Peggy and Ray Pierce were wonderful to work with during a very challenging listing period. They kept my and my family’s safety and best interests as the priority during the uncertainty of the pandemic - and got my house sold!. Peggy and Ray were delightful to work with. I needed to sell a home out of my area and I actually chose them based on their reviews. If I could give them more than five stars I would. They are so knowledgeable about the market and the neighborhoods and gave me great guidance and much patience. They sold my house in one day. Now that Ive had the pleasure to work with them I wouldnt choose anyone else. I hope to have another transaction in the future!

I had to relocate because of a new employment opportunity that was presented to me. This endeavor required me to get my house on the market, secure a new place to live, move, close out my existing job, and start a new job in 14 days, a stressful time to say the least.I decided to work with Ray and Peggy at Pierce Real Estate because of their reputation of solid work ethic and morality. I called them on a Saturday and explained that I needed to get my house on the market right away because I was going to be moving almost immediately. They reacted much faster then I anticipated, they came the next day (Sunday) did a walk through, and had my house on the market that day. To try to shorten this story a bit, my house was sold and in escrow within that same week.Ray and Peggy are extremely nice people and fantastic to work with. Although they are friendly they are to the point and honest about what needs to be done, they will not just tell you what you want to hear to make you happy. They will let you know if an expectation isnt realistic, I believe that is a fantastic quality to have when working with a real estate agent. They work hard to maintain a level of integrity and will not compromise that, an essential trait when working in a community like Hollister.I would not hesitate to work with Pierce Real Estate again, I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Peggy is very efficient with paperwork. Ray does not like having open houses—thinks they are a time waster, which I understand. He will have them, though. Both very amiable and pleasant to work with.
