I would like to give Podium Construction higher than a 5 star if I could. The process was extremely easy from start to finish with them and very professional. Starting with sharing my vision for what I needed to finish product was perfect. Breanne helped get the process started and Garrett followed through with coming to my house on time and explaining exactly what I would see end result. Having a background in construction, I knew Podium were the right choice. If you’re looking to have a reputable company install Alumawood on your home, I would strongly recommend using Podium. Their team worked until the job was complete, even in the rain going above and beyond expectations. Thank you Podium again for the professional install, and now I can enjoy my backyard even more!

They are so good doing their job ! I was impressed already with the transparency of the website about the full process and also they have financing! We are very thankful! May 21 was the big day that Podium Construction installed our large patio cover, which includes 2 large fans and 6 LED lights. The team, Jakob and Brent, were on time and spent a full day making sure everything was perfect. They even took a half hour at the end to clean up, which we appreciated - it was spic and span and beautiful. They were professional and hard working - and we love the results. The office manager, Breanne, is fantastic - very responsive and helpful. The estimate was done by Garrett. Professional and personable. He used a laser device for accurate measurements. He even took a video. The cost is very reasonable for the quality you receive. This is a professional company providing professional results. My family and I are very happy with our patio cover. I highly recommend Podium Construction. Thank you Breanne, Garrett, Jakob and Brent!

🚨Phenomenal Company🚨 Garrett, Breanna, and team surpassed my expectations. I orginally found out about Podium Construction on Facebook Marketplace. Breanna was able to give me a rough estimate on a patio, based off the dimensions and electrical work. Oh, and she replied to all of messages on Saturday night, when she was off the clock. The price was MUCH lower than the other patio companies. We decided to have an in-person visit, which is what sealed the deal.Garrett showed up on time, and laid out the plans for our patio in our backyard. We were able to see where the placement on poles, lights, and fans would be. The consultation was much more personable than any of the other companies we recieved quotes from.Lastly, installation was within a week. A 3-man team came out and installed a 15x27ft patio in 7 hours. The best part is, they left the area cleaner than we orginally had it. They were very friendly and clearly explained all maintenance needed for our shiny new patio. I HIGHLY recommend this company!!!

Soooo....this happened yesterday!! I hired Podium Patio/ construction to build me a functional patio cover! Garret the owner is SO HONEST!! He has stellar reviews! They are out of Menifee. And Garrett drove all the way to my house in Escondido to give me a free estimate! Came back in 1 week and Garrett and his 3 man crew built this in a day. Him and his crew are so nice, professional and POLITE!! I bought this house in 2017, and have always wanted a patio cover. Ive learned an important lessen going through this cancer! You only live once, and our time here is short! So if it makes you happy, just do it!! I may never go back in the house haha..Led lights are included! I had to purchase the fan, but Garrett installs it. Other than buying this house, this is THEE best thing Ive ever spent my money on!! Garrett also installed a dimmer, so I can control the brightness of the lights! Its pure enjoyment 😁 Breanne and Garrett have top notch communication throughout the entire process!! 😁😁. If yall need a patio cover...Garrett at Podium Patio/construction is your man! They also help with finance!!

Very professional, on time and got the job done quickly! One of the main reasons I went with Podium Construction was the electrical for the ceiling fans and lights. I had many quotes and everyone wanted to take the easy route and tap off my existing electrical plug outside. Garrett and his team took the time to go into the attic and run the line, making it look very professional. They made the process very easy and upfront. Recommend them to anyone looking to get a patio cover.

We have had such a great experience with Garrett and his team! We received multiple quotes from a lot of different businesses to install our alumawood patio cover, and Garrett seemed the most professional and made us feel the most comfortable with this expensive endeavor. Besides that, his prices beat all the rest!He came out and discussed all the options with us and made sure we knew exactly what we were getting and exactly what to expect. He was extremely polite and down to earth, and it was obvious he knew his stuff. A nice touch during the quote was the little rubber markers he had to lay out across our concrete slab so we could really visualize where the posts, lights, and fans would be. We decided on 6 LED lights, 2 fan hookups (once we decide on fans they will be ready to go!), a GFI outlet and an additional outlet up top for future string light options.They came out early and finished the job in one day, with no hassle and quality work! They got started with a smile and ended with a smile! We got a complete overview of what to expect in different situations and how to get hold of him if we have any questions in the future. We couldnt be more happy with what we received, both in quality and in price. These guys go above and beyond in what they do and are definitely worth the call!!If youre looking for an honest, professional, efficient, and reasonably priced company to go with- look no further. We will be recommending Podium Construction to anyone who needs their services in the future!!!

After conducting my research for a patio cover installer, Podium Construction stood out from the rest. Simply because I was looking to have my patio cover installed ASAP and the other companies availability were 3-4 weeks out. Additionally, i read one of Podium’s Google review which Podium Construction installed a patio cover in only 3 days. I couldn’t believe it. So I called Podium Construction on Wednesday, filled out their online form with my patio area measurements which was very easy, and convenient. I saw a post on Facebook from Podium Construction having a holiday deal for Alumawood Patio Cover so I went ahead and sent them a quick message through messenger. They got back right away and gave all the information I was asking for pricing and financing. When we finally decided to do it, everything was done through text, email and phone. Sent them the photos they needed and then they emailed me back with all the paperwork’s I needed. Estimate and quote was done within half a day without anyone coming out to the house. Brianne was the one handling all the paperwork from drawings, contact and city permit - all done in “DocuSign - electronically”. Then Garrett’s crew came in the following week with all the materials to start the job. Garrett introduced himself to me and explained everything. With just a three man crew, they finished my 40’x’ Patio in a day. I’m really particular when it comes to work being done and I’m telling you they’re workmanship is TOP NOTCH!!!! No complaints, everything is tight, nicely done and looks good!!!! Garrett gave us a good deal and a very nice looking Patio that everyone is complementing!I highly RECOMMEND - PODIUM CONSTRICTION INC.!!! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rating for me and two 👍👍’s up!!! Garrett, Breanne and their team did a great job from day one. When they first came to give us a quote, they came more prepared than any other person we had provide quotes for us. These 2 came with cones, markers all to give us a good visual of what they would be doing, not just a measuring tape and a clipboard. Took many pictures and videos to provide within our estimate so we can thoroughly review and know what we were getting. Breanne did an excellent job of following up with us with any questions we might have had.They provided the best quote, and best of all, we didnt have to wait 4-6 weeks to them to get material, they had it all ready! When we gave them the green light, they scheduled us in within days, and got the job done quickly, professionally and left no mess behind.I had a few questions throughout the day and Breanne was very quick, knowledgeable and helpful. I had a patio cover built by Podium construction a few days ago and they were great to work with. Brianna in the office was very professional and helpful. Garret came out to my house on time and went over pricing and options with me and the next day I gave him the ok to build my project. His guys showed up the following day just like discussed and his guys build my cover that day. They left my yard absolutely spotless. Prob cleaner then it was when they got there. Garrett @ Podium Const. the owner & his team did a masterful job on our new Alumawood patio. Garrett was precise with his payout & expiation at his first quote appt. No one else does that! He broke down everything on quote & what you may add. The job was done in one day even though they had a special application to my house. Clean up was as precise as install. Garrett used touch up paint on minor scratches with left me with paint sample kit. WHO DOES THAT ?? !!! GREAT JOB OVERALL.

I never write a review, but Garrett and his team were amazing!!! From the day Garrett stop by and explained us regarding the patio and every single detailed took his time to show us what will go where. He wasn’t rushing at all and stayed for few hours and took his time. We had looked around and got several quotes but nothing beats his quote. Him and his team finished the work in 1 day and were very professional they cleaned up after as well and left not even one mess. The team arrived a little ahead of time & ready to go! Each one knew what they were doing and got it done. They were polite, quiet working, stayed past dark, came back the next morning to finish cleaning up & installed the fans. All furniture back in place showed me how to operate the remotes for fans and left everything neat & tidy. The paperwork both prior to installation and after was very professional, I’d be remiss not to mention his two gals handling office details. They hand delivered twice ( pre instillation & final papers) plus they set up my permit inspection date which was set up for and completed the next day!Cannot say enough good things about Podium Patio Covers & Garrett Mc Cloud!
