Great experience! Service from check-in to check-out was great. I recommend that you get a prepaid breakfast when you book your room if you dont want to pay $25 for a full buffet. Very friendly staff at the front desk. Shout out to Sugar and Nicole for their awesomeness. And to Jocelyn and Teresa at the dining area. They were very attentive to the needs of their clients. Ill definitely stay here again!

Front desk staff were so helpful. I was traveling for business with a sprained ankle and a scooter and they were SO accommodating and always in a good mood. The breakfast was good, and the bartenders were great to chat with. The rooms were clean and comfortable!

I usually dont write reviews but the staff here was so amazing I feel I had to! We had last minute plans change on us and the staff was so accommodating. They allowed us to check in early and were so friendly to our kids. Amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel!

Check-in and check-out were smooth transaction, Forrest at reception and lady in snack room were awesome. Its a hassle with Wifi service, free unless not a bonvoy member. Despite having bonvoy number it never worked. Place is almost remote, only a shopping mall in 10 minutes walking distance. Breakfast buffet $25 is very pricey. No room service unless you request or every 3rd day for stay more than 3 days, but they never came to clean my room for stay over 3 days. Room is alright, hair dryer in bathroom is nasty, dirty. Bathroom shower is somewhat functional, very little water comes out.

Like what many have already experienced and shared, the staff at the Pleasanton Marriott is outstanding. The ladies at the front desk are not only charming, but very welcoming and considerate during my check in. The staff directed me to the M Lounge and asked to join them (figuratively), thanked me for my status, and suggested that I extend my late check out so that I didnt have to contact them, as needed. I even had my room upgraded, thank you!The hotel seems recently renovated. It looked new and it was clean with a large shower. My room (including bathroom) was spotless. Everything worked (i.e. no running toilet, rattling vents, leaking shower/sink, and no mildew/musky smell).The M Lounge was beautifully decorated, spacious, well-lit, and decently stocked.Best part is that this Marriott (with Lounge) doesnt charge for parking. Maybe its due to its location compared to those in the immediate Bay area. However, IMO, it was worth the short drive in lieu of paying for parking and reading all the positive reviews.

Very pleasant staff except one at the desk on am of the 29rh August.Horribly understaffed. Had to go to the desk when they would not answer the phone.The rooms were on the dark side. The hotel needs to be cleaned better.The buffet staff were very nice. The food was adequate. The sausages and fruit were the best part.

The rooms are clean and the hotel is nice. However, you can hear EVERYTHING. The pool is always busy and you can hear the people in your room, even on a high floor. You can hear the TV next door and people in the hallways. You can hear cars outside as well. Friendly staff, comfortable beds but the noise factor is a deal breaker.

Great location- close to freeways but felt quiet and secluded. Beautiful rooms with all the amenities. There was a very loud party for a wedding that took over the hotel lobby/ bar area as well as woke me up when returning to their rooms loudly in the corridor. But other than that my stay was very pleasant.

Bed is nice and comfy, and room is clean. There was no tea bags in the room, but when I requested some from the friendly staff they promptly gave us some. I wish the noise cancelation is better though as I can hear all the doors opening and closing, as well as people unlocking and closing their cars outside.

The glass on the br door allows light thru. The lights came on the first night and of course was too tired to turn off Nd got very little sleep.Buffet for breakfast definitely not worth the $25.The receptionist on our first night was delightful as was her counter part in the day. The young man the last day was a different story. It was all about what he could not do.

I reserved a room online with my credit card. When arriving the clerk asked how I would be paying? I handed her my debit card. Later when checking my bank transactions the payment was not there. I checked my credit card statement. There it was! They charged my credit card! So why did they take my debit card an what were they doing with it behind the counter. Very incompetent. I then asked them to recommend transportation to the Palm Event Center for a formal wedding we were attending which was just under 7 miles away. I called the taxi on the card that was recommended. When arriving at Event 7 miles away we were charged 60.00 dollars! Then 60.00 back to hotel 7 miles away! What a scam!!! Obviously the cab company an hotel worked together. We had to pay extra for wifi in 2023. The thermostat in room would not turn off. It was either blew cold or blew hot. I just wanted it off. It was also very loud. We had a wheel chair accessible room which was large an roomy. Beds comfortable. Went down to find something to snack on around 1am but no one around to take our money. We waited an waited. She finally showed up an was irritated that we were waiting for her. Not one smile from any of the desk clerks especially the graveyard clerk. The ice machine smelled so bad it obviously needed serious cleaning. Dont use the ice you may get sick. The smell was disgusting. I wont be staying here again. You should recommend a different cab company. Being charged 120.00 for 14 miles is short of robbery. Please teach your clerks to smile. A couple smiles would have helped me overlook the bad.

Not to bad of a hotel, but each room I stayed in definitely had its quirks.The ones facing the loading bay had spotty internet service at best.I would advise caution though if you plan on staying there, my coworker had his catalytic converter stolen, and license plates are regularly stolen.As there is no outside cameras, good luck getting your stuff back.

The HVAC system inside the rooms is really hard to get right. Too hot, then too cold...such a bummer to have a cheap system that ends up ruining the ability to get a good nights sleep.

Good hotel. Rooms are recently renovated. Minus a star because you can hear the neighbors TV through the adjoining door. There was a dangerous hair dryer plug that I left out with a note to remove from the rooms. Hopefully it is replaced and doesnt shock any future guests. Just be aware that ride shares to airport cancel/arent available. No shuttle to airports but they recommended a taxi service with no reviews online (questionable...). I found a local taxi service which I would recommend.

This is not like other hotels I have stayed in. They did not bring clean towels, change sheets, or replenish toiletries. Even when I asked after the second day we stayed for these things, they simply left a pile of towels on the bathroom counter. I had to walk down to the desk to ask for shampoo. Additionally the bathroom light was on a sensor that was triggered by opening the bathroom door. When we left the bathroom door open overnight, it turned on about every 2 hours. I would not recommend staying at this Marriott.When I told management, they offer me a few points on our membership but did not do anything to make up for the lack of service here at this location. I will not be giving them a second chance. My advice if you stay here is to bring your own toiletries!

I love this hotel. The staff are nice and the gym had really cool equipment including Pelaton machines. Our room had comfy beds and the service provided is extraordinary. Has good distance from attractions and cities like Oakland and the Coliseum. Use this hotel if you like Marriott Hotels and I recommend it.

Im a Mariott Bonvoy member and only stay at Marriott hotels and unfortunately, this is my worse Mariott experience ever.Our first night we had to park very at edge of parking lot since there was some party. Room service never answers. Front desk never answers.The in-room coffee is disgusting.For a supposedly 4 star hotel you receive a less than 3 star experience.I am very disappointed.

Our overnight at the Pleasanton Marriott was very enjoyable. The hotel was right off the highway and very easy to get into and back onto the road quickly. Our room was spacious and clean with plenty of towels and toiletries. The hotel was beautiful. The lobby was very nice, with plenty of tables and comfortable seating. The pool was open late and we enjoyed the hot tub as well. Only drawback was that we ordered in pizza and they wouldnt allow us to sit outside at the tables and eat. There were six of us and we ended up standing in our room in wet swimsuits to enjoy our late dinner. Most of the hotel staff was wonderful. Well stay here again if in the area.

Actually I was quite disappointed. We stayed here and paid a bit more because we thought, oh a Marriott will be nice. Ah no. First when we made the reservation we were told there would be complimentary breakfast. No instead it was $25 a person. 2nd the beds were tiny! I would think a Marriott would atleast offer queen beds. The shower was terrible. The water barely came out of the shower head. So I felt like I couldn’t even get soap out of my hair. There was one plastic cup in the room so I we had to share the cup for our sink water that had a weird taste. We had to keep asking for toilet paper and towels because there was one of each. I was very upset that I paid almost $100 more, rather then staying at the best western where I would have had free breakfast and double beds. I thought the Marriott would be much better. I was wrong!

I stayed here the past weekend . The location is off the freeway. It was pretty easy to find. It seemed like a smaller than most Marriott hotels.I booked a room via the Marriott app. Normally the room is paid in full. So I thought but Ill get to that in a minute. The parking was free. Which was absolutely awesome. The hotel seemed a little dated from the outside. It was somewhat isolated. Not much around around in walking distance .The hotel was busy and full of people . I checked in with an extremely friendly clerk. However, his co worker at the desk was not at all. The clerk asked for my card. Told me where my room was and I was on my way. Unfortunately, I was given a room on the first floor . The swimming pool and hot tub was outside my window. It was loud and I couldnt open my curtains because people could see inside my room. I heard screaming until 10 pm. When the pool closed.Upon checking my account . I notice the clerk charged more money than the app reflected . I called and was told it was a security deposit . He did not mention a security deposit at check in. When I asked if that is written somewhere he said no. I spoke to a manager he told me the same thing . They dont have to tell you about a $50 security charge. They hold the larger amount for a few days.Stay way from this place . That was extremely deceptive.Ive never had a hold placed on my account by any Marriott for days. Nor is it the standard to not tell a customer youre charging the room plus a security deposit. Ive booked rooms through the Marriott app numerous times. Ive never had any issues until this location.

This hotel has bed bugs, be warned. The front desk made no efforts to help the situation and simply offered Raid. We even asked multiple times if our rooms can be cleaned and they made no note of it. Ive stayed here pre renovation and post and all times were awesome. Ive never had a bad stay at this Marriott there reasonably priced and the deposits are flexible if youre traveling and say you need to use cash instead of wait for the return 3 to 5 days on your card. The amenities are spectacular and even the guests are upbeat, nice and happy every time Im here. We particularly love the customer service we received from TJ he is absolutely amazing! Had one of my most disappointing stays at a Marriott. Booked for 5 nights, instead left within 12hours of checking in and went to the Courtyard. I was planning on hitting Titanium member during this stay.Cons:1) was given ADA room, the large bathroom took over the room and there was no couch in the room.2) as platinum member, was told there was no upgrade and was given a room that overlooked the industrial rooftop3) bathroom has a shower at a 90° angel to the curtain so all the water sprayed outside of the shower and onto the bathroom floor, very unsafe, insanitary, and messy (see pic)4) showerhead was dirty, covered in grime/soap (see pic)5) toilet had insanitary poop marks6) floor had urine marks on bathroom floor (clearly it was not mopped)7) M Club lounge is disappointing, while it is open 24/7 the only snacks available late night (midnight) were packets of sugar and cream. There was a an orange I think. Fridge was empty with 2 sprites. There is no beer/wine/liquor. Plus there was leaking water all over the floor, slip hazard.8) pool was filled with kids (also running around overhead while I tried to sleep)Pros1) bed was very comfortable2) staff was polite3) check out was easy

Awesome hotel. Staff was super friendly at check in. She made us aware of all of our amenities prior to check in. Even went as far as telling us that there were teenagers that were being loud in the pool.(We wanted to use the hot tub) She let us know that her manager was out there looking into it and to wait about a half hour before we went down. Our room was very nice. It was clean bed was super comfy. We hit the hot tub about an hour after check put and had no issues. Everything was perfect!

Everything is great, except the complimentary wifi has not worked in 2 days, please fix.Correction: it may work, but before you can possibly enjoy free wifi, you have to agree to a 9.95 PER DAY charge. I have 3 devices, I am not going to risk 30.00 a day for my wifi!! They make you join their club, but to activate the account, I had to be online, which of course I was not! Very frustrating. The cheapest motel will gladly give you free wifi without any hassle and Marriott cannot?! How sad.

Staff was very polite and accommodating. Beds were comfortable, and rooms were clean and well maintained. The M lounge is a nice feature and the pool looked inviting even though I didnt get time to use it. The bar had a great whiskey selection of you are so inclined. The breakfast buffet was good. Not a huge selection, but good quality. Definitely worth the stay if you are in the area or traveling on a business trip.

Okay I guess as far as the room and overall condition of the hotel...its great. But on a corporate level not so great. Meaning I stayed here with a party. We had 23 rooms. I dont know and dont care if we received a discount for the rooms. We should have free breakfast. Some kind of extra treatment. I mean being on the road for 10 years and visiting many hotels and places of all standards I expect something. Usually thats what happens for a party this big. There was nothing at all. Lolol I mean I would. I wouldve given it all stars. Not that this matters anyway. But just giving a review.

Our stay at the Pleasanton Marriott was awful. The hotel was under construction and unfortunately we were not notified before we booked. Upon arrival we collected our keys and found the hallway to be covered in construction dust, pain splatters and plastic. The hallway was dark and had no lighting or signage pointing to the rooms. I went back to the front desk and was told no, that was correct. My husband and I yet again ended up in the construction zone and could not find the door that led to our rooms. Finally we asked the guy running front desk escort us to our room because we could not believe a hotel would have their guests walking under scaffolding and around tools to get to their room.The room was dingy and outdated with a view of some industrial ventilation. The walls had scuffs, and dents, the bathroom door didnt shut all the way and kept popping open, and the elevator smelled like weed constantly. Someone repeatedly tried to open our door throughout the night, and we found the peep hole in the door had been painted over so we couldnt even figure out what was going on.We travel for work frequently and this was absolutely our worst hotel experience to date. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, and we certainly will not be coming back to this location.

Update: Management at this hotel contacted me and followed up with my feedback. They assured me that rewards members should receive appropriate benefits and compensated me with rewards points for the error. It seems the customer service error was isolated. In sum, given that the room rate is affordable, the establishment is renovated (albeit walls still thin), and room size is average, I would still highly consider returning here if I am need a stay in the Pleasanton area.---------Average Marriott establishment. Rooms are renovated, clean, and modern. Price is affordable ($90 wedding rate). The walls are thin as expected from an older hotel. The room size is decent. The overnight staff that checked me in did not provide me the Marriott Rewards benefits that I usually receive with gold status. I provided this feedback to the day staff and the manager, but I have yet to hear back.

This place smells great. Good people service. Good free parking. Very very very close to the highway. Malls are also close. With no traffic you could be in SF or San Jose within 30 min. Also, its a nice looking hotel insideOn a side note, there was another guest on my floor who partied way too hard. We provided the Dj & photo booth service in the ballroom. Unfortunately, the whole area suffered a power outage. The staff really worked hard to keep things flowing under the circumstances. We eventually got power again to salvage the event. Ive done this place multiple times and I cant wait to come back.

I got married at a the Shannon Community Center and this hotel was literally a 4 minute drive down the same road. Location was convenient for my guests and I, especially after hours of partying. The room was a good size; we had a King sized bed and there was still a nice little couch if someone needed a place to stay. Nice shower, though I never like the hotel soaps and shampoo provided and this was no exception. Overall, would stay again, especially for the fantastic price!

Its a great place to stay. My room had a bedroom that was septated from the rest of the room. There was a kitchen that came supplied with glasses dishes and silverware it had a full size fridge with a built in ice maker. There’s is no microwave in the room. You have to go downstairs to use the one in the foods shop. The pool is a mess in the morning. Water bottles replenishment is slow in the gym. I used the Marriott app to request 3 towels, bathmat and other toiletries TWICE for another night, but the staff only gave 2 towels. Don’t understand what is the purpose of the app. Also, no complimentary breakfast. Very disappointed.

O ice unless you go to the front desk. Will 100% never ever return and the huge gathering we were contemplating for your establishment is obviously never happening. You could at least offer some type of consideration for the extreme annoyance. So disappointed. I know there will be words of consolation for our complaints but that is just air. Just Wow! Elevators felt/sounded like a death trap...doors opened/shut before elevator was done moving. Found it interesting there was also someone sleeping in the lounge with a pillow and blanket. Assuming they got kicked out of their room or something. Otherwise, I liked the choices of snacks available in the lounge. Rooms were neat and clean and service was friendly.

Very disappointing for a full service Marriott even though the employees said it’s not full service due to the pandemic 2 and a half years ago. Let’s move on like every other hotel chain.

This hotel is very nice. It is struggling to get out from under covid. They have a great bar with a fantastic bartender. Great chef who has a covid limited menu. The rooms are clean and well appointed. Pool area is very nice. Lots of parking. I will be back. Once this place breaks free of its post covid chains, it will be awesome. This hotel has amazing staff! My daughter left our Bose over the ear headphones in one of the drawers in our room which we didnt realize until about 2 hours after we checked out. Needless to say, I called the front desk and they immediately sent someone up to the room to look for the headphones and found them! I picked them up later that day and they had placed them in a nice bag with my name on it and even checked my ID. I cant say enough about their level of customer service.

Our stay for one night was great! We were checked in quickly by Abraham. He allowed us to change our room size to a double bed that was located on the third floor. The rooms were clean and comfortable. One down side to our stay was the noise level that could easily be heard from hallway to the room. Our room included breakfast (or additional $20 per person). The servers and kitchen staff were very friendly and prompt. The breakfast buffet located behind the bar of the main level included baked crossiants with muffins, hot oatmeal, scrambled eggs, bacon strips, fresh fruit, etc. We had a great breakfast experience before we checked out. Parking was easy and free (they advised to park in front because there was only one enrty). I would stay here again. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

I am a Marriott rewards member, we stay in a lot of different Marriotts per year. This Marriott is definitely one of the worst ever. I have stayed in other ones in the area and they were great. This one...STAY AWAY TERRIBLY!!!Loud! All Night you can hear the door slam me throughout the hotel hallway. Inside the room the smoke detector flashes super bright green lights throughout the night.The pool area is dirt the spa has low water level and was not clean. The fire pit was not working.OVER CHARGED! They double charged me for bar and kitchen food. They individually charged my card then also charged as a whole on my check out invoice. Could not explain were my deposits credit was from reserving the room months ago. Staff said we would have to speak with the manager. Although they didnt know what time the manager would be in.

Secondly, there are no garment bags or sanitizer wipes in the rooms as mentioned in the Marriott Bonvoy Tv Advertisement. My daughter and I stayed here during the Pleasanton Rage College Showcase soccer tournament. We stayed Friday and Saturday nights in a concierge level room (6th floor). The room was clean and had plenty of space. We had an extra player stay with us, so had a cot brought it that just fit. The location to the fields at Val Vista, Sports Park and Fallon Park was idea. Shopping and plenty of restaurants in the area made it easy to find things to do in our down time. While we didnt use the pool, it did seem to be very popular and well appointed. We had a great breakfast and enjoyed their fresh omelette bar the most.On the down side, our rooms A/C did not work at all during the last night of our stay. The hallway was easily 80 degrees during the day and while they seemed to fix that, the repair didnt extend to our room. They had only one ice machine for the entire hotel, and it was empty by noon. Weekend breakfast and coffee service doesnt begin until 7:00 which was quite late for all the families who had to be at their fields by then.

Food is less than desirable...takes a long time to receive and then each time it has been cold and wrong. My pillow cases had stains on them, the room was classified as non smoking but someone in the room around me has been smoking both legal and illegal substances and when I complained I was told they would look into it...three days later I am still smelling cigarette smoke. After a long drive and being lost, stuck in San Francisco traffic we couldnt find a place where we felt safe to stay. Our first stop was right off the freeway in Emeryville (Gross) big mistake. Just checked into my hotel. First thing they have me in 2 double beds, I choose online a king. This was fixed ASAP, which was great. Less then 10 minutes in my room and the fire alarm goes off. I was notified by employees on my floor that it was only a test and I did not have to leave my room. I confirmed this info with the front desk on the phone. There were 2 employees at the front desk, 2 employees that passed me while I waited for the elevator and 2 more employees once I got off at my floor, none of them mentioned a fire alarm test being done. I understand that they need to update their hotel but it is a large hotel and it makes no sense that they don’t confine construction to one half of the hotel and house guests in the other half and switch when appropriate. I arrived at 4:30 to some type of jack hammer on the other side of my wall. The restaurant was closed. They claim it was due to COVID but then why are other restaurants in the area open? I’m pretty sure it was due to construction. I had to walk down tarped floors to get to my room. Luckily I had a refrigerator in my vehicle so I grabbed a frozen meal to eat but then no microwave. I called the front desk and they had one sent up. It didn’t fit in the space that was designated for it so they moved it to the desk. Unfortunately the place to plug it in wouldn’t take the wattage so it kept blowing the circuit. Then they sent up an engineer who brought an extension cord and found a plug that would work. The first guy wanted to move it to the bathroom. Really?? The bed had no support so my back hurt all the next day and I had to drive for over nine hours. I will not be staying there again.

I had bugs in the room. I advised the manager who came up and offered no compensation for my inconvenience. She argues with me that its not a roach and frankly, I dont care what it is, it looks like a roach, and there were a few in my room!!! As I came down to use the computer, there was a guy sleeping on the couch by the computers with his pants halfway down. ( drunk?). Hes been here a good 20 plus minutes. Management is not on top of this hotel at all. I am a Marriott rewards member for two decades, have had events in the Marriott, and have stayed in Marriotts all over the world. I would not recommend this property. It may be time for Marriott to take the name off the building. Or they need to get new management and get it together. The check in staff was nice and she was efficient last night. Otherwise, I do not recommend this property at all. It has a bug problem as I experienced in my room. I left my room hours earlier than I planned as a result of the bugs. Disgusting. This is the same hotel I stayed out about 2 years ago and saw an active bed bug on the pillow. I was hopeful it had improved. no such luck.

The fitness center is very small but functional, and the WiFi may not be free depending on your package (which should be standard). The premium lounge was not nearly worth the money, and the free food nibbles there were not nice. You also need to pay for the wine in there which considering the cost of this special room access, should give you at least 1 or 2 glasses free.The beds were average and overall this is nowhere near a 4 star hotel. I stayed at Pleasanton Marriott on a Friday night after an event. I got the room through an Express deal on Priceline. We booked one room for two guests, they gave us two full size beds as opposed to two queen-size beds. Since it wasnt a big deal to us, we didnt decide to ask for a change, but we felt like it should have been specified to us what bed size are we going to get if not the standard 2 Queen. The rest of the facilities were beautiful and well kept. The gym was fairly big, with about 5 or so cardio machines and a good range of dumbbells. There were no other machines though. The beds themselves were a little bit worn down, and I could see some peoples backs being a bit achy, but aside from that the room was great and nice to be in. the high rating definitely comes from the fact that it is a value deal when I got it, and would not consider paying more than $100 a night for it.

Stayed here from July 22nd through the 26th and went to check on my car one night and found a jack near it and when I tried starting my car heard this terribly loud sound. I soon found that my catalytic converter was stolen. I asked the front desk if they could check the cameras. I was told they didnt have any cameras but had security guards. One of the worst Marriott I have ever stayed. First of all, I was staying there to attend a wedding. A group of us checked in and requested a joining room. One of the joining rooms was not ready, but was told that we will be able to check into the room later on. I was one of the bridesmaids and we realized the morning of the wedding that half of the guests (we rented out 1/4 of the entire hotel) had not received their welcome bags as we had been assured they would. When we called the front desk to ask them to deliver them, the response we got was, Ya, well, your guests were loud last night. When we asked if we could get a steamer for the bridesmaids dresses, they did not know what that was. They also did not seem to know what a corkscrew was. There wasnt anywhere high up enough in the Bridal Suite (NOT a bridal suite) to hang the brides dress without it dragging on the floor. We were informed that a previous bridal party had noticed this same issue and hung the dress from the fire sprinklers--- I will admit- that wasnt too bright- but there truly isnt anywhere else to hang it-- well, now there are signs under the sprinklers that say DO NOT HANG CLOTHING FROM HERE because that brides dress was ruined when they set off the sprinklers.... Did this make them put up a hook elsewhere high enough for a dress to hang and not drag? Of course not. There solution instead was to only post signs saying, Dont do that. When I checked in I was told three different prices for my two night stay over the course of five minutes. By the end I was told it would be $100 more than expected but that I would be refunded that $100 upon check out if my room had no damages. I let them swipe one card for that price, as they told me upon check out, I could in fact pay on a different card. But when checking out, I asked if I could put it on the other card, only to be told, No, we already ran it on the other card... I am so looking forward to getting my credit card statement and seeing what the heck is in fact on there.I am so very sad to know that this is pretty much the only hotel around there- because they seem to know they can get away with horrific customer service- as people simply do not have other options. Someone, please build another hotel near Livermore!

Great place to stay BUT the breakfast format is a bit awkward. The dining section is closed off from the lobby and you need your room key to enter, but the awkward part is finding the food. The actual buffet is not in the room, you have to exit the back of the room, go across the back of the lobby into a partitioned area, get your food, then use your room key to get back in the dining section, and then find the silverware on one end of the dining room and beverages on the other. Its more effort than Im used to for a hotel breakfast, just saying.

Best friend had a nightmare travel and on her way to this hotel was running into traffic delays. I called ahead to this hotel and explained that she hadnt eaten and was about 10 mins away but the room service was about to close in 15 mins and she was using her phone to navigate to the hotel. They graciously checked her in over the phone and I ordered her a meal. They delivered it to her room and when she arrived, she arrived to her room with her meal already in the room! Now thats hospitality! Great job whoever trained their front desk staff! Thats the way to take care of your guests. BRAVO!

Bad parking, vehicle was broken into and property manager didnt want to do anything about it or help cover deductible. Came here for a wedding at Wente Vineyards, we had an imbeccable experience. There was a welcome dinner on Friday night that was hosted in one of the hotel ballrooms. The rooms are luxurious, the staff is wonderful. Had more that a few issues connecting to the internet, but that was resolved with IT. The fitness center has loads of cardio, and a dysfunctional/inadequate A/C, so if your into hot cardio (which Im not), you will love it. Resistance training equipment was limited to one set of nice hand weights (no machines), but all the dumbbells under 25pounds had been stolen, so bummer for most women. Check in was a breeze, but check out a problem since there were no luggage carts available between 1130 and 1230. I ended up making 6 trips to the 5th floor solo! Got my workout in!

Started with a handicap room= no closet space, bathroom takes up literally half the room. Moved to normal room= no water pressure in shower, walls are paper thin and can literally hear every word the 1am party next door is having. NO LAUNDRY ROOM and still stuck here another week. Even the elevators are loud and have very noticeable service issues that look very unsafe. I would suggest not staying here. Unfortunately this is what my company paid for so I’m stuck here. Please look elsewhere. The only silver lining in this place is the amazing staff.

Bed was comfortable. And unlike some places, there are drawers to put your things in. Bar and restaurant are decent. Missed out on breakfast so I can’t rate that but they did have coffee in the bar lounge for the morning hours.Positives:Floor to Ceiling windows for lots of natural light during the daytime.Multiple HBO Channels.Hot tub that works. (Pool area open from 7AM to 10PM)24-hour Fitness center.In-room safe, wide enough for my 15.6” laptop with room to spare.Small refrigerator and coffee maker. The coffee maker is not a Keurig but similar, easy process. There was only one regular and one decaf coffee and, one regular tea and one herbal tea in the coffee box with plastic wrapped cups.Near the desk itself, there is a media center that (I suppose) connects to the decent sized TV. Didnt use it so Im not sure it works. Electrical outlets (4x) do work though.2x USB Charging ports on the alarm clock next to the bed.If you are a member of their rewards program, you can get their free wi-fi. Honestly, it was fast enough for me and I was video chatting at night and in the morning. Might be different for you during normal business hours though…Negatives:NO BBC! Noticed something similar when another guest with a baggage cart was trying to enter and it closed on her foot before opening again...Speaking of baggage carts, they are pretty much your standard hotel baggage cart, but you can only fit them in sideways inside the elevator and then you are going to get cramped for space.2) Looks like they are using low level LED lights in the parking lot. Great for not flooding the night sky with light. Except there ARE dark areas at night.3) Decent sized Samsung TV. Minor annoyance is that you can only adjust the volume in groups of 4. So while 8 might be too loud for background sound, a 4 might be too low. But thats just me.Conclusion:I left on a Sunday Morning so I had easy access to the 580 Freeway but I have NO idea how bad it would be during normal M-F commute hours. I’d stay here again.

Stayed at the property for a wedding. The staff were really nice, enjoyed the woman who checked us is unfortunately didnt catch her name. It was located close to a freeway and Stoneridge Mall. The parking lot was a little weird and there is only one way to get into the hotel. Handicapped parking is hidden to the left of the enterence behind some bushes. There is a restaurant and bar in the lobby thats open until 11pm. The room was very nice. The bed was super comfortable. Only downside is the the room nor the hotel in general have a mircowave.

The infrastructure is just old. The windows in my room were leaking so much cold dry air that the heater would turn on dry the air even more. I was then moved to another room and that room had a terrible clunky bed where I could feel the springs and the whole room just smelled funny. I left at 4 AM to go sit at the airport instead. The first night was fine until morning I see a housekeep creeping around in the room and I asked her to please leave as I did not need service. This is followed by 4 different times she came asking me if I need service and again and so on I say No! Well, I get ready and head out for the day and well lets just say my jewelery I just purchased for my wife cost me $3,700 was missing and my room was half ass cleaned. The housekeeping that was soo anxious to clean my room STOLE IT and its only obvious she found it and got scared and didnt even finish putting away the new towels she brought in and leaving the dirty old ones.
