Having problems with my pc so i brought it in and he said he fixed some “viruses”, but i never had any in the first place. the problem i was having was still there and i pointed it out and he said “no it’s ok, everything is fixed” and he charged me 140 for everything in total even though he did absolutely nothing after having my pc there for two days..

Been coming here on and off for years whenever my rig was being funky. Reliable computers with good specs and a good selection of snacks. With an in n out and Taco Bell to next door to match the late hours here it’s a great place for both casual and hardcore gamers alike.

One of the best cyber cafes in the valley. The computer set ups are really nice and the cafe is surprisingly really clean, even though a lot of people go here.The staff are super friendly and helpful.1 Hour for a Nonmember is $5They have a clean bathroom which is much appreciated.They sell food and snacks here which is also convenient.

This place is astounding... ITS AMAZING. The employees are very good with customer service. Not afraid to chat and play video games with their customers. The rates are very affordable and the food menu is just what a person could ask for while gaming and chilling. Perfect atmosphere!

Perfect place to chill and play with best and fast computers and very nice employees, i have been coming to this location almost 5 times a week and its the best place that i could come and play my games and also use the fast internet that they have, they have 32inch monitors and headphones, i love playing pup g here with big screen and really fast computer that they have, I really recommend this place to everyone here.Sam is really hopeful person and cares about his customers.

They used to bait and switch for reviews. I used to go here for the PCs, and people would come in for the VR deal, and the owner would tell them if they didnt 5 star review they wouldnt get the deal. So take the reviews with a pinch of sault

Awesome experience. Never been here before and my love for VR (virtual reality) brought me here. So happy that Planet Cyber has allowed the public to rent and demo the world of virtual reality. Very friendly staff, highly recommend people to come in and try virtual reality. Not many places are allowing you to try the high-end virtual reality head sets, so please stop by planet cyber and give it a try.

Best Internet Gaming Cafe in The Valley Hands down! Not only do they have virtual Reality but they also have every single game that comes out. So you can try before you buy. I usually come here to do my Player Unknowns Battlegrounds and Starcaft II. Everyone is really friendly and everyone knows each other here. Make sure you check out the tournaments they do.

They have a great selection of PC games. Fair assortment of snacks and beverages. The place could be lit better (darker) in my opinion. They are good about comping you for any problems that might occur. Most of the guys that work here are chill and laid back...except sam (samir)...hes a douche. Oh and less points for no female staff but theyre middle eastern so what can I expect.

One of the few remaining Internet Cafes where you can bring your friends for a quick round of gaming. The atmosphere is nice, great stuff, cheap food, and many computers available. I recommend this place for nostalgic battles of Counter Strike, or whatever equivalent game.

Such a great time! We played VR for the first time and had a blast. Rented the Vive for an hour and a half and played a bunch of different games.Staff was friendly and super helpful. Affordable and easy to get to if youre in the valley. Highly recommend for a quick and easy way to try VR.

Terrible service. On the website it says that the diagnosis is free, but in the place they tell you that it is 35 dollars for the diagnosis that can be deducted if you fix your equipment on the spot. In addition to wanting to charge me $ 110 to remove a virus from my laptop and install an antivirus, they also lost my charger, I had to go to the place twice. Terrible place, very expensive, terrible attitude and they give you other products that are not yours. Dont come to this place.

Had my I-phone screen replaced. Paid extra money for better screen. It lasted only one week before it was cracked. They say it my fault and will not take care of replacement. Would not recommend for repairs.

Very nice little hidden gem in the Northern San Fernando valley area. Welcoming staff, plenty of space and a very laid back atmosphere for this jack of all trades business; internet access, Steam PC gaming, laptop hookups, quiet room, printing, PC repairs and upgrades and web design as if that wasnt enough. Cheaper to access and print that FedEx Kinkos and most other places in the area. Highly recommended.

Terrible service, they said they would fix my desktop in 2 days, it’s been over 3 days and no call still. When you try to call them during business hours they don’t answer. When you try to leave a voicemail THEY DONT ANSWER!! Horrible service. This will be the last time I bring my computer here. I highly don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Ive been to a couple of LAN centers in LA and Dreamlab is definitely the best. I play a lot of CSGO and League. This place is perfect for those games. They also have a great selection of single player and multi player PC games for everyone. The pricing is cheap, the computers are great, the internet is super fast that you wouldnt have to worry about lagging while in-game.. the staff is excellent and theres snacks and drinks at good prices too if youre too lazy to go out. Its always a great experience at Dreamlab and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to play PC games

My nine year old iMac big screen computer crashed 3 mos ago, giving a white screen due to fried video Card. At the Apple store in Tampa Mall the Genius bar tech said the video card needed replacement but it will take a week or longer as the computer was more than 7 years old. The next week, the store was closed for Covid. The store reopened last week after 3 months. I got a message that computer can be picked up but not repairable due to age. I took my computer to Planet Cyber store because of their advertising truck parked on the road! The guys at the store told me I needed a video card but added extra charges for cleaning the HD for possible virus, then dust cleaning and labor for a total of 400 dollars after a small discount. The video card was 130 dollars!After I brought the computer home, I noticed that the CD drive was not working, which was never an issue before. Also, the software restoration from back up HD did not work. I took the computer back to the store twice. The tech said I will be charged for diagnosing the drive issue and restoration of software, even though these guys caused the problem. WHAT A RIP OFF! I will never go to this store again, neither should you!I will try Mac & PC Repair in Reseda owned by Joseph Abbas. He has excellent Reviews for expertise and professionalism.

A pretty good place where you can come and surf the internet that is conveniently located in the most Western part San Fernando Valley. The internet speed is good & serves my needs. However, there have been many complaints about the PC services this places provides, so I dont recommend you to take you computer to this place to fix. In fact, there have been so many bad reviews about this place that this place decided and still does give free internet time to anyone who writes positive reviews. That is a sign of desperation on the part of the owners.

A great Lan center to come and relax and play some competive and casual pc games. Either with friends or family.A pretty decent selection of items to eat and the only Lan center I know of that serves steaped hot tea and hot coffee!Summer time is rolling around and apparently they do shaved ice, so thats awesome if they still do it!Im sure they plan to host tournaments once they get a proper person to help host and organize them.I will be back!

1st visit: Everyone was very nice and my computer was repaired. Responsive to my concerns. Would use them again for computer repair services2nd visit: (full disclosure) after the first repair I upgraded from windows 7 to windows 10.I quickly found that I needed help installing specific drivers (one of them for adobe premiere) and that planet cyber had re-configured my boot and scratch hard drives in a different way than I had set them up before. I brought the computer back in and was charged $50 to install a few driver (but I was not given an actual list of what they did), and they did not fix their error in re-configuring my drives, nor did they fix the driver issue with premiere.The final thing that will prevent me from using Planet Cyber services again was their inefficiency in communication. The first time my computer was there over 10 days and the auto-call system was out of order, or so they say. Both times I had to call them to find out if my computer was done, and both times it had been finished for longer than a day when I had called.Go somewhere else.

Planet Cyber is a great place to have LAN parties or even just go to game with a friend. The selection of games is always updated and the hardware is more than adequate to run anything you might want to play. The selection of games has only gotten bigger over the years and includes everything from Counter-strike to GTA V.

I am extremely angry and disappointed Ive wasted $90 and my time!I went in there for a phone repair. The screen was shattered, they recommend to replace and after they replaced it (with cheap 3rd party glass) the home button was feeling loose, I didnt mind it that much so I went home, but later that night the phone was having trouble sensing touch on the screen, I could not type or hang up calls, it would also freeze at times.Next day in the morning before I called them, the screen seemed discolored around the edges and corners (blue-ish color). On the phone the man said to bring it back not problem theyd look at it. When I get there and explain everything to him, he then tells me: Its best to leave it like that, its honestly as good its going to get and I wouldnt recommend opening it again to prevent further damage. I can, but I wouldnt...Are you serious!? And I cant get my $90 because they had me sign a paper with the NO REFUND bs before the repair!I went to the factory maker, Apple, and they fixed my phone professionally. Im so angry at myself I didnt go there first and came to these clown amateurs!Thanks for stealing my money and time!!! I would never recommend this to anyone I care for.

I went in here to get my cracked screen fixed April 10. Jecsan (Jex) took over an hour to fix my phone. Due to this he gave me a free screen protector. Still took way too long. Yesterday while out with my family for Mothers Day my entire screen fell out of my phone. No cracks or scratches it just fell out. My phone screen is completely black and detached from my phone. I called yesterday to speak with a manager and I was told to call back today since no manager was available. So instead I drove up to the store and spoke with Jex, he told me he couldnt help me unless I paid again because the ribbon was ripped. I told him no and he informed me I would need to come back up there and get approval from a manager to get it fixed free. I wait an hour and go back up to Planet Cyber and speak with Sid. He was extremely rude from the beginning as soon as I starts to explain the situation. He told me he could give me a discount but nothing else.Why on earth would I spend more money on an issue caused by your employer. Stand behind your produc! I asked to speak with the owner and they said they couldnt give me his information they just told me his name was David and they will have him call me. No one has called to rectify this situation. Bottom line DO NOT go her to get your phone fixed unless you want to deal with a faulty phone after and they will cause bigger issues with your phone so you can keep spending $$. THEY ARE SCAMMERS and their phone tech has no idea what he is doing.

Overpriced update simulator. First time visiting an internet cafe and only came in because we saw the sign outside for 2.50 for an hour; which turned out to be a scam for people to come in because that is only members price. Also after getting on a computer, everything had to be updated, nothing worked and after the guy whent on to update the other computers and didnt offer anything to help us; just watched us update their computer and pay for it lol. Probably one of the worst experiences Ive had with something like this.

I bought a custom HP laptop from the manufacture. The right hinge cracked, then snapped just a year after purchase. Took it to this shop, paid $150+, a year after that the same issue came up. Understanding its a poor design by HP I took it back for repairs to this shop again, paid another $150+. 6 months later, it happens again.This time a take a to a different shop down my street, they pull it apart and he shows me it was fixed with GLUE. Planet Cyber put my laptop back together with glue! I paid $300 plus for GLUE. I felt so stupid when I saw the work. All I have to say is never again...

Dropped this pc off, its issues were disclosed, took nearly a month before they can fix the issue I had. once picked up, they explained the cause of the problem so I bought the part needed... 3days later the part came in, i built the pc overnight & my pc still wouldn’t work!so for anyone reading this, please look elsewhere because they’ll just waist your time

If you are here to play video games. Do not bother. The gear that they have in this is very below average. Simple desktops that cant even handle simple MOBAs like LoL. I had frame rate issues the whole time, bad headsets that dont work, and the program that ran the whole thing was incredibly frustrating and slow. They run Windows XP... Enough said.

Thank you for all the help for doing a diagnostic on my computer unfortunately the computers motherboard has issues and Im going to have to exercise the warranty but Im glad that we did the diagnostic so we could see exactly whats causing the issue

Really bad service. They found a way to break the device even more while overcharging for the service, and then played dumb about it before offering to fix a phone with tape! Avoid! Very poor.
