The Poly and Bark outlet took the stress out of furniture shopping. I can not recommend the store and staff highly enough.The store is clean and well organized. Most furniture stores have super high-pressure salespeople, but NOT Poly and Bark. They let their beautiful products speak for themselves. The manager, John. went above and beyond to answer questions and explain the different styles. I found the perfect sofa and cant wait to see it in my space!

I love the furniture I bought!! Everything was great quality and beautiful. They had a huge selection at the warehouse and I was able to furnish most of my apartment. The salesmen were helpful in finding me what I was looking for and the delivery guy Mario was quick and clean when bringing the stuff in and setting it up. He made sure to take out all the foam so that there was no trash left behind.

Had such a wonderful experience here! Came in 10 minutes before they closed and assumed they would be rushing me out, but John was so patient and took all the time I needed to answer questions and help pick out my new couch. My mom ended up getting a bunch of other gorgeous pieces as well and John and Mario even helped load everything into the car, tetrising things multiple times until they fit. Everything is great quality and the rugs are a steal! Will definitely be back again. 10/10 shopping experience thanks to the amazing staff.

We went there yesterday on a Sunday. If you have the time, it might be better to go on a weekday instead. The staff here are super nice.Definitely the BEST place to get your leather furniture. I love buying quality goods at a discount!!! Plan your visit with a truck, you won’t regret it.

I was so excited to find the poly and bark outlet! They had a lot of cool stuff including the White Corden dining chairs that I had been looking for —but were sold out everywhere. John who runs the outlet was so helpful and able to get me the chairs and at at a great price—score! I got a few other side tables that look great in the house too. Fantastic place— check it out. Oh man I can’t say enough good things about the poly & bark outlet. A ton of stuff on the website is available at the outlet at a really discounted price. Napa Sofas were $1100, chairs were $75 and sectionals for $2000. Some even more discounted if you look around. Everyone working there was incredibly friendly, helpful, and all around pleasant to work with. We’ll definitely be back!

We came for the 4th of July sale in search of some deals and we did not leave disappointed! Coming home with us are 4 faux leather bar stools, a desk/office chair and a super nice leather chair for our living room. We had our eye on the black wicker-like chair but only one was available and we need two. After our new sectional couch is delivered (from a different store), we plan to be back for a coffee table and possible end/side table. If you like quality but don’t like to break the bank for it, this is the place for you. Inventory changes weekly and I was told that Wednesday is the best day to come for the best selection.

I cannot fully express how impressed I was with my experience at Poly & Bark. Not only did our guide, Erick, know everything about the ins and outs to furniture, but he was exceedingly helpful with our many questions. He made sure we got to see the actual piece before we bought it and allowed us to compare the color to other pieces. Then, John was very helpful with the logistics of buying everything and really made sure we were happy with our choice before we made our final decision. It was all 40-60% off and they do have some stock in the back. The man working at warehouse was very helpful and nice. If you know what you are looking for make sure it will fits in ur car. If need to shipping item better rent u-Haul. That can shop ur item but they need to use to the 3rd party and it will be bit pricy.

This place is a hidden gem. right from the start, we were greeted by a friendly face, who showed us the showroom and answered all our questions. The furniture is great quality, the leather upholstery is superb, and the sofa legs are solid wood. Overall, I think you get a great deal for the price. Also shoutout to John, he helped us out on the floor, wrapped up the sofa, and helped us strap it to our truck. I would definitely shop here again, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great sofa.

This place is amazing! Spacious with lots of awesome finds. I got an amazing rug and my friend was able to find some great lighting and a nice computer chair. The guys that helped us were fantastic. One gentleman knew exactly where everything was in the wear house and was so helpful even testing out our lighting to make sure it worked before we left (I want to say he had a bun or ponytail. He was great!). The other gentleman was awesome at going through pricing and the benefits of each furniture piece with us! Highly recommend going! They have a great staff and great finds!

Unfortunately the coffee table I ordered didn’t work in my new house. They went above and beyond to help me ship it back to them because everything that could go wrong on my end did. The good news was their attitude and customer service. I won’t go into details because it would take too long but believe me when I say this is a very service oriented business. The coffee table itself was beautiful well-made and well packed and came on time. It just didn’t work in my space. I recommend everything about this company.

*This review is in regards to P&B in general and not this specific outlet*.We ordered a Napa sofa and spent over $3k on it. The sofa is great and you can see the quality. The two stars is stemming from their customer service and lack of commitment to correct errors or provide meaningful compensation. We ordered a rug and we given the incorrect one. The label stuck onto the rug was correct but clearly placed onto the incorrect design. P&B offered two options: (1) a 10% discount to keep the rug or (2) return the rug for a full discount.A 10% discount is worth around $12-13 for this rug and IMO hardly enough to be considered adequate compensation for their mistake. How about $25 gift card as an acknowledgement of their error? Nope. In addition, returning it is absolutely placing the burden on the customer for a mistake P&B made. They offered to provide me with a shipping label. What good is that? I dont know a car and I would have to have spent a bunch of money for packaging and then lug the thing down to my apartment mailroom and hope Fedex pick it up.Ultimately, their products are great but they give the illusion of good customer service but really they just provide the same response again and again. Just a friendly warning if things go wrong do not expect them to provide anything meaningful.

Really stoked about my sofa (72 Apartment Sofa in cognac leather) and my experience at the P&B Outlet in Moorpark. John was very helpful in answering a ton of questions I had about the sofa, making me more comfortable buying a bigger ticket purchase on final sale. Mario delivered to Santa Monica same-day, and also quickly set up the sofa and hauled away box/wrapping. After delivery, I still saved about $450 on the sofa. Overall a great experience and a really high quality sofa for the price. Just know that the items they have at the outlet are returns in boxes (unless buying an item set up on the floor), but likely like-new condition - John explained they inspect the furniture to make sure its in good shape for outlet sale. My sofa was basically new and unflawed. Id go back for other furniture in future!

Will update review as resolution progresses but right now Im incredibly disappointed with this order and with the associated support Ive received thus far. The sectional arrived with a very large tear (larger than a fist) in fabric under the chaise piece.The AM Home Delivery team took photos of it and submitted them to Poly & Bark. They assured me that Poly & Bark would issue me a 20% refund based on the item being damaged from the manufacturer (the box it arrived in was fine).Then when I called Poly & Bark, someone on the phone told me I could receive a new dust cover once they received the photo proof. You’re really asking me to self-repair a sectional I spent almost $3,300 on?I emailed the photo proof to Support and laid out the entire situation. The agents response was to simply ask me if I still had the original packaging (massive box) as it would be required for a return.All in all, Im receiving completely mixed signals from all different sides. I am very disappointed thus far & considering reaching out to my credit card company.PS - As I explained to the agent in my reply, I did not keep the original packaging because not only was the box massive, but I did not want to return the sectional. I do not want to wait several weeks again for a new one to be delivered, and the leather itself is also fine - the issue is just a large tear/hole in the dust cover underneath. That said, I would still like/expect some form of partial reimbursement as when you pay nearly $3,300 for a new sectional, you dont expect it to arrive damaged and you surely dont expect the company who sent you a damaged product to expect you to repair it yourself - that was perhaps the most insulting part. Ultimately, both I and the AM Home Delivery Team that delivered the sectional sent photos of the damage to the Poly & Bark team. They should have all the information/evidence at this point to provide clear/direct answers and a speedy resolution - really tired of getting bounced around & receiving mixed information.

Such a secret hidden gem with TONS of furniture options! Everything is basically half off from their website and they have a huge selection.Open Wednesdays and sundays each week! No frills warehouse vibe with really great staff, who are friendly and helpful…especially with problem solving how to get an oversized mirror to my house. Whatever is on the showroom floor is what you get. I visit when I need to find reasonably priced yet well designed pieces without searching endlessly on the internet or in vintage shops. The whole logistic situation and delivery ruined the whole experience . I don’t even care about the quality of the leather sofa anymore, but since they are incapable to commit for a delivery on time ( has been delayed by weeks ) . Then after multiple back and forth with the logistic department it was agreed a time slot for delivery with white glove service . None of this happen . They delivered 2 hours earlier with a screaming delivery team screaming at me over the phone that they would leave if no one was there in the next 10 mins . ( this is a vacation home where I was not on site there that day of delivery and relied on my house manager ) . They refused to take the empty crate even though it was agreed and paid for .For their lack of professionalism I will stay away from this company . My house manager had to beg them to do the job and tip them to make it happen . Still half job done no matter what. It was my worst nightmare .
