My wife broke her back glass and called Rail at 10:30 pm because Google says he opens till 11:30 pm. Sure enough he picked up. Made an appointment the next day and got the phone fixed in 3 hours at a very reasonable price. I don’t have a before picture but the phone looks very good after the repair.

The absolute Best customer service -answers the phone in literally 2 rings or less is always available to help and is extremely personable, warm, and friendly!! Fixed iPhone 11 screen which was completely unusable in less than 10 minutes and did it right in front of us and everything was the total price of everything was extremely affordable!! So so happy we found Plug Phone Fix! If we ever have another broken phone in the future this will be the only place we will go to! Amazing service and very friendly and professional. Went out of his way to find us when I accidentally ended up at the wrong building. Very quick and efficient as he’s being doing this for over 10+ years. Listens to Kendrick Lamar which already makes him amazing. Couldn’t recommend him enough. Best part is that when my phone didn’t accept the new screen, he fixed it same day free of charge.

My iPhone camera was damagedI called late afternoon and the young lady was very straight forward with her answer.Later on she called me back and asked me to stop by her office, so she would like to check my phone at no charge.Nothing further from the truth.Shes very friendly and started to work on my phone and she explained the extent of the damage to my phone and 20 minutes later and less than a $ 100.00 bucks my phone was like new.I was so impressed with the service that I made a quick run to my house to comeback with an old iPhone (x) and in a flash the old iPhone X was like new.This is the spot for my future needs regarding phone repairs.Highly recommended.

I recently took my iPhone to Plug Phone Fix for a back glass repair, and it turned into an absolute nightmare. My phone was working perfectly fine before, and I only needed the glass repaired.However, when I picked up my phone after the supposed repair, I noticed my phone was in SOS mode, completely losing its cellular connection. This was a huge inconvenience as I rely on my phone for work and daily communication. I have to acknowledge that Plug Phone Fix attempted to address the issue by contacting my cellular carrier and by keeping my phone for an extra 2 days to try to solve the issue.However, despite their attempts, my phones issue remained unresolved, and the cellular connection was still lost. To my surprise and disappointment, they ultimately refused to take responsibility for the problem. They claimed it wasnt their fault, even though it was clear that the phone stopped working after their so-called repair. My phone carrier also made me aware that my cellular connection failure was likely caused by their repair.Adding to my frustration, Plug Phone Fix operates on a cash-only basis, which raises suspicions about their legitimacy. I was only made aware of this after the “repair” had been made. The lack of accountability and their unwillingness to acknowledge the issue casts a shadow on their professionalism and integrity.This experience has left me frustrated and out of pocket without a functioning phone. I would strongly caution others against using their services. They failed to fix my phone, failed to take responsibility for the damage they caused, and their cash-only policy adds another layer of skepticism to their operation.

At first we were kinda scared of the place cause it was a big building with no signs whatsoever but we called a couple times and the guys seemed very nice. We got there and it was kind of confusing but he told us the room number (820 H) and the guy greeted us. Needed my husbands phone repaired that same day and was not only offered same day services but also AT HOME services. Come on!
