Robert and Seth at the front desk were extremely professional and respectful. They both helped me start a new membership. Their attitude and way of talking made me extremely feel welcomed and comfortable. Robert helped me set up my account which I then had to fix an issue with my bank and came back and still continued the process. They were quick and everything went easy and smooth. Love having more people like that at the front desk.Thanks so much 😊

620 am same guy as yesterday with review water gets hot then turns cold I think its staff evreytime I come here and get same thing Im keep posting a review negative they watch me mess with me because im poor same as yesterday review 06/17/24 620 am 06/27/24 cold shower 6.19am always when I come here no were else water starts out cold for entire time I shower why not fire employees that mess with water on purpose just cus Im poor they mess with me water still cold 06/28/24 618am

Planet Fitness is a 24/7 fitness center that has a nice assortment weights and training equipment but it is not a place for serious weightlifters. Out of 10 stars, I would rank the training equipment and loose weights at 6.5 stars. However, what they really need to do is at train their staff members to be more welcoming. Some of the staff members dont provide a first time welcome and some dont say Have a nice day upon a guests departure. I rank them at 3 stars in this area. What the staff does well is keep the place super clean. I give them 9.5 stars in this area. Overall, Planet Fitness needs to be more welcoming and make sure their people are trained thoroughly.

Okay gym, the staff often forgets to refill the paper towels which leads to almost nobody wiping down machines. Weirdly they always have fox news playing on atleast 2 TVs but never have left wing media playing. Believe what you want but it’s weird to push right wing agenda onto gym goers.

This is a great gym. The staff is friendly and the environment is very clean and positive. This gym is usually busy but even on the busiest days there is enough equipment so you don’t have to wait 30 minutes for a machine. Their tanning lights are excellent as well and the bathrooms are the nicest gym bathrooms I have seen at any other location.

I also have another gym membership at golds but I signed up for planet fitness because they’re the only 24 hour gym in the area. Can’t complain it’s a simple gym and good to use late nights to avoid the crowd for me. The only problem is there’s not a lot of equipment besides cardio machines so if you go during peak hours you’ll be lucky to get a bench or the weight machine you want without waiting a while. A lot cleaner than most bigger gyms

A great workout environment with a variety of equipment to choose from. Very clean. Staff are courteous, friendly, and professional. Great parking. I highly recommend the North Highlands location.

Nice facility. Don’t appreciate the hassle of not having the app. Cool here’s my ID… even though you literally have a picture of me in your computer. But now you gotta look up which location I signed up at etc…. Just take my # like all the other locations do and compare it to my id. Wasting my time.And it says you monitor the 30min express area but several ppl in there stayed on the same machine the entire 30 min preventing a full circuit. Your staff should explain it to the members that don’t understand how it works.

Havent been to a gym in a long time. This location felt welcoming and a good flow. Its not a huge gym, but personally, I prefer less clutter.

First of all these things could be avoided if from the time that he saw me walking in with jeans he could said we cannot let you in to use the machines if you dont have gym closs immediately I know that and I will turn around and leave I tried because I was working close to the location Everywhere I go Im being respectful, I said whats up man how you doing this is my number, because I dont have the barcode, it was pleasure to meet you Aragon by 8:15 in the morning not expected 🤙 he dont want to take it he wants to me download the app and do the whole thing just to put my barcode on that little screen. He has all my information with my phone number and the picture on the screen but its not enough before to get that phone number let me ask you where do you sign in what location 🤔🤔 mind your own business anyways I paid the black card I can go anywhere I want, butt before I speak the manager I went through two different locations and asking the same questions about how can I get in or not both different location same policy if the picture it dont appear on the computer and then ask for ID, well I called to the location I speak with the manager manager sounds not professionally prepared for the position on the middle of the conversation she just hang up on me she got mad because I told her that she needed to give him better trainer or to the workers I see in some comments Im not far from what Im saying God bless you I wish the best dont stop dreaming everything is possible whatever you do right is coming back to you later this message today is to you be better either this company or the next one 👌👍
