Plumbing doctor is an excellent place to call when you have a plumbing problem! I called and scheduled an appointment and Paul arrived on time and was very courteous! Plumbing is a tough job and this young man has patience of an angel. He did excellent to get our draining unclogged. There was a lot involved and he did it all in a very well mannered way. Very patient and he left everything in its place! We need more people like him that are considerate and does a very well job! Thank you Paul and thank you for a work so well done! God bless you !!

David Suarez did an amazing job and was extremely professional, Its always such a relief when I see him on my site as I know things will be fixed correctly in a timely manner!I am the maintenance supervisor at garden west one apartments in Yuba City. I reached out to Plumbing Doctor because my bathtub was not draining. This had been an ongoing problem since I purchased my house two years ago. I explained that I had another company come out and unclog the drain a few months ago, but the problem continued. Paul, the technician, identified that the old cast iron pipes under the tub needed to be replaced with plastic pipes. After accepting an extremely fair quote, Paul got started the next morning. A few hours later, they were done and my tube is draining perfectly. Paul was extremely knowledgeable, determined the root of my issue, and provided a long-term solution. I am very grateful for the hard work. Thank you Paul!!

Call plumbing doctor last min for plumbing issues for our school campus. With it being graduation and toilets not flushing, plumbing doc sent their field tech David & Nathan, they arrived and helped fix the issues in a reasonable time. David was very knowledgeable and explained what the issues.could be and how they were going to address them. I would definitely call back for any other plumbing issues concerns questions.

We had a leaky inlet for hot water at our kitchen sink. Not bad but something we didnt want to let sit too long. Called Plumbing Doctor on Monday morning and Tuesday morning Paul was at our door ready to get the leak taken care of. He was fast, respectful of our cats, and before I knew, the job was complete. I highly recommend the Plumbing Dr. I had a clogged kitchen sink. I called at 8:30am and they told me they had an opening between 12 and 2pm. David called me around 10:30am and said he could be there in 10 min. I left work and he was there just after I got home. He unclogged the drain in about 15 min. Did it without making a big mess and cleaned up what littke he made. David was very friendly and professional. He put booties on to protect our floors and even had booties on the wheels of the power snake. Thank you for the outstanding service.

Called because we couldnt get the main to our house shut off so my husband could fix the shower. Within an hour David and Nathan were here for a free quote when other places wanted 49.95 to come give a quote. They were reasonably priced and explained it to us. Replaced all the pipes surrounding the main gateway valve and the sprinkler shutoff valve within a couple hours. We called them back the next day when we realized the shower was not as easy to fix as we expected. They were here. Fixed it. And left it clean like they were never here. Highly recommended.

We had a major blockage in our pipes that caused water to back up in the toilet and shower. The plumbing doctor was flexible with our schedule needs and Paul was at our home on time the very next day. It was pouring rain outside and Paul diligently worked 3 hours fixing one toilet and getting rid of whatever was stuck in our sewer line. Paul was professional, informative, and maintained a positive attitude even though it was pouring rain and Im certain the job was taking longer than he hoped. These people are most professional and HONEST I have ever encountered! We called to change the hoses on our washing machine. Spots were getting on my husbands shirts! I contacted the Plumbing Doctor at 7:47am and spoke with the owner who assured me he would have someone call me back in 15 min. At 7:56am I received a call from a lovely lady, Brianna. Who set up an appointment for me between 8am - 10am. The techs (Richard and Paul) arrived around 815am or so. They asked me questions and immediately knew what to do. We are careful about what goes down our kitchen sink but it completely stopped draining...dishes started piling up...on a weekend! Called Plumbing Doctor and got a 6PM appointment. Richard and trainee Paul finished early and called us to ask if they could come over and they arrived 3 hours ahead of schedule. I had a small issue with a kitchen drain. Normally this is something that I would take care of myself. But, as it turned out it was over my head. I called the night before made an appointment kind of. I didnt get a specific time. Just the same they arrived with in the window they promised. Noticed a water spot on the kitchen ceiling and called another company in Yuba City (I wont names the company), but $600 later and and not much done, it still leaked. Left multiple messages and voice mails with no response from them (like they were avoiding us)! I called Plumbing Doctor and they had someone out in about 30 minutes. The plumber gave me his diagnosis and we scheduled for repair just two days later. Tanis and Marco fixed the leak and did a great job on patching the hole and even texurized it. No more leak! Mikey came out after the pilot on my 5 year old water heater had gone out twice and the manufacturer recommended o have it professionally inspected. Tanis did the most amazing job throughout the entire process of moving my tub drain and moving plumbing in the wall for a bathroom remodel. I have done business with this company for drain line clogs a few times now, and I have signed up for their customer care program for discounts and priority service. Yesterday I discovered that our kitchen sink line had a clog that was beyond the P Trap and called to schedule a service call. They were very busy and it was only two sinks and the dish washer that were backed up because they are on the opposite side of the house from everything else, so I agreed to a next day appointment. Today, I had to be at work, so my wife had to deal with the plumber. I was surprised when I saw that we had been charged $235 for snaking the pipe, which had been a service I paid $98 for in the past, so I called the company. I had to call twice before I received a return call. Ron explained that because he ran the snake through the sink line instead of the clean-out, it cost more, although it should have been less than what we were charged because he did not take into account the customer care membership at the time of service. I argued that the extra charge was ridiculous for the level of service required and that he could have gone through the clean-out anyway. He did not agree with me but did agree to adjust the charge to keep my future business. All other times Ive dealt with them were simple and quick and I confirmed the cost before the service. In the future I will make sure that I speak with the plumber before the service is performed instead of allowing someone else to handle it.

Ron came to our house to take a look at some copper tubing on the bottom side of our dishwasher that had been leaking. Ron quickly diagnosed the malady, phoned me to describe in detail is presicribed course of action.With my approval (after a thorough and detailed explanation by Ron) Ron went to work not only repairing the deficiency, he installed new flex tubing that will stand the test of time... and maintenance.Ron is a total professional and did an outstanding job - a tremendous asset to the Plumbing Doctor.

Had a pretty clogged kichen sink drain that I was unable to fix. I called Plumbing Doctor and Plumber Will came out the same day. He was right on time, and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He quickly determined that a second plumbing issue I had was realated, and was able to fix both problems at the same time. He took time testing to make sure the problem was solved and provided information on how to prevent the issue in the future. Would definitely use the same service in the future.

We initially called on a Sunday afternoon since our washing machine drain overflowed and was clogged. They were too booked up, but due to our family schedule, we had them come out Wednesday.Ron and Jess came out to our house for the service call. They were here for about an hour taking the drain apart and snaking out the drain system in that part of the house.The drain works better than ever. It also seems that the main drain is working better since the laundry is very close to the main clean out.We ended up buying the 3 year membership and will be using The Plumbing Doctor again.

Will and Ron were fantastic and we will definitely call Plumbing Doctor Yuba City again for plumbing needs. Very happy with the professionalism of the Plumbing Doctors. Came to my house late at night and returned the next day. Ron and Jess searched our rafters, bathroom and pipes to find the leak. Jess and Mat came out because our kitchen sink and laundry room sink were backed up. I tried everything I could to unclog it with my auger but it was a failure. When I opened the door, I was surprised to find a woman (Jessica) who introduced herself and then her male companion (Mateo). When I showed her the problem, she crawled under the kitchen sink, checked, took some pictures, diagnosed the problem. After going for the required parts, the two quickly returned and Jessica installed the parts to end the leak, again taking a picture to demonstrate the repair. When I asked about another plumbing task, Jessica described how I could do it myself. Jessica was enthusiastic about her work and clearly enjoyed the opportunity to share with me how I could do something as well. It was refreshing to encounter a woman doing a job traditionally held by men. I hope seeing Jessica will encourage other women and girls to consider non-traditional occupations. Ron and Jess gave us a quote to replace a 40 gallon water heater in the garage. The new tank would need new fittings on top and to be raised on a stand. They came within the time frame expected. I requested an AOSmith water heater. It took longer than expected because the water would not drain out due to all the settlement in the tank and because they had to buy a new part because of a leaking valve. They were courteous, efficient, and did not get mad when I turned on the hot water in the house. Ron said it was OK to turn on the cold water but I did not ask if it was OK to turn on the hot water. By turning on the hot water, water ran out since the pipe was not yet connected. I will be hiring them again to check on other plumbing issues

In our most recent plumbing disaster, that left the bathroom flooded and having to be renovated (toilet, shower and sink) due to the main line collapsing. They havent even done any work yet and they already get 5 stars. Why? Because they called me back after a devastating financial blow with our gas line within our house. My dad died 2 years ago from a heart attack in his sleep and my mother is currently dealing with stage 4 breast cancer. She has two tumors in her brain, tumors on her liver, and shes on borrowed time. But when I called PG&E the guy said there was a leak, and that he was turning off the line. The PG&E guy apologized profusely but I understood. I called another company in the area who wanted to charge $30 just to talk to us, and so I called the Plumbing Doctor. The man came out and he was super nice as well as honest with us. When he told me the cost I was floored, broken, devastated. I apologized for wasting his time and thanked him for his visit. He called back a short time later to say they would help us out while providing us with a financing option that works perfectly. I work really hard, over 40 hours a week, but my income goes to taking care of my mom. I do not really have extra cash laying around for something like this. We had an emergency at 6:30 am and I remembered seeing one of their service vehicles in the area in the past, I looked them on the internet and called...the emergency operator was extremely pleasant and within 20 minutes I received a call from the technician. He said hed be here asap i asked what did that mean and he said approx. an hour...sure enough within that time he was here to address the problem. Ron the technician was extremely personable, courteous, efficient and extremely informative as to the companys one time fee for a service program; and how we could be able to save on a once a year free trouble shooting of plumbing concerns and a free video service to detect any broken lines etc. Also, on how we would be able to save on service calls and labor costs, which my wife and I have plans on taking advantage of after the first of the year!
