Alexi is amazing and such a great instructor ! She is patient and her class is always so much fun! She is a true professional and I truly appreciate her. Can’t wait for the next class!

Went to this location in Tustin as a gift for a Mother’s Day class. The team there was incredibly rude, the instructor Kristen, was annoyed at the chatter going on (mind you, it’s a class that included children as young as 7, so there’s bound to be chatter). Kristen did a poor job at instructing and would go too fast (again, children working on mixing, outlines and paint)… at one point we got a break, in which instructor went to cry loudly in the back… I think the girl working the snack counter was Alexis, who also seemed bothered when I went to ask to buy beverages.This is the 2nd Pinot’s Palette location I have been to, my previous experience was last month for a team builder in San Diego area, that instructor said it was his first day on the job and was phenomenal. The experience was so great that I was excited to go to this location, but was very disappointed.The “mommy and me” idea was great, but needs staff with patience and pleasant attitudes.

Decided to book for a date night, we had a great time! Our instructor was friendly, patient and fun! It was a full class and all of the staff made you feel like Picasso lol. This is a BIG recommendation for those who want to let out some stress from the week. Its relaxing and therapeutic. You have the option to book the painting you like online and the process is super easy. Alcohol is not included but they have a well stocked bar with some appetizers. This is amazing for a couple to connect or a group of friends. Book it now!!!!

Alexi is the best instructor ! Pinots palette is a blast and she makes the class enjoyable, fun, and exciting! We will continue to come back for classes as we really enjoy it and it’s relaxing and challenging too!

Amazing place to spend time with your good friends or people whom you love to hang out at this place to create art piece. Amazing artists, they teach good techniques. And even the bar counter is great. The servers are also artists and they do great job. I just enjoyed.

We went to Pinot’s Palette for my friend’s birthday. It was so much fun! The women working there both behind the bar and teaching the painting class were so lovely!! Healthy pours of wine and easy to follow instructions. A great night!

Fun night out for a couple or for friends. Have gone for a birthday party and for date night. They have a bar with alcohol, non-alcoholic drinks and snacks. Even people who dont paint take home decent paintings because it is step-by-step!

This experience was super fun. The artist that taught us was engaging, fun and easy to follow. The atmosphere was fun and relaxed. When the music was playing the entire class was singing along and dancing in their seats while they painted. The drinks were affordable. The studio was clean and organized. Totally worth the money. Will definitely come here again.

If you havent been youve got to go! Ive gone with others and also by myself and each time Ive had an amazing experience. If they had a monthly membership Id be all over it. GO FOR IT! You only live once and youll be glad you went!

Friendly staff and fun times here ! They have a bar in the back so you can refill your wine/beer while you paint. Great atmosphere and they provided good instructions. Lots of fun! Its nice that its in a mall so that you have an option to walk around the mall afterwards :) its an outdoor mall.

Loads of fun! The instructor made the process very easy to follow (even if a little fast in speed sometimes, but that just added to the hilariousness of the experience), and the staff kept going around the room giving us tips and tricks to improve our painting. All in all it was great fun and will definitely be back!

I LOVE this place! Super fun staff, amazing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and gorgeous paintings that you get to make yourself! What is not to like?I have been to private and public parties at Pinots Tustin, and I can wholeheartedly say if I have any special occasion or birthday, Pinots will be my first choice of venue! The staff makes you feel so welcome, and it is a great place to connect and laugh with your close friends and family!

We had an amazing time at Pinot’s Palette! This place is so much fun. The instructor was so friendly & helpful, the drinks were great, & the music choice was awesome. I’m a terrible artist but they walk you through step by step to make you feel comfortable which I really appreciate. Everything is so organized with all the paints, supplies, etc. laid out for when you arrive. There are aprons available & cubbies to put your belongings so you can protect your stuff which is super helpful. They really thought of everything here! We had a wonderful time & I highly recommend this for a date night, girls night out, or just a new fun activity for your family. Can’t wait to go back again, thank you for creating such a refreshingly fun experience!!

Loved my first time experience, came with some coworkers. Loved it so much I came for a second time. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed it, had fun just a great time. Really relaxing and therapeutic. Excellent staff and great MC! Will definitely come back!! Keep up the good work!!

Been here for at least half a dozen paint & wine nights. The instructors here are all awesome, helpful and funny! I love when they do the black light paint nights. Theyre so fun, especially around Halloween! They keep their tools super nice and clean. Never had a bad experience here!

Such a fun experience! I just recently visited last Saturday and had a blast. The location would have been an easy 5 out of 5 review, but their bartender wasnt very approachable. Maybe she was having a rough night, but she was condescending to some other ladies and very short with us. Luckily it wasnt a big deal and we still had a fabulous evening.Our session was about 2 hours roughly and it never felt like we were being rushed. I forgot the name of our instructor, but he was great! For our session we painted the Eiffel tower in black and white. The instructor said it was his first time painting that particular image, but for his first time he was pretty descriptive and informative in regards to all of the steps. He was really good at giving his personal tips on how to achieve certain strokes or techniques. Throughout the evening he would give us decent breaks to catch up to him. At $35 I think its completely worth it! I love how we never really felt rushed and if we needed extra time towards the end we were welcomed to stay until we were done. I also appreciate the fact they were not strict with what colors you used on your painting and welcomed a creativity.The location itself is pretty easy to find and the shopping plaza has plenty of parking. Dont forget to request a seat next to your party at the time of booking if you all purchase your tickets individually.

Went here for a date night with my girlfriend. We had an absolute blast. Our instructor Alexia was terrific, the drink selection was great, and my girlfriend said afterward it was her favorite date. Will definitely recommend!

The painting instruction is on point. The bar is served well. The bathrooms are clean, but one has a janky lock so be careful. Eat before you come for your lesson, the timing is exactly what they say it is, you will not leave early. Theres a group picture at the end so dont get sloshed.

Came here to make a present for my grandmother, and loved it! Its my second time doing one of these and its always so fun. The snacks and drinks are good, a little pricy for the portion sizes but they gotta pay the bills somehow, lol. Instructor was funny and encouraging and Im super happy with the painting and how it came out.

So fun! Ive been here twice and have my 3rd time scheduled. I have looked at many different painting places and have always chosen my class based on the final paint project since I need to like it since it will be in my home. Pinots Tustin has such a great range of paintings to choose from, so that I can find one that I like. And the teacher did a bit of painting on the edge of my canvas which I appreciate because then I can learn how to improve my techniques.

The teaching was fantastic - unfortunately, its a little difficult to see the work in progress unless you happen to be seated in front of the instructor. The staff made every effort to accommodate this problem by walking around with the original during the class. In all, I was very satisfied with the experience and will be returning.

We have done 3 date nights here including a GLOW IN THE DARK night in October! They were all fun! But the glow in the dark night was the best! All the instructors were awesome!

I have painted at Pinots palette a bunch if times and love it every time!! Recently, I hosted my 80s theme glow in the dark neon birthday party there...it was Sooo much fun!! The owners are very friendly and the staff is knowledgable and helpful and make sure everyone is having an awesome time!! When you get cooped up in your house from all that rain, head over to Pinots for a rad night out with your friends!!

What a fun place! It was our first time ever doing anything like this even though I have heard how fun these painting party companys can be with friends. We drank wine and actually learned how to paint and I loved what I painted so much, I actually hung it on the wall when I got home. Friendly staff, meet the owners and they were very nice. The artist and helper artist explained things very well, even though it was easier to just copy what he was doing. I recommend Pinot Palette to even those who dont think they can paint. Fun time, great entertainment for the money.

We went to the Japanese Spring class on Saturday! The hubby is not an artist and has not painted since early grade school. I have been an artist since grade school, had an emphasis on commercial art in high school, and have an AA in Advertising Graphic Design. I wanted to see how our different levels of art would transform on a canvas. Even though the hubby thought his tree would end up looking like a stick figure, his painting was pretty good for someone who had not picked up a paint brush in over 35 years (other than painting the inside and outside of a house). My painting turned out pretty good, especially since I had not worked in acrylic paint since Jr. High.They have a bar where you can order up some wine and non-alcoholic drinks. This is great for a date night, girls night out, birthdays, and just friendly get-togethers. The music selection was also great too! I was dancing in my seat while painting.
