I love everyone at Pine Smiles!! My children are so well taken care of and the team is so patient with my Autistic son. The facility is clean and organized. Ive been a patron of Pine Smiles for the last 7 years and continue to go there though Ive moved super far away. I will continue to take my children there for as long as I can.

1st and foremost I liked to say that I know Dentist are people and can make mistakes. So my son has been going to Pine smiles for some time. Pine Smiles is very diligent on sending notices for check ups and required visits. Every visit was quick check up, maybe 15 minutes tops. Quick exam of the teeth, flossing, fluoride polishing etc…My son starting complaining about two days ago about mouth pain. So, last night my girlfriend checked his mouth and said one of his molars had a chip on it. I got home and it was actually a huge hole/ cavity. My line of work requires very detailed observations and looking at small mechanical precision instruments. So, 1st we called Pine Smiles and specifically told them we had an emergency. We had scheduled an appointment prior which they had made for Thursday. They could not accommodate my son Wednesday as they were short handed. That’s understandable, but then Pine Smiles stated that Thursday (tomorrow) the day of his appointment they could not guarantee that they would work on the tooth.My son is clearly a patient of several years. Pine smiles clearly wants you to make those easy visits, but when a patient clearly needs work the lack of accommodating a patients needs they fall short. This is not a reflection of most of the staff as they are great, but whoever does scheduling protocol management needs to look at their system with a fine tooth comb.Current status: My son has had the molar removed through another pediatric dentist who was able to see him today. BTW, my son was at Pine Smiles a month ago and Pine Smiles said nothing about any tooth decay or damage. X-Rays were never administered at any of his visits . I’m now out $850.00 out of pocket for something I believe was preventable or at least have been accommodated in some way . My son went to an unfamiliar place, person (dentist) had an extraction all very stressful and could have all been avoided had Pine Smiles been accommodating and accurate on findings during check ups.Feeling disappointed and let down.

Great dentist and orthodontist! We came here for a second opinion on braces. We chose this ortho because he was transparent with treatment and didn’t try to add any additional unnecessary costs or treatment plans. The dentist is also great. The staff is by far the best. They text to set up appointments and make the process of appointments so easy. The facility is modern, clean and has new equipment. I would recommend both the dentist and the orthodontist! Nothing but great service!

Best dentist in town if you have small kids. They will literally sing kid songs and even do dances that kids are familiar with (popular nursery rhymes) in order to make the kids feel comfortable. They provide stickers and a goodie bag (with small toys) at the end of each visit. My toddler always leaves with a huge smile; I love this place!

My son was super scared of the dentist, and would panic as soon as I would mention he had an appointment. Yesterday, I took him to Pine and the staff (from the receptionist, to the dental assistants, to the Dr. Gandhi), were amazing. You can tell they really enjoy doing what they do. I read the reviews before I came here and saw good ones & now I am leaving a good review. My youngest kicks and screams when coming to the dentist because he is little & scared, but the wonderful team here are always so patient and so positive with him! They never show any signs of negativity towards him. They also do not push any kind of treatments on us and only recommend and work what we are most comfortable with.

From making my first appointment over the phone to walking out, the staff was so polite and accommodating. They answered all of my questions regarding both my children and our dental insurance. They did everything they could to get my one year old daughter comfortable. They were very informative. And I feel so confident that my 4 yo son will love it here!

I was referred to this office by my cousin and I am so glad that I followed through. My 5-year old son unfortunately had to undergo dental surgery and the whole team, from administrative staff to technicians to doctors, were just so great. They were transparent with the anticipated fees, very easy to schedule/re-schedule, patient with explaining the entire process, and just so understanding and caring with my child. We used to go to a general dentist (not specifically pediatric) and you can just tell the difference as soon as you walk in to the welcoming atmosphere, which includes arcade games for the kids. If youre looking for a new pediatric dentist, you will not be disappointed by going here.

We had to switch dentists due to an insurance change. My kids had been with our last dentist since they were toddlers and were nervous about starting at a new place, but everyone here was so nice and friendly and made us feel like we had been there for years. My kids love the dentist and all of her staff. They are always on schedule and we never wait long. We would definitely recommend Pine Smiles to anyone with kids.

I am so glad my husband and I chose Pine Smiles as the dentist for our children. The clinic is aesthetically nice and always clean. Everyone there is so warm and inviting from the moment you step in. My older son (3 yo) has been going here since he had his first tooth, and Dr. Gandhi along with the hygienists have always been energetic, patient, and gentle—perfect for the little ones. My son loves that they have games to play in the waiting room and loves that he gets a coin after his visit to use on their prize machine. This dental office is exceptional and I can’t imagine taking my kids anywhere else!

Pine Smiles provides a dental experience that children look forward to. As you step in the office, the lobby has an array of childrens entertainment including movies and arcade games. The facility is spotless and modern. The front desk staff are all so kind and welcoming. The RDA is engaging, patient and professional. Brought our 4-year-old daughter here for her very first dentist appointment and could not be happier! She was very hesitant and scared, however they were super patient, never seemed annoyed, and really made sure she felt comfortable before they did anything! They made it fun, explained everything to her before they did it, and she ended up loving it! She actually asked me when we left if she could come back again which I think is great! I also really appreciated how much information they gave us on preventive techniques to help keep her teeth clean, along with my heart melting when the dentist started singing the ABC song as she was checking her teeth! Schedule my 3 y.o. for her first dentist visit here. All of the staff was so nice and welcoming. Her hygienist (Janelle?) was great and educated me on how to best help my daughter care for her teeth. Kiddo had a great experience and was calm and cooperative the whole time. You can tell the staff knows how to work with children. Dr. Gandhi was great. Happy we found this place for our daughter.

Im so happy to have found this pediatrics dental office, which was referred to me by my sister and her son. This place is the best. The dentist and the dental assistants are so wonderful. This is the first time that my son has been to the dentists office and has only cried for a few minutes at the beginning of the visit (because he didnt know what to expect). Usually at the previous dentists that weve been to, he would literally be crying the WHOLE TIME. However, the staff is so wonderful and caring and making sure that my 4.5 year old is okay. The assistant communicated so well with my son and explained everything to him and made sure he was comfortable. This was the first time where my son actually sat in the exam chair by himself and got his teeth cleaned without crying... AND also got xrays done without crying as well. If you have ANY worries about your child coming here, you wont after this visit. The staff is so sweet and kind and patient and answers all your questions (and my kids questions) and the dentist is super sweet and nice too. If you are looking for a dentist for your child that absolutely hates the dentist... bring your child here and everything will change. My son has to go back again soon for a cavity treatment and usually he will already freak out about it when I mention that he has another appointment. However, because he was treated so well here, he tells me I know mommy, dont worry. I got it LOL. Thank you Pine Smiles!! We LOVE YOU!!

I brought my son in for a cleaning on the 15th September. He was more nervous about his X-rays rather than the cleaning. He wasn’t sure he was going to be able to do the X-rays. But the girl that was cleaning my son teeth was amazing!!! She told my son there was nothing to worry about and she talked him through the steps. To his surprise he did the X-rays with no problem! He was so happy with himself. The hygienist team were amazing telling him you are in good hands and reassuring him. If you are looking for a dentist for your kids I would recommend Pine smile. The staff are wonderful, friendly and patient. My son is looking forward to seeing you all in 6 months.

First time visit here today, Dr. and her assistant are fabulous! The lady who cleaned my sons tooth were very thorough and patient, she explained every single steps and made them worry free. Dr. is very professional and thoughtful, she lists couple choices of treatment plan for me to choose and the amazing anesthesiologist called me at his personal time after work to return my call cuz I had couple questions regarding the anesthesia. I’d like to preface my review by mentioning I switched my dental insurance from an HMO to a PPO just so I can take my kids to a “pediatric dentist” and I’m so glad I did. Pine Smiles has been great with my three children (9, 11, & 15 years old). They go for both general dentistry and orthodontics. The front desk staff, assistants, and dentists are all professional and friendly.

Very happy and completely satisfied. We loved our dentist for over 13 years but she was out of network so we were referred here by a friend (after trying one out in between). It’s a complete ray of hope as my kids used to ask to go to the dentist, until we tried a new one for the first time since our beloved dentist, and they begged me to never go back. We’ve been going to Pine Smiles since they first open & we absolutely love it there! The staff is very friendly and know exactly what to say and do to help anxious kids with their visit. The facility is always very inviting for children and always kept very organized and clean. I have a child on the autism spectrum & both Dr. Gandhi & Dr. Kim are very patient with him and spend any additional time needed with him in order to keep him calm & to have a successful appointment. Dr. Kim and staff are hands down the best around. They have made braces for my daughter such a wonderful and painless experience. The office is very warm and inviting. Upon arriving you are immediately greeted with an enthusiastic welcome and friendly smiles. Appointment times are very punctual. The staff is extremely accommodating to ones needs and understands busy schedules. They are also prompt in returning phone calls, always with a friendly and positive attitude. Dr. Kim converses with his young patients, creating such a caring environment. He personally gets to know each patient and recalls conversations and specific details over time. He provides positive feedback and compliments at each and every visit. At the end of each appointment, he personally walks his patients out to the lobby to provide updates to parents.Dont waste your time going to multiple offices for consultations. My son is not a fan of the dentist until he met Dr Ghandi. She is absolutely amazing! He got X-rays done, a cleaning, and some work on a cavity and this kiddo did not cry or run out of the office. We have been bringing our daughter, Emma, to Pine Smiles for over two years now and we love it there. Dr. Gandhi is amazing with our daughter and is simply warm and compassionate. I can’t imagine taking Emma anywhere else. The staff is great! The staff was so attentive and put in his favorite video during the exam so he felt comfortable. Dr. Avani Gandhi and her team were so sweet and accommodating with our first visit. My little one is 27 months and had yet to go to the dentist so I’m grateful that they were so nice and kind to us. My daughter has been coming to this practice since she was 2. Pine Smiles has always been great. She always leaves with many gifts...a balloon, a small toy from the toy machine and always is happy and comfortable. She is no longer afraid of the dentist. Today was my son’s first visit at this dental office and I was very pleased. He’s 2 years old and they made him feel so calm. The experience here was night and day from his first experience at his old pediatric dentist office 6 months ago. They handled him with care and I really appreciated that. They also gave me some tips on how to brush my son’s teeth so that he doesn’t cry. I implemented those tips tonight before bed and all I can say is WOW! No more teeth brushing battles for us! So I went to another dentist in corona and was quoted around 7 thousand dollars of dental work for my sons hypoplastic teeth! Anyways, luckily I went for a second opinion because that was just outright ridiculous. The office was so clean and the receptionist was very inviting. They were so patient and thorough with his xrays (he’s 3) the dentist, dr Gandhi, is one of the sweetest women I have ever met. All said and done he needed treatment that was a fraction of the cost. They were so honest and thorough with the plan and really helped me understand what was going on with his teeth. The previous dentist failed to do any of that. We went with pine smiles to do the dental work and he is doing excellent. I am so so happy I found this dentist and am planning on bringing in all 3 of my boys.I am now 4 years in to using pine smiles. I still have nothing but amazing things to say about dr. Gandhi and her staff. Our complicated child I originally came into the office with still has dental issues (he has dental enamel hypoplasia) and dr Gandhi keeps such a close eye on things. She is proactive where she needs to be and has been able to manage his dental issues beautifully. I even had a dental emergency over the weekend and she answered my call asap and got him started on antibiotics that day. They made an appointment to extract his tooth super fast. Let me tell you, they did an awesome job with keeping my high anxiety kid calm through the whole procedure. My other two boys are simple cleanings, but even then the office is wonderful. Scheduling is always great and the staff is so pleasant and accommodating. I just cant recommend this office enough.

We found Pine Smiles and Dr. Gandhi through our old dentist which was probably the only good thing that came from that. We just love everything about Pine Smiles. Immediately when we first met Dr. Gandhi, my daughter who was 2 at the time, needed a major procedure to be done right away. As parents we were worried and sad that we had failed our daughter that she would need almost a root canal. But Dr. Gandhi assured us everything will be fine and she was right, two years later we go every 6 months for our 2 daughters and their check ups. Once again Pine Smiles has gone above and beyond. Upon reopening they implemented so many safety measures to protect the patients and the staff. During the check up they discovered he was grinding his teeth. Awful service from the staff. The dentists assistant told me I had to go somewhere else when I was trying to get an appointment for my son. They kept telling me that because he was uncooperative the first time they tried to use gas on him, they would either have to use an IV to put him under or that we would have to go somewhere else. This was after Id already been referred to them by his original dentist because he needed pediatric surgery done. I told them his teeth were getting worse so I didnt want to wait any longer, and I told her since they wont see him they obviously dont give a s*** about my sons health (yes, I cussed, it slipped out, Im a concerned mom who wants her sons teeth taken care of asap so hes not in pain anymore), and she said, with that kind of language, you can find yourself another dentist. I said, Seriously? Im just concerned for my son and this is really stressing me out. Now you want to stress me out further by forcing me to find him a new dentist? and she said Yes, I think that would be best. Youre not welcome as a patient here. Wow, really, Captain America? Your prude self cant handle a curse word from a concerned mom whos under a lot of pressure--not just with this, but other things in life, too? You have no idea what Im going through in my personal life, and you kick me out of your practice over one curse word? This dentists office is so stuck up, Im glad Im sending my son somewhere else. Its just lame that I wasted one of our insurance-allowed consults at this awful place. My daughter was referred there after being told by our regular dentist that she needed to have both of her front teeth done by a pediatric specialist due to a cavity in-between them that had gone a little deep. When we arrived, the atmosphere was very bright and cheerful. There are clean, new toys in the reception area. And... the doctor is amazing! You can hear her laughing and talking energetically almost anywhere in the building. She makes the kids feel very comfortable. And, they are distracted by televisions on the ceilings, which can be good in certain situations. After the exam, the doctor explained that because her baby teeth were going to be falling out soon, they did not need to have any work done. I always appreciate when someone is willing to be honest instead of doing unnecessary work to make an extra dollar.My son has also had some work done there now, and was given laughing gas to help him thru it at a decent cost.Thank you, Pine Smiles!

My daughter alway have a good experience coming here for all her dental check-up since she was 1 yrs old. She’s now 3 and still enjoys visiting the dentist. The staff is super friendly and caring. They are highly recommended.

My 4 year old daughter was nervous to go to the dentist like any child would. After her first visit she reminds me to take her now. It seems to be a mini Disneyland trip for her. I have to say on one visit I was emotional because she needed to be put under. After everything was finished I was so grateful for the amazing experiences they have given my family. My youngest also loves me to sing the ABC song like they do while flossing lol I do my best but they have a way with my kids. Thank you for making going to the dentist a positive event every time.

Pine Smiles has been my 2 kids dentist for the last 3 years. i couldnt imagine going anywhere else. Stress free and the dentist couples seem like great people. Meet them at costco sometimes. Kids always gets surprise toys after their visit. Never have waited too long in the office.

Love this pediatric dentistry office, Dr. Gandhi and her team. They are patient and took the time to make my children comfortable during their check-up. The office is also clean. Both my kids go there. Even though we have moved far. I still take my kids there for their teeth check ups :)

Dr Gandhi is so so sweet and gentle with the kids and the Dental hygienists were very calm and cooperative with my screaming 2-year-old and were fun and playful with my 4-year-old. I highly recommend this place. They really know how to cater to kids of all natures.

The staff and Dr. Gandhi are very friendly. She was very patient with our son despite his apprehension with the exam. She and the staff were very gentle and provided great advice regarding his oral care. As soon as we walked in the office every effort was made to help our son feel comfortable. Now for the actual check ups/procedures Dr. Gandhi is very fast and efficient. She and the staff will do their best to make things as effortless and painless as possible.

I have never been to a more pleasant dental office! They sincerely care about their patients and families. They have a cute play area for kids and it’s always clean and organized. Each patient chair has a tv the kids can watch while they are getting looked at. We will be coming here for a long time!

I had braces when I was a teen, however, I foolishly didnt finish my treatment. Now an adult, I finally went into Pine Smiles to get a quick quote and info about their services. I hadnt any intention of actually signing up that day, yet the professionalism, kindness, modern and clean environment sold me within 5 mins of talking to Dr Kim and Dr Gandhi. They were so calm and honest, really taking the time to explain everything they offer, without feeling like I was pushed into unnecessary services or things I didnt want to do. Finally, Id like to mention that most dentist offices that Ive been too, theres always a disconnect between the front desk and the actual Drs in the back. Well not at Pine Smiles. They all work cohesively as a team and every staff member there really cares. Im really happy and highly recommend Pine Smiles!

I’m really conflicted about giving such a low rating, but hygiene is important especially during a global pandemic! The front desk staff were really friendly and professional. The dental hygienist was very patient and great with my son. However, the dental hygienist and the dentist shared a pair of gloves!!! I thought it was strange how the dental hygienist slowly took off her gloves and then placed it on the tray. Even more strange when the dentist waltzed in and put on the same exact pair of gloves! I know I should’ve said something right then and there. Especially since I’m going to keep ruminating about the incident, but I was just in shock. They were great with my tot, but I don’t think I can overlook the hygiene factor at this practice.

From the very start, the front desk greeted us with a smile and my three year old was quickly intrigued by the toys they had in the waiting area. We didn’t even wait 5 minutes before we were called in. To our surprise and luck, they had a tv above that was playing our favorite movie. So once again, my daughter was loving it. I completely forgot to get her name, but I’m assuming she was the dental hygienist; she was so sweet and patient with our little one. She took the time to show her all her tools that she would be using and kept my daughter aware and at peace. My daughter got a little antsy towards the end of her cleaning but she worked with my daughter and assisted in keeping her calm. She also got this pretty cool dog to show us a different way to brush her teeth and how to properly floss. I was amazed at how detailed they were. Then, Dr. Ghandi came along, filled with smiles as well. She was also wonderful with my daughter. She took the time to make her feel comfortable and explained what she was doing. At the end, we were sent home with a goodie bag, a cute balloon animal and we got a token to get a prize. Oh, they also took a picture of my daughter to put it on the “no cavity” wall. Overall, we were so pleased with our experience. The facility was super clean but what truly makes it a great practice is the staff, from the front office to everyone who took part in our appointment, THANK YOU!!

Everyone is always very nice and professional. Both doctors come out to the waiting room to talk to me regarding my 12 year old (she goes to the back by herself). Our visits are quick. The office is clean and neat. We are very happy there. I highly recommend them.

Worst Orthodontist and Doctor in Southern CA. They dont care about patients health and will keep saying lets wait and see how things go for over 2 years. Went to another Orthodontist and was told 2 year max and we arent waiting any longer to put bottom braces on. The visual difference is night and day over just a few months.

This review is long overdue. I was referred to Dr.Kim by my sister in law. I had braces as a child and stopped wearing my retainers. My teeth shifted to the point where my old retainers wouldn’t fit anymore and I figured it was a good time to get my teeth fixed due to Covid and having to wear a mask. Dr.Kim gave me the option of traditional braces vs Invisalign. He educated me on the pros and cons of each treatment. I decided to go with the Invisalign. He was meticulous about fixing my bite and getting my teeth as aligned as possible. I am happy with my results from the Invisalign. I was getting treatment at Pine Smiles during COVID and was impressed with how clean everything was and the necessary precautions they took to keep patients and their staff safe.

I think these reviews are fake/manipulated. They quote me without doing any X-ray. (They told me that there are 3 cavity for sure, and there might be another 2 but not sure, will be found on the day of surgery). The difference between the quote from here and the other is $1,000..(this is where I found the place was so expensive) I hope you guys find another place than this one. I wasted $175 for nothing
