They go above & beyond!! For Mothers Day, I found an arrangement online that I loved and waited a day to make the purchase.... only to find out it was gone. When I called and asked about that arrangement, I was told items are removed as flowers sell out - understandable. The gentleman asked which arrangement I was look at and when I told him, he said they could still make it. He saved the day!

They may make gorgeous flowers but BAD customer service. Called in today asking about the delivery, any est time window, possibility of second try if no one answers, and the guy just hang up on me. Making good money on valentines doesn’t mean you can be rude------Update: my order was delivered around 7pm, after I called in at 4pm when they promised to deliver by 5pm, 5:10pm as they promised soon, and again 6pm as they said any moment. We all understand its a busy day, but its worth investing to optimize your logistics

This company has been consistent in being very friendly in dealing with me, great suggestions, making sure my flowers arrive on time and are, again, beautiful. I’ve used them for over 20 years only speaking to the florist over the phone. Never met. I highly recommend this florist. When I’ve ventured to try others, especially out of state arrangements, I was disappointed! But in town or out of town. The only reason I gave 4 stars was that the plants werent exactly as shown and they could have been a little more diverse...as were shown. The delivery was on time and on the chosen date. I needed to send flowers for a birthday and I needed them delivered the next day. I have no knowledge of the area and the available florists. I was dubious at first because online ordering at the listed sites was fairly generic and it was too late for a phone call. There was an interesting picture of an arrangement with a unicorn on the Playa Del Rey Florist site so thought I would take a chance. There was a disclaimer about the item in the picture maybe being different from the actual arrangement. Seems like a standard disclaimer for most of the sites, but still, this made me uneasy. The arrangement was easily ordered online. I was notified when it had been delivered. The recipient sent me a text and seemed delighted. The best part is Playa Del Rey florist sent me a photo of the actual arrangement! It had a few flower substitutions, but it looked great. This is such a nice service for those who are sending flowers and cant see what was delivered. Excellent flowers and customer service!

I searched the site for designs (although you can call for a custom creation) and selected the arrangement I liked and asked that they be sent the following day. Once they created the arrangement, they sent me a photo through Bloom Snaps of the arrangement that was to be delivered to my friend! This flower shop responded so quickly to my request to send flowers to a friend in need. My friends words when she received her bourqet were: These are the most beautiful flowers I have ever received! I have to agree, the flowers were gorgeous, bright and uplifting because of the colors chosen and the way they were arranged. My friend has cats, and was surprised and delighted that when she looked up the individual flowers in her bouquet, she found that all of the flowers used were cat friendly (non poisonous.) Im very happy with the arrangement overall, but wish there was more clarity in what youre getting for the extra $. In this case Im not sure it was worth it.
