Let me be clear: the people I have worked with at PoolSafe have been responsive and professional. I loved the pool cover, but at 3 years, the company is recommending that I replace the cover. The vinyl is coming apart, and it looks like hell. The cover still works well, but is literally disintegrating in less than 4 years. I would think they should be able to offer a product with a lifespan of more than 3 years.

This company came highly recommended to me....butthey promised to have someone call me to set up appointmentto evaluated what we need to be able to quote us. We were told he would contacted us in a few days....That was 3 months ago.Called again on Mary 1 received the same promise along with the mans name and phone number....I called him 3 times with no call back~!With my experience I would suggest you dont hold your breathefor them! Obviously the are not trying to do business!!!

Poolsafe was recommended by our pool service company. Throughout the process, everyone was professional, punctual, courteous, and mindful of social distancing. Communication was good and really no surprises.The installed product looks great and not really detracting from the aesthetics of the yard. The wider mesh is almost invisible at a distance. The fence itself is plenty strong to keep kids from pushing it over. The self locking mechanism on the swinging gate works great.I did not compare prices with other manufacturers, but I say that this is worth every penny since it keeps my family safe and my mind at ease.

Not very safe or responsible. Pool cover broke 6 months after installation, thy fixed it after 3 weeks of me calling them daily. And, it broke again merely 7months after that. The engineer and the service people dont seem to communicate well, as one told me one thing and on the phone I was given a different story. In the meantime, poolcover is broken, no idea when it will be fixed and noone seem to be willing to take responsibility.

This has truly been the worst experience I can recall ever from a company, especially with Andrew Purcell. I ordered a motorized pool cover system in June of last year. They came out to install and ended up breaking a bunch of my pool tiling and coping, only to find out they ordered the wrong size cover. I had to wait almost 2 months for a new cover to arrive. The day they installed I noticed a rip in the corner of the cover, thankfully I took dated pics of it. I figured I would just let the issue go hoping it wouldnt turn into a larger issue. Well it did and within 1 month the tear got larger and my cover would no longer open or close creating a huge safety issue for my 1yr old daughter. Andrew then refused to come out and install a new cover, saying that the existing tracks I had would need to be replaced and that it would be an extra $2k in costs from their original quote. Mind you the whole reason I chose to go with Poolsafe was because they came out and told me that I had some existing aspects of the motorized cover system that I wouldnt need to replace including the tracks which would keep my costs down a bit. After numerous unprofessional encounters with Andrew including screaming at me on the phone, he finally agreed to upgrade the tracks in lieu of all my costs to get my pool coping and tiling repaired. I now had a shift pin that snapped off the new motor and called to get serviced under warranty. Andrew refused to warranty the repair, despite the sales rep telling me I had a 5 year warranty, their office manager saying its 1year (which this would be inside of), their website saying mechanical components have a 10 year warranty, and not having a single quote or invoice stating any information about their warranties and what is or isnt covered. Andrew proceeded to tell me theres 5 warranties and theyre clearly defined. I just need to google them and figure it out. When I realized that despite the absolute hell that Ive been through with this company, they still arent going to honor their work I tried to just move forward with scheduling the service and paying them to be done. Andrew tells me hes removed my scheduled service from the calendar and to find someone else. Ive never experienced such a lack of professionalism and accountability by a company, especially from a manager that raises his voice at a consumer and tries to belittle them over the phone. Please think twice before using a company that wont stand behind their work or try and do the right thing for their customers.In response to the reply this is just further justification of the integrity of the company and its owner. It is an absolute and complete lie that the only thing replaced was the cover. Every key component of a motorized cover from the motor, to all the guides, pulleys, ropes, tracks, keypad, etc. were replaced and are new. Ive attached the paid invoice for proof of the complete lie that all I purchased was a cover. This invoice doesnt even include the entirely new tracks and header beam that were installed the 3rd time you had to come out because you couldnt get it right the first 2 times. I also included pics of the care they show for their clients by breaking a ton of my pool tile and coping. Instead of an owner calling and trying to make things right, he replys like a little kid and lies. Again, think about whether people like this are who you want to give business to.

I scheduled for Poolsafe to come and check the leaking pool cover that they installed 4 years ago. They had availability in 2 weeks. I have been waiting patiently. Today, on the day of the visit, nobody came within the time window that I was given and nobody called me either to tell me whether I should continue waiting or not. So, I called Poolsafe myself and found out that their technician got stuck on another more important job and will not come (yeah, who wants to do warranty repairs?). Poolsafe gave a new time, another 5 day waiting. Of course, I expressed my disappointment with their lack of professionalism, and the lady on the phone kept saying me that she is trying to help and is doing me a favor. I am sorry, rescheduling an appointment to examine their pool cover for passible manufacturing issues and warranty repairs is a favor!?

PoolSafe installed new ropes for our pool cover about 8 months ago. The closing mechanism which remained jerky following this installation began to fail again, and they returned to adjust brakes and replace pulleys. The technician who arrived on time was knowledgeable, polite and courteous. 3 stars because they did charge us for the visit, after initially informing that visit will be covered under warranty. The brakes should have been adjusted when the ropes were replaced and this might have been avoided.

We ordered our new spa cover prior to the Christmas holidays so our order delivery was delayed due to closing of a manufacturer we were told.Once January rolled around we contacted Poolsafe and asked to have the order rushed because we were hosting a wedding in our backyard patio on 23 January and wanted a new spa cover. Once they new our predicament they rushed the order and delivered the new cover on 20 January, just in time. THANK YOU for getting the job done with a beautiful cover.

Wow, this was a great vendor experience. Within a few weeks of my initial query I had a beautiful, new professionally installed pool fence. The price was so much lower than I expected, too. Amazing! And the estimator, installer, and office personnel were friendly and professional. I wholeheartedly recommend Pool Safe.

Very happy from start to finish. The timing was less than a week. John Moss was very prompt and thorough. Installers very friendly and professional. We love our pool fence and the peace of mind that our grandson is now safe out back. We already hardly notice it’s there.
