Very fast professional service. Trevor did a great job with replacing an old rusted kitchen faucet for me. Highly recommend!Update 6/22/2024 - had another visit, this time from Jason and he connected my natural gas to my outdoor kitchen quickly and safely. The price was half of what other contractors asked for and the job was very simple and involved only one connection. I am glad to work with this company for good service and fair prices. I still can’t believe how much other companies in my area were asking even after explaining every single aspect of the job and sending pictures of just making one connection. I highly recommend Pipeline plumbing.

This is the second time we used Pipeline Plumbing and I have been very impressed by them. Jay is the technician that has come out both times. The first time we had to get a new water heater and the second time we needed a new water regulator. Jay is knowledgeable and is always upbeat and happy. Jay doesn’t give you the run around, he is straightforward and offers you the information needed for better understanding of what he’s fixing. Jon and Jason were both amazing! I’ve used pipeline plumbing in the past and they are always so consistently amazing. This time around I Had a slab leak and they were able to repair it and re route the line without having to dig a bunch of holes in my drywall. Their communication is always great and while no one ever really excited about having to hire a plumber don’t hesitate to give them a call. They are definitely my go to!

We had bubbling of paint on the ceiling. We called Pipeline Plumbing and they were friendly on the phone. The plumber came to the house within the hour. The plumber was friendly and helpful. He explained and walked us through a couple different solutions. All said and done the wax seal on the upstairs toilet was bad. The plumber had all the equipment he need on his truck and the repair was done in about a hour. I would and have already recommended Pipeline Plumbing to family.

Called in around 9 am to make an appointment for a leak in my tankless water heater pipe. I had a great experience with Jason and Jon today. They found leaks I didn’t even know I had in the backyard which explains things like the green algae pouring out of the french drain in my sidewalk. They unclogged the bathtubs that wouldn’t drain, stopped the squealing noise coming from the shower, and now we have excellent water pressure in all of our sinks as well! I’m very pleased. They were friendly, quick to respond, and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent experience with Pipeline plumbing. Trenton Doerr had come out earlier to locate a slab leak. We then set up an appointment for the repair work. On Sunday around 8:00 Trenton and his assistant Miles showed up to do the repair work. In the course of repairing the slab leak a second slab leak was discovered. One is a lot of work but two. Trenton reassured me that they would do their best to finish that day. They both worked until past 8:00 that night so we wouldn’t be without hot water. I can’t say enough about their work ethic and dedication and wanting to take care of our problem. Would highly recommend Pipeline Plumbing!

Our 5yr old water heater (installed by another company) ruptured and started leaking all over the garage. We contacted Pipeline Plumbing & Drain Specialists Inc at 10 pm and they got back to us by 7 am the following morning. They were able to come out and remove/replace the old water heater with a new one that morning. They were very professional and did a great job on the install. Right on time. introduced me and explained their procedure in finding a water leak. After they were finished, they explain that the water leak was so minute was a pin whole that they could not locate it. Jon and Jason were very professional polite. This company is AWESOME! I would give more stars if it were possible. My old tank water heater blew and they were out the next morning and installed a new tankless system FOR HALF the price I was quoted from the company Home Depot sent out. They were also MUCH less than the other quotes I received. They were precisely on time and finished the job in 4 hours. The installation was very professional and clean. I now have a plumber for life that I know I can trust and wont think twice about calling again for any plumbing needs. What a great feeling!

Jay was fanastic. He came to my home to fix a problematic garbage disposal, and upon inspection immediately diagnosed that it was clogged and not broken and fixed the situation. He told me that it was in great shape and did not need to be replaced. Most contractors these days often try to upsell you on things you dont necessarily need (unfortunately). But I truly respected his honesty, which kept my labor and any other costs low and reasonable. And since he was already at my home, I asked if he can inspect my dishwasher because everytime I used it I would find a small pool of water underneath my sink. And sure enough, he found the issue immediately and fixed the dripping on the spot. Lastly, I had a sink in my primary bathroom that had been clogged and even after multiple trials with Liquid Plumber not doing the trick. Jay disassembled it and found the issue. Now my garbage disposal, dishwasher, and bathroom sink are all working like brand new again!I am naturally inquisitive and would ask Jay numerous questions while he was diagnosing/fixing my plumbing issues. He was very patient with me, answered all my questions and was incredibly friendly as well. Then before he left, he just double checked my water heater and the water pressure on my home to make sure that they were all okay. He also asked if I knew where the main water line is to the house just so Ill know where it is in case I ever needed to do an emergency water shutoff.The friendliness, the courtesy, the great work, honesty, and reasonable pricing will definitely make me use PPDS moving forward for all my household plumbing needs. Ill even recommend them to my neighbors if they ever need plumbing work done in their own homes. Great work and great people.

Had Pipeline come out to change a control panel on a water heater that was recently installed, panel was leaking gas, Rheem sent out the replacement part so installation was all that was needed. Jon and Eric came out yesterday and first thing Jon noticed was my water heater was a liquid petroleum tank (NOT GOOD) as we run on natural gas. So glad my house didn’t blow up in the meantime, Eric and Jay came out today and installed a brand new heater in a timely manner and we’re as courteous and friendly as can be. Kudos to Pipeline for their quick response and possibly saving my home from a major disaster.

Im so glad I found a local company that came immediately to help me with an issue I had at my home. I purchased a new stove but it wouldnt go all the way against the wall so the gas line needed to be changed. The technician was wonderful very detailed and didnt stop until he had it perfect. Such a reputable, highly professional company. I chose them for a second opinion (based on their excellent reviews and BBB profile) after the first company I’d called used scare tactics to tell me if I didn’t immediately contract for $13,000 of work, basically my entire house would flood. From the first phone call I was assured they’d take care of me, and they did. John and Jay were exceptional; they assessed the problem and gave me a quote of $2300 and explained exactly what was needed. They were so respectful and kind, even to helping me move lots of tchotchkes and to make sure my small dogs did not escape. Great attitude, great service, great people. I really like these guys. Professional but not to a point of just business. I feel like I know them personally even though I havent met them yet! I had a slab leak at my rental and they referred me to the specialist to pinpoint the leak and then came back out and re-routed the lines to go through the attic and back down to the bath. We had a toilet that kept giving us problems with the flush - very little water would fill in the bowl and had to constantly use a plunger and auger to get it to flush. Figured it was the toilet, went to Home Depot and picked up a new toilet. Called John and Jason at PPDS to replace the toilet. After pulling off the old toilet, they found out that tree roots had followed up the pipe and were growing down in the pipe (our neighbor has huge trees that should only be in a park). They were able to remove the roots by hand and finished with the snake and root cutting blade. So, there was no need to swap out the toilet. Both guys were very helpful in explaining the process and did a great job working together to fix our pipe. Would highly recommend John and Jason for any plumbing issues!

These guys were incredible! They came out for a quote very quickly after my water heater started leaking (same day) and gave me a detailed quote for replacing my old tank water heater with a tankless system. They were even able to price match a competitor, which made me very happy!On install day, they were very honest with me when removing the water heater. They noticed the drywall around the water heater was fully saturated, and put me in contact with a clean up company they frequently do business with that they know is reputable and fair priced. My issue started when my shower handle broke. I phoned 7 different plumbers near by and not one of them could make it to my house within a reasonable time. A few of them said it wouldnt be until a week later, a couple said it would be late in the evening, others I had to leave a voicemail message and received a returned call two days later. In a couple of hours, I had a new water heater installed. Note - it is not that this company isnt busy for lack of customers, you could tell they were super busy, its because they are GOOD and efficient! The only discrepancy was that I was quoted 1,900 for everything but when I mentioned the 50.00 off coupon, Jon said he would honor it and at that point the price should have been 1,850. When it was time to pay the bill, the invoice said 1,900 and when I asked about the discount, I was told that the original price was 1,950 but I was actually quoted 1,900 for the whole job. I had an emergency at my rental house when at 1am, the main water supply line burst under the front yard and flooded the area leaving my tenant’s family with no water. I called several “emergency” plumbers and none could respond for a week. I knew I had to get the water back on ASAP for my tenants. And then I called Pipeline Plumbing and spoke with Eric who was great and understood my problem. Despite being busy, he managed to get a tech there that day. Jay showed up quickly and was very professional and ready to help me. We discussed what needed to be done and arranged to have the repair done the next day. I agreed to dig up the pipe and expose the leak but there was some confusion and miscommunication (probably my fault) and Pipeline thought I was going to repair it myself. When I called the next morning, Eric- thinking I repaired it myself- told me I was no longer on the schedule. Within minutes, he somehow got Jay out there again and the other tech(s) with a special tool and got the job done and the water back on for my tenants in this this 99 degree heat and for a reasonable price. Well done gentlemen! Very impressive the way they handled this and a big thanks to Eric and tech Jay. I will use them again in a heartbeat for any future plumbing.

We needed a washing machine hookup installed in a rental very quickly so we could move tenants in. I called on the Tuesday afternoon before Thanksgiving. Eric answered immediately and when I told him our water heater was leaking badly he quickly made arrangements for technicians to come out and bring a replacement if necessary. They arrived within half an hour, did an inspection and determined the heater needed to be replaced. The finished the whole job in under two hours from when I made the call. That might be the best response to a service call we ever made!

I called Pipeline because I had several plumbing issues. They came out within an hour for an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable and then Jay was out within the next hour to fix all my issues. Previous Plummer’s had done a poor job on my plumbing and Jay was able to fix all of the fast and well. This company’s communication is amazing. I was kept updated on everything before, during, and after the service. I am so happy to have finally found a reasonable plumber who does such a great job that I will be happy to use in the future.

Our hot water heater burst and flooded our garage. The moment I spoke with Eric from Pipeline he put me at ease. By some miracle he got someone out in a few hours after I called. Amazing! We had an issue with our 10 year old water heater. We were prepared to replace the unit anyway, but they attempted to troubleshoot the issue over the phone. They were the only company of 6 or 7 companies that i got a quote from for a new water heater tank that told me about the tankless appliance rebate. Their price was very good for either option. With the info about the rebate we went with the tankless option. They came and got the job done quickly. Only feedback is that i didnt know i needed an ionizer until right before they started the job, but they worked out well anyway because we had wanted a whole house filtration system and they got everything installed on the same day.

Came home to find water in my garage coming from the water heater. I had used Pipeline Plumbing and Drain Specialist on a previous installation to replace a tankless water heater at my rental, so it was a matter of finding the receipt and hoping to get a response. On the first call out, I was in contact with Jon and let him know that I was in desperate need of help. Within an hour of the call, Jon was at my residence in Menifee. The assessment was not a shock, as I had run through a couple of broken water heaters in the past. The only benefit to replacing a water heater, is replacing it with a tankless water heater. I was given the quote and told there would be some pretty good rebates. I scheduled the install for the next day.Major repairs can usually be a little unnerving, since you are at the mercy of the repair company on how the repair and install of new equipment will go.My fears were quickly put to rest from the minute I made the first call. I received updates via text and email on when a technician would arrive to when the installation was complete. Jon and his crew were moving without missing a beat. Once the install was complete, the hot water was working and everything was good.After the install, I received messages from Eric walking me through the rebate process and forwarding me a contact for a drywall repairman. I highly recommend calling Pipeline Plumbing and Drain Specialist for any issues with your water heater. The fact that they communicate immediately on everything that is going to happen is amazing and a relief to the customer.
