Worst experience I had at this store. Withdrew cash from the ATM and found one of the bills damaged then I quickly informed the store manager Jose Garcia who immediately accused me of theft. He claimed I swapped the damaged bill myself. I was slandered and I never got my money back until a week after i made a complaint.

I stopped going to the pls onarine and prairie because everybody was ALWAYS rude and NEVER willing to help. This location has staff that are above and beyond. This location is hands down the best PLS branch I’ve been to. The customer service is always professional. The store manager Jose is always pleasant and helpful. Everyone there is always making sure the line is moving and that the customers are served in a timely manner. My favorite agent is Detra. She gets you taken care of and if there is any issue she is going to do her best to solve your problem. I drive an extra 15/20 minutes just to go to this location. Inglewood PLS is LIT !

The only place I really trust with my pay checks and other money services. Staff, from top to bottom, are extremely helpful, kind and always greet customers upon arrival. There isnt any place I can really get service of that caliber, come to this spot!

The person who served me named Ashley working on the second window to the left of the main customer entrance 7/31st night, was poor service. I have ASPD and this was not the service Iwas looking for. If there can be training for customers service because she asked why did I have 2 last names. My Id is on record and I had to ask is there a problem do you need to see my ID? She said actually I do. She was very distracted by a male customer who she was clearly not serving. I will not be coming back to this location. I have been a PLS customer for years and never encountered bad service im always greeted and made sure my transaction went smoothly, but not here thank you Ashley next time consider that there is actully people who have mental issues and would like warming and considered better service my check was clearly a disability check.

This is the worst place ever only 2 windows open in a place full of staff, and the staff are so incompetent I took about an hr and a half waiting for my check to cash even had my contacts number for them to verify from them made me wait for a manager for a 15 min more and just for them to tell me I can’t cash it there... this place needs to shut down or change your staff because if you know it can’t be cashed there don’t let people waste their time contacting people if it can’t be done

Detra@ Lawndale location is do awesome but needs more support to build a strong crew for location.London @ century location by lax is incredible. The staff there answer the phone calls and answer our questions. Manger, always smiling. I travel to do my transactions at the century location because of the professional service.

Customer service can not get any crappier when it comes to this place had to drive back 2 times because Margarita I guess the shift manager said they cant help me out with my situation bit customer service said other wise so I had to call back to let them know she refused to help me out again! So they made a report on her and the location she gave me an attitude and laughed when I stepped out the facility very unprofessional. I had customer service on the line while she was giving me an ugly face from the counter and they still couldnt believe she refused to help me and I came with a great attitude she ruined my day!!!!! And wasted my gas!
