In March, I went to my local Planet Fitness branch and completed all the steps to cancel my membership, thinking that would be the end of it. However, I noticed charges still being made to my bank account in May. I addressed this issue with the store manager, but unfortunately, the problem was not resolved due to a staff error. Additionally, I am now responsible for an extra $60 annual membership fee. I have to visit the branch again to ensure my membership is truly canceled. I urge all current and prospective members to double-check their accounts to make sure their membership status is properly updated to canceled. This experience has been quite frustrating, and I hope others can avoid similar situations.

I have to say, that I am very DISSAPOINTED, I work for Cedars-Sinai and get Gym Discounts if we want to join in, but I had already made up my mind to come to Planet Fitness near my house, since the first time, I came in, I liked it ! Actually Loved it! And not to forget to mention Very very clean,BUT when I scheduled an appointment with one of the trainers, he REFUSED to show me how to use properly ONE machine I was interested in using, he said I CANT show u, You would have to schedule a class for that, first I thought he was kidding, but for my surprise, he was NOT, he was totally serious! And that really bothered me, and specially because guess what?? He was training somebody who was newly hired!!! And that really is not a good beginning for someone thats supposed to be learning GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!I did Reported to staff manager and he did apologize and was very nice, and said he would talk to him, dont want to mention his name, but I am very Upset!

Girl up front had no customer service skills whatsoever. I wanted to ask a few questions about the company’s policy, whether or not my daughter would be able to change in the locker room without having to change in front of an adult male. I couldn’t believe what I have been seeing and hearing all over the News about Planet Fitness. Them letting grown males around little girls and women, naked mind you, in whats supposed to be a safe space, their dressing room!! I was trying to get her attention, but instead of being able to direct me or answer questions, she literally acted like I was slow or something. Just blatantly ignoring me while she talked/flirted with her co-worker. Looking straight into nothing, a thousand yard stare if you will.Now I know not to bring politics to the gym or workplace, however, I do have VERY strong Christian beliefs. My whole family is Christian/Catholic. I have 2 important girls in my life one is my little girl as well as her mom. Now I would be devastated, if she were to go change with her mother, and they had no choice but to endure the sight of another man’s private parts. It would probably traumatize her. So again, after all I just wrote, I am still trying to figure out the policy and whether or not it’s true that women’s lockers have no protection. Do the men and women’s bathroom/locker room signs no longer represent designation? But more of a relic of the past? If so, us customers, including myself and my family, deserve to know! Until they are clear about this, I will not be taking my family there ever again.

This planet fitness has to be the worst one I’ve been to. Not only because of the lack of operable machines but the staff seem to be a little too close to some people that come everyday. The same people you see on a regular hog all the machines and weights and will literally try and fight you over simply asking if you could take a turn. The staff handles these situations poorly so there will always be a weird favoritism thing going on here

Idk what the stuff is doing, but this dude, David I think, today just left me alone to register as a first timer, hope you guys can have better staff manners or work ethics. I mean what is the point paying for a front desk staff, if all he dose is just hold a self check in scanner and couldn’t help with anything but rise more questions for the first time customer?

Would have rated more but my car got broken into today between 4am/5am, They have no cameras, security sucks (sleeping) it’s just sad. Is it even safe going to this location 🤷🏻‍♀️

The supervisor and staffs are too uptight. I came to sign up to become a new member. The card I provided came through and they still would not allow me in just because I use my parents card, since I was waiting for my new debit card to be mailed. They kept claiming it was fraud and even after I was on the phone with my parents and still was providing everything they asked for, they still wouldnt let me in. They claimed I cursed out the staff when I didnt. The manager and the supervisor are liars cause I did not curse the staff at all. They made my first time experience with Planet Fitness a really bad experience. Never returning to this location cause of staff.

I really like this location.. its clean and during the times I go its not packed at all. Friendly staff and plenty of machines

Great place for a workout and if you get a Black Card membership you can bring a friend all they need is ID. With the Black Card you can use the massage chairs plus more.

Go specifically to do the express 30 minute workout, but can never get through it all because most of the people on the machines stay on them way too long and in between are on their phone. Have to constantly inform people that they have to switch everytime the light turns red. Had to get the staff to assist a few times. I should not have to ask the staff for help everytime I go. Need to fix this.
