside Vacation Rentals is top notch. This was truly the best experience I have ever had with a vacation rental company. The attention to detail is next level--a welcome note waiting for us, snacks, everything perfectly clean--the whole package. We needed assistance with one of the homes features while we were there, and their response time was incredibly fast. I recently had a four-night stay at the Palm Springs Hot Spot with five friends for our annual girls trip, and it was an experience that exceeded all expectations. Its just a short distance from some of the best dining and shopping options in Palm Springs - everything you could want is conveniently close by.Palm Springs Hot Spot is incredibly well-equipped, ensuring that guests have everything they need for their stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, the bedrooms are fitted with comfortable beds and linens, and there are plenty of thoughtful extras throughout the house. One of the standout features of this property is the lovely pool area. The pool is not only beautifully maintained but perfect for both relaxation and fun.I have to commend the team at Poolside Vacation Rentals. Their superior service and attentiveness truly set this rental apart. Every interaction was handled with professionalism and care. Absolutely loved our stay!! The house and the backyard were amazing! Both kids and the adults had a great time. The house is beautifully decorated, well equipped and immaculate clean! Poolside Vacation Rentals did us good! The Palm Springs home we rented was wonderful! Came here for girls weekend with a group of six, and all of us just loved the place and couldn’t wait to plan another trip here! Their photos didnt do it justice - the decor was lovely and high-end but also fun and unique, the pool, hot tub and all the outdoor furnishings were great, the beds were really comfy, the linens and towels soft and luxurious, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you might need, and every detail had been thought of. Poolside Vacation Rentals were super helpful, easy to deal with and even brought us some gifts for our stay. Can’t recommend them enough!

Great home in a lovely neighborhood. Close proximity to the airport, shopping and restaurants. The home is gorgeous and very spacious. The host provides extensive information and easy access. They even had waters and snacks ready for our arrival! We will definitely be coming back.

Our stay at Jolly Rancher was AMAZING! The home is soooooo beautiful, super clean, and so well stocked with everything we needed. There is so much room for everyone to spread out and have space to themselves whether inside or out. The mountain view is magnificent and the neighborhood is nice to walk. Even though weather was cool (in January) we were able to enjoy the heated pool and hot tub. I would love to come back again in warmer weather to enjoy all of the outside amenities. Communication and check in with the management was A+.

Best place we have stood at so far. The hospitality of this management team is by far hands down the best. Their response time to any questions I had was immediately. They made us feel so welcomed. The house was a beautiful inside and out and the view was breathtaking. It was very clean and felt so homey. Not only did we have a good time but our kids enjoyed every second of it. We will definitely be coming back!

The layout of the house allows great comfort for both privacy and entertainment. The private entrance into the master suite is very accommodating. Pool area surface is chipped and broken in places. Living room window was filthy. Needs more hand towels and wash clothes. Excellent amount of pool towels. Pool is delightful and the scenery is magnificent. Overall, a wonderful home in which to stay for a week or more.

This place exceeded our expectations! It was so beautiful inside and out. The pool area was gorgeous and private and the house had everything we needed. Christie was extremely accommodating to all of our needs and super responsive to my millions of questions. We had some packages sent to the office and were there upon arrival, however, one did not make it in time and they still came back to bring it and left us some donuts and brownies! We loved our stay here and did not want to leave at all. Everything in the listing was very clear. I cannot say enough great things about this place, the host or property management. I am so grateful we chose this spot over all the other places we were looking. I would recommend anyone that’s looking to just book this place because they make it so easy and go above and beyond for you. Great Stay at Walking on Sunshine. Home was clean, with great decor and colors. Nice neighborhood, but there isnt too much nearby in terms of stores, cafe, restaurants. Fortunately the downtown area is a short drive down the street.The only improvement I would suggest is in the kitchen. There werent baking sheets to cook with, and a few basic spices would be nice to have on hand to cook with. Other than that we would be happy to book again!

We had a wonderful stay at Indian Palms while horse showing at Thermal for two weeks. The house was loaded with everything we needed - a fully stocked kitchen, lots of towels, and a pool and spa with easy to follow instructions. The outdoor kitchen was lovely! The customer service was incredible, they checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we need. The house was very clean. I would absolutely stay with them again!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this house and Poolside Vacation Rentals. The house was spectacular. Its even better in person than the pictures. There were 8 women celebrating a birthday and never once did we feel crowded. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large with plenty of space for a crowd. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need if you want to eat in. They even left snacks and waters for us when we checked in! The outdoor space is amazing. We elected to have the pool heated and it was perfectly warm and coming from the Northeast, it was lovely to be able to swim in January! The house is walking distance to town or a quick 5-minute Uber anywhere you want to go. The rental service was a dream to work with. We had two minor incidents one with the door lock and one with a shower not draining. They were addressed immediately. If you are looking for the perfect house for your vacation, you found it!

A true 5-star experience. No detail was overlooked. The property was beautiful, with the perfect layout for our multi-generational group. The house was fully stocked with everything you might need and more, and everything was high quality. The care that was taken made it feel like someones personal vacation home rather than a rental. The pool was clean and comfortably heated (extra charge). I would highly recommend the Jolly Rancher at Little Beverly Hills. I hope to someday have the opportunity to return.

This was our fourth Airbnb rental in Palm Springs and by far the best! The house is in a quiet neighborhood and offers excellent privacy due to a wall surrounding the front yard and the backyard. (don’t worry, it doesn’t look at all like a prison … it’s tasteful and beautifully landscaped!).The house itself was comfortable, spacious, exceedingly well-appointed, and beautifully decorated. But the outdoor space is what makes this rental so unique. It is a large plot of land with a pool like I’ve never seen at a rental property. The attached Jacuzzi is also generously sized. The gardens are beautifully landscaped, and the views of the surrounding mountains are spectacular.Finally, the hosts were ever ready to help with any issues (we had none) and checked in with us frequently. However, they did not harass or bother us in any way. One day we arrived home after dinner to find cookies from them at our doorstep!We highly recommend this property and plan to return next year.

Our stay in Palm Springs was amazing! The house we stayed in with Poolside Vacation Rentals was brand new and beautiful. The complex is still under construction, but where our rental was located was undisturbed by the work underway. The house was spacious, clean, had everything we needed and was very comfortable. I cant get over how amazing Poolside Vacation Rentals customer service was! Anything we needed, they were just an email away with the quickest response Ive ever had! They allowed us to check in 2 hours early since my bridesmaids all arrived at different times. When we couldnt find one of the light switches I emailed and got a response within minutes leading us to the correct switch. During our stay, I received a message saying they had left a treat on our front door and when I went out there was a box of Ferrero Roche chocolates hanging from the front door! They have the best customer service I have experienced in a long time! We all agree we would go back anytime! Thank you for making our stay amazing!

We had a wonderful time at in Palm Springs staying at The Nancy! It was a wonderful location close to paths that took you to a couple of hiking trails close by. Also walking distance to several restaurants that we enjoyed - a cute bagel and coffee joint just around the corner. And long walk to downtown or quick drive to just about anything. So much to do in the Palm Springs and surrounding areas. We plan to go back and hope to stay here next year!

This property was fine for our group of ladies - the pool & hot tub are definitely a highlight! The management group went out of their way to deliver us a keurig (advertised but not in kitchen) & also brought us dessert!The reason I’m only leaving 4 stars — the property is VERY close to the airport. It is directly in the flight path so you will see & hear plans regularly. The casita is not detached - it’s actually attached to the home with a separate entrance. However to get outside & to the casita, you have to cut through a bedroom. It’s very inconvenient for everyone. This is also where the trash bins are located so you are cutting through a bedroom with trash.

Easy to get to either central PS or to go hiking in Indian Springs Canyon. The house itself is very comfortable and spacious, as well as perfectly decorated with fun colors and paintings.

The house is exactly as described on Air B&B, It was immaculate and very comfortable for our group of eight. The kitchen is fully equipped with all that one could need and the outdoor grill was large enough to cook for the whole family, Poolside Vacations was very responsive, calling on the first day to be sure everything was OK and bringing two containers of cookies on day two as a welcome present!The primary reason not to give the house five stars is its location. The house is clearly the nicest one in the neighborhood, which is a decent neighborhood, but it is not far from the airport runway, so the air traffic was very loud. When a plane was taking off, we literally had to stop any conversation until it was well past the neighborhood. Thankfully, the Palm Springs airport does not have much night traffic, so sleep was not disturbed until the morning flights started.A second, but minor issue was the condition of the game tables featured in the description. The electric plug for the air hockey table was broken so that game was inoperable. The legs on the foosball table are so shaky that we were afraid to use it, thinking that it may fall down. The wood platforms of corn hole game were badly warped, probably from being left outside in the sprinkler water. We did have lots of fun playing ping pong on a table easily moved outside and the golf green was fun too.

I’ve stayed at a few rental homes and this is the only one I would stay at again. Beautiful property with plenty of space for entertaining in front and backyards. Going with a property management co. versus a private owner is seen in all the details. They do an awesome job in making sure you have everything you need and then some. Can’t wait to go back!

Really enjoyed our stay in La Quinta Cove. WIth the swimming pool the true highlight according to our Grand kids. Poolside vacation rentals went above and beyond our expectations in dealing with a minor pool heating issue. So very kind of you to bring such tasty treats. We stayed at The 1959 in Palm Springs for 10 nights. The rental listing indicated a king bed in each of the bedrooms plus a single in the den. Upon arrival we discovered the bed in the 2nd bedroom was a double bed! Not a king, not even a queen. I informed Christie, the property manager, immediately and she said she would amend the posting on both Airbnb and the Poolside Vacations Website. As of our departure date, Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2023, the adjustment had not been made. If you have booked this house please be aware of the inaccuracy in bed sizes, especially if you are two couples. Also, the bathrooms are very small. The house otherwise is lovely, clean and well equipped with a beautiful backyard.

This place was awesome! Super cool Palm Springs vibe and nicely decorated! Views were great, pool was great. Really awesome place for a girls trip. It is in what I would call an up and coming neighborhood that is super close to the airport, so you do get planes every once in awhile. We hung outside the entire time and it was never terrible. What a beautiful property in the heart of Palm Springs. This home was perfect for our annual girls golf getaway and comfortably slept all eight of us! The outdoor pool/hot tub and backyard retreat was a great place to spend the afternoons or end the day. And the family room was perfect to gather together and watch the hockey playoffs! The property management communicated lots with us before our stay and while we were there. From the minute I booked the Poolside Bungalow they were responsive to every single quesiton I had and made the experience very easy. The Blue Door in Palm Springs was easily one of the best rentals homes I’ve ever stayed in! It was so much more than I expected! It was a gorgeous home that really encompassed the retro Palm Springs vibes, in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Beyond the home and landscape was the incredible service we received and the endless amenities of the home. I have never stayed in a home where every amenity had been thought of, like this one! We bought a short term rental in Palm Springs over a year ago and signed up with a property management firm that shall remain nameless. Of course it started out good and went downhill from there. Reservations started drying up, they weren’t responding to emails, and the owner was a complete diva. Enough of that bad experience. After that experience, I interviewed 5 firms, large and small. I interviewed firms for their experience in marketing, customer service, maintenance ability, rates. At the end of the day, I think all firms are fairly equivalent on marketing as they all use the Airbnb, VRBO and key sites. Some larger firms have partnerships with hotel chains such as the Marriott but you pay for that as well. If you can keep renters in without the extra cost, why wouldn’t you?So if all firms are equivalent in marketing, than what differentiates them? Customer service to the owners, responsiveness to owners and guests when there are issues and nice touches. This is where Poolside is different from their competition. They drop off a welcome basket with snacks, put waters in the refrigerator, lift up the shades, turn the outside lights on, and make sure the property looks in tip top shape before the guests arrive. They also will turn on the pool/spa heater to have it warm when the guests arrive (if the owner is ok with it). I’ve stayed at several Airbnb’s and when you get there, you are tired, hungry and wish you had something to snack on or water. Very nice touch! They also touch base with the guest to let them know they are available if anything comes up.Their orientation book is very comprehensive with the happenings in Palm Springs, restaurant recommendations, and instructions on how different things work in the house (pool heater, thermostat, fire pit, etc.). It is very helpful to the guest.Now from an owners perspective. They don’t nickel and dime you like other firms. They are transparent about costs, what they can and can’t do. They let us know when something is broken or needs to be fixed and if it isn’t a big expense, they fix it themselves. They treat your home as if it is their home. They use the LiveRez system for reservations and owners statements so I can access it at anytime. Most importantly, they respond immediately when I call or leave a message. They have been available days, nights and weekends and never seem annoyed when I call.I highly recommend this firm. My contact Nate has been fantastic to work with but I’ve also interacted with other team members (mostly from larger firms like Vacasa) but want to give the personal touch of a boutique firm

Staying at the Fiesta De Aqua was truly a five star experience! The home was in a great location in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from both the Palm Springs Airport and the downtown area with its many shops and restaurants. It is hard to believe that there is a company that provides the amazing level of service that Poolside Vacations Rentals does they are a 10 out of 10 without question.The home that we stayed in Pure Indulgence at The Miralon was beautiful and well stocked with everything that we could possibly need.The views of the mountains when sitting in the backyard were breathtaking and you had those views when inside as well with all the windows along the entire poolside of the house.Every staff member that we encountered was pleasant, helpful and courteous.The first night we arrived another company that we had rented a crib from set it up in the wrong bedroom.We called Poolside Vacations and they immediately offered to bring us a pack and play for the baby to use until the other company opened the next morning. The next morning Poolside Vacations called to say that we did not require tools to move the crib to its proper location and that one of their staff members would come and do that for us. They came out two days in a row to help with the crib that was not their problem to solve in the first place and that speaks volumes. They were always there when we had a question and they did everything to make our vacation stress free. There a binder in the kitchen which outlines everything the house has and instructions on how to use them along with suggestions for dining and shopping. The home was clean and comfortable with plenty of amenities, including a coffee bean grinder which we appreciated when we accidentally purchased beans instead of grounds. Check in was so smooth and easy and property management was very responsive to any needs we had. The pool and spa and putting green provided plenty of fun and relaxation for our family. A lot of thoughtful small details such as pens and notepad, small snacks provided, plenty of towels and complete instructions for everything in the home.

Beautiful house and is bigger than in looks in the photos! We had three families and we each had our own space with plenty of separation between the rooms. The pool area is comfortable, even in the heat. The kitchen is big and lots of room to have many cooks in at the same time. We had an amazing experience in Palm Springs during Thanksgiving. Our rental home was suberb - it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked (better than mine at home), the garage had floaties, pool toys, and everything we needed to enjoy our week in the sun. Poolside Vacation Rentals was so great. They even added some pans we needed for our Thanksgiving meal and extended our check out time to accommodate our late departure. Christie at Poolside went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and we’re happy with our rental. A few weeks before our arrival, I suggested it would be great to have an outdoor grill at the property. When we arrived, there was a brand new Weber waiting to be used! It was a good idea to add a bbq as an additional amenity anyway, but Christie got it done in time for our stay cuz she knew it was important to us. Very impressive! The property itself was spectacular, very well stocked and luxury throughout. And get this: the knives in the knife block were all sharp! After staying at dozens of vacation rentals, I have never experienced sharp knives before.

We rented a home through VRBO that was managed by Poolside Vacation Rentals. While communication before the trip was a little delayed and not quite as helpful as I wanted, once we were next in queue for the house - and while at the house - PVR was extremely helpful and got back to us immediately with our questions or concerns. They left us treats as well as water in the fridge, which was very nice. And when some of the chairs in the dining room broke, they brought us folding chairs to use instead. There was also an issue with the heat in the spa and they were kind enough to reimburse us for the two days it wasnt working. Overall, a great experience!

We found the property to be clean, and the management team was on any questions or concerns we had. California has wicked strict rules regarding music, which we found annoying. Basically no music outside with noise detection outside. Made us think of the movie FootLoose! We paid to have one of the two pools headed, and enjoyed the hot tub most days. Outside is very pretty and well taken care of. Overall we enjoyed the property and would recommend staying, however bring kleenex which they dont provide, and buy your own TP (super poor quality).

Our Poolside Vacation Rental home exceeded all expectations! Although the photos are wonderful, they do not even do the home justice! The home’s layout and big windows allowed for a great space for our group to spread out as needed, while also allowing us to relax together. The backyard with the pool and hot tub were excellent. We were so happy with all of the helpful amenities for a group – large pantry, lots of towels, etc. The home is located on a quiet street, but is just a five minutes drive to all sorts of stores, including Target, Trader Joe’s, a large grocery store and Starbucks! We really enjoyed morning walks to the beautiful Tennis Gardens about a half mile from the house. The cherry on top of our stay is that one of the companys property managers met us at the rental to walk us through the house. He went above and beyond and helped us onload our vehicle! We had such a wonderful long weekend in Palm Springs/La Quinta! I would definitely stay here again!

The customer service was the best with open communication from the initial reservation to the very end. The house was extremely clean with plenty of basic supplies. We signed on with Poolside Vacation Rentals after ten years with another Palm Springs rental agency. Before we joined PVR, we did extensive research on competing agencies, poring over their websites, and evaluating them for esthetics and design, ease of navigation and booking, and most important, the presentation and layout of representative properties. We narrowed our search to seven agencies and then interviewed each owner.After some deliberation, we chose Poolside Vacation Rentals. Nate Jordan, cofounder and COO, impressed us immediately with his friendly manner and long experience in the local hospitality industry. Most of all, Nate accepted the fact that Alexander in the Sun is our house. We have furnished, decorated, and remodeled it according to our taste, always of course, keeping in mind the comfort of our guests. He didn’t ask us to change the décor to suit a predetermined corporate and uniform style.After we signed on, we realized at once that our decision was the right one. During the transition period before the house went live, Nate answered our many questions immediately--whether via text, email, or telephone. He installed a new electronic entry system and smart TVs, and he supervised a photo shoot to show our property on their website in the best light. Once the house was listed on the website, we were delighted to get four or five bookings for high season within a few days.While we were staying at the house in early 2023, getting it ready for our first guests, our old washing machine flooded on a Sunday afternoon. Nate called a repairman, who arrived within 30 minutes—truly impressive service! The next morning, however, the machine flooded again. This time we called in an “expert,” who pronounced our machine not worth fixing. We rushed to Lowe’s, purchased a new washer-dryer, and arranged to have it delivered and installed. Because we were leaving the next day, needless to say, we were freaking out, but Nate was unbelievably calm and took charge of everything. He even picked up our towels (the ones that we had used to mop the floors after both floods) from the local fluff and fold. We can’t imagine a nicer, more efficient property manager.We are looking forward to a long and happy association with Nate and the team at PVR.

We and another couple stayed for 6 days. The house ended up being even better than the pictures! The master bedroom was a nice size, with access to the pool, an attached bathroom with a walk in closet. The beds were very comfortable, as was the entire house. Everything in the house was high end, and had everything you would need. It was close to down town and there was a nice list of suggested restaurants and activities, which we appreciated. We enjoyed the pool and lounging under the umbrellas. It was hot while we were there, so we didnt turn of the firepit, but we did have our morning coffee out there.PVR was very friendly and responsive! We had trouble figuring out the TV system, and Christie walked me thru it over the phone, but offered to send someone right out. It was a simple thing, and she got it working over the phone. This home is beautiful, clean, and private. Amazing large outdoor area with stunning pool and spa surrounded by beautiful mountain views. My family loved this home and would 100% return. Highly recommend!
