Yesterday, I had the first Annual service and my vehicle looks AMAZING! Anthony, excellent work!Last year, I brought my vehicle to them for ceramic coating and even though I owned my 2022 for only a few months, the paint was already beginning to spider web. So, I added the paint correction service as well. The result was awe inspiring! The endless depth of my black base coat is reminiscent of outer space, making all the metallic flakes shine like stars, not to mention the mirror-like finish!

Yes, I bought a black truck. Yes, the amount of dust and dirt that showed on it for the first few weeks I had it drove me CRAZY, and I was super paranoid about getting rock chips in my paint. Problem solved. I found Polished Protection through word of mouth and then I watched all of their YouTube videos. Sold.I got the paint correction done to remove all of the tiny swirl marks from when the dealer detailed my vehicle. I also got the full front end clear bra to protect from rock chips and the gold package ceramic coating to make keeping my truck clean super easy. Yes its only been a couple of days but Im more than pleased with how good my Bronco looks.Lily and everyone at Polished Protection were great and made the whole process super easy. November 24, 2020: I took in my 2019 Dodge Challenger Hellcat to Polished Protection for its first Annual Inspection today after getting the XPEL Stealth full car paint protection film and the Ceramic Pro Gold exterior package last year.They continue to amaze!My car looked just as good, or even better, than the first time I saw it after taking delivery last year. They, again, left the impression that they take really good care of your car like if it was their own.Just like any film installed on a car, it is susceptible to lifting and curling, which often happens when you install a two dimensional film to a three dimensional object. After showing them a few areas that I had concerns about, they attempted to remedy it, but eventually insisted that I bring my car back so that they can reinstall the film again.The employees at Polished Protection are an absolute class act. Within the next year, after I special order my F350, the first thing I am going to do is to tell the dealership not to touch it. I will bring it to Polished Protection so they can work their magic again.February 28, 2022: My special order 2022 Ford F-350 finally came in. Xpel Stealth paint protection film, Xpel Prime XR Plus tint all around, including moonroof, ceramic coating inside and outside, paint correction, and wheels off ceramic coating were done to the truck. While the vehicle only had ~200 miles on it, they were able to deliver a result that looked BETTER than the day I first picked up my vehicle! Pretty bad experience here. Took my new BMW for a front PPF install. The ppf started lifting in places and when I took it back they wouldn’t repair it and instead wanted to charge me more to fix it. Went to a different Xpel installer shop and showed them the work that Polished Protection did and they said they could see how bad the job was. I would definitely recommend people go to a different place with better standards of work for PPF installs cause it’s not cheap so it should be done properly.

I was referred by a wonderful friend about this place and she said they were the best - I couldn’t agree more! From beginning to end they are so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They are the real deal, professionals and know exactly what they are doing.I came in for PPF, Tint, Paint Correction and Ceramic Wrap for my brand new car, Tesla S. I mentioned ceramic coating to a friend and he suggested I check out Polished Protection in Signal Hill. After a little online research, PP looked promising but, after meeting with Lily for a quick tour of the operations, I was sold. First, Lily is fantastic! Not being too familiar with the benefits of color correction or ceramic coating, Lily took her time explaining all to make sure I was comfortable with the process.I scheduled an appointment for later that week. In the interim, I called back more times than Id like to admit, adding and deleting services. Again Lily was great, patiently reviewing and amending my requests.End of the day, PP completed a color correction, ceramic coating and interior tint job. We love Nick and his team. They are the best and most professional detailers we have found in SoCal, and we have taken all of our vehicles to them over the years. Awesome job on my car. They did a paint correction first to remove all the swirls and then full car ppf with ceramic over that. Car looks great. Havent needed to wash it yet but I expect washes will also be super easy now and dont have to worry about chasing new swirls in the paint.The ppf is self healing too, so if there are any small marks on it, a couple hours in the sun heals it right up!They had the car for 5 days to do everything, and I had a follow up visit a week or two after to make sure everything looks OK. They also offer an annual checkup visit (not required if you get full body ppf).I think the best part is the responsiveness by Lily. Was able to get everything done by text, and any questions are typically answered very quickly (even on weekends!)

Went in looking for ideas on how to best protect my newly purchased Supra and I’ve got to hand it to them, they nailed it. Went with the Full front end PPF as well as the Gold Package Ceramic Pro. The car was dropped off on Tuesday and I picked it up Friday the same week. I read the review about the guy not being told that his car would require an annual review and I just wanted to point out that I was told about it. I was also given the option to pay all 5 years up front for a discount. The annual review also pays for them putting on another layer of ceramic pro. Im not going to lie. I thought it was expensive but now that I think about it and having done my research. The pricing was very competitive. It was also a great investment because I save sooooooo much time when washing my car. I go to a local (do it yourself) car wash on Paramount Blvd and Artesia Blvd and I use their blow dryer at the end. My car looks 100x better than my wifes (newer) car after a 15 minute wash. I NEVER touch my paint unless I feel that it needs a quick detail which is once every 10 washes.Sucks to hear about the other guys (5 months ago) experience but mine was quite the opposite. I plan to get a Ford Raptor and I hate to admit that I will probably end up paying for the ceramic coating again because it does make life easier in the long run and the paint looks fantastic when Polished Detail is done with it.

Polished Detail exceeded all of my expectations! I had the Ceramic Pro Gold package applied to my 2017 F-Pace. So many places in SoCal lack customer service that it has unfortunately become the new normal. Not the case at Polished Detail. During the initial estimate/consult Nic took the time to explain the benefits of the Ceramic Pro coating, as well as the limitations to set realistic expectations. He also went over maintenance/care of the coating. Mel in the office has one of those great personalities that makes you feel welcome at the shop and dealing with her makes you smile. I got the coating so I wouldnt have to wax my car every 6 months, but I was blown away by the results. The F-Pace has a noticeably brighter shine, which amazed me since it is white. It looks even better than when it left the showroom. Nano coatings are expensive so I was leery of which/who to go with. I chose Polished Detail because of the number of positive reviews on Yelp, they have them for good reason. I will definitely be back because of the great job and great customer service; they’ve won me as a customer for life.…. The only negative thing about Polished Detail is that they aren’t located in Redondo Beach anymore!

BUYER BEWARE!! I initially took my brand new vehicle (one month new) there for the sole purpose of getting four scratches out (damaged while on dealer lot and I did not trust dealer to get scratches out without further damaging the paint). The girl (Sarah) who inspected my vehicle told me I would need a two stage ($549) or even three stage ($895) paint correction to get the four scratches out and get the haze out of the paint (remember this vehicle is one month new). I told her I just wanted the scratches out and was not looking to get the whole car done. I stated I was not looking to pay almost $900 to get four scratches out. Sarah stated they could do a two stage on the whole car and if that did not get the scratches out the could do a three stage just on the scratches. I expressed my concerns as to if they could get the scratches out? Sarah called someone (later was told it was the owner), felt the scratches with her finger nails, and told me it should not be a problem, they have gotten deeper scratches out. I made my appointment (two weeks out) for the paint correction and was happy they were going to fix my car and did not seemed concerned about doing to job. While waiting for my appointment I began to look into Ceramic coating (figured I wanted to protect my fixed paint job and being the car was brand new). They offered the Gold package (four coats of Ceramic with one coat of Ceramic light with a lifetime warranty for and additional $1190). While very expensive, if figured I did not have to spend the extra money to repaint parts of the car, since they were fixing the scratches, and they boast how you never have to get your car waxed again, saving you money. What they dont tell you up front is this. Once you get your car ceramic coated and pick the car up, they tell you to not get it wet or wash it for 14 days while the Ceramic coating cures (Of course it was due to rain in a couple of days when I picked the car up). They boast the product to be highly scratch resistant (video even shows them marking the coating and wiping away the marks not leaving any scratches), yet when I picked it up they did not even want me touching the paint and when I brought it back for the first wash, after 14 days, they said dry the car with air (like forced air blowing out the exhaust of a shop vac) and did not recommend hand wash or drying, just touchless wash or foam gun pressure wash -which they charge $44.95 for a wash). After drying, if there are any spots that need any detail spray (have to use a special spray like Throttle) they say do not apply any pressure to the rag on the surface of the paint and let it glide across as to not scratch the Ceramic coating. You have got to be kidding me! Also, and very important, they tell you afterward that the vehicle must be brought in once a year for an inspection, and if you fail to bring it in (at any point) for the inspection your lifetime warranty drops to a 5 yr warranty. Come to find out the inspection is $200.00!They do not have prices listed inside the business. Why would anyone think an inspection would cost $200! Seems more like a scam to make you think you paying for a product with a lifetime warranty only to find out you have to pay $200 a year to keep your warranty. Lastly, when I went to pick up my car, two of the biggest scratches did not come out at all. In fact, one (on the door) was even more noticeable than when I dropped it off). When I asked Sarah why no one called me to tell me they could not get the scratches out (the whole reason I brought the car to them in the first place) when they were doing to work, she did not have an answer for me. She called the shop manager (In Vegas at SEMA) who I spoke to over the phone. The manager told me he was at the casino tables and had to go and could not talk to me any longer (How rude). Bottom line, owner said he did not think he should call to state they could not get scratches out before applying Ceramic coating. Buyer beware!!!!

Nick performed complete paint correction on my 1997 Porsche 911 Carrera S, and finished the car off with Ceramic Pro Gold Package. I cant believe at the difference in not only color and shine, but how easy it is the keep the car clean! Water and dirt just beads off! Its incredible!
