My wife Karen and I were in a car accident in May of 2023, and she died at the scene. We had been married for 54 years, and we knew no life other than being together. I was driving a small Honda Accord when a large tractor trailer decided to change lanes ontop of me and I had no where to go. Was taken to Sharp Memorial hospital in the trauma section. Disrespect and apathy was all I received from the attorney assigned to my case, Kayla Link, and her arrogant assistant Araceli.Right after accepting my case, Ms. Link went on vacation. She agreed to make arrangements with an orthopedic doctor before she left. She told me to call her assistant Araceli in a couple of days to get the address phone number and the date of my appointment with the doctor. I was in great pain and needed treatment. I called Araceli, and she assured me that she would book the appointment with the doctor as soon as possible. I waited, and I waited to hear back from her and there was nothing. After waiting 7 days, and in great pain, I called there a silly back. I asked her what the status was with the doctor. She placed me on hold for about 5 minutes and when she came back on the line she told me the doctor had attempted to reach out to me but was unable to get in touch with me. I had no missed calls, no texts, Nothing. I yelled an expletive and hung up on her.Long story longer, when Kayla returned from vacation she called me. She said Araceli told her about our exchange, and asked me if I could still work with her and Araceli. I told her she was okay, but there was no way in the world I wanted Araceli around my case, myself, or anything to do with it. At that, she said she had to recuse herself, but she had a very professional man in town that she could refer me to. I phoned the guy, and since I felt like someone had to oversee my treatment, I reluctantly hired him after he Finally returned my call after I left him numerous voicemails.He went out of the country soon afterwards and couldnt be reached for 14 days. During that time, I had a stroke. Since, over the next 3 weeks he had done NOTHING, I fired him .I finally have a competent attorney representing me and although Im not 100% health wise, this nightmare is about to be over.

Never thought Id find myself in a situation like San Diego personal injury attorney Micheal Pines helped me out of, but there I was...emergency evacuated off a cruise ship in Mexico with my 89 year old friend who had fallen down 8 steps resulting in a broken shoulder AND a broken hip!. I was in a really bad broadside car accident (it was much more than a little fender bender) out in Salton City, California. Just before the accident, I had been to Trader Joes and had purchased some wine. When the accident occurred, the wine got all over my fiancée and me and the police treated us with suspicion as we were covered in wine (in fact, believe it our not, I actually caught one of the bottles of wine after the accident despite the air bags getting in the way).. It wasn’t until the blood tests from the hospital came back that said we hadn’t been drinking that the police treated us differently. It was a amazing experience in which i will never forget . My daughter was involved in a car accident. I was being informed of every step that was happening with my case. You need to call the Law Office of Michael Pines. I was going down the street and this lady ran a red light and caused me to severely fracture my ankle. I had bad nerve damage all the way down to my calf and thigh too. People at work gave me the names of several different attorneys but I did my own research and thankfully chose this firm. They got me a significant amount of money and exceeded all of my expectations with professionalism and courtesy.

I had a terrible car accident. I nearly lost my life. I was almost 3 months in the hospital with much of it in a coma. I had major injuries and broken bones all over my body which I understood the force was so much that my heart actually moved. Miraculously I survived.
