Ive been a client of Playa Postal for several years. During that time there was a change of ownership and several employees. Id like to give a shout out of appreciation to the manager Chris! Hes exceptional in every way; he greets me with a smile and a welcoming hello everytime I enter, and Ive witnessed he does the same to each customer. He puts aside his work when I come in to make sure that my mail and packages are received, and treats each customer as an individual, not just another paying client. In a world where customer service is so often lacking, its refreshing to see a manager that cares so much about the business and clients. Its a pleasure to do business here and Ive just renewed my annual contract based upon the excellent service and customer care he provides. When there is an issue with another employee not getting packages out, Chris is there to quickly resolve the issue in a friendly, sincere way. I highly recommend Playa Postal based upon his care and excellent customer service. Thank you Chris and Playa Postal!

Absolutely spot on service from Chris!I get packages sent to Playa Place often, and the service is always quick and accurate.After I missed a pickup when I was in town, and receiving very little support from the sender, Chris has been able to forward the parcel to me at my next address over the phone with no hassle.Thanks again!

Ive rented my POB from Playa Place since 2017 because packages delivered to my home get taken. The best thing Ive done for my sanity. I never have a missing package.The ownership changed a couple of years ago and so many more services are offered than before.When the ownership of PP changed along with it came ChrisDaly. He makes everything run smoothy and you get a smile! I think Chris knows the names of all people who rent there! Very personable and he makes going to pick up my mail enjoyable.Every business should be lucky and have a Chris Daly working for them!

I would like to give Chris my heartfelt appreciation. He greeted me on Monday and promptly provided a much needed fax service with courtesy and kindness. Chris is a model of customer service in a world where it is in very short supply. Thank you Chris and Playa Place!

Playa Place is good and convenient but the true super star there is Chris ! He is super helpful and was able to resolve some ongoing issues with my service( I was on the verge of going elsewhere until he intervened ). Theyre lucky to have him ! Thanks Chris youre the best !

First time in my life that Ive walked out of a business. Guy behind the counter on 2/26/24 at around 12PM was genuinely the rudest person Ive ever encountered and so I decided to take my business elsewhere.I suggest going to the Postal Office only a minute down the road or Playa Postal Service on Manchester about 3 minutes away.I walked in and asked if I could get a packing slip printed. He begrudgingly told me yes and after I sent the e-mail he grunted and angrily told me This isnt a shipping label!. I explained that I knew that and was it was a packing slip, that I would be paying for shipping separately. He then looked at the item I was attempting to ship and very rudely asked What are you going to ship that in?! It really felt like he did not want to help and was pissed I stepped foot into this place. I asked, Do you have any advice? and he almost cut me off when he responded I dont give advice!. So I got my item and said Id be going elsewhere with my business. Not sure why he was so upset, but he really should have called out sick if he had something going on.

Chris was so helpful and kind. It was my first time stopping by as I am new to Playa del Rey. You could tell he knew all the locals and current clientele as they were all greeted by their first names. Cant wait to go back and keep doing business at this friendly and very organized location. Absolutely love my experience with Playa Place in Culver City! They have such a friendly team, in the past I loved every-time Jacque was there to greet me and I especially had great service from a new face, Luke, who went above and beyond to make sure I received a package that I urgently needed staying later ten minutes after hours. His friendliness and willingness to help was truly amazing. Highly recommend this place for all your in person and virtual mailbox needs!Update April 2024- liked the old team better, I’ve had two issues where the new team doesn’t scan in my mail marked as pick up and then I still got charged for extra days for things I already picked up with no offer for a refund and the new man at the counter telling me it’s my job to remind the staff each time to do their job, not happy with these charges and considering changing mailboxes
