Ive referred Charlie to numerous businesses with IT Support needs down on the coast near Santa Monica and Thousand Oaks, everyone of them has echoed my thoughts and said what a pleasure he is to work with.

We have a chain of retail locations across LA plus our a HQ office in the South Bay. These guys have kept us running non-stop - knock on wood. The only downtime experienced was caused by ISPs serving our various locations. When it comes to emergencies they have been Johnny on the Spot. Highly recommended.
