As always, I had such a wonderful experience at the La Verne Urgent care. They are super efficient and every person that I encounter thru the experience is really kind and attentive. This visit was for my daughter and the Doctor/PA was very patient and very thorough in her examination. She also explained well on how to treat my daughter’s injuries. We felt very lucky to have received treatment by her. Definitely recommend this establishment.

I only waited about 10-15 minutes to be seen. Immediately was tested by swabs for flu and strep. Dr Nick was amazing, very thorough and personable but maintained his professionalism. I was in and out in one hour. Amazing!!

Went to the urgent care, after smashing my pinky with the car door. The registration process was very easy and the front office ladies were very helpful. When they called me Dr Nicholas was very helpful, he checked out my hand and finger. Sent me for an Xray, thank god no fracture. He then proceeded to explain what he was going to do to alíviate the pressure from my finger. He performed the procedure and had the nurse wrap my finger and put a metal protector to prevent me from further injuring it. Thank you Dr Nicholas Chiang for treating my injury and making me feel better. I appreciate you.

Honestly the front receptionists act like they don’t care about you at all but the nurses once you get inside are so nice and caring and actually listen to you the doctor we got was named Nicholas was very nice and understanding with my daughter. Visited the urgent care. The overall wait time was much shorter than I was anticipating. The staff were all excellent but Emely, medical assistant, stood out as she was very welcoming and helpful. I saw Dr Sung who explained everything very thoroughly and thoughtfully. She took her time and made me feel comfortable. I’d switch to her for my primary care physician, if I didn’t like mine so much.

My wife & I both saw Dr. Yoshitaki at Urgent Care. She has an outgoing, positive personality, an excellent bedside manner and is very professional. She listens to you and is thorough in her evaluation. She takes time to answer all of your questions and address all of your needs. We both liked her so much I asked the nurse which clinic she works out of. The nurse said a lot of patients ask that and like her. I was surprised to find out she currently works only at Urgent Care. She gives me a lot of confidence in going to Urgent Care. It was another very positive experience! I continue to have positive experiences at this Urgent Care. The entire staff was very friendly and professional.

For an Urgent Care it is not only an urgent care but a place who treats you like family, gives the best care and provides quick and efficient care. All staff are very friendly and helpful as well as treats your family like theirs. The doctors and nurses are very relational and really listens to all your cares without judgement and treats you like their family. They create a very comfortable environment while administering care for your loved ones. I have a four year old who loves coming here while sick and really trusts the process and doctors.

The front staff are very professional and with the new internet registration system, since I don’t have a cell phone, one of them helped me to register in for my visit. I was very grateful. I have seen PA Nicolas Chiang in PVMC urgent care La Verne on a few occasions and he is absolutely awesome! He never rushes you or makes you feel like just a number! He truly cares and his compassionate and sensitive to the patient something you really see in Doctors or PA’s these days! I wish he was in private practice! On the day that I saw him in UC it was the 4th of July I had actually went to PVMC ER first was treated very badly by the attending ER doctor. He basically said we’re not going to try to treat or try to diagnose because it looks like you have a lot of chronic issues so we’re just gonna give you some injectable pain meds and basically send me home. I was very disappointed with my visit to PVMC ER so I left and headed to UC where I was treated with kindness and compassion by PA Nicolas Chiang. He took his time to listen to my questions and concerns, he ordered EKG to make sure my heart was OK chest x-ray and a series of back x-rays due to my pain. I felt safe with him and we should all feel that way when we go to see a doctor not rushed or treated by someone who is not compassionate or sensitive to our needs as a patient. He told me that he would follow up with me in the morning with Complete results of my x-rays, which he did. He called bright and early gave me the results, asked me how I was doing how my pain level was and how I was feeling. He is in my book better on every level than most doctors I have seen in my life an he definitely deserves way more than the 5 stars that we can give him on this rating. He’s 1000% awesome.

Had surgery on 5/17/23. Then on 5/19/23 woke up extreme nausea. Was instructed by my doctor to go to emergency or urgent care. I went to urgent care near us. While going several blocks I was vomiting. Great doctors and staff at urgent care. Concerned for your every need. They sent me home with instructions and meds. Been there with my before daughter. I highly recommend this location on foothill and fruit in la verne.

When we first arrived we were excited to see only 1 person in waiting room. Then after waiting in the room for over 15 min. an urgent patient needed an ambulance so we waited another 20 min for doctor to come in and to be told we needed an X-ray. Then we sit for over 5 min. Than the tech has to go to lunch so I’m guessing we are stuck waiting for another hour for him to get back!!! WTH. Why can’t X-rays be ordered immediately instead of waiting around??? It’s obvious doctors don’t know what’s going on until they have X-ray???

The La Verne Urgent Care is awful. Front office staff is rude and unhelpful. I accidently brought an old insurance card with a different medical group. I explained to the receptionist about the change and asked her to please look it up manually. I provided all necessary info. The receptionist Margarita pretended to look it up and then stated I was not in their group. She did not listen to a thing I said about the insurance. And I was turned away. I came home grabbed my correct and updated insurance but I wont be able to be seen due to their new shorter hours. Im very frustrated as I had to leave work early to rush here before they close. I too work in the medical field.Two patients were strongly encouraged by the front office staff to go to the Claremont location. They claimed the wait time would be over 3 hours. They stated Claremont was fast and would see them much quicker than their location.I am not suprised by the lack of customer service. I always have problems at the La Verne Urgent Care.

I will consistently drive miles out of my way to attend this slightly high-end urgent care. Our primary dr.s are both Dr. Endo’s. We’ve seen all the new Dr.s who are now established in this new facility and I have to say I have Never had a bad visit. Yesterday we visited the Urgent Care for my daughter who suffers from tbd illnesses and diseases and my son whose allergies are growing as he does. We had to do the drive up urgent visit because they had coughs and runny noses. We did have a long wait even though we were only 2 cars outside about 35-45 minutes but I’m glad we waited my daughter threw up x2 and my son was having none of it. Within 5 minutes of meeting the Dr. I gave him symptoms and all my 14 year olds healthy issues etc and he gave us a diagnosis nothing I’ve ever heard of nor had her OB mentioned “Abdominal Migraines” very high in young kids stomach pains, diarrhea with a constant headache sensitivity to eyes miserable. My daughter was in so much pain she was trying to convince me to go but I told her NO I work too much I needed to find her some kind of relief. Like myself when I have too much pain my body reacts and tells me it’s too much by causing me to throw up and so she did again. He ordered a Pain shot for instant relief medication and allergy meds since it was everything. Comes out that he’s one of the new Doctors who has signed on to Dr. Endos staff and he’s an OB. Even though she’s not 100% we have something to connect her symptoms and we just keep moving. I am grateful for Dr. Alexander for listening and not sending us home with everything came back normal because we are far from normal. So Happy that I chose to move all my kids pediatrics to Dr. Tiffany and Craig we’ve been with him since my son and daughter was 2 and 3 yrs old and signed on to have Tiffany be my 5 yr olds at birth. Totally worth the wait and so happy to be a part of PVHC La Verne..

Amazing staff! I just can’t express how great they are. I was in and out without 1 hour. We had X-Rays taken and usually that takes forever to get the results but they were so great and fast. The X-Ray tech Mike helped my 8 year old feel comfortable and kept her entertained the entire time.Once again, I can’t express enough how happy I am with PVHC Urgent Care.

I am really disappointed with this urgent care, thanks to the new changes of the system I assume. I have lived in the are for a long time now and this never used to happen. I took my mom today because she is not feeling well not to the point to take her to the ER and we thought she was gonna be seen right away after 4 patients before her but instead she waited like an hour and after waiting she went to speak to one of the receptionists and they told her she would have to wait 2 more hours. By this time there were 12 people more waiting and pretty upset. I do not know if the new changes are good for the patients or their company.

If you choose to go here, make sure it is a LAST RESORT and do NOT leave without confirming that the billing was sent through properly because they will give you a number that is rarely answered if at all when the billing doesnt go through and I got swindled out of more than 200 dollars because they failed to confirm what i was charged for and when they supposedly did, I still kept getting charged for something I already paid for. They are terrible at keeping track of things and are careless beyond belief.

Our wait time at the urgent care facility was short, and we were told to go to the Pomona hospital. We waited for four hours at the hospital to see a doctor. I suggest that any urgent care doctor who prescribes a hospital visit provide a written notice of that urgency. At the hospital, priority for this type of injury should put be put in front of any walk in patients. We were treated like walk in patients.
