Rats! I do not like them! Tommy came out and provided a quote, which I found reasonable and accepted. We arranged for him to perform the extermination service. Today he came out and closed the places they had been using to gain access to our attic and crawlspace then set traps in both places.The cost of the service includes visits to check the traps so he will bee out next week. I heard them running around in the attic trying to get out so as soon as they get hungry, Ill bet they will be DEAD rats!If I remember I will update this with the total number of fallen rats.

Javier was scheduled to discuss routine bimonthly service to keep ants & spiders at bay. He kept me updated on his arrival time, and during the visit he was easy to talk with and very knowledgeable. Based on my comfort with him, I signed him up, and he was able to complete the first inside/outside service that same day. Bravo Javier!

We are forever grateful for the attention and considerations given by Pied Piper to eliminate the rodent invasion. In pouring rain, PP serviceman, Tommy, sealed entrances, crawled the entire length of the building twice and set numerous traps in both the exterior and interior. He returned weekly with the same level care. Pied Piper is the best, forget the rest!

Bait and switch? We had an ant problem so I called and was quoted a price for one time spraying off about $249 which includes two more sprays within 30 days. However when the technician came he said it would be over $500 and only one time spray. He tried to get me to agree to a bimonthly plan instead which I declined.

This is not a review of the extermination services, but rather reckless driving by one of the pied piper service people whose road rage put my cousin’s life in danger. Today, my husband, cousin, and I were biking up Empire Grade Road in Felton (which is a popular climb for cyclists and always has people biking up it). The driver, as he was approaching from behind, laid on his horn and intentionally swerved AT us, narrowly missing my cousin. Another cyclist caught up to us from behind and said the car had almost hit him too. Unbelievably reckless driving. This guy should not be on the road.

This is a wonderful company who has not forgotten the art of customer service! They provide a quality product and I responsive to request in between your appointments, even if you do the every other month service. We have had a few issues come up with fruit flies, etc. and they come out quickly to help. Tommy is always pleasant and helpful and they are always willing to go the extra mile for you. I highly recommend Pied Piper!
